@iiNet Likewise I have removed your SIM card from my phone so no point keeping that active either. Please send a final statement/invoice to reflect this situation. If you can organise that you may prevent an ombudsman complaint. I doubt very much you could convince me to use iiNet again

@iinet My capacity to continue my business (and host a session with @DeptDefence today) depends on your faults team specialist calling me back on my internet problem which has now been constant and unresolved since 8 April. Not impressed.
