@iiNet Nobody replying to DM's either zzzz. Great service.

  • Molavigne1 Molavigne (@Molavigne1) reported

@madeitobvious @iiNet Good luck, it took them 2 weeks to sort out our issues. Buy a new modem and switch provider if you want service

  • BirdNoises3356 Kit (@BirdNoises3356) reported

@iiNet It's ok. The phone service you provide is terrible. I have almost no signal in the middle of a major regional town. If I drive 15 minutes out of town I have none. Happy to be moving on to something a little safer and useful. :)

.@iiNet Hi, had a mailbox get hacked into on Monday, needed zero approval to have the password changed or anything. An email was sent to support after finding out, have yet to hear anything back. Time is of the essence as tickets for a concert this weekend are on that email.

@iiNet Thanks, I discovered next morning I was in touch with the world again*, but as stated, there were complaints re #NBN at same time, not just #iiNet (this time). *flippant comment, I did have access to the net via your mobile service (40GB $15 for 6 months then $30) so U get a pass

  • lombombadill Lyam (@lombombadill) reported

@iiNet now day 5, service still not fully operational. No outages on site, Level 2 escalation priority ticket, no reply. Could have switched providers 10x over by now Have someone contact me asap

  • KentJohnson Kent Johnson (@KentJohnson) reported

@CrocodileChuck @iiNet iiNET NBN service is fine, I could have saved a couple of hundred a year - IF - the wireless worked. Now I can't return the modem due to corporate ineptitude! Should I bill them for my time spent trying to return it?

  • dispose_humans satan (@dispose_humans) reported

@iiNet I plan on cancelling my service this week, as I was assured by your techs that dropouts would stop by Dec 1st I’m sick of lodging tickets. Who would you recommend?

  • BirdNoises3356 Kit (@BirdNoises3356) reported

@iiNet Funny story time! It just took less than 15 mins to swap back to Optus yet it took @iinet nearly 12 days to swap me over to their system about 4 months back. It's almost false advertising to say you provide a phone service. It's definitely not worth the $15 or so a month.
