@angry_eyebrow @iiNet I got tired of my nbn nonsense not working in my small town plus too expensive. I now just hotspot off my phone and still have data left over. I don’t do games but watch on demand tv and movies this way

@iinet could you imagine having one of the few hybrid fibre/coaxial networks in the country, offering 400mbs a second and the downgrading everyone to 100mbs. The network could probably go faster anyway.

@iiNet Have now spent 7 hours all up trying to resolve #iiNet issues. 4 still ongoing. 1. Reimbursement for a Fetch Mini that was inexplicably sent to me 2 days after receiving the requested Fetch Mighty. 2. Unable to connect Optus Sport to new Fetch Mighty.

@iiNet Have been on hold for half an hour. No option for a call back. Customer service doesn’t exist here. Fetch box has reset and asking for activation number. This is the latest in a long list of f#*! Ups from #iiNet There will need to be reimbursement once this is sorted.

Hey @iinet. Maybe if your staff spent more time actually dealing with my problem and less trying to up-sell me an unrelated mobile phone plan then it might be possible to order a modem upgrade in less than 50 minutes and by talking to less than 4 different staff members.
