    @Telstra @iiNet No- I report faults they instantly say its NBN, yet NBN can't find any faults. 4 months at $90 dollars with no 4g back-up. Shocking service, as highlighted here. I will be over with @iiNet by the end of the month and will recommend everyone else to do likewise.

    Hey @iiNet been on hold to #hosting for over 53 minutes…just have an enquiry to check something but not going on line to do it, want to speak to a person. Never waited so long for support

    DON’T EVEN GET CLOSE TO @DodoAustralia. It tells me: You're missing out! We noticed you haven’t activated your SIM yet! But it hasn’t ******* sent them. The wash-up: its service is no better than the idiots @iinet I want to replace. @DodoAustralia is now dead forever to me.

    And, @iinet and #TheMessengerCo, I know how to reset passwords in settings and my post-grad in tech isn't helping here. I need actual tech support, tho you're both hopeless in that dept. I haven't had email on one device or another since Aug 11. Now on both, so zero email.

    Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

    @iiNet Not good enough that I should sit on the phone for one hour and fifty six minutes to get my call answered and then another 25 to get the issue sorted. @iinet has always had the best customer service - now it’s terrible. #dobetter #customerservice
