@iiNet The slowest test at 9pm was 10Mbs download 😒. Hopefully this enough for the contact via email that is tracking this down for me. I know the third party Opticomm need to be convinced of the issue even before they will look into it. If only the NBN was rolled out properly.

@iiNet You are as bad as Telstra, that’s the best description of your customer service

Just appalling customer service yet again from @iiNet. Talk a good game but just don’t have it. No internet for 2 days, no appointment, no resolution. Useless

@iiNet Yes I’ve done that. But I think it’s important that anyone looking for an ISP is aware of the frailties in your customer and technical service model. You realise that calling you is over a 1 hour wait, the onus should be on you. Not me

@NBN_Australia & @iiNet another wasted afternoon where @NBN_Australia failed to turn up or contact the end user to advise they were again palming off their wet network as an outage, not sending anyone. Probably the worst communication between allegedly what are comma companies

Internet has gone down again for the day! @iiNet support said they'd call back "after one hour". That was three hours ago... when might this end? Based on their response: a day? A week? A millennia? All of time and space? Change carriers in such circumstances good folks.

@iinet is down in Hobart /again/ just tried to call technical support and the wait time is over an hour. I’ve been with these guys for 13+years and I’m seriously considering joining @Telstra
