💧Roen Lloyd Davis (@RoenDavis) reported@iiNet The 10 minute power cycle appears to have restored the advertised speed. Is the constant speed failure a shortcoming of the devices, the service or the NBN?
-
Threadmark IT (@Threadmark_IT) reported@RoenDavis @iiNet It could be any number of those things. I usually find its outdated or defective modems which is a good idea to keep them updated. Its really frustrating that CPE's don't last these days. I recommend a modem with pfsense. I never seem to have issues when pfsense is installed.

Eirlys (@eirlys_enfys) reported@iiNet I only ask because I have received an email from someone reporting to be netspeed saying it's going to be shut down in the ACT then telling me to switch to the NBN through Aussie web or something like that designed to freak people out just thought you should know
-
Z 🇦🇺🇦🇺 (@zoemh_) reported@iiNet so your new home wireless is pretty **** but for $50/mnth I guess I’ll take ****. Def not faster than NBN 12, so slow Netflix keeps crashing #**** #iinetshit
-

-
Michelle (@Saint_Mich) reported.@iiNet asking someone to confirm their identity by sending a photo of their licence via email is tone deaf in the days following the @Optus hack. No lessons learned regarding protecting customer data
-

-

John Lindsay 💉💉💉💉 (@bigjsl) reported@elronxenu I’m a Director of the TIO so I can’t bring a complaint directly & I wouldn’t for $0.04. That this is a repeating pattern means no one is likely to fix it even though the transaction fees are costing @iiNet Would be trivial to goose the Rumba minimum to $1 :-)
