  @IGClientHelp would rather do this by phone but there is no number to call... My app and browser access to the platform gives and error page and clicking the status page also gives an error... Software update over the weekend??

  @LBC @IGClientHelp if the ig app and website doesn’t work and there is no help (20 minutes on the phone, WhatsApp), what do customers do? This happens os often. What happens if there is margin call? Is there any regulator looking at these provides or are they above the law?

  @IGcom Website, Android App, iOS App, Mobile Web App, and API are not processing login. It is poor management and poor service that you post this promotion but no information about your outage after more than 1 hour of outage. Time to look for another platform.

  @IGClientHelp Extreme platform outage today. I was locked out of my account from 14:30 to 16:30 despite repeated login attempts. This system failure directly prevented me from closing my Daily US Tech 100 Call at DH152.1£, resulting in a great loss. IG should compensate for that.

  @CasinoCapital @IGClientHelp @Trading212 Also use IBKR for normal account. AG bell has good access to most uk micro caps and most fees low but FX is a problem. Maybe split UK and non uk to two accounts?
