@iiNet @ii_joshy I have only ever got replies from chatting on Twitter. Each person says I will get a call back about the next step and never do even if we have a planned time...

  • DuneHaggar Dune Haggar Draws (@DuneHaggar) reported from Busselton, State of Western Australia

@iiNet @ii_joshy No, same... nice speed up and down then suddenly down from say 47down and 17up to less than half down then bottoms out at about 2.6mbps down load with upload still fine.. this usually happens 7pm - late or anytime I need to WORK. Been weeks now still charged normal bill.

@iiNet It's the lack of 'chat'.... I understand there are more processes to tick off with NBN company than with Telstra but everytime now there is an issue it's so much work just to keep your attention span on actual communication. There was a reason we all chose westnet etc back then.

@WestnetAU @iiNet support really isn't what it used to be... sigh

I've had ongoing problems with @iiNet getting my number ported to their service, which necessitated a TIO complaint to get it sorted. I will be contacting the TIO tomorrow to complain about Telstra.

@iiNet Your internet must be down too, or only work every half a hour...

  • YazmanM Larry (@YazmanM) reported

@iiNet Thanks, hopefully the search feature on the Network Status page will be fixed, otherwise useless. Thanks again

@iiNet @YazmanM Luckily I bill out at $150 an hour for tech support, expect my bill @iiNet.

  • YazmanM Larry (@YazmanM) reported

@iiNet Hi team, thanks for this. The point being that looking up one’s current location does not come up with this issue at all - unless you enter Pinjarra. Entering a ‘surrounding’ suburb (albeit 40Km or more away) comes up with nothing ...
