@iiNet After 2 days, it’s back. Poor form, no redundancy, outage notices with no detail. Rumours the problem could have been resolved sooner if the appropriate staff where located in Geelong. With wfh, probably need residency, 4g in modems.

@iiNet To help, as above, @iiNet can reconnect our landline so new provider @Activ8Me can take it over. Listen to yr own recordings! You should have waited & transferred the line seamlessly. Your incompetance & unethical action causing huge distress

@yeppoon @iiNet @Telstra 2 minutes later, "maria" answered the phone and was able to inform me that the department i need to fix the issue, closed an hour ago... 1 hour after they put me on hold(been waiting 2+)... she was very helpful, giving me a direct number to ring in the morning, when they open.

  • DoNotConform1 💧Steph 🐀 (@DoNotConform1) reported

@NBN_Australia Bonnet Bay has been having major internet issues for all of Aug. @iiNet keep blaming NBN but at the same time can’t / won’t tell us what the issue is and when it will be fixed. Is NBN actually trying to fix it? What is wrong in the first place?
