    @IGClientHelp I cannot log into SB platform ? I can log in to Account Page but then freezing whenever try to get into platform over past 30 mins. Is this a known issue ? If so ETA on being fixed please ?

    @IGcom hi, I requested a part cash transfer which was confirmed again by email but have got a message that my stock holdings are being transferred. Not sure why this confusion. Can you please help

    @HLInvest systems still down. Zero ability to trade. Adds to my experience of repeated resilience issues, admin friction, delays, and inability to act when it matters. @IGcom — serious opportunity here. Why is your SIPP not execution-only? Requiring adviser sign-off to transfer is completely out of step with modern, self-directed investors. Build it properly and you’ll win a lot of business...certainly mine...be quick!

    @Woodywudpeck @IGcom IG should send the request to the II within 2 or 3 days. After that it’s down to ii how quickly they process the request. By law, I believe ii have 15 working days to process it if it’s a cash-only transfer, otherwise they have up to 30 calendar days.

    @IGcom But no charts, so you have to flick between accounts... pain in the arse really. Better platforms out there for crypto Will you be able to trade on high volatility days as you do have a tendency of having "We are experiencing issues" on high volatility days.

    @englandcricket @IGcom I do think not putting Jacks or Stokes at 3 is stupid. Instead you wanna chuck a 21 year old in the deep end for no reason? Pope didnt bat at 3 when he first came in & neither should Bethell.
