    @iiNet hey there. So I made and error when signing up for a iiNet mobile plan. And did it as a new customer rather than excisting. Is there anyway to rectify this so I can get the bonus data? The mobile service is not active yet. Sim is still being shipped to me.

    @iiNet is there an outage in Gregory Hills NSW? My net suddenly stopped working 20 mins ago and still hasn't come back. Got red lights on the modem. I got to work from home and this isn't helping 😭

    @iiNet I've spent over 3 hours over 2 months trying to fix a voicemail issue and it's still not resolved. Your service used to be fantastic. What is going on and how do I contact someone who can actually fix it?

    @iiNet Hey, if a new NBN customer needs the line and modem installed, how much is installation? my parents live in Tatura, and dont want to go with wireless NBN.
