@iiNet I had already done this. You had also promised to re-tune the tower. Twice. We have also done 'the dance' - move the modem up, down, to the left, turn it off & on. Twice You are selling plans for 25-50mps when your network delivers 1-2mps and a ping >90.

  • sebe sebe (@sebe) reported

@miriamcosic @iiNet Stopping the rollout of the FTTP, Fibre to the Premises, has been a disaster, Fibre to the node relies on old copper, for the last km to the home. Copper wires could be > 80 years old. Relo in Windsor has no issues with full fibre, driveway is flooded again, glass is waterproof.

  • MarvinAndroid4 Marvin (@MarvinAndroid4) reported

@DocB__ @iiNet ditto, left iinet a few years back, and nbn for that matter. optus wireless broadband, cut out the middlemen and the dodgy copper wires in the ground. flawless

  • ConnollyStuart Stuart Connolly (OBS) (The Evil One) 👹 (@ConnollyStuart) reported

@DocB__ @iiNet Telstra is no different, the call centre employees read from a script and if you interrupt them they start from scratch.

  • BLShiv 💧Shiv 😷 (@BLShiv) reported

@DocB__ @iiNet Yes ... left iiNet as they failed to resolve an issue clearly on their end for months.

  • DocB__ Ron Baumann 💧 (@DocB__) reported

Lost my cool over on the phone today for the first time in many years when the 5th person in 3 days called from @iiNet to ask the same series of questions that the 4 before her had asked but had no idea what has been done so far to resolve the issue. READ THE F'KING NOTES!

  • LozzieK80 Lozzie K 💉💉💉 (@LozzieK80) reported

@DocB__ @NBN_Australia @iiNet Sorry, they discontinued the wireless service.

  • davidbewart Ewart, Dave (@davidbewart) reported

@iiNet very slow today in Mirboo North

  • Nafeah2 Nafeah (@Nafeah2) reported

@iiNet please acknowledge Wireless NBN is down in postcode 2749.

  • DocB__ Ron Baumann 💧 (@DocB__) reported

@KdH37636844 @NBN_Australia @iiNet I can but I don't want to spend almost $1,000 on setup and $139 a month for the service. iiNet wireless is only $49.95 and I really don't need the high speeds.
