@iiNet No it's fine, I see that the outage has been re-opened. BTW maybe tell your customer support reps to hang up the phone when they are leaving a message rather than leaving a 3 minute message slagging the customer...

@iiNet @AnnaWhateley We’ll iiNet let me just advertise for you - Connect Dumber! My business nbn / internet goes down this afternoon 5 days after flood recovery. Issue? The issue is iiNet talked me into a VOIP. 2 calls to support today took 1hr15m. I then receive email stating 100% mob calls used.

@iiNet I have been refunded $292 and $145 - ongoing battle since August. Fire your technical support team, I think I had to walk through troubleshooting with each and everyone of them. And told them what the issue was….. we got there in the end when one with a brain could go off script

@iiNet are you guys aware of issues still affecting NT? You guys supposedly fixed the issue today and are reporting all clear on service status page but I'm still getting speeds of ~0.5mbps constantly.
