    @iiNet @richardawa Yep - this shows bad service by iinet - people were tweeting about this since last night and yet nothing until now. I get that tech support might close on Xmas day but if there’s a major outage like this, you really should have a backup plan to keep your customers in the loop…

    @iiNet @Rebus0906 @iiNet so if I miss out on submitting my project quote I will not be happy. The lack of communication is the most upsetting thing no customer service anymore from you guys.. Going downhill very fast
