@iiNet are there any plans for you to become a “Participating Provider” for @NBN_Australia to upgrade FTTN premises to FTTP? Or is a Customer of 15 Years going to have change providers to get access to a technology available to everyone?

@iiNet has to be the shitest ISP I have ever used. They cancelled our contract 2 days ahead of time leaving us without internet. If they did this for a big business they would be sued! No dramas contacting their support to tell them and we get a passive aggressive **** you

God @iiNet is pretty damn useless Download speed is good as but its no good when upload speed drops from 40Mbps to 4-6Mbps with 1000ms of ping. 40 is slow enough as it is for cable. If i call they will just send someone out to replace the connector again and not the cable.
