    @iinet I used to recommend you as you had great service but in the last decade it’s been rubbish with dreadful offshore service. Can we go back to being able to talk to someone locally? Is there a time of day that I can do this?

    @iiNet my internet has been dropping in and out for the last several weeks in Perth… any way to fix this? It’s disrupting my work and I’m looking at switching providers if it cannot be sorted.

    @Aceometric @iiNet The issue might be your area like it is with ours, cause we still have copper nodes which means we can’t get any decent speeds despite how much we pay 😭

    Hey @NBN_Australia & @iiNet NBN has been down in Ascot Vale and Flemington for more than 24 hours. This was supposed to be a planned outage finishing at 4pm yesterday. Any idea when it will be working again?

    @NBN_Australia Bonnet Bay has been having major internet issues for all of Aug. @iiNet keep blaming NBN but at the same time can’t / won’t tell us what the issue is and when it will be fixed. Is NBN actually trying to fix it? What is wrong in the first place?

    @yeppoon @iiNet it is getting harder to fix... had to goto @Telstra in-store... the do a book-in appointment, waiting 6 hours for help... then told to ring the service line to fix the issue and am on "hold" for longer than 2 hrs 10 min and still waiting... Telstra service is very lacking !!!

    @iiNet hello. No internet through nbn in 6152. Your page says no outage and so does nbnco page but no internet all day today.
