@NBN_Australia Thanks #nbnsupport I have spoken to @iiNet numerous times with no outcome. My @Telstra 4G service is quicker than the service I receive from them

@iiNet following an "upgrade" to the 4G wireless broadband service in my area last Friday AM, my stable downloads have gone from 19-20mbps to 3-5mbps which don't even allow a stable connection for work. @iiNet help desk response... nothing we can do. WTAF?
