    @iinet when are you going to restore my home internet connection? I've had many conversations with your support line but they never seem to do anything.

    There is a huge amount of endurance required to cancel an @iiNet internet plan. When you speak to someone, they make the call go for so long that you might just give up and stay with them. It's a gauntlet of silly questions and tactics.
