    @IGClientHelp Are there any new restrictions on Direxion leveraged ETF's on your platform? I can no longer open new positions via a CFD account, but forums also reporting errors for share accounts.

    @IGClientHelp Hi. I cannot log into my account. It has been shut even though I had used it in early Feb. The support is useless. No one is replying to the emails I sent a week ago, live chat disabled & no one is answering the call.

    @IGcom Will you allow existing customer to add to their EXISTING position of GameStop more shares? Why I need to wait 300 years to be able to trade GME again? The volume is incredibely low for this stock at the moment. Please, allow me to trade!

    @IGcom - Traders, 'AVOID' IG at all costs, p*$$ poor customer service and trading platform crashes, try calling, 20 minutes, you will be cut off. Shocking company!!!

    @IGcom is doing some shady stuff. I was able to open a position on a ******** stock on the 28th of Jan. However trying to open one now and it doesn't work? Spoke to support and they said share dealing isn't allowed on ******** stock, however the website does not mention this.

    @IGcom Hi, when trying to connect to the my demo account using API via Postman I get error "errorCode": "error.public-api.failure.preferred.account.not.set" from what I can see there is no way to set a prefered demo account. Please can you help me out here!

    @IGClientHelp can't login, when can get it can't see full screen of positions. Moved from phone to ipad, won't let me log in at all. Went to create different account to get more trading practice, verification error. Nothing is working properly
