    Both times I’ve had to pay @iiNet a reconnection fee even though it’s not my fault the service was disconnected. Both time I’ve had to wait for @iiNet to communicate with @NBN_Australia to reconnect my service. Last time I had no internet for a week.

    @NBN_Australia and @iiNet keep telling me the issue can’t be resolved because someone with a similar address must be trying to connect the internet but I don’t have any neighbours and my block hasn’t been altered since it was registered in 1923

    Hey @iiNet . Is there an issue with Vodafone 5G at the moment? My wireless router is not connecting. Have rebooted numerous times. Am in inner west Sydney. Thank you

    Hi @iiNet your website says service at my address there is “no indication of anything affecting you. Wooo hooo” but I have no service and @NBN_Australia website says there is an outage and to contact you???? What’s going on? Not wooo hooo! 🤬

    I have lodged ANOTHER complaint with the telecommunications ombudsman but I did that in May 2021 as well and even though I was assured by @iiNet the issue was resolved it has happened again

    @iiNet why is my speed on ur own router so slow. I'm paying for ultrafast but getting 27 Mbps per second and getting buffered .

    @iiNet is dsl nbn not working in Kyabram? My vr1600 dsl light is off and my web interface says no connnection, plug in my phone cable (which is!!)

    @iiNet Ok ~690 complaints in Sydney, internet problems last two hours. I’m in Elizabeth Bay. Can you give me any idea of the eta of the interne/wifi back?
