    @iiNet Well yet again the irony of iiNet trying to act as a telephony company - you cancel someone’s service so how do they contact you apart from email - gee I wonder???? Mmm maybe you need to workshop this answer

    @spicynoise @iiNet Wow! Hey @iinet how about you just get your staff to give a 💩 to their customers call/concerns. Perhaps remind them the the person on the other end of the call keeps them in a job? You used to be great when support was in Australia… 🤔

    @iiNet 24 hrs later #iinet have reinstated the phone service - no outstanding account just typifying poor poor after sales service by #iinet

    @iiNet Gee Liz ate dyslexic how does someone call when their phone service has been cut off due to data and the invoice has been paid! How do they call Liz? Luz that means how do they use their phone Liz? No service Liz. Is there something you don’t understand Liz?
