    @iiNet @Gervo1865 Wouldn't bank on it mate. After a litany of **** ups, lies, etc, I was assured a senior manager (albeit in customer relations), Shane, would call by 5pm today. Suffice to say nothing!

    @iiNet Been having constant dropouts for months, upgrading router didn't help at all. I emailed tech support and have no response. Have been having at least 3 dropouts an hour all week recently, it's so bad.

    @iiNet What a surprise that @iinet customer relations have achieved nothing at all to help and now don’t even return calls. Having to deal with NBN direct. An appalling “service” provider.

    @iinet another one “Still waiting for refund for service that could not be provided 8 weeks ago disgusting service there is no customer service just duck shoving and avoidance the customer support calls go overseas pathetic service all round...”
