🐀 Awambmrgw 🕯💉💉 (@awambmrgw) reported@ken_killcare @miriamcosic @iiNet Nope, the problem is 100% Iinet. 6 mths ago at the end of a 6mth intro offer to new plan, they wouldn't neg on price and upped from $99 to $129. When we left over a separate issue, they offered same deal for $89. Too late! If they'd neg earlier, I wouldn't have shopped around.

Continually told report to be escalated. 20pages of #Iinet records documenting action/inaction/delaying. 10/1 - 16/2. 😡

durrrr (@Quokkkka1) reported@iiNet Signed up for business NBN with iiNet. Sales people promised 2-5 business days to connection. Past day 5. Modem not dispatched. Apparently a global shortage. Should of stayed with Internode. Never ending excuses.

eithne (@eithne52) reported@iiNet Ahh finally after way too many weeks (5), not the turnaround standard anyone could be expected to endure I've no doubt. Waiting on landline reconnection still though, gah! Oh, spoke to soon, too good to be true!! Internet down AGAIN! Is there really no one there able to fix this?
