    @NBN_Australia They are blaming the NBN @iiNet says the issue is rectified and the @NBN_Australia is the issue! Sort it out people WFH!! And rely on the internet

    Once it was a good company. I would go elsewhere (and will), but without the SIM I lose my phone number of 25 years. It's all because the phone doesn't work without a SIM, but I can't activate the SIM without the phone working. And this possibility never occurred to @iiNet

    @sspencer_63 @iiNet Are you still having issues? I've had no line sync since Thursday morning in Woden with iinet VDSL2.

    Since returning to Australia a month ago, I have applied for a dozen jobs. But @iiNet have been unable to replace my lost SIM card, those those employers do not have the right phone number. Not a techical issue, but administration. Their overseas call centres are no help.

    Switched to @iiNet mobile to get away from @Optus. Absolutely zero hassle from iiNet's end; had to spend about 40 minutes on a chat with an Optus rep to cancel, though.

    @engagedpractx @iiNet Felix mobile is VF network - $35/month, unlimited data but speed capped at 20Mbps
