@iiNet I dont have 2 hours to possibly wait. And i DONT appreciate doing this on a PUBLIC chat. But im happy to make my disappointment with iiNet service to a public forum on here and Facebook and say how bad this has been.

@iinet My capacity to continue my business (and host a session with @DeptDefence today) depends on your faults team specialist calling me back on my internet problem which has now been constant and unresolved since 8 April. Not impressed.

@iiNet Thanks for your reply Darren. If you mean when I connect from the ZyXel box to my laptop, there is no internet connection. I tried all 4 ports but I also am piggybacking my Ethernet cable to two additional adapters to make it work so that could be a problem

@iiNet This has nothing to do with tech availability. The problem is a week ago I was told I didnt need a tech and then today I get an email saying I have a technician booking for a week and a half from now and I have no net until then

@iiNet No.. I just talked to 3 different departments and talked to RUDE guy in collections who i will be reporting for his Bad Attitude ans rude behavior. Ive been with u 16 years. You can go to hell im leaving your company and going to Telsta. Had enough of bloody overseas RUDE PEOPLE

@iiNet The landlords gonna help sort it. It was all on accident though, he thought the internet cable was from the previous tenant of the flat I’m in. Mistakes happen. I dont think he knows you guys are my internet provider. I’ll let him knos when he’s here

Dear @iiNet I couldn’t be happier to cancel my plan with you, after weeks of waiting and a day off of work taken so I could get my NBN connection set up, I find out that the connection is actually on short fall.
