@iiNet how fast can you guys reconnect the service I had with you previously? I have all the connections as you were my previous ISP, and have my own modem. Would rather switch back than deal with these inconveniences.

@iiNet very slow and convoluted customer service experienced over the last few weeks. I changed my address with iiNet when I moved (kind of necessary!), again before delivery of a new modem, but it was still sent to old address. Meanwhile I received one meant for someone else!!

.@iinet My internet has been slow for a few weeks now. How is it that it takes up to 5 seconds to load a page yet youtube plays smoothly at 480p? I have FTTB. Postcode 3065.

@iiNet is the company that even though you don’t use the service for three months after multiple phone calls of this error they will still invoice you and if they see the fault in their service they will credit you BUT with that credit they will still pay the outstanding invoices

It seems weird for @iiNet to send a "to the resident" snail mail to my home when I already pay for a service with them at this address. Doubly weird when the prices quoted would give me 12 MB/s for the price of my current 90 MB/s one.

@iiNet for anyone considering iiNet, don’t!! They don’t refund payments where they didn’t provide service, and they ignore your emails so you will give up and go away. Their no1 service was before TPG bought them out.

@iiNet offering me a potential single bright spot in this lockdown. Call me a corporate shill, but the easy time I had signing up with them tonight and their customer service has me filled with hope that I can reconnect with my friends over a week sooner than I'd thought possible

@NBN_Australia shows a major outage in my area still (> 5 hrs now) but @iiNet shows no major outages in area. Is this a @Telstra issue at heart? Whatever is going on, it’s unacceptable. I have lost a day’s work.
