@AlisterAir @iiNet Yep 16 grand in Brunswick East. They've turned off the ability to get a quote for doing all the neighbours at the same time. It's ludicrous. If the HFC is unstable I'll actually look at using 5G for crucial stuff. Exactly as Telstra foresaw 10 years ago during the NBN wars.

@iiNet 72 hours no internet access..iiNet technical people telling me yesterday iiNet sales people had misled me..three phone calls from iiNet support today where link quality was so bad we could not talk..seriously...@iiNet

@iiNet Your colleague has advised there is still an issue in the area, yet your website shows it as resolved. You may want to update your site to accurately reflect to save your customers time.

@iiNet Happened again tonight, seems to be the same issue. Any investigation would be appreciated.

@bigfootynews @iiNet Kind of matches the support you give #Hypocrite

  • MarkBrooksDodd Mark Dodd (@MarkBrooksDodd) reported

@nicktrav @iiNet @TPG_Telecom Yeah, I assume emails are possible to restore but their IT support didn't know how to do it. This is honestly the problem of mergers and aggressive cost controlling - it produced scenarios where no-one at the customer-facing level can actually solve non-routine problems.

@bigfootynews @iiNet Is bigfooty down again? Come over to mine

Hey @iiNet. Not getting anywhere with your tech support with a new connection I've been waiting on. Keep giving me run around. Can someone actually call me? Please!

  • Josephcoinstag Josephco.instagram (@Josephcoinstag) reported

@iinet so 7 days (and many hours on phone) without internet after transferring from adsl to nbn..All because of misinformation from iiNet about a modem that I specifically asked about before I requested the transfer. 2 questions: how you going fix this? Why are you charging me?

  • Josephcoinstag Josephco.instagram (@Josephcoinstag) reported

@iiNet Day7 (no access for 7 days)..just been advised by iinet modem was not delivered by startrek because they sent to different address..startrek won't tell iinet where they sent it due to security/privacy I have phoned, emailed and direct messaged internet
