    @iiNet #iinet How hard is it to cancel your account?? I spoke to a CS rep on Friday 5.30 and was assured the account would be cancelled. No email to confirm it so rang this morning, no cancellation recorded. Now on hold to customer care after talking and explaining the whole..

    @iiNet I'm in Geelong. I know there's a fault. Things happen. I just don't understand how you've had an assessment completed and know what's needed to fix it but still no ETR. Is this 3-5 hours or 3-5 days?

    @iiNet your website says there is no issue with service for our postcode 3216, yet when we call your helpline there's an automated message saying there is a problem, it's been offline for over 24 hours now, any update?

    @iiNet The HFC outage is in Geelong for HFC CABLE. YOUR WEBPAGE ONLY STATES THE STATUS FROM 5 months ago. Not helpful. Approx time for reconnection 3:30. To all iiNet customers out there, the webpage STATUS HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED FOR 5 months!

    U have misled me @iiNet about porting my wife's mobile & I have told u 3x we r not going ahead. Yet I'm still be called/emailed bout the transfer & u have now invoiced me for services not even activated. This is #poorconduct cancel & do not bill me ref: 371788357, ref: 371675036
