@NBN_Australia @iiNet another day, another outage. I'm totally over the intermittent #nbn outages that we've endured over the last 3weeks. I wouldn't mind so much if someone could provide an explanation but both admit nothing. Going by reports it's a widespread problem. Gah!!

@EmJaeCaer @iiNet @Aussie_BB I did same. But I got an SMS from iiNet saying “your service has been transferred to another provider” before Aussie had time to confirm their end. It’s now active. But it was 20 minutes of panic stations we didn’t need. Kids were both kicked from heated moments in online games!

@iinet multiple service drops nearly everyday for the past couple of weeks. In total just today 5 hours down time. Any explanation? Pretty eager to jump ship and find a better service

@seamus @iiNet @Aussie_BB ah ok. A 5-10 minute outage is not too unexpected. The AVGC circuit has to be re-"ID'd" by NBNCo from one reseller to another, and then a L2 learning thing (MAC address on your routers WAN port) needs to timeout sometimes.

@seamus @iiNet @Aussie_BB It has been pretty seamless, in that I have had internet before i realised more often than not. <lodges internet order on PC on hotspot> <hotspot times out, phone goes to sleep> <uses PC on new internet, wondering how long I will be on hotspot for, hang on a minute whaatt...>
