@iiNet You know what really cringes my hinges? You’re service drops out constantly and you’re website asks every time I click to verify and then logs me out after the third verify for inactivity! For a tech company, ya suck at tech.

@iiNet I have been hanging on the support line all week. I have a ticket and everything. No need to add to the Chinese Whispers effect. But NOT A SINGLE ONE of the support people told me that I was calling the wrong number for Business Support, nor did they tell me what that number was.

@iiNet has been dropping out like clockwork every half-hour for the past two days. No NBN outages or hardware issues. No response or acknowledgement from @iiNet. What's the deal?

@iiNet are there any plans for you to become a “Participating Provider” for @NBN_Australia to upgrade FTTN premises to FTTP? Or is a Customer of 15 Years going to have change providers to get access to a technology available to everyone?

@iiNet Any clue why the internet is playing up again, Ballarat and Geelong both having issues with constant fluxuation. Not stable at all and your website doesn't say anything about it. Been going on all day.

@iiNet Calling is ****. Now I gotta wait an hour to be called back when all you couldn’t done is replied to one of my 50 emails I’ve sent over the last week. This is pathetic. Your support is a joke.
