    @iiNet after the massive iiNet outage over Christmas, We are still experiencing email issues. Mail sent days ago still not received plus today no email at all on one of my accounts: The server returned the error: Account is temporarily unavailable.

    @iiNet Issues happen all the time, and cant be helped, but notification would be nice to know what is going on.

    @iiNet It looks like the edge gateway's firewall rules were restored incorrectly by iiNet after the outage. I get an RPC timeout when I try to update or remove the problem rules. Or even update one rule.

    .@iiNet Well we are up to day 4 with no email services... Is it still extreme weather in WA causing the entire systems to break down? Hamster died? Everyone on holidays? Zero news, zero updates, zero f*cks given, just completely hopeless.

    @iiNet I’m STILL not getting my emails - I’ve called the help desk - and staff had no idea of time lines or solutions. This is insane.
