@iiNet is no one manning the support email address. I’ve sent countless emails and gotten nothing back. At this point I won’t be paying a cent anymore. Maybe put more staff to support than sales.

Staying cool, calm and connected with @iiNet seems to be a pipe dream. I have not been able to access my emails for more than a month and cannot get any sense from the phone operators. I call this utility exhaustion: wear the customer down by multiple calls with different peeps

@iiNet has been dropping out like clockwork every half-hour for the past two days. No NBN outages or hardware issues. No response or acknowledgement from @iiNet. What's the deal?
