@aeroplanekelly @iiNet I'm in Canberra also, there is definitely a problem. Started this week, speeds slow down till eventual drop out. It's unusable.

@iiNet your toolbox login process has become EXTREMELY annoying asking twice for send code to phone then as soon as you press account logs you out because of inactivity. Ridiculous

@iiNet is no one manning the support email address. I’ve sent countless emails and gotten nothing back. At this point I won’t be paying a cent anymore. Maybe put more staff to support than sales.

Since returning to Australia a month ago, I have applied for a dozen jobs. But @iiNet have been unable to replace my lost SIM card, those those employers do not have the right phone number. Not a techical issue, but administration. Their overseas call centres are no help.
