    @djp4976 @IGcom There customer service is zero, call centre staff giving out wrong information. Philippines and Eastern Europe call centres useless. Their IT infrastructure is 3rd world & needs upgrading, but they spend 000's millions on new acquisitions to the detriment of the platform.

    @MBdaytrading @IGcom I bought VOD via II, could not get a RFQ around 12. Also using IG, so familiar with the issue. II now working. Have IG announced this? or is the 'upgrade' on the quiet.

    @IGcom I’ve been on hold for almost 2 hours. Is your customer service phone line open today or not? On google it says 24/7 today, on the app it says it is outside normal working hours Please clarify

    @IGcom Website, Android App, iOS App, Mobile Web App, and API are not processing login. It is poor management and poor service that you post this promotion but no information about your outage after more than 1 hour of outage. Time to look for another platform.
