@iinet the only good thing about this outage is I don’t get my daily phishing email telling me that my last payment didn’t work and to click link to update my credit card details. Not all bad see.

@iiNet @mivoicetoo Hi @iiNet . I've emailed bizsupport regarding an issue with Business Cloud hosting. Should this service be fully restored by now?

  • SallyRMelb N95SRPassesItOn (@SallyRMelb) reported

@iiNet not awfully happy about getting two texts telling me about my bill today (for first time) just when your service is down over a key period.

  • WeekendwithBern Bernard Laurenson (@WeekendwithBern) reported

@iiNet Parents email still not working... thanks iinet - I've really appreciated being ICT support on Xmas day , Boxing day / proclamation day, complicated by your lack of communication to customers... please advise by how much next month's bill will be reduced...

  • _bin_chicken Bear (@_bin_chicken) reported

@iiNet Rinse and repeat, you retain customers by owning an issue early and by providing strong communication. Email is down again and you are silent

  • ralphytown Amanda Ralph (@ralphytown) reported

How is it that @iiNet can have such a catastrophic service failure and there be absolutely no mention of it on their website homepage or social media channels? #iinet #iinetstilldown @acmadotgov

  • hatross66 Gotrek1966 (@hatross66) reported

@iiNet iiNet used to be good, once TPG bought them out that’s when things started to go wrong. TPG want the money but never cared about the customers. They ended all gaming servers and forums from iiNet and Internode because it did not “make money” and upset thousands of people.

  • StrangeButTru11 StrangeButTrue (@StrangeButTru11) reported

@iiNet Don't forget your netspace customers. Webmail page is now loading but sign-in is not working: "Error: Server Error: cannot read - connection closed?"

  • IM_CollectorAU PJ in Aust. (@IM_CollectorAU) reported

@iiNet Down Again!!!! I hope you guys are going to give us credits for all this time with nothing. I'm awaiting important emails, FIX YOUR SYSTEM!

@iiNet So what is the cause? Poor air cond in your datacentre, no power because of green base load capability or a chinese hack? There is no comms coming out from you at all
