mick (@shouldandmust) reportedBoth times I’ve had to pay @iiNet a reconnection fee even though it’s not my fault the service was disconnected. Both time I’ve had to wait for @iiNet to communicate with @NBN_Australia to reconnect my service. Last time I had no internet for a week.

mick (@shouldandmust) reported@NBN_Australia and @iiNet keep telling me the issue can’t be resolved because someone with a similar address must be trying to connect the internet but I don’t have any neighbours and my block hasn’t been altered since it was registered in 1923

mick (@shouldandmust) reportedI have lodged ANOTHER complaint with the telecommunications ombudsman but I did that in May 2021 as well and even though I was assured by @iiNet the issue was resolved it has happened again
