@iiNet hey guys. Any issues with VOIP phones in Brisbane? My phone line has stopped working this morning, no dial tone. Considering I work from home this is a huge issue

Today I switched to @aussie_bb after 11 years with @iinet, because ii doesn't work well with Google Wifi. What a stellar experience. Easy UX, all set up within a couple of hours. Had to make a call to stop them blocking my ports but they handled it really well.

@iiNet hey guys. Problem with nbn at 3351 postcode. Website listed nothing, but there’s no access. Tried all the usual gateway resets etc. can you please look into this thanks!

@iiNet Just a point. Years ago I had a problem which related to drop outs and was told iinet had to persuade Telstra to sort it out. Now it’s the same with NBN. This system seems to be broken and the customer loses out every time.

@iiNet Thanks Liz however the blockage seems to be NBN and without them agreeing to sort out the problem between the node and the premises nothing will happen.
