@iiNet You have still not answered the question of why the iiNet status page is not showing the outage issue when the NBN status page does. Your support system is broken.

So according to @NBN_Australia and @iiNet the only solution is to wait until the next time they disconnect my service, pay to have it reconnected, and then go without internet for a week until it’s finally reconnected

@iiNet @whirlpoolnetau #iiNet's service is TOTAL DISASTER. Now, it is double dipping on my credit card, taking twice as much money as it had originally been charging, but with no variations at my end to the service I use and want to pay for. AVOID #iiNet.

@iiNet Hi, NBN went down 20 mins ago after a nearby lightning strike but both your outage page and NBNs say no issues. Are you able to confirm if there's a problem? I can DM the postcode.

@iiNet Cool thanks 1-2 more days with no internet for an issue that could have been rectified 2 days ago even though I’ve spoken to @iinet customer service every single day and they assured me every day it was being investigated and escalated

@jagungal1 @iiNet Yep. It's been two years of the network dropping out the second there's more than one computer online. Bit hard to work under those conditions. We're looking elsewhere now.
