They're either ALL shite, hence the number of support calls, or they're all understaffed and hoping you'll use their web forms, FAQs or "online assistant" ugh

    @tbyrne74 @iiNet @Internode Plus, the invoicing arithmetic that was involved in disconnecting and reconnecting on a different plan was flawless. Right down to the last cent, all balanced and correct without any effort on my part. Never imagined I'd sing praise for an internet provider but here we are
