@iiNet Thank you for the help. It turns out that the fault was caused by my password expiring in the old toolbox. Once changed and updated my service was resorted. I have tried to contact the team regarding this. Are you able to pass this on?
@iiNet Hey! Wondering if there's anything going on with HFC in 3219? Slow as a wet week. Tried turning it off and on but still sluggish
@iiNet is there any issues with NBN in Canberra
6.05 AM and I have already submitted a complaint to the Telco Ombudsman to try and get @NBN_Australia to connect us after 6 months of failure. @iiNet @Telstra have failed! Ironic my PhD was on optical fibres!
from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@iiNet HiiNet, sudden outage in success WA?
@iiNet Hi iiNet, my nbn appears to be down in Glen Iris, Victoria. Any info for me?
@iiNet That test was via a Wi-Fi connected iPad. It’s a few hours later and I’ve done a test from the desktop and from a Wi-Fi connected iPhone, and it’s now over 20 Mbps. But for the last week or so it’s been erratic, can tell because our Ethernet-connected Apple TV has been very slow.
@iiNet hey if I called earlier reporting a problem and the problem is now fixed but a technician is coming tomorrow, do I need to call to cancel that or is it still good that they come check it anyway?
@iiNet I received an email saying that the promotion period under which I purchased my service would soon end and would now be billed at the rate of $5 per month- does that just mean my bill will increase by $5 a month?
