    @IGcom what has happened to your customer service?? I have been trying to connect with someone via WhatsApp, phone and email and haven’t got a response…!!! This is becoming unacceptable and is enough to make me reconsider my account.

    @IGClientHelp So next steps is complaints to see if we can conclude an understanding. There is no point displaying a closed positon to a customer and then arbitrarily reconciling to another point in time.

    @IGClientHelp @IGcom Just withdrew money from my account and it appeared in my bank account instantly (as is the case mainly). I withdrew money on Friday at 3:31 pm to put it in savings ac for weekend - still not arrived at my bank NEED CONSISTENCY OF SERVICE - LOST INTEREST
