    @DodoAustralia Your emails keep nagging me, it’s time to activate your SIM. When ******** are you going to send it, #DodoAustralia? So far, your service is no better than, and no less irritating than the @iinet I so desperately want to replace.

    A customer should not have to continually re register their modem details, to have the telephone number work for incoming and outgoing calls. Your system is F k ed! @iiNet

    @iiNet @sbphoto The outage has been 8 hours, and the most recent update was 4 hours ago. Even then, the previous update was just to change the severity. Can we please get some info on what actually is wrong? And perhaps an update in the ticket that everyone is being referred to.

    @DodoAustralia’s emails nag it’s time to activate your SIM, when it hasn’t ******* sent them. Worse, I am told its mobile people don’t work on a weekend. So far, its service is no better than the idiots @iinet I want to replace. @DodoAustralia is now dead forever to me.
