The App/platform I’m using is not Telegram itself and another App/Platform and the only reason I created that group is to provide information about the new subscription service as Twitter kept blocking some of my posts on here.     @IGClientHelp Your AI Bot chat is worthless, and consistently gives incorrect information. Some of your API documentation is out-of-date, and it seems impossible to speak to an actual human on a phone call. How are we supposed to get any support?

    @Woodywudpeck @IGcom IG should send the request to the II within 2 or 3 days. After that it’s down to ii how quickly they process the request. By law, I believe ii have 15 working days to process it if it’s a cash-only transfer, otherwise they have up to 30 calendar days.

    @IGcom a real prince amongst thieves when it comes to the online brokers. Not only offering a ubiquitous service, but giving it gratis and not telling their clients what they can and can’t invest in. Take note @HLInvest and Interactive Investor

    @Smudgedann @IGcom Not a happy ship. New mgmt seem to be doing their best to destroy what was a great brand. Trouble is they are printing cash with all this vol so mgmt will believe their own hype. Clients will vote with their feet imo.

    @CasinoCapital @IGClientHelp @Trading212 Also use IBKR for normal account. AG bell has good access to most uk micro caps and most fees low but FX is a problem. Maybe split UK and non uk to two accounts?

    @wealthelf @HLInvest @IGcom I'm trying out Trading212 for an ISA and not having any issues so far. Had it for about 6 months. (Though was an expensive spread for a smallcap.)
