Amanda Ralph (@ralphytown) reportedHi @iiNet , any update on why it took 4+ days to remediate email outage and why it was misrepresented as a webmail only, minor issue on your status page? #iinet @Canstar @choiceaustralia

Lisa Hay (@thehysterian) reported@HeyMum3 @iiNet Yes, 70’s bad horror movie festival has been brought to a sudden stop.

Iain Grant (@Iain_Grant3) reported@Peter_F_Ryan @iiNet Peter generally, organisations don't want to provide ctr service, it's expensive & that's why yr plan is relatively inexpensive. Telstra & Optus are marginally better in terms of ctr service - they "own" the network and seldom drop out completely. ALL are in the Telecom Triangle.

Amanda Ralph (@ralphytown) reportedHi @iiNet More hot weather forecast for #Perth over the next week so understandably your customers are concerned that there will be another 'weather related' catastrophic server outage. Do you now have a BCP in place to mitigate reliance on a single location? #iinet @__thewest__

Sandie Jay (@Jezzaj) reported@iiNet @WestnetAU You can't update customers, but happy to delete the post about the issue...

Phil (@officialphilk) reported@Feintglow @Peter_F_Ryan @iiNet It wasn't just you. Seems many many email accounts were down. They did post after >24hrs saying it was "weather" they later deleted it. Still down for some, 6 days later. Something big happened. They won't say what. Hope you had nothing that could be useful to crims in ur mail

Amanda Ralph (@ralphytown) reportedWell at least @iinet are consistent in failing to communicate or respond to inquiries regarding ongoing email outage/issues. No apology. No onging support. Funny that when it comes to SMS delivery of invoices they seem to be ruthlessly efficient #iinet @Canstar @choiceaustralia
