    Hey @iiNet, call me old fashioned, but with an outage of a day+, I would have had a team on here answering tweets and being responsive to everyone who can't get on to their email service. It's about to mess me up big time and I'm not very happy about it.

    @iiNet Why has it taken 24 hours to post a message. In this day and age of social media, a message to advise that there issues would have been appreciated.

    I hope this serious outage at @iiNet will be a wake-up call for management to implement a redundant strategy for mail hosting. To blame the hot weather for an outage is shameful on so many levels. Impact of this 24+ hour outage during a pandemic and Christmas holiday is serious.
