    This for real @iiNet ? Called at 4:30pm to talking to billing (west aus) told 18mins, after 45 no answer. Think something's wrong, so hang up and call back. Told 30mins, currently on 50 and counting. According to your website the billing should still be active until 7pm...

    @iiNet hey, I believe someone has used my email to create an account with yall last month, and I've been getting emails meant for that person. I tried calling the international number for help, but the number doesn't work and I don't know what else to do.

    @iiNet Discord voice (UDP) stuck on RTC Connecting / No Route on iinet NBN—bypasses instantly with Cloudflare WARP. Known issue with other AU ISPs this week.

    @DianeDromgold @iiNet Yeah just after the tpg take over we left tried TIO and all that's when customer service went to **** we are with aussie broadband now

    @iiNet @gReb3l You have let it get to public so show us how you handle such a case in public? Embarassment is for sure but what other negative emotions does this humiliation bring forth? Going to socials should NOT be the only way to get good help.

    @iiNet Hi iinet, I haven’t had internet connection since 5 pm. I checked your network status page and only fault seems to be at O’Connor ACT but I am in Aranda. Could the problem be wider than one suburb. If yes is there an eta?
