John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported@iiNet the poor lady I'm on the phone with now has to get her supervisor to come to her desk to talk to me, because your rules don't allow her to transfer the call to the supervisors phone. I'm now on hold whilst her handset is sanitised! What a shambles you people are!

Tristan (@reject_cky) reported@iiNet Could not be more disappointed with your service. Regularly cuts out or struggles to keep up with demand. And we're not streaming 4k videos or playing hi-def games online. We can't even stream a bloody episode of Bluey without it pausing to buffer. They're 7 mins long!!
