    @HLInvest systems still down. Zero ability to trade. Adds to my experience of repeated resilience issues, admin friction, delays, and inability to act when it matters. @IGcom — serious opportunity here. Why is your SIPP not execution-only? Requiring adviser sign-off to transfer is completely out of step with modern, self-directed investors. Build it properly and you’ll win a lot of business...certainly mine...be quick!

    @LBC @IGClientHelp if the ig app and website doesn’t work and there is no help (20 minutes on the phone, WhatsApp), what do customers do? This happens os often. What happens if there is margin call? Is there any regulator looking at these provides or are they above the law?

    Not able to log in to mobile or desktop apps. Have the grace to at least post a message about this issue. I am getting so pissed off with IG and their support. You are destroying what was a great platform. Its a disgrace. @IGClientHelp @IGTradingFloor @IGcom

    @MBdaytrading @IGcom they are a shitshow they screwed up my account so cant get mkt orders and calling me a liar despite screenshots after 1 week terminated the chat unresolved customer service is the worst i have ever come across i am transferring out

    @IGClientHelp I’ve been trying since 6 Aug to get answers on MT5 position limits and split-order pricing. I was referred to Customer Experience, but have had no response beyond GIO..; today’s WhatsApp query has sat unread since 07:25. Can someone please pick this up?

    @MBdaytrading @IGcom I noticed that even II was not working around 12 noon. Has since been rectified, so maybe a wider issue today.

    @DonaldPond6 @IGcom Yes, wonder if the decision was made further down the chain. If the CEO was aware that's an absolute shocker. Might be an opportunity for @vladtenev at Robinhood to steal some more UK market share by just offering better customer experiences.

    @IGClientHelp hi IG. There appears to be an issue with the mobile iPhone app. When I log in I get a message “session timed out. Please login again” and the app then goes to log in screen.

    @MBdaytrading @IGcom They always have problems !! Why do you even use them? I stopped using them in 2023 as they couldn't even issue a simple P&L statement despite explaining to their so called accounts how it's done 🙈

    @IGClientHelp Extreme platform outage today. I was locked out of my account from 14:30 to 16:30 despite repeated login attempts. This system failure directly prevented me from closing my Daily US Tech 100 Call at DH152.1£, resulting in a great loss. IG should compensate for that.
