    @iiNet @jaq_reid iiNet - the worst service. We have an outage but you provide zero info. Support call wait times over an hour. The only way to get you to respond is lodge complaint with TIO

    Sooo @iiNet amazingly fast service but you gave me less than 24 hours notice that someone was coming to install it today AND you apparently need 24 hours notice to reschedule? And no one replied to the text I replied to yesterday. I'm very confused?

    @Bennythepagan @iiNet Having the same issues with the iiNet Cable Service in Mt Helen (Ballarat). Glad I'm not the only one :)
