@EyemanPatg @iiNet I did. They got back to me really quickly, but by then I had had enough and jumped ship to another provider. Life’s too short for the kind of non-service iiNet provide.

@iiNet We’ll I’ve just wasted time using my business line calling the said number - after 15 minutes the member who is obviously from overseas says - oh I am no longer handling mobile phone problems - so why did I get to her. #worldsworst - #iiNet Dumbest by far

@iiNet I had iiNet at my previous address. I put in an order three weeks ago to have this changed to my new address. I am now on day three of no internet. I have spoken to over ten iiNet customer service representatives. I am no further forward. I work from home. Please fix this.

@iiNet @Internode your phone operator quality has really gone down hill. I’ve had to make around 10 calls this week with no resolution. The actual line quality is horrendous, all operators have static in the background are too quiet. I’ve had technical issues for months.

@iinet how is it that you have more updated info on @TPG_Telecom's fttb outage in vic than they do? Also, any indication why the exchange has no power, but the suburb etc has no power issues reported by energy providers?

@iiNet this rain in brisbane seems to be affecting our FTTC internet service. We’ve had unreliable service the past few days, can anything be done to fix this? Is this an NBN issue with the pit out the front flooding? Thanks!

@iiNet Yep now 3.5 hrs into the next working day and no phone service. Why hasn’t the TIO shut down iiNet??? Seriously how dysfunctional is this company?
