@iiNet Oh God, again? And same information exchange? And same advice? Look at my history - it’s a mile long. Second last time it went down, when I was on deadline, it went down for five effing days .... 😠😠😠

@iiNet How about now? Calling people has not helped. After 11 days since it was supposed to work I keep getting told service is not activated

  • irreverentlaw Theirreverentlawyer (@irreverentlaw) reported

@iiNet I am online. My fetch activation key doesn't work. My internet is working. When I call your call centres I get told I am not online. Which is frustrating as that is now not the problem

@iiNet What is there to discuss? You want to levy $100 because you don’t provide a service at my new apartment block. I’ve been a customer for nearly 18 years. Yet no one wants to apply a common sense lens. What more can I do?

  • JScholes_CFP Jonathan Scholes CFP (@JScholes_CFP) reported

@iiNet so is the issue in Geelong on cable going to be a long one?

@iiNet FFS, Waheed. You’re always telling me to step through this link. I know the contents of this link back to front. I know how to check it myself. I have studied computer science at university. This is why I didn’t want to have a conversation with you. JUST FIX IT.

@dayswasteorg @iiNet FTTCurb uses only a very short run of copper to the premises from the fibre which runs down the street. It's a fancy VDSL in that short copper run. The reverse power is 60VDC @ 350mA. Power supplied by the NCD in the residence. If only one NCD, it supplies all 350mA.
