@iiNet hey, we're aware that you're aware of the outage affecting emails and have your engineers working on it..are you aware of any time frame to have your services back up and running? #tio #turnitoffandbackon

@Navlakas @PhillipAdams_1 @iiNet Iinets customer service standards were binned when tpg came in.... the entire iinet customer service staff we all knew and loved had their heads held over chopping blocks while tpg decided who stayed and who went.... it was so not pretty watching their breakdowns under the stress

@iiNet what do you mean by some?? your service is down for now 29 hours. that's not good enough. you guys are on vacation enjoy your days on the beach. Rubbish Service time to move on.

@iiNet How about a SMS to all customers letting them know? Of course, that should have been 30 hours ago. The fact you haven't fixed it long ago makes us wonder if you CAN fix it at all. Remember, absolutely EVERYTHING you provide no longer works, not even your stupid website.

@MikeCarlton01 @iiNet Mike, I too am an iinet customer, but use Mailbox, iCloud, ProtonMail for most of my email. I hope you don't have all your eggs in the iinet basket.

@iiNet @KylieSaunder Maajidah, fastest cut and paster in the world. I assume you are the intern hung out to dry here. Maybe email your boss (irony intended) and get some actual direction on how to not kill the Company with your appalling customer service.

  • ralphytown Amanda Ralph (@ralphytown) reported

If @iiNet service is going to fail every time the temperature rises above 42 degrees then looks like it is time to find a new provider #iinet

  • mivoicetoo Liz 🌵 (@mivoicetoo) reported

Hey @iiNet, call me old fashioned, but with an outage of a day+, I would have had a team on here answering tweets and being responsive to everyone who can't get on to their email service. It's about to mess me up big time and I'm not very happy about it.

  • ElPrezAU Nathan ***** 💉💉 (@ElPrezAU) reported

@iiNet Is this the reason for the "Login failed - Username or password is incorrect" error message on webmail?
