@iiNet 2 days without email. No idea if missing emails will be on webmail because unable to access webmail (page is finally up but now login errors) No communication from you other than 1 paltry facebook/twitter post. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

@iiNet @jswharton Dear John, no doubt Shane needs the same help thousands of us require. Transparent communication and an honest assessment of when we can expect to have our email service restored #iinet #iinetstilldown @acmadotgov

@iiNet Can we have an update on the outage please. Some emails dribbling in. Unable to log into website or toolbox. Pity the first email received was an Invoice from you! #iiNetOutage

@iiNet The point I would make is that with email and website down it would have been appropriate for updates to be broadcast via Twitter. Better for your competition to know but keep customers in the loop.

@iiNet Just to add to that when I had iiNet for internet service it took 6 months and copious amounts of phone calls to cancel my account. It was the worst experience with a provider I have ever experienced in my life and I will never use you again.

@Nemspy @iiNet Obviously your business doesn't require this service to stay up!

@MBongaloo @MikeCarlton01 @iiNet Agree. They were brilliant before then, but sent everything offshore. I had huge problems when I moved, and when I contacted their support centre was told I didn't have my account with them I had it with NBN 🙄
