@iinet I have been a customer with @iinet for over 12 years but nobody responded to my tweet this morning. Very disappointed.

  • BDM18 Bianca Walker (@BDM18) reported

@redruby17 @iiNet In all honesty, I've never had a better supplier than iinet. When I move, I'll be going with them again!!

  • glenngpage Glenn Page (@glenngpage) reported

@iiNet Thanks for your efforts Liz but just offering for a service rep to call me is no different to what I’ve been through the last 4 days. @iiNet and @NBN_Australia need to lift their respective games and sort it out

  • klarinetteheini Moritz Willers (@klarinetteheini) reported

@iiNet how come you pride yourself to be 1st in customer service? It is now two months (TWO MONTHS!!!!) that I am battling with your support to get a problem resolved for one of your customers. He has given up on you. I haven’t: 351138082. Make an effort!

@Spawnlol @iiNet They're waiting for their service to stop dropping out before they can work out the issue with you, just give it another 5 years

  • deepwaters1306 kurt bathgate (@deepwaters1306) reported

@iiNet lost all nbn tonight network status says it’s working....NOT

  • epiciownz Andrew Sigmund (@epiciownz) reported

@iiNet I just want a world where I can choose between 4-6 companies based on customer service, speeds, and prices. In my reality, my area has 2 affordable-ish choices with poor customer service and frequent downage issues, and no alternative I've been made aware of.

  • Spawnlol Jake Tiberi (@Spawnlol) reported

Australian Internet wow! @iiNet you are a joke. Cancelled 4 months ago. Still billing. Called 2 times, both times too busy to process the complaint / cancellation. BUT not too busy to continue to bill the account.

  • NRD80Y NRD80Y (@NRD80Y) reported

@iiNet I think there’s something wrong between you and @Microsoft @XboxANZ as Xbox game update speeds are always slow <1Mbps but every now and then can spike to ~20Mbps. 10GB updates has taken 4hrs and still has 4.2GB to go. No issues with PS4 or Switch updating games. NBN 100/40

  • lolarkangyle Ark (@lolarkangyle) reported

@Spawnlol @iiNet They billed me for almost $1,200 over 2ish years after I thought I cancelled a service because even though I gave them written and verbal notice they said they couldn’t find a log of the phone call Absolute wankers
