@iiNet Getting transferred yet again. What happened to you? Know TPG are the overlords, but paid extra for customer service which is non existent now! You were ready to disconnect another customer from a wrong address; seriously bad! Hey @Telstra long term customer here, wanna help out?

  • JoolzCheat Julian Griffin (@JoolzCheat) reported

Sorry for the loss tonight. Don't want to make excuses, but obvi can't play best when two people playing on 80 ping because internet has >10% loss. Hopefully we can sort with @iiNet soon. Thanks to @realmattdunn for lending us his kitchen to use... shame about the routing issue

  • fiiingers Fred (@fiiingers) reported

@iiNet No ..not with your track record of customer service.

  • furrybananas Furrybananas -The Pretty Great Pastafarian Prophet (@furrybananas) reported

@iiNet any chance you can turn off the notifications that my service is ready until I actually move into the property in a week, also I asked to move my fetch service, not pay for a new one

  • elbisivni Charles (@elbisivni) reported

When you take advantage of an offer from @iinet for a month’s free slightly broader band broadband, and they charge you for it. And also for the service you disconnected a month ago. This makes budgeting so much more fun!
