    @iiNet i can’t find an up to date outage or issues list or map. Had download speeds down to 3.13 Mbps on average for a couple of days now. Any known issues in northeast Tasmania causing this?

    @iiNet Hi Tal, I am aware of that. The only solution I want is confirmation in writing that we will never have to pay the amount listed as an "outstanding dispute" _still_ on our final account despite no less than 5 assurances that we wouldn't have to pay it, or that it would be removed
