@iiNet 2 days without email. No idea if missing emails will be on webmail because unable to access webmail (page is finally up but now login errors) No communication from you other than 1 paltry facebook/twitter post. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

  • StrangeButTru11 StrangeButTrue (@StrangeButTru11) reported

@iiNet Don't forget your netspace customers. Webmail page is now loading but sign-in is not working: "Error: Server Error: cannot read - connection closed?"

  • DingoDigital1 DingoDigital 🇦🇺 (@DingoDigital1) reported

@Nemspy @bobthegeo @iiNet Actually it’s a lot more than e-mail if you bothered to check - thousands of business owners including myself who have websites that are down. This is a service that we PAY for and rely on for online ordering etc.

  • SallyRMelb N95SRPassesItOn (@SallyRMelb) reported

@iiNet not awfully happy about getting two texts telling me about my bill today (for first time) just when your service is down over a key period.

  • uramaaaaaaazing Janet Evans (@uramaaaaaaazing) reported

@iiNet Hi! Can I please have a couple of days deleted from my bill, as I'm paying full price for a full service....and in spite of circumstances beyond your control (even though this has happened a couple of times before), I'm not getting full service. Thanks @iiNet

  • jswharton Shane (@jswharton) reported

@iiNet The point I would make is that with email and website down it would have been appropriate for updates to be broadcast via Twitter. Better for your competition to know but keep customers in the loop.

  • QuadrimBlackner Quadrim Blackner (@QuadrimBlackner) reported

@iiNet Still no emails coming though for off net customer, did you all forget to fix the Log4j issue or something?

  • Ocean4011 Helmut (@Ocean4011) reported

@iinet the only good thing about this outage is I don’t get my daily phishing email telling me that my last payment didn’t work and to click link to update my credit card details. Not all bad see.

@iiNet Can we have an update on the outage please. Some emails dribbling in. Unable to log into website or toolbox. Pity the first email received was an Invoice from you! #iiNetOutage

  • NADennison Noel Dennison (@NADennison) reported

@iiNet This is exactly the same pathetic communication effort as last time, beware of missing emails and don't bother asking for compensation as they will tell you email is a free service as part of the internet service provision. Might be time to change service providers after 30 yrs
