    @Nemspy @bobthegeo @iiNet Actually it’s a lot more than e-mail if you bothered to check - thousands of business owners including myself who have websites that are down. This is a service that we PAY for and rely on for online ordering etc.

    @iiNet Ok. But that just led me back to tweets I have already seen. Your Company has done its customers no favours at all in this. What a shame, @iinet used to be a good service….now you are not. And many are saying similar.
