@iiNet @Tsutako Same issue. There are hundreds of us across various forums with same problems. All on TPG, iiNet, internode

  • simongterry Simon Terry (@simongterry) reported

@paulwoods @iiNet @NBN_Australia I had a similar issue with another carrier that went on for years. Ended up being configuration between their modem and server. Much blaming of my wiring, my devices, etc. None of which changed when they did regularly work through outages upgrading their servers.

  • wombling Chris Paine (@wombling) reported

@MikeEDoyle @iiNet Those on other ISPs (Telstra, Superloop) not currently experiencing the same issues. Wonder if Optus and iiNet sharing same internet backbones.

  • abewitchedangel Katherine Quirke Photography & Bewitched Angel (@abewitchedangel) reported

@Avo_Spread @iiNet Mine down too in Woronora Height and for my Aunt in Hunters Hill. Rebooting modem is not a resolution.

  • paulwoods Paul Woods (@paulwoods) reported

@iiNet Them: @NBN_Australia tests say that it is an internal wiring issue Me: Why would it work for 6 months then suddenly start dropping out around 1pm on Thu? And then somewhat stabilise after iiNet made some changes? Then start again? Them: As I said, it is just minimal dropouts

  • paulwoods Paul Woods (@paulwoods) reported

*sigh* @iiNet 2nd level support "I don't think it is an issue, I can see minimal drop outs" Me "it dropped out 4 times in the past 15 minutes..., and at least 20 times on Thursday"

  • NSDtrendtrader Neil Donaldson (@NSDtrendtrader) reported

@thechartist @NBN_Australia @iiNet The Libs gave us a future proofed low cost Super speed broadband service........ Not

Had an internet outage earlier today in castle hill. It's kind of back? Chrome works but voice applications (Discord Skype) and games don't connect and having been giving me errors all day. I've restarted the router and multiple PC's. Please can this be looked into. @iiNet

  • CundyHamish Hamish Cundy (@CundyHamish) reported

@iiNet Been getting intermittent DNS failures and constant slow speeds gaming/Netflix for last couple of hours, any outages on Ultra FTTB in Melbourne atm? Tried multiple devices, rebooting router, no change

  • gillypantz GILLYPANTZ (@gillypantz) reported

@iiNet @Tsutako Yep. Exactly the same issue. Logged into my account on a mates console (Telstra) and everything was perfectly fine.
