Daily update on @iiNet decision to charge me a $100 fee for apparently breaking a contract by moving house to a building where they are unable to provide a connection. I have been a customer for nearly 18 years. Still no common sense lens applied to this disgraceful act.

JFC, @iinet. My wifi is down AGAIN! You’re no advertisement for the digital age... 😠 4G is on and off too. I’ve had NO roaming data the last few times I’ve been out. And rarely here at home.

  • ACLambert Anne CL (@ACLambert) reported

@iiNet Not sure what file you’re looking at but the latest email asks me to complete a survey! Let me know if you’ve got something different! #fail

  • TawnComend Tawn Comxnd (@TawnComend) reported

@iiRhysta @iiNet Your house wiring can be the problem

  • redruby17 Dr Jos 🇦🇺🇫🇷🇱🇧 (@redruby17) reported

@sowdented @iiNet It really is trying my new year resolution to be calmer in 2021. It’s the same pattern so whatever the issue was it still is an issue. At this rate I’m going to ask for a credit for next month’s bill. It’s been like this for a week 😳

  • irreverentlaw Theirreverentlawyer (@irreverentlaw) reported

@iiNet I am online. My fetch activation key doesn't work. My internet is working. When I call your call centres I get told I am not online. Which is frustrating as that is now not the problem

  • MMareeslatter Maree Slatter (@MMareeslatter) reported

@belindasmilne @pauldutton1968 @iiNet We have now heard back from the NBN. There are no plans to roll it out here. There is a satellite service available that is the NBN SkyMuster. Sigh. We are now investigating that.

  • miriamcosic Miriam Cosic (@miriamcosic) reported

@iiNet Due to numerous reasons every second ******* week. For two years. How about you just find a way to keep it working all the time? I’m paying for a continuous service, not a maybe, maybe not, in and out service.

  • ACLambert Anne CL (@ACLambert) reported

Another great day as a customer of @iiNet Still waiting for a substantive and sensible response ... but what do I get? Three requests to provide feedback on their performance. Surely they can do better than this - especially for a customer of nearly 18 years?

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

@dayswasteorg @iiNet FTTCurb uses only a very short run of copper to the premises from the fibre which runs down the street. It's a fancy VDSL in that short copper run. The reverse power is 60VDC @ 350mA. Power supplied by the NCD in the residence. If only one NCD, it supplies all 350mA.
