    @iiNet @NakedStatistics Then why don't you own the problem and post updates on social media as well? You should be providing information to customers through as many avenues as possible.

    @SarahTtheWriter @iiNet They are really bad. Utterly confusing billing & toolbox and they cut our Internet off with no notice. They also insist on direct debit. We’re fed up.

    @suehodges61 @iiNet It’s absolutely shocking these days. I’ve been with iinet for more than 10 years and it used to be great. Now, it’s so bad it’d be funny if it wasn’t, well, an enormous inconvenience…
