@DocB__ @iiNet Your experience with @iiNet is causing me to reconsider provider’s. Been with them for a decade or more, their service is slipping. Got very close a few weeks back.

  • MarvinAndroid4 Marvin (@MarvinAndroid4) reported

@DocB__ @iiNet ditto, left iinet a few years back, and nbn for that matter. optus wireless broadband, cut out the middlemen and the dodgy copper wires in the ground. flawless

  • DocB__ Ron Baumann 💧 (@DocB__) reported

Lost my cool over on the phone today for the first time in many years when the 5th person in 3 days called from @iiNet to ask the same series of questions that the 4 before her had asked but had no idea what has been done so far to resolve the issue. READ THE F'KING NOTES!

  • davidbewart Ewart, Dave (@davidbewart) reported

@iiNet very slow today in Mirboo North

  • DocB__ Ron Baumann 💧 (@DocB__) reported

@KdH37636844 @NBN_Australia @iiNet I can but I don't want to spend almost $1,000 on setup and $139 a month for the service. iiNet wireless is only $49.95 and I really don't need the high speeds.

  • DocB__ Ron Baumann 💧 (@DocB__) reported

@iiNet I'm hearing this for 4 days now but still without the internet access that you're already billing me for. I've also just noticed on my dashboard that the service at my previous address is still active. All hell will break loose if I'm still being billed for it.

  • DocB__ Ron Baumann 💧 (@DocB__) reported

It's 9:30 Brisbane time which means that @iiNet's deadline is up. It also means I have to spend valuable time I really don't have submitting a complaint to the ombudsman and finding a new provider.

Hey @iiNet - has something changed in the Burleigh Heads (4220) area? My Mum usually has good mobile service, but the last couple of days the connection at her house is horrible, and has trouble finding more than 3G in other places, too. Can you check it for her?

  • DocB__ Ron Baumann 💧 (@DocB__) reported

@iiNet @lizabeth4566 Firstly, if you took the time to read the thread, you'd realise it's not Beth with the problem, it's me. Secondly, over the last week I had spoken for hours to at least a dozen iiNet staff. Read the notes.

@iiNet I had already done this. You had also promised to re-tune the tower. Twice. We have also done 'the dance' - move the modem up, down, to the left, turn it off & on. Twice You are selling plans for 25-50mps when your network delivers 1-2mps and a ping >90.
