@iiNet hi - a friend who has an icloud address is getting a bounceback when they email me "unauthorised mail is prohibited". Am getting other emails as normal. Is there an issue?

Now @iiNet want to put us in contact with the support team. The same support team who "can't do anything more. Don't need to go back to the start with the support team or turn the router on/off or explain to someone new why there is a problem despite having connectivity now.

@Badger_tbg @iiNet (Cont....) account and was paying for the ADSL so hopefully I can be considered for the “new customer” deals I saw advertised). I’ve been losing my **** at talking to customer service at iiNet so maybe social media will get some ***** rolling and be looked after @iiNet

@iiNet im sick of calling you for the last 3 months to fix my internet ans doing the same thing for it to last 2 weeks and do same thing again. Everytime I tell the person this they don’t listen and every time 2 weeks later I’m in same spot not internet sick of it

How is it that our neighbours had this resolved but we can't? How is it @NBN_Australia can tell @iiNet they're not going to fix the problem, and @iiNet accepts that and fails to advise us of our option to engage the Communications Ombudsman? Not bloody good enough, either of you.
