@iiNet For all of Qantas’ faults, they solved my refund issue in a 30-minute phone call. 5 hours later, they’ve followed up with an email detailing what was done. Meanwhile, @iiNet is STILL leaving us hanging. 17 days & counting. Do yourself a favour. Don’t sign up with them!!

  • brad_00 meh... (@brad_00) reported

@iiNet been a customer for 17 years and the service is unacceptable. From trying to establish new service to cancelling existing service. I can’t believe how poor this experience has been

@iiNet @Mezanong Got a BS message from iiNet and then got an email about some order I never placed and then when i ring the number on the email - they can't explain anything. Has iiNet become Australia's worst telecommunications Co?? #iinet @iiNet

@EyemanPatg @iiNet I believe they have. A friend of a friend of a friend says their customer service isn’t worth much now.

@TheRiffJet @iiNet Mate, they’re not gonna get anyone to do that! Their customer service is so **** poor!! They’re ignoring my tweets now cos they don’t plan to do a damn thing to address probs. I hope you have better luck that I’ve had, but these bozos don’t seem to have a clue about anything!

  • TubbsJTattsyrup Tubbs Tattsyrup (@TubbsJTattsyrup) reported

@iiNet This is the worst service provider ever! Forget delivering the basic service you’ve paid for, they’ll cost you more money & do unauthorised porting on your number! They’ll also continually ignore your requests for help & then chide you for getting frustrated.

I'll never forget when I had a couple of days to get to NY for a quick-turnaround job and was utterly shocked when I got there and had no access to my telephone. I see nothing's changed. And we've been a globalised world for some time now... @iinet

  • sumerdigital Philip Walker (@sumerdigital) reported

@iiNet Apparently you can't help. You have cancelled the service of a 94 year old women who depends on being connected for no reason and without authority. I have been an @iiNet customer for almost 23 years and had no idea that you would breach your duty of care in such a way.
