@iiNet so is it your service or the nbn. Every day for the past few weeks the service just drops out. On off on off. Not happy paying his crappy service is going my head in. It also means all the other services I pay for I can’t access because no internet service.

How good is @iiNet at business support... rang up Sunday last week and as usual closed....promised a callback.... received today 5 days later.... if you want any type of service use anyone but @iinet

@orlyjamie @iiNet @NBN_Australia It went like this: TPG buys iinet > "We wont change our service" > iinet service immediately goes to poo. NBN has always been munted.

@oldgreynurse @iiNet I don’t blame iiNet - this issue is with @NBN_Australia scheduling their ‘upgrades’ during the working day. We have a HFC connection that dies every time it rains, and now they cut us off when we need it for more than just Netflix.

@iiNet literal decades with this provider and I’ve finally had enough. Offshore terrible support where you used to get technical local support. Websites down for days with no help. Shows what happens when a good business model sells out. #worstsupportever

I agree @iiNet WAS Australia's No 1 ISP for service- they were great. Sad to report my experience that, since they off-shored their support to Manila, their service is every bit as baffling, infuriating & ineffective as Telstras. Can anyone suggest a new provider?

@iiNet My pre-paid phone service has just given me a “SIM Invalid error”. This - on top of weeks of drop outs and patchy connections - is going to make me switch to a different provider in about 24 hours time.
