Frenchy (@Frenchyamato) reported@iiNet obviously, 2 weeks notice wasn't enough for the relocation order/request. Also, how come you never call back even when you said you'd call back 5 days ago? Almost 1 week in the new apt and still no Internet, which I'm of course paying for...

Suzanne Olsen (@suzannelolsenau) reportedSo glad i chose @Optus i'm glad to have them! Found @iiNet a bit too slow and their choice of modem to be worse.

AJloveslife (@AJloveslife2) reported@iiNet literal decades with this provider and I’ve finally had enough. Offshore terrible support where you used to get technical local support. Websites down for days with no help. Shows what happens when a good business model sells out. #worstsupportever
-
Sharon Lang (@SharonL43117309) reported@iiNet I wouldn’t say elected, I would say forced to, based on your company customer service model that does not act on urgent issues and does not provide onshore service unless it is costly not to.

Karen Mae Castle (@Kazzzamatazzz) reportedBit over the bad service @iinet 🙄 Long term customer thinking of changing.
-
Michael Wilson (@mickjwilson) reportedHow good is @iiNet at business support... rang up Sunday last week and as usual closed....promised a callback.... received today 5 days later.... if you want any type of service use anyone but @iinet

-
Beninjam (@PossumsAreJerks) reported@NBN_Australia Yeah, I know. As you can see from the notices, it is our provider sending the outage notices. There is obviously nothing @iiNet can do to fix this issue - this is entirely with you, so please stop trying to shift the focus.
