    @iiNet worst customer experience of my life - 3.5 years a customer- take my money every month - try to talk to someone - 3 phone calls - can't help me because my DOB is wrong in yr system- resend ID verified- 12 hours later still not updated and can't help me - told to call back

    @iiNet Such a terrible service. Avoid. I was with them for over 10 years. I wish I could get them back. Nothing but problems

    With @iiNet shutting down their Hosted Exchange on April 30th, have you decided where you're moving your emails too yet? Spoke to a few businesses this week who are either in progress or have completed their move to @Microsoft365

    @DianeDromgold @iiNet They literally have me blocked because for over a month they refused to admit our Internet was even down due to the local nbn works

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    @iiNet it’s very interesting that IiNet seem not to use any of their social media since 2024. It that because of the appalling and depleting customer service like the outage in our area today that was not communicated or corrected in the 14 hours since it went off line ?

    @iiNet @VocusComm what happened to support for bizphone? No client comms, no support, no ability to make changes or add handsets… after 11 years of working together, out of necessity to maintain telephony it’s time to go elsewhere…
