Sabina (@biney77) reported@iinet I used to recommend you as you had great service but in the last decade it’s been rubbish with dreadful offshore service. Can we go back to being able to talk to someone locally? Is there a time of day that I can do this?
-
ImpactpropertyGuy (@ImpactpropertyG) reported@blakeandthepork @iiNet I feel your pain. Also in Canberra & longtime iinet customer, until no internet for 36 hrs. Walked into vodafone at Gungahlin, came home with a new modem/wireless router, never had an outage since.
-
The Iron Xenu 👾💉💉💉🦠 (@elronxenu) reported@iiNet @bigjsl Invoicing a customer for 4c is silly; rumba used to not create an invoice if the amount was under $10. Bring that back, or make it $5 to cope with the minimal mailbox charges. Maybe it's time to charge the CC fee at point of payment, not as a billentry.

freddstid (@freddstid) reported@iiNet internets been running slow every now and then since the planed maintenance from last night. Do I need to re set the box? If so how long does it need to be off for
-
Sabina (@biney77) reportedI’ve been a customer for 18 years and somehow you’ve now separated my 3 accounts so that I can’t even see them or know what is happening with them. @iiNet
-
💧Roen Lloyd Davis (@RoenDavis) reported@iiNet The 10 minute power cycle appears to have restored the advertised speed. Is the constant speed failure a shortcoming of the devices, the service or the NBN?
-
Elaine Benes (@reay07) reported from Canberra, ACT@iiNet we have been having daily intermittent internet drop outs to our wired and wireless devices for a month. After 3 call to your tech line and following all instructions we are frustrated and at a loss. Each call is an hour and no help. We believe its a fault outside our home

Scott MacLean (@theneanderthol) reportedHey @iiNet my NBN is really slow, any help?

apes together strong 🦍 (@0x4170654d616e) reported@iiNet Hi, will you support iPhone 14 eSIM? I wish to buy one but not sure if iiNet will support it and I'll be stuck.
