@iiNet No surprise here. @iinet will still not permit me to make a complaint and they stilldo not know what the problem is... but they did ask me to send personally identifying information over twitter 😳😳

  • MSMWatchdog2013 Not a Canberra Bubbler 🌲🌏🌲 (@MSMWatchdog2013) reported

@AEBayley @iiNet I tried to help my sister sort out problems with iinet. It was an absolute nightmare. Solution: Signed her up with Mate Communicate. She's not had a problem since. Give them a ring & you'll be able to judge from one phone call their approach to customer service. Best wishes.

  • DrTheaVanags Dr Thea Vanags (Dr T) (@DrTheaVanags) reported

Hey @iiNet way won’t you fix my email problem? 9 calls in 4 days and yesterday I tried to register a complaint about the service only to be told I can’t register a complaint. Why is that @iinet? Do I really need to go to the ombudsman?

Hey @iiNet @NBN_Australia how much longer is the outage impacting areas of the Central Coast going to continue. There’s been non internet for over 16 hours.

@iiNet I’ve had consistent drop outs and outages since the start of November, apparently my case gets escalated everyday, yet still no progress. Is this how you treat a loyal customer of over 10 years? Ref: 351617868

  • pzeegers PeteZ (@pzeegers) reported

@iiNet my nbn hfc internet service is not working. Mortimore Street, Bentleigh Victoria 3204.

  • FlipPrior 🦄 Flip Prior 🦄 (@FlipPrior) reported

Dear @iiNet if you don't fix my internet soon or respond to emails in a timelier fashion I am going to have to cancel my service ... after you give me a refund. Whatever your technician did to fix the line yesterday has made it even WORSE arghhhhhh

  • HarryPartingto4 Harry Partington (@HarryPartingto4) reported

@iiNet I keep having random outages, multiple times every hour it just stops working, comes back on after about 10 minutes and then goes off again about 10 minutes later and so on. Any reason why or how to fix it?

  • TheyreGunnaPod They're Gunna Kill Us (@TheyreGunnaPod) reported

@Telstra , @iiNet and @NBN_Australia can't seem to sort our internet. They're aware we also have almost no phone signal but apparently that creates no sense of urgency. 3 weeks from now, they reckon, which will be 6 weeks of bullshit all up. That's if it happens, which I doubt.
