    @iiNet it’s been over 24hrs with no email. Surely by now we deserve more info than just ‘extreme weather’. Poor customer service.

    @iiNet Thanks for the update John. However, given that I believe this has happened before, it sounds like it's high time to update the aircon/generators/insulation etc on this particular data centre (or even move to a new data centre?). Any hardware issues?
