    @iiNet Really poor service tonight guys. Our CC was compromised so I changed payment details with you April 3rd. Now tonight, at 8pm you disconnect the service. Just as the call centre closes. Big help you guys are.

    hey @iinet ive been cut off 6 times while going through your phone options, you might want to look into it. im trying to go through to tech support.

    Really @iiNet - 51 minutes on hold and then cut off. Have been a business customer for 12 years and I need to speak to someone about migrating my email account that you are cancelling...

    @iiNet you've not called me back, hung up on me, refused to escalate my problem, and sent me a router that I cannot configure. I'm making calls to your parent company's Head of CX hourly. Not good enough.

    @iiNet is there an outage in the 4128 Shailer Park area? Unable to access broadband and no outage showing on your site. Reset the modem twice and so just asking?

    .@TPG_Telecom @Internode @iiNet are all a disgrace, 13+ years with Internode don’t even care if you leave. Worst customer service possible.. All three companies are under one umbrella and it definitely shows when dealing with them. Customer loyalty means **** all
