@CrocodileChuck @iiNet iiNET NBN service is fine, I could have saved a couple of hundred a year - IF - the wireless worked. Now I can't return the modem due to corporate ineptitude! Should I bill them for my time spent trying to return it?

  • petebarron Pete (@petebarron) reported

Upgraded to 5G as recommended by @iiNet and have been down most of the night. Never had this issue with the NBN and have been on hold forever trying to resolve. No issues in the area according to their site - epic fail for a telco!!!

@iiNet Hey. I’ve just checked on your website and it says there’s a widespread issue

  • powerofmax21 max power (@powerofmax21) reported

@iiNet Yo, how you gonna have an VDSL2 outage for over 4 hours, but list it as "minor" and "resolving asap" when there hasn't been an update since the initial issue.

  • ShittyMemeDUDE aaaaaaa (@ShittyMemeDUDE) reported

.@iiNet Hi, had a mailbox get hacked into on Monday, needed zero approval to have the password changed or anything. An email was sent to support after finding out, have yet to hear anything back. Time is of the essence as tickets for a concert this weekend are on that email.

  • BirdNoises3356 Kit (@BirdNoises3356) reported

@iiNet It's ok. The phone service you provide is terrible. I have almost no signal in the middle of a major regional town. If I drive 15 minutes out of town I have none. Happy to be moving on to something a little safer and useful. :)

  • dispose_humans satan (@dispose_humans) reported

@iiNet I plan on cancelling my service this week, as I was assured by your techs that dropouts would stop by Dec 1st I’m sick of lodging tickets. Who would you recommend?

  • StewartPower1 Stewart Power (@StewartPower1) reported

@iiNet Why is there a ''minor'' outtage that has been going on for 12 hours now in postcode 2900? What exactly am I paying for when I can't use your poor service? No reply from customer ''service'' , useless company.
