How is it that @iiNet can have such a catastrophic service failure and there be absolutely no mention of it on their website homepage or social media channels? #iinet #iinetstilldown @acmadotgov

  • walkthedogma Scott (@walkthedogma) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@iiNet Can you correct that to 'impacted by our poor infrastructure unable to cope with some hot days, again '?

  • hatross66 Gotrek1966 (@hatross66) reported

@iiNet iiNet used to be good, once TPG bought them out that’s when things started to go wrong. TPG want the money but never cared about the customers. They ended all gaming servers and forums from iiNet and Internode because it did not “make money” and upset thousands of people.

  • _bin_chicken Bear (@_bin_chicken) reported

@iiNet Rinse and repeat, you retain customers by owning an issue early and by providing strong communication. Email is down again and you are silent

@Nemspy @bobthegeo @iiNet Actually it’s a lot more than e-mail if you bothered to check - thousands of business owners including myself who have websites that are down. This is a service that we PAY for and rely on for online ordering etc.

  • hatross66 Gotrek1966 (@hatross66) reported

@iiNet Wandered why my email was not working. Explains a lot .

  • crynnthinight17 Stevo (@crynnthinight17) reported

@iiNet So what is the cause? Poor air cond in your datacentre, no power because of green base load capability or a chinese hack? There is no comms coming out from you at all

  • stejwill Don’t grow up, it’s a trap 🦘✳️💉 (@stejwill) reported

@iiNet @DenyseWhelan1 I email in 24 hours and that’s 16 hours old. Where are the rest, and please do not refer me to yesterday’s tripe. #fail
