@iiNet hey there, I'm having a problem with my NBN box it's making a clicking sound and I have no internet or home phone can I please get some help, thanks

  • glenngpage Glenn Page (@glenngpage) reported

@iiNet Thanks for your efforts Liz but just offering for a service rep to call me is no different to what I’ve been through the last 4 days. @iiNet and @NBN_Australia need to lift their respective games and sort it out

  • BMD2778 King Of Hearts (@BMD2778) reported

Seriously if i had a choice id never go with @iiNet its a joke but i made it work but now ive had internet down for 2 to 3 days and its ridiculous. Im sick of having to deal with bad internet especially in a rural area.

  • glenngpage Glenn Page (@glenngpage) reported

Working remotely and up to day 5 without internet...@NBN_Australia @iiNet what are your fault resolution KPIs? And would you accept that level of downtime in your workplace?

  • MattSainsb DDNet - We like Japanese games :D (@MattSainsb) reported

@iiNet Do you have any idea how unhelpful “as soon as possible” is? You’re actually costing me money, iiNet. I need to work and I can’t right now, as I need the Internet. A helpful status update with approximate or likely resolution times would be appreciated.

  • KingTentacleAU KingTentacle (@KingTentacleAU) reported

@iiNet Hey, i need to extend INV#123180115 as far as possible. But i am having trouble with the IVR, i keep being disconnected when calling. Can you arrange someone to call me on the number on my account ending in 416?

  • freddstid whisaldolf (@freddstid) reported

@iiNet so the status light on the Wi-Fi box goes red every couple of hours after resting it. The bill was paid a couple days ago. Do you know what the problem is? It's fine for a few hours then goes red for some reason

  • Bingells Simone Bailey (@Bingells) reported

@docker_dave @iiNet I pretend to go along with it, then scream that there is porn on my screen. Then I say, 'Hang on, that's your mother fellating a donkey!'

  • DrRonBaumann Ron Baumann (@DrRonBaumann) reported

Switched from @exetel to @iiNet for my @nbn and I have to say, iiNet service is absolutely spectacular. Polite, professional, knowledgeable, and quick. They had me hooked up in minutes. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for Exetel to get back to me on the service disruption Saturday.

  • NotMelaine Melanie (@NotMelaine) reported

@NBN_Australia @iiNet surely you realise why people get frustrated by all this handballing back & forth... ISP network status page sends us to NBN network status page, then NBN sends us back to ISP, who say they require our account details before they can give us any info on a known NBN outage
