@IGClientHelp @malinda63998104 I have the exact same issue. Whenever I login my account it says I have been locked. Upon resetting my password and logging back in, I am still somehow locked. Please could you provide help with this. I have yet to receive any response to my email on Sunday 30th.

@IGClientHelp When will the bug with volume not updating web platform be fixed? Volume will show when viewing a stock but doesn’t update. It’s really hard to day trade with volume. I reporting it to IG 8 weeks ago, by email, provided screenshots, followed up, but still no fix 🤨

@IGcom please remove restriction around #AMC. Its hardly a volatile stock anymore - flatlined for days. Other brokers have done this, why not @IGcom? Cannot average down on my entry and likely to lose money over this.

@IGcom Hi IG!!!Please help!!! There's difficulty to log in my Ins account. 7 days ago I register a new account by my email then it require me to tide a phone number and tells me need 24hours to verified, but I can't log in to my account until now. The help center can't pass.
