    Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

    @RedCruz19 @iiNet Forced system migration. Tech instructions ineffective/insufficient. Don’t answer the calls to help number. I’m so pissed off. Long term client and their written responses have been rude! Very disappointed. I used to rate them.

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    @iiNet Seriously! I have NEVER had some many internet outages and dropouts since I moved my service to you guys! Enough is enough now.

    @iiNet Hi iinet, I haven’t had internet connection since 5 pm. I checked your network status page and only fault seems to be at O’Connor ACT but I am in Aranda. Could the problem be wider than one suburb. If yes is there an eta?

    Absolutely disgusted at @iiNet support and service. Three phone-calls to update a credit card, total hold time - 4 hours. Currently up to the second phone call and 4 transfers totally 2.4 hours and counting to cancel my business services. On hold to yet another department.

    This for real @iiNet ? Called at 4:30pm to talking to billing (west aus) told 18mins, after 45 no answer. Think something's wrong, so hang up and call back. Told 30mins, currently on 50 and counting. According to your website the billing should still be active until 7pm...

    @iiNet TIO complaint 2025-11-04360 logged regarding you fraudulently debiting my account and then threatening to disconnect my service for non-payment.
