@iiNet Your customer has been discussing his problem with you at length. I am not here to talk about his account. I want to solve a technical problem with you for your customer. But it seems that solving your customer’s problems is still not a priority of yours.

My only remaining wish before I go to the funny farm is that every @iinet employee we've spoken to so far is crushed by guilt and shame at what they are paid to do to us customer/victims.

What's a good internet service provider that isn't @iiNet? We're giving up on them as of today because they refuse to help us, but do love talking on the phone explaining why they feel bad for us, the cuuuuuuuuuuuuuunnce.
