    27 hours into an @NBN_Australia / @iiNet outage, still no word on when it will be fixed. Complete lack of info from both parties

    @SeeArePe @iiNet @acccgovau @Telstra @VodafoneAU Ours is def not that bad but the dropping in and out is annoying. Speed is great when it's on but drops out for a few minutes each time multiple times a day

    I’m in self-isolation, my HFC NBN is down *yet again*, and wait times for iiNet technical support are over an hour. Everything is awesome.
