    @iiNet Hey Team, are there any issues for your NBN services in NSW, more specifically the greater Maitland area? Service has been uncharacteristically patchy this afternoon. Semi regular DNS lookup errors and dropouts. They last for anywhere from 2-10 minutes and then come good.

    @iiNet our internet down for 2 days. Ring support. Business centre is closed (closed at 5.30pm on Sunday). But I called at 4.50!! What rubbish service is this!!??

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    120hrs update: @iiNet is still a steaming pile of ordure. Unsurprisingly no resolution, no update, no hope that anyone will be roused before the 4day weekend is over, and no email. Avoid this mob
