    @iiNet it’s very interesting that IiNet seem not to use any of their social media since 2024. It that because of the appalling and depleting customer service like the outage in our area today that was not communicated or corrected in the 14 hours since it went off line ?

    3 Weeks without internet. Several phone calls to support promising follow ups. Even gave reference numbers. No follow up. Nothing. This is crazy @iiNet

    @iiNet is there an outage in the 4128 Shailer Park area? Unable to access broadband and no outage showing on your site. Reset the modem twice and so just asking?

    Ever since @internode got sold to @iiNet the service has gone to absolute ****. Customer service is **** and slow. And I can tell they dont care. Been an Internode customer for over 10 years, think it's time to leave. @superloopau , what's your customer service like?

    @iiNet Seriously! I have NEVER had some many internet outages and dropouts since I moved my service to you guys! Enough is enough now.

    There is a huge amount of endurance required to cancel an @iiNet internet plan. When you speak to someone, they make the call go for so long that you might just give up and stay with them. It's a gauntlet of silly questions and tactics.

    It's impossible to get any help from @iinet They are cancelling hosting but no reply to messages, no one ever picks up even when we wait on the phone for hours. Come on! There has to be some way to get help. Has anyone called the Ombudsman?

    Ok @iiNet I can't access my eSim through toolbox, but you can't cancel it, and I can't transfer it, so I am stuck paying for a phone that I can't use, and then when I call up customer service, no manager or supervisor will speak with me. This has been going on for months.

    I find it funny that @Optus keep doing ads promoting good coverage an service when it's the worst in Australia hahahaha. When @iiNet come in 8 yrs am has give better internet . We all no know yes means ' yes for **** reception '
