    Ok can anyone recommend other ISPs cos @iiNet are giving me the run around. Apparently calling to say you’re moving and need your NBN moved means you want wireless internet, then you call to get that fixed and told to give it a chance (it’s terrible), then you call again…

    Wow @iinet unable to get anywhere with phone support this happened. Customer: "Can you pass my enquiry to your admin area and so they can sort this out and get back to me". IINET Tech: I can but soneone may or may not contact you. I asked him to repeat it. Yep that's what he said

    @iiNet I am STILL waiting on progress. Get nowhere.. you can’t take responsibility nor can you actually care enough to fix things. I’ve been with you for SIX YEARS. I’m so glad to know I’m just $$, not a valued customer. Am I just a joke to you, is that how it is?

    72+ hours without internet. @NBN_Australia technician visited last week and told us there was no problem with the line. @iiNet seem utterly uninterested in providing support. Feels like I'm in 2003.

    @iiNet Herein lies the BS that is iiNet - they didn’t give a stuff when they cut off my service and I couldn’t call anyone. But I place a complaint with the TIO and guess what - a Justin from customer service rings. So to all iiNet customers if u want proper service put in a complaint!

    @iiNet No one takes responsibility, no one cares enough to really fix things. Departments don’t talk to each other. I’m about to seek internet elsewhere because this is pathetic.
