@spyn @iiNet Agreed. Ten cents. What's the cost of a customer's bad experience over a mere ten cents. I'm willing to wager the average cost to acquire a customer is more than that. Crazy.

  • Nicchamberlain Nic Chamberlain (@Nicchamberlain) reported

@iiNet Yes I’ve done that. But I think it’s important that anyone looking for an ISP is aware of the frailties in your customer and technical service model. You realise that calling you is over a 1 hour wait, the onus should be on you. Not me

  • jagungal1 Cormac Farrell (@jagungal1) reported

@iiNet Have sent several emails to your support desk. No response. Also contacted NBN. They were quick to pass the buck to you FYI.

  • narelleford Narelle (@narelleford) reported

@iiNet @FOXTEL_Help Trying to connect my foxtel IQ4 to new modem. Not showing in network so I tried entering SSID information. (Worked for my iPhone) but nothing for foxtel. Please help.

  • tyfrost Ty Frost (@tyfrost) reported

@iiNet The slowest test at 9pm was 10Mbs download 😒. Hopefully this enough for the contact via email that is tracking this down for me. I know the third party Opticomm need to be convinced of the issue even before they will look into it. If only the NBN was rolled out properly.

  • Nicchamberlain Nic Chamberlain (@Nicchamberlain) reported

@iiNet As usual, @iinet and the NBN blame each other and the customer gets no resolution

  • Nicchamberlain Nic Chamberlain (@Nicchamberlain) reported

Anyone considering @iiNet just be careful. They sell ex Telstra customers on their ‘better customer service’. It’s no better, it’s reactive, slow and unsympathetic, so just tread carefully before making any moves

  • Nicchamberlain Nic Chamberlain (@Nicchamberlain) reported

@iiNet Blah blah, you’re useless. This reply all looks good like you want to help but you’re slow, inept and clueless when anything goes wrong. Own it

  • spambam Amber S (@spambam) reported

@iiNet The nbn website has finally said there’s an outage in my area. For the first hour it didn’t say. Thanks

  • tyfrost Ty Frost (@tyfrost) reported

How long @iiNet does it normally take for a response to underperforming speed issue when dealing with Opticomm service in Sydney Australia? Approaching three weeks now and still happily taking my cash.
