    Second appointment "missed" by @NBN_Australia within the week. Been without internet since Monday, absolutely appalling and downright disgraceful service. Seems to be no end in sight and no clear indication to when the internet will be restored @iiNet

    @maxblake44 @iiNet Gave up on iiNet a few months ago. Was once a very very good ISP. WAS. Found the service terribly average in the end. Switched to Aussie Broadband and very happy with it 👍

    Someone (not me!) applied to have @nbn connected at my address and without any warning @iinet disconnected my nbn service and made me pre-pay to have it reconnected even though they already debited my account for this month + now I just won’t have internet for 3 days I guess
