    @iiNet That update hasn't changed in hours...honestly. Can you please provide information about what the problem seems to be and how long it may take to rectify it.

    @iiNet No thanks - already packed up in it's box and I've warned the other iinet/tpg customers in my building that the service is not good. Thanks for the reply though.

    @DocB__ @iiNet @Aussie_BB I also had issues with iinet. Cancelled before they installed but they didn't remove my nbn account on their system. Months later sent me a start up bill. Took them to ombudsman cause it was my fault according to iinet. Now very happy with Aussie.

    My internet connection is terrible, and all my speed tests give latency error messages, download of 20Mbs and uploads of 0Mbs. @iiNet Switched the modem off and on several times, and then tried switching my hybrid NBN box off and on. Nothing helps.

    Hi @iiNet, no NBN at my place in Croydon NSW 2132 this morning and both yours and NBN website says the service is fine, please investigate because it isn't working

    @DocB__ @iiNet @Aussie_BB A few years ago I had a lengthy argument with them when I was moving and they couldn’t service the area I was moving to but still insisted on me paying a hefty cancellation fee. Been happy with the Aussie BB service.
