did the whole reboot rumba, no change just a black screen using #fetchtv @iinet Absolutely no help available anywhere to troubleshoot this glitch using Fetch mini. Watched Tues, Wed, Thurs - unable Fri Sat. Zero tech support available

@iiNet I live in Melbourne, our internet went down at 3.30 yesterday and is still gone..no notification from you to even let your customers know what's going on or when we will be reconnected..whats the issue and when will it be fixed??

The thing I hate about #FetchTV with @iinet is the absolute lack of tech support. Watched four days of @tourdownunder on @7plus absolutely unable to watch Friday or Saturday. Can on laptop, cannot on Fetch mini. Why is this?
