    @IGcom @Therichardralph @IBKR Says the company whose platform is down at a crucial time of day as market opens in US. I would suggest looking at ii - they are a quality operation unlike IG. IG will just disappoint.

    @IGcom Client Services help desk referred the matter to backend team to investigate & resolve, still awaiting. I may be a very small fish but am a potential customer; very disappointed with your service.

    @Smudgedann @IGcom Not a happy ship. New mgmt seem to be doing their best to destroy what was a great brand. Trouble is they are printing cash with all this vol so mgmt will believe their own hype. Clients will vote with their feet imo.

    @IGcom @IGcom your site is down just before US open, your customer service channels are useless and you haven't even publicly acknowledged it's down. Come on, at least let your clients know what is going on

    @IGClientHelp I’ve been trying since 6 Aug to get answers on MT5 position limits and split-order pricing. I was referred to Customer Experience, but have had no substantive response; today’s WhatsApp query has sat unread since 07:25. Can someone please pick this up?

    @IGcom have made bucket loads from me over the last 10 years - if they turn off live quotes and L2 then they’ll lose another 10+ years of business Not to mention their recent behaviour around Aquis and customer service is shocking
