@NBN_Australia Hi Amy, @iiNet tell me that they tried to contact their dedicated NBN technical support team last Thursday, Monday, and yesterday, & you guys haven’t responded once. Seems like now I have two companies pointing fingers at one another. 😡

@redruby17 @iiNet Optus has had its issues, but try their hearts out to fix things, and have compensated for NBN outages.

Hi @iiNet - on the phone yesterday with Ramiz I was told a case manager would call today at midday Brisbane time. No one has called and the net has been down for most of the afternoon. The first outage was at 8:36am this morning.

@redruby17 @Telstra @iiNet Mines pretty good with Telstra. A few initial set up problems but has been fine ever since.

@iiNet I’ve already lodged an official complaint and am waiting for that, for 3 business days. Still going round in circles. My case has been ‘escalated’ 3-5 times.

@sowdented @iiNet They don't know what the issue is. All I know it's that I've spoken to iiNet more than I've spoken to people I know in the last two months.

@redruby17 @NBN_Australia @iiNet Yep. It’s shaped to 6Mbps down and 1 Mbps up but better than nothing. It would be one reason to switch to Telstra.

@iiNet you call yourselves “Internet Providers” more like “Internet Dividers”. You’re connections last about as long as me taking a ****.. Also your Tech Team need to stop finger poppin each other’s butt holes and fix their problem so I can access this “Internet” that I pay for.

@redruby17 @NBN_Australia @iiNet That’s a bonus. Sadly switching providers won’t help. Perseverance is about the only thing that gets action. Make lots of noise.
