@iiNet Your total lack of information for over 24 hrs is what is unforgivable and will be losing you many thousands of customers and possibly include legal action from business clients. Your apology with no fix yet and no timeline for rectification is beyond acceptable for any business.

@iiNet It’s about time you put out an official communication about the outage. If you did this 24 hours ago your customers wouldn’t be so irate. However, waiting a day before saying anything only opens you up to a flood of complaints to the TIO.
