    Well, if it was me, I'd use this @TPG_Telecom @iiNet outage as a 'back door reform' - a cost-saving opportunity to expunge all the old ozemail/iinet customers and consolidate to TPG - but that's just me.

    @iiNet I spoke to some NZ Muppett who had no idea what was going on so I can only assume this is going to take forever to fix!
