    Internet provider @iiNet is the worst company I've ever dealt with and that's saying something - terrible processes and stuck in mess from which it's almost impossible to escape. Plus a total drain of time and energy trying to do so. My suggestion - avoid at all costs.

    @iiNet does iiNet no longer do support tickets, or is it just phone support now? I'm happy to do support via a written ticket as it's a little easier to manage time.

    @stufromoz @iiNet I stream lots and download a lot of music. Also require a stable service for video calls for work.
