@iiNet I had to literally turn on to my phone plan to post this message. I have upward of 15 iinet/nbn people come our to ‘attempt’ to fix our connection which falls out 10 hours per day min. So we have no internet. Still paying @iinet monthly. Can someone help this disaster. Please.

@AEBayley @iiNet I tried to help my sister sort out problems with iinet. It was an absolute nightmare. Solution: Signed her up with Mate Communicate. She's not had a problem since. Give them a ring & you'll be able to judge from one phone call their approach to customer service. Best wishes.

Thanks NBN, @TurnbullMalcolm, Optus, Telstra for the absolutely crap internet. Non-existent at night. (Meanwhile neither @NBN_Australia nor @iinet have got the satellite working (but it's a crap option anyway) – sad that that's the laughable excuse for NBN.

Hi @iiNet, my Westnet email account is not working. I have tried to log in but it says incorrect details and I'm not prepared to put my credit card or bank details into your website so I can receive an email with this info. Please advise what I can do.

@iiNet #iinet nbn slow and dropping out in #InnerWest Again. Boring. No path to simply log issue online. Is it the cheap and cheerful IiNet modem or is it IiNet? My contract’s up in a month. Thankfully.
