@gReb3l @iiNet Mate, just get Starlink. I had issues with iiNet VDSL due to infrastructure issues outside my control, was only getting 2 - 5 Mbps when promised 70 Mbps. They refused to fix the issue and didn't want to reduce/refund bills even though weren't honouring their promise.

@iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

@iiNet internet has been intermittent and stuffed for weeks. Call and sitting on hold forever kinda makes for an impossible resolution. Just thought you’d like to know that I’ll be logging a logging a complaint with the Ombudsman. No thanks

And, @iinet and #TheMessengerCo, I know how to reset passwords in settings and my post-grad in tech isn't helping here. I need actual tech support, tho you're both hopeless in that dept. I haven't had email on one device or another since Aug 11. Now on both, so zero email.

@iiNet, your fetch portal is broken, every time i request a call back the call disconnects on your end , 3 hours of waiting and every time you guys disconnect the call
