@iiNet You don't need any of that info, Waheeb. It's unlikely to be a problem unique to me. All you need do is change your procedures so you don't send the same advertising material to the same person 3 times via 3 methods in one day. To ANY of your customers. Not just me.

This morning's phone call was 47 minutes of veeerrrrryyyy ssssllllllooooowwwww and painful "help" from @iiNet and I think we've sort of fumbled through to a solution of sorts - hopefully.

@iiNet is the company that even though you don’t use the service for three months after multiple phone calls of this error they will still invoice you and if they see the fault in their service they will credit you BUT with that credit they will still pay the outstanding invoices

It seems weird for @iiNet to send a "to the resident" snail mail to my home when I already pay for a service with them at this address. Doubly weird when the prices quoted would give me 12 MB/s for the price of my current 90 MB/s one.
