    @iiNet I've had a case open for about 3 months now. Two technician visits (the same technician that didn't know how to fix it the first time) and two routers later... It still sucks. Try your best, my account will be under my name.

    @iiNet It seems #iiNet can’t even manage competently to deliver a sim card. Its service is TOTAL DISASTER. And it wishes to warn disappointed **NEW** customers off complaining publicly about its appalling service. I predict a very short relationship. Want better? AVOID #iiNet.

    @tbyrne74 @iiNet I've had nothing but outstanding service from the team at @Internode - been with them for years and any issue I've run into has been sorted quickly and efficiently over the phone. Moved house recently and had trouble re-connecting; a six minute phone call later and it was solved!

    @iiNet #iiNet’s SERVICE IS BROKEN FROM TOP TO BOTTOM, AND IT IS BREAKING MY BUSINESS. AND NOW A SUPERVISOR CALLED MARY HAS CUT ME OFF MID-CALL. WHEN WILL SOMEONE SENIOR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR FIXING THIS AWFUL SERVICE? DO NOT SIGN UP WITH #iiNet.

    @iiNet I don’t have a username yet. Can you just let me know hypothetically can I take out a 6 month contract with yourselves (who we are already with) without paying the fee for a new modem etc because we already have the equipment, just need the service turned on.
