@Steve_Clark Credit where due! They turned up and fixed the problem, which required real fault finding, not simple part replacement. From calling @iiNet to fixing by @NBN_Australia: approx 24 hours. well done

@iiNet interesting to see you claim to be number 1 in customer service. I have been trying to get you to fix my constant dropouts for 9 weeks, and still can’t use the internet for any longer than a couple of hours. Very poor customer service

@iinet I need to escalate my current issues with your service. Your agents have outright lied to me today. Outright. The recordings will prove it. I'm beyond consolable right now.

@iiNet been waiting two months for my connection which is meant to be done at 8am tomorrow morning. Suddenly get a message five minutes ago it's been changed to the 29th, when I'm not even in the state. Customer service line is closed, sweet service..

Ten years an @iinet customer and by far and away the worst customer experience I've had with them this week. And none of it my fault - unless you get into the absolute minuture of their frigging customer service agreements. So much for client loyalty.

@iiNet again... I'm the only Richard Tuffin in Canberra who's a client of yours. If you can't trace down my records based on that information, you're in the wrong job.

@iiNet been a customer for 20 years.. paid for premium Nbn service that was faulty for 7 months.. after requesting to cancel with total frustration they sent out a Nbn technician who found the Nbn box faulty and replaced it. Iinet offered a 3.29 credit! A joke!
