    @iinet have zero customer service... it takes a minimum one hour to get anyone to pick up the phone. It’s infuriating

    @Cazlab7 @iiNet Normally I don’t have an issue but yesterday was blowing pretty hard and it internet dropped out it was that windy my swimming pool moved across the backyard I just emptied it for winter I should’ve waited lol

    @iiNet Instructions were wrong - neither worked.. but I’ve managed to work around it despite much frustration. Fetch back to not working but at least the internet does - at least for the time being (not even talking phone)

    @iiNet You guys are a joke! After making me call three times to cancel my account you then charge me another month 🙄. A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

    @TheyCallHimX @iiNet Ditched them month one because they don't buy enough bandwidth so peak is unusable, kept asking for my logs basically said forget it. Went to Aussie broadband and never looked back
