Kath Murphy ♠️ (@Chopsie_Murphy) reported@natasha_yann @NBN_Australia I commiserate. I haven’t had this same thing happen, but my nbn experience had my head about to explode. Eventually you’re likely to get redress via the ombudsman but that doesn’t help your pocket or mind right now. I hope @iiNet fix this promptly.

M S (@xxbubblegum5) reported@iiNet is there an outage in Melbourne? I activated my mobile service over a week ago but still no service.
-
Don Fury (@fragmentoffear) reportedCheck out my Speedtest results! 15.1 Mbps down and 4.4 Mbps up. How do your speeds compare? Hey @iiNet I am paying for 25Mbps. I did your speed test at 12:30am with no one else in the house using the Internet. How can I improve my speed? Any ideas?

John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported@iiNet And spend all of that saving calling and being kept on hold by @iiNet,'s customer service centre!
-
Nic Chamberlain (@Nicchamberlain) reportedMy @iiNet internet has been shaky/slow/useless for 8 weeks. 2MB upload this morning. Supervisor suggestion “you pay for a private technician to check it out”. Serious suggestion. You guys are an embarrassment #telstraindisguise

John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported@monicabridget21 Always dig deeper. It's the same as when you talk to a call centre, as I'm doing now, @iiNet, never admit any mistake or allow any deviation from process.
-
💧 Vacuous Fair Dinkum Covfefe _Au Pair (@VacuousNess) reportedUnf****ing believable! Have used @iiNet for years. Was me who set it up in joint names with spouse, me who's always done admin, trouble shooting, ph calls to iiNet and recommended them to others. Today phoned them and told not authorised. We are BOTH furious. #misogyny policy ?

John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported@iiNet. No surprise after having found my way round the call centres and found a manager in Oz to look at the service issues I've suffered, promised a call and nothing. Yes I know there was a lockdown in SA on Tuesday, but not surprised that @iiNet can't manage that either!
-
Tunic (@captainflux) reported@iiNet The query was not about credit for downtime, it was about compensation for loss of income while I sat here like a ******** all morning, waiting for someone who was never coming.

Natasha yann 🏜🚐 (@natasha_yann) reportedDid you know that @NBN_Australia can arbitrarily disconnect and delete your service to your isp @iiNet without your knowledge, without communication or approval? Then no one can tell you who or why. After which your ISP then requests that you pay a reconnection fee? Wow just wow
