Dave (@djp4976) reported@IGcom You’re going to lose a hell of a lot of investors from your platform shortly due to these changes coming in, looks like no more ‘Request for Quote’ orders, limit and market orders only, wouldn’t be so bad if your orders actually got filled, you’ve always been useless with those, seems like only US stocks get filled with U.K. stocks sat there being unfilled all day even when there’s plenty of stock available within that order price

It is poor management and poor service that you post this promotion but no information about your outage after more than 1 hour of outage. Time to look for another platform.

Adds to my experience of repeated resilience issues, admin friction, delays, and inability to act when it matters. @IGcom — serious opportunity here. Why is your SIPP not execution-only? Requiring adviser sign-off to transfer is completely out of step with modern, self-directed investors. Build it properly and you’ll win a lot of business...certainly mine...be quick!

This happens os often. What happens if there is margin call? Is there any regulator looking at these provides or are they above the law?

This system failure directly prevented me from closing my Daily US Tech 100 Call at DH152.1£, resulting in a great loss. IG should compensate for that.
