@iiNet OK, any update on when the hosted exchange issue will be corrected? do you have a planned resolution yet? There is a lot of irate customers being given conflicting information. If this is a permanent change without notice and in breach of the contract, I see class actions.

@iiNet having an issue with Outlook 2019 and iiNet hosted exchange coming up with an iiNet server certificate and password error. Using exchange, not pop or imap. Haven’t been able to sync since 11pm Friday. Is this currently being looked at by engineers?

@StevenSinagra @iiNet Yes - it took 8 hours or more for iiNet to send an email (!) to tell us its server was down. I lost a morning of work trying to fix it.

@youituber @iiNet Thanks! I have a business but have just transferred everything to host papa. @iinet had awful service anyway and this is the culmination of it. I predict it will go under and deservedly so. I feel sorry for the poor CSOs and other staff who had to cope with huge customer anger.

@CampbellNewman @SteveMolk @iiNet I don't Steve understands this is a paid for service advistised with certain features, not a free complimentary isp supplied email. This is a product that was sold to businesses for use in a business environment.

@iiNet Hosted Exchange is still not working! Is this going to be fixed? Or is OWA the only option going forward?
