    @Paney89 @iiNet @Telstra For what it’s worth I wouldn’t touch Telstra with a 30 foot pole. Absolutely hopeless customer service, repeatedly. I’ve found Vodafone to be much better. Good luck though 🤞

    @iiNet our home FTTC promising an average 40 meg down has done barely better than an average of 12 meg down since we got NBN 2.5 years ago. Yesterday morning @ 1.2 meg, I rang to complain. Tech got 52 meg down but by last night back to 1.2 meg. How do we fix it? Change provider?

    @iiNet Uhhh who was the person with the big brain who decided to do NBN maintenance for 7 days in my area? We have 1 bar of 3G to rely on, so thank youuu. I love our country’s dog **** level internet and amazing provider service 💖💖💖💀

    No callback from @iiNet so I called them and they told me there’s nothing that can do, nobody I can talk to, and I just have to wait and hope the issue gets resolved before someone calls me back tomorrow maybe
