@iiNet are you a company on the verge of failing? Your loyal customers deserve to know what is going on. For over a week there have been problems across Australia. No public statements. Email and access to webmail and toolbox login denied for 48 hours. Nothing! not good enough.

@iiNet iinet mobile internet & unlimited calls texts - debited $15 from my bank account on 19 Oct 2021 is for service 23 Oct to 22 Nov 2021 - But on 21 Nov 2021 the mobile number port in to Kogan mobile - part 2 of customer service. requested a refund - iinet cut off the line &

@iiNet @simon_rosenberg Your email server was down again yesterday. Together with the serious outage last week your service is abysmal. Some people need their emails for work. You have not apologised for the outages or explained why you have no back up system. You just take your customers for granted.
