Ahh, the pains of having international meetings but the internet doesn't want to be stable and the new router provided by the ISP also doesn't work since it's not set up on @iiNet s side and I've already spent an hour+ on the phone today trying to fix this.

  • AbbieGatorTTV AbbieGator 🏳️‍⚧️ (@AbbieGatorTTV) reported

So not sure why @iiNet wasn't able to fix my issue yesterday but took a single call today to fix my internet woes, but hey, it works now at least. Took way too long to get it working but at least it works now.

@iiNet How about instead of pitching for new customers you look after and service the ones you have already?

  • saintmichaelq17 Michael Trump (@saintmichaelq17) reported

@morromezzo @iiNet IiNet have not been able to resolve an issue with my email in over 14 weeks they keep promising too but to no avail! Numerous case managers and I have been with them since their inception more than 30 years! Still can’t resolve they are now rubbish so I recommend avoid them!

  • morromezzo john bourgeois mellencamp (@morromezzo) reported

@saintmichaelq17 @iiNet The TPG/iiNet CEO basically said if people want good speed and support (read: what they're paying for) they can "f*** off somewhere else"

@iiNet 1./Hi team, My internet service is none existent. Pretty handy for someone who’s whole business relies on a fast internet connection. Currently running 100 kbps upload speed on my 100 mbps package.

@iiNet How do I report our company website as being SAFE to Optus? We had an issue a few weeks ago and all problems have been resolved. It is now 100% clean as indicated by Google & 90+ Virus Security Site checkers. It's still being blocked by Optus / Costing us $10-15K a week!

@iiNet 🤡 Oops, your bad @iiNet! Looks like you forgot one important detail - I can't send a DM since ya don't follow me, I also don't hand out personal deets on twitter just a FYI. Guess I'll just have to stick with my usually trusty "NO JUNK MAIL" sign for now. #socialmediablunder 🤡
