    For those following at home @iiNet has still not been able to resolve my new 5G Home install - they never follow up@on@past calls - three support tickets thus far- all seem to disappear into the ether

    @iiNet are the servers down??? Nothing seems to work cant even test the speed and modem saus it’s connected to the internet but we are getting no internet connection help?

    Thank you @iiNet for absolutely wasting my time. I waited an hour and 25 minutes, all for you guys to hang up on me before I can even speak to someone. Hate the fact I’m tweeting this but seriously this 👏 isn’t 👏 good enough👏.

    @iiNet could accessing your customer service be more useless? Was calling about connectivity, but will now also cancel the account and move to another provider.
