    @Tracy22439716 @iiNet Hi Tracy, I’m in Uni Hill and haven’t had internet since Tuesday morning. I waited on hold for 2 hours last night to be told it’s an outage with Opticom. I then looked on Opticom website and put in the 3083 postcode for it to say “no outages in your area”

    @iiNet They have fixed the problem just like that! Given me $50 credit for 15 weeks of hardship and now believe I am happy!! I am but !!!

    @iiNet Their compensation is 7 times what they charge but the damage caused was 2000 times more than what they charge …. They still win!
