Adds to my experience of repeated resilience issues, admin friction, delays, and inability to act when it matters. @IGcom — serious opportunity here. Why is your SIPP not execution-only? Requiring adviser sign-off to transfer is completely out of step with modern, self-directed investors. Build it properly and you’ll win a lot of business...certainly mine...be quick!

According to CoPilot, you can trade options in an IBKR SIPP if you go through a SIPP admin such as Westerby Trustee Services or atsipp. Assuming CoPilot is correct, I might go down this route

🅰️ndrew Brahms (@inthe_flowers) reported@CasinoCapital @IGClientHelp @Trading212 Only issue I have is some tiny float stocks in the UK are really difficult to execute on T212 compared to IG - i.e. I have put a limit buy for the same price on both platforms, IG executed a lot quicker than T212. Maybe the lesson is to avoid illiquid garbage stock

Dave (@djp4976) reported@IGcom You’re going to lose a hell of a lot of investors from your platform shortly due to these changes coming in, looks like no more ‘Request for Quote’ orders, limit and market orders only, wouldn’t be so bad if your orders actually got filled, you’ve always been useless with those, seems like only US stocks get filled with U.K. stocks sat there being unfilled all day even when there’s plenty of stock available within that order price
