@iiNet I have been trying to get my NBN order completed for TWO WEEKS. 23 year customer. A disgrace! Ref# 344947889. We are running out of mobile data and have been charged for the order! PLEASE RESOLVE NOW

@iiNet But the alternative is holding on to a mobile phone connection which in my case kept dropping out due to poor phone reception. Typing out a message was the best I could manage. I couldnt even get the iinet website to load to try an online chat message.

@bcurrall80 I know @Telstra gets a bad rap, but I recently jumped from iiNet. Same plan but for extra $10/month get a 4G SIM modem incase NBN goes down. Handy for alarm/cameras etc
