@iiNet Ahh finally after way too many weeks (5), not the turnaround standard anyone could be expected to endure I've no doubt. Waiting on landline reconnection still though, gah! Oh, spoke to soon, too good to be true!! Internet down AGAIN! Is there really no one there able to fix this?

  • Quokkkka1 durrrr (@Quokkkka1) reported

@iiNet Signed up for business NBN with iiNet. Sales people promised 2-5 business days to connection. Past day 5. Modem not dispatched. Apparently a global shortage. Should of stayed with Internode. Never ending excuses.

  • RogueDoctor The Aimless Tinkerer (@RogueDoctor) reported

Midway through new @SeaOfThieves Adventure and my #FixedWireless internet drops. @NBN_Australia shows no issues in my area, @iiNet lists webmail and email major fault as of 18hrs ago.

Just had 14 days of no internet and appalling customer service from @iiNet and on day 15 they call me to try to cross sell me a mobile phone plan. Goodness me

@iiNet Hi Kris, I do hope that someone with either the know-how or the clout will get back to us with a real solution rather than soothing platitudes that lead us nowhere near to the reconnection to the internet we've been asking for for 6weeks. #patiencelimit #customer20years

Dear @iinet, your Telstra tech was supposed to be coming to fix my internet which has been down for five days now , a shocking situation for a freelance journalist - between 8am and midday today. Is he still coming? #freelance #journalism
