    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Nothing like waiting on urgent communication with an employer only for @iiNet and @WestnetAU webmail to go down for over 6 hours with nary a peep to even acknowledge it on their social media.

    @Telstra @iiNet No- I report faults they instantly say its NBN, yet NBN can't find any faults. 4 months at $90 dollars with no 4g back-up. Shocking service, as highlighted here. I will be over with @iiNet by the end of the month and will recommend everyone else to do likewise.
