    @iinet I used to recommend you as you had great service but in the last decade it’s been rubbish with dreadful offshore service. Can we go back to being able to talk to someone locally? Is there a time of day that I can do this?

    @RoenDavis @iiNet It could be any number of those things. I usually find its outdated or defective modems which is a good idea to keep them updated. Its really frustrating that CPE's don't last these days. I recommend a modem with pfsense. I never seem to have issues when pfsense is installed.

    @iiNet @bigjsl Invoicing a customer for 4c is silly; rumba used to not create an invoice if the amount was under $10. Bring that back, or make it $5 to cope with the minimal mailbox charges. Maybe it's time to charge the CC fee at point of payment, not as a billentry.
