@iiNet Still no response from any managers above case managers nobody can fix a problem with over quota computer says no operation it’s all very disappointing & after 30 years as a customer it leaves you feeling very bitter, problems since they were taken over & appoints new directors

@iinet could you imagine having one of the few hybrid fibre/coaxial networks in the country, offering 400mbs a second and the downgrading everyone to 100mbs. The network could probably go faster anyway.

@iiNet That has been the Twitter response so many times and nothing happens your request has been a common request many times over it’s been over 10 weeks without resolving the problem as an over 30 year customer the past 3 months have been extremely bad service and supply of service

@iiNet IiNet take way too long to solve issues their problems are never theirs they are their computer systems …. Funny how these people have lost the ability to over ride or control their own systems but that’s how it is … best to look elsewhere

Hey @iiNet it’s not great that your phone has automatically put me on hold for an extended period and then terminated the call twice in a row when your internet service appears to be down.
