@maneco1964 @krazouki @IGcom They even liquidated a position I had in Oil by system 'accident'... during the meltdown. Heard a hell of a lot of excuses from their customer services... thank God the only one I didn't hear was that I had not enough margin money...

@IGcom Thanks for the short notice with regards to the margin rate😖after going through this problem with @Trading212 your customer service team told me that if this happens on are Platform we will give you significant amount of time. Not sure 3 hours and 15 mins is good enough

@AngeloR30700761 @IGcom @aussieg7 I'm holding large spread bets positions. Once, I close these, I will close my account. They've been bad more times than not. I'm going to spend the weekend gathering all the evidence of the issues I had with them since the summer of 2020. The Fca needs to act. Too many complaints

@IGcom Stop making excuses and beef up you servers and customer service so that they can cope with demand. I along with many others am thinking of leaving IG. You can't be down at the most volatile time. Only excuse is if the market is suspended.

@Rseabiscuit @IGClientHelp @TheFCA Maybe. IT issues also down to volatility with dealing with large volume orders and being able to settle the orders - money flow. So easier for them to 'turn off the system' and let them catchup back office.

@EzIntenso @IGClientHelp Same here... even if I manage to log-in it crashes... it's ridiculous, been with IG since 2015 with no major issues but this does it. Have emailed them asking for compensation and am looking to change broker.
