    @Telstra @iiNet No- I report faults they instantly say its NBN, yet NBN can't find any faults. 4 months at $90 dollars with no 4g back-up. Shocking service, as highlighted here. I will be over with @iiNet by the end of the month and will recommend everyone else to do likewise.

    Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

    @iiNet @WealthxTracey Hang on, then what is? I’m going to a lot of expense, and being frustrated by @iiNet not being willing/able to help.

    @iiNet Hi iinet, I haven’t had internet connection since 5 pm. I checked your network status page and only fault seems to be at O’Connor ACT but I am in Aranda. Could the problem be wider than one suburb. If yes is there an eta?

    @iiNet It’s overdue, yes I don’t deny, but to be suspended over it AND without warning! This has never happened in the past - IF I’ve ever missed a payment.

    Emailed @iiNet twice in the last 2 weeks with no response. Is this how you treat customers who have been with you for 25 years? @launtel here I come.

    @iiNet I shouldn't have had to top up. There was no explanation that there was an issue. I did not receive a text or an email that there was an issue. All I got was "Can't send text by iiNet. Error 28" iiNet support did not know what Error 28 was nor did Mobile support. Ref # 380798763

    With @iiNet shutting down their Hosted Exchange on April 30th, have you decided where you're moving your emails too yet? Spoke to a few businesses this week who are either in progress or have completed their move to @Microsoft365
