@NBN_Australia & @iiNet another wasted afternoon where @NBN_Australia failed to turn up or contact the end user to advise they were again palming off their wet network as an outage, not sending anyone. Probably the worst communication between allegedly what are comma companies

  • sammyjarrett Sam Marley-Jarrett (@sammyjarrett) reported

Hey @iinet you might want to tell your marketing department to cross reference against existing customers of a service before sending this again? I'm already a subscriber *of this exact product* from you

  • LachlanRourke Lachlan Rourke (@LachlanRourke) reported

@janittorr @shamery187 @iiNet do you provide customer service

  • gc_rennie George Rennie (@gc_rennie) reported

Internet has gone down again for the day! @iiNet support said they'd call back "after one hour". That was three hours ago... when might this end? Based on their response: a day? A week? A millennia? All of time and space? Change carriers in such circumstances good folks.

  • LocalReason Ian (@LocalReason) reported

@iiNet How is it possible that you can screw up something as simple as a certificate for getting emails? New cert you issued is INCORRECT target principle name and for the last 3 days NO ONE knows how to fix it!!!!

  • ReneBird20 Rene Bird (@ReneBird20) reported

@iinet is down in Hobart /again/ just tried to call technical support and the wait time is over an hour. I’ve been with these guys for 13+years and I’m seriously considering joining @Telstra

  • Glor_Vincent Gloria Vincent (@Glor_Vincent) reported

@iiNet our LAN isn’t working and it’s impossible to get support over the phone - pls help or it’s another night without Netflix

  • browneyedbev123 Bev Jones (@browneyedbev123) reported

@iiNet submitted a formal complaint 1 January 2022. Had no reply despite chasing it up. Ombudsman is my only option now. Disgusting customer experience

  • _St_Mack St Mack (@_St_Mack) reported

The thing I hate about #FetchTV with @iinet is the absolute lack of tech support. Watched four days of @tourdownunder on @7plus absolutely unable to watch Friday or Saturday. Can on laptop, cannot on Fetch mini. Why is this?

  • za4015 Barry Campbell (@za4015) reported

@iiNet internet down after it rains yet again. Still not fixed despite multiple reports
