    @iiNet Can we please get more information but a lot seem to not have come through. Will they come through later? During too outage did they just bounce? Do I need to contact people who may have been sending me important emails to tell them to resend ? Can we get some proper updates

    @iiNet Rinse and repeat, you retain customers by owning an issue early and by providing strong communication. Email is down again and you are silent

    @Nemspy @bobthegeo @iiNet Actually it’s a lot more than e-mail if you bothered to check - thousands of business owners including myself who have websites that are down. This is a service that we PAY for and rely on for online ordering etc.
