@iiNet So my connection dropouts have gotten a lot worse since support contacted me. I emailed on Sunday, but haven't heard back. my router is now needed a reset after most dropouts as it's wanted me to manually setup the DNS

@iiNet Been having constant dropouts for months, upgrading router didn't help at all. I emailed tech support and have no response. Have been having at least 3 dropouts an hour all week recently, it's so bad.

@redruby17 @iiNet I only use them if I'm away from home. Out in the bush etc. and then I just buy a recharge from Coles to last a month. $20. When I was having the same problem your having now it was a great help. No good for watching netflix etc but great for just searching the net emails etc.

@redruby17 @iiNet Thats is I only put credit on it if I'm having problems. Had no power the other day so I used this on my laptop.

@iiNet ADSL internet down since yesterday morning. Now told it’s due to a @Telstra outage in the area. Expected date of reconnection 22/1. Over a week to fix a fault! And you thought 2020 got off to a bad start #WorkFromHome Not.

  • brandybongos Brendan A Jones (@brandybongos) reported

@iiNet I have made 5 calls on this issue, Leo. I’ll DM you.

  • rogery Roger Yerramsetti (@rogery) reported

An @iiNet customer my entire adult life but will soon be a @Telstra customer (only regional broadband provider at new place). But oh my, online service is woeful, I've no idea if new connection is underway, and can't find anything useful on website. iiNet service is underrated!

So I was told by Leslie from @iinet last year that my shitty broadband speeds will be improved by the 'ongoing project rollout of refreshed VDSL equipment' which I have since discovered is absolute BS. I can find no evidence of a network upgrade. What is @iiNet's response?
