Their IT infrastructure is 3rd world & needs upgrading, but they spend 000's millions on new acquisitions to the detriment of the platform.

I have tried 3 times to withdraw my balance to no effect, your help desk say there is no record of withdrawal application even though I have email conformation. Is there an issue?
