    @IGClientHelp Your AI Bot chat is worthless, and consistently gives incorrect information. Some of your API documentation is out-of-date, and it seems impossible to speak to an actual human on a phone call. How are we supposed to get any support?

    @RhysBenjamin @englandcricket @IGcom Having stuck with Pope this far, I think they should have kept him in but dropped him down the order. As Travis Head did, one of the other senior batters should have had the stones to volunteer to go up the order.

    @Woodywudpeck @IGcom IG should send the request to the II within 2 or 3 days. After that it’s down to ii how quickly they process the request. By law, I believe ii have 15 working days to process it if it’s a cash-only transfer, otherwise they have up to 30 calendar days.

    @englandcricket @IGcom Looks bad but Good luck to change the stat- The last time England won a test match in Australia was when- a. Kohli was yet to make his test debut. b. Joe Root didn’t play any one of his 161 Test matches.

    @DonaldPond6 @IGcom Yes, wonder if the decision was made further down the chain. If the CEO was aware that's an absolute shocker. Might be an opportunity for @vladtenev at Robinhood to steal some more UK market share by just offering better customer experiences.

    @IGcom @IGSquawk IG is not handling my isa transfer in request well. AI based help centre or WhatsApp doesn’t help. On the phone for 15 minutes to hear the same message. Very disappointing service. can you help please

    @IGClientHelp @IGcom Just withdrew money from my account and it appeared in my bank account instantly (as is the case mainly). I withdrew money on Friday at 3:31 pm to put it in savings ac for weekend - still not arrived at my bank NEED CONSISTENCY OF SERVICE - LOST INTEREST

    @djp4976 @IGcom There customer service is zero, call centre staff giving out wrong information. Philippines and Eastern Europe call centres useless. Their IT infrastructure is 3rd world & needs upgrading, but they spend 000's millions on new acquisitions to the detriment of the platform.
