@iiNet have you guys been having outages or issues with NBN all day in 3031? My NBN has been dropping out all day

  • sumerdigital Philip Walker (@sumerdigital) reported

@iiNet Apparently you can't help. You have cancelled the service of a 94 year old women who depends on being connected for no reason and without authority. I have been an @iiNet customer for almost 23 years and had no idea that you would breach your duty of care in such a way.

@miriamcosic @iiNet Sounds more like an iiNet issue than Optus. I haven't heard anything about Optus closing. iiNet was bought by dodo (I think) some time back & has gone downhill since. We moved to Belong (budget Telstra subsidiary) & it's worked well. Very easy to port across.

@miriamcosic @iiNet Yep got the same BS message from iiNet and then got an email about some order I never placed and then when i ring the number on the email - they can't explain anything. Has iiNet become Australia's worst telecommunications Co?? #iinet @iiNet

@iiNet our internet has turned off and it hasn't turned back on despite multiple resets etc. Is there an outage and what can we do?

  • sumerdigital Philip Walker (@sumerdigital) reported

Did you know that with @iiNet any random person can at any time cancel your account? I highly recommend that if you value your privacy and ongoing internet service you should immediately change service providers and or never use @iiNet

@TubbsJTattsyrup @Mezanong @iiNet Someone in the industry had a few things to say to me about iinet and their current level of customer service. They ain’t any good now a days. They even suggested another isp by name who provides better customer service.

Today’s Amateur Hour @iiNet is brought to you by….You guessed it, iinet. Tactic 101, Lets blame the customer. Tactic 101 A, Lets treat the customer as stupid. Customer Service: Zero. Recommend iinet to others: Zero. #iinet

@iiNet For all of Qantas’ faults, they solved my refund issue in a 30-minute phone call. 5 hours later, they’ve followed up with an email detailing what was done. Meanwhile, @iiNet is STILL leaving us hanging. 17 days & counting. Do yourself a favour. Don’t sign up with them!!
