    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    @iiNet Any idea what's happened to the HFC in Belmont, Victoria? I see the fault page but there's no detailed info. Internet and telephone has been down for 10 hours now.

    Emailed @iiNet twice in the last 2 weeks with no response. Is this how you treat customers who have been with you for 25 years? @launtel here I come.
