Well @iiNet finally did something helpful for us! They removed any barrier of convenience stopping us from ditching their incompetent gaslighting ***. If we have to be out of pocket and start from step 1 because _they_ ****** up you can be damn sure we're not doing it with #iiNet

@iiNet Hi Tal, I am aware of that. The only solution I want is confirmation in writing that we will never have to pay the amount listed as an "outstanding dispute" _still_ on our final account despite no less than 5 assurances that we wouldn't have to pay it, or that it would be removed

@WolphIsWatching @iiNet iiNet suffered too many mergers. We've had a good experience with Aussie broadband NBN so far though. The one time we had to call them for some obscure technical setting we needed they actually understood and were able to help. Really need to move my mobile plans across too.

@iiNet @weliveoutside Ross I have filed a complaint with the Telecommunications Ombudsman - the TIO. I suggest you do the same so that iiNet gets properly investigated

@iiNet thanks so much for STEALING money from me again for the second time this year despite the fact I’m not a customer anymore. Gonna make me wait another full month for a refund again, aren’t you? Quite literally, **** you.
