It's 2023, and the local @NBN still switches off everytime it rains. it rained 12 times today, so 12 outages Until 6pm when it just shut off completely for everyone around me. No messages, no explanations from NBN or @iiNet. They charge $70 to $120 a month for this pathetic crap.

@iiNet I am having an awful experience with your company. I’m trying to cancel a mobile service but maintain my internet and your people are not helping. They are rude and disconnect me. Next stop the Ombudsman.

@iiNet I'm having an awful experience with iinet. My elderly MIL, 91 yrs, lives alone, her iinet landline isn't working. Was promised it would be fixed yesterday, still not working. She has no way to call for help if she needs it. Asked 6 times today for updates, silence.

@KentJohnson @iiNet We finally got it settled but not before hours of waiting for call centres, for email replies, for any real action It’s a universal issue of course, iiNet is just one example Public & private organisations all hide behind on-line & ‘self-serve’ walls The bricks are countless

@iiNet The speeds are generally great, sometimes it drops out entirely - which is the concern. The slowest I've had is the advertised speed, I'm often 10mbs over If I have an issue, it is that the connection drops entirely, no internet at all

@iiNet @TelcoOmbudsman @whirlpoolnetau SMALL BUSINESSES, FIND ANOTHER MOBILE TELCO AND AVOID THE PAIN OF DOING BUSINESS WITH #iiNET Even when it pretends to want to help me via a DM here, #iiNet’s system is still ****** up. Its link to my login yields only "message":"Forbidden"
