    Great @iinet. I wait for an hour for a callback. I speak to an operator. When I check the confirmation SMS I get no response from the operator. Pushed back Q. This was followed by an automated hang-up. Now waiting another 1 hour for another callback. Useless.

    @jimmyraynes @iiNet So its not just me then. i have internet, but its running so poor it may as well be out. so slow not even speed test runs.

    got an emqil frm @iiNet a month ago saying 'notice how good ur service has been lately? pay a bit more to keep it that way' and i'm like yeah sure bend over and i'll give you a taste of your service

    @iiNet @jaq_reid iiNet - the worst service. We have an outage but you provide zero info. Support call wait times over an hour. The only way to get you to respond is lodge complaint with TIO

    @iiNet so glad that you couldnt stick to your word again. YOUVE CUT OFF MY SERVICE AFTER OFFERING A MONTH FREE FOR ******** AROUND YOU MADE FOR ME LAST MONTH! all i need is a ******* NBN extension from my house to out the front so I can switch services. ******* FURIOUS!

    Paying for 28mb download speed from @iiNet home service and getting 3mb and the service call people are polite enough but talk gibberish that a technician might understand but I do not. Anyone got simple ideas? I've rebooted the modem - all I know how to do, no help.
