@iiNet @iiNet takes the #ScoMoDoesNothing approach and announces a #LetItRip policy that catastrophic failure. Front up, own the problem and communicate, it is not hard. Otherwise you are the LNP of tech companies, all announcement and no satisfaction. A tweet and Facey post aint hard..

  • jesslawson85 Jessica Lawson (@jesslawson85) reported

@iiNet Will emails sent during the outage be received? I know I am missing plenty of my online purchase confirmations

  • ralphytown Amanda Ralph (@ralphytown) reported

No information on the datacentre outage on @iiNet homepage, 24+hrs ago since a vague update on their FB page and no response to repeated inquiries. 3 days now and counting. @acmadotgov are you able to intervene on customers' behalf? #iinet #iinetfail #iinetstilldown

  • Ocean4011 Helmut (@Ocean4011) reported

@t2d66 @iiNet Phishing attempt. If you inspect the link it is not an iiNet address. Message used bad expression “update your credit card” rather than “update your credit card details”. Also does not address you by your name. I have had 10’s of these

  • Uji733 Paul Ryan (@Uji733) reported

@iiNet @Hornso43 Last announcement was over 24 hours ago and only mentioned webmail. I have been unable to connect to my email via any application for 3 days, and still yet to find anything on social media or website saying there is a full on email issue.

Hi @iiNet is the problem in Melbourne too? We are completely down and we rely on your service for work? Please update us ASAP. TIA

  • ozshena ozshena (@ozshena) reported

@iiNet And now another 24 hrs with no further 'update' and no actual informative truth as to what is actually going on with your systems, and what information of ours has been affected. You've gone from pathetic to piss poor, congrats #iinet. Try honesty, it may save you some customers.

@iiNet What’s happening !!!!????? How about giving your customers an update on this email outage ? Haven’t received any emails now for 48hrs.

  • drjames2 Dan James (@drjames2) reported

@iiNet Not receiving most emails for best part of the day. Called support who got back to me nearly 3 hours later. Was then put in a que for email hosting support for 30 mins only for the call to then drop out.

@connorbrady00 @iiNet Exactly, why the hell would you pay for an inferior service that locks you in to one specific ISP? Pure madness. At least if you're going to pay for email make it something worthwhile like @ProtonMail
