    @iinet Can you confirm an outage in Belrose NSW. There was a tech working on the pit outside our house yesterday and ever since we have not had any internet

    Damn right it's 'consequential' to a disabled pensioner. $50 out of pocket for limpalong 11mbps replacement service is about a week's grocery spend. Not happy @NBN_Australia @iiNet

    @iiNet Cranbourne North iinet down.

    @ronsondalby @iiNet True. I thought I had a solution to make the NCD light back up after a power glitch, but in this case I think it's the NBN service itself that's down. Powering the NBN DPUs in the pits from the NCDs was not a good idea.

    @iinet We are having problems with frequent intermittent internet disconnections. Service is FTTC. Seems to reconnect on its own but I have cycled power on the router to see if that stops the problem. When connection is lost, the 'INTERNET' LED on the router/modem goes off.

    @iiNet 500 Internal Server Error every time I try to manage my Hosted Microsoft Services. Is something broken?

    @iiNet Seems to be a bit better now…117mbps down, 31mbps up. Guessing you’re cutting over to the new service already. Will monitor and let you know if things don’t improve.

    Dissapointed - after 14 yrs with iiNet @iiNet their system messed up & put our account as "moving house" (which we r not) & disconnected us - with our work being online - this has had significant impact - "2 to 3 days to fix" REALLY!!??....& barely a sorry. #iinet #badservice

    @iiNet any ongoing issues? No internet at 3025.

    @iiNet All blue lights on the NBN NCD. When the service has disconnected, the LAN LED on the NCD remains lighted constantly instead of flickering with data traffic (as you'd expect). I no longer have a connection history page in iiNet toolbox as I did with ADSL. Hard to tell how often..
