    @PAFCRyan @englandcricket @IGcom A few hours lost to bad weather…all that did was prolong India’s misery and allow me to grab a couple of beers and a sandwich to enjoy whilst revelling in victory. Test cricket is about the away side adapting to conditions they’re not used to. India will need to overcome

    @Woodywudpeck @IGcom IG should send the request to the II within 2 or 3 days. After that it’s down to ii how quickly they process the request. By law, I believe ii have 15 working days to process it if it’s a cash-only transfer, otherwise they have up to 30 calendar days.

    @CasinoCapital @IGClientHelp @Trading212 Also use IBKR for normal account. AG bell has good access to most uk micro caps and most fees low but FX is a problem. Maybe split UK and non uk to two accounts?

    @igcom @igclienthelp Been waiting for 2 hours on your WhatsApp ‘service’ + live chat with no response. Simple requests go through convoluted processes; I was promised a 3hr turnaround on a ‘ card verification’ that is still pending over 24hrs later? Shocking customer service!

    @HLInvest systems still down. Zero ability to trade. Adds to my experience of repeated resilience issues, admin friction, delays, and inability to act when it matters. @IGcom — serious opportunity here. Why is your SIPP not execution-only? Requiring adviser sign-off to transfer is completely out of step with modern, self-directed investors. Build it properly and you’ll win a lot of business...certainly mine...be quick!

    @IGClientHelp Your AI Bot chat is worthless, and consistently gives incorrect information. Some of your API documentation is out-of-date, and it seems impossible to speak to an actual human on a phone call. How are we supposed to get any support?

    @IGcom morning. You have blocked my account, your help desk can give me no reason for this. I have tried 3 times to withdraw my balance to no effect, your help desk say there is no record of withdrawal application even though I have email conformation. Is there an issue?

    @chippycapital I actually like IG generally, am probably one of their longest-standing customers (last century!), but damn @IGClientHelp they'll just ignore you when you try and suggest tiny UX changes that would improve their systems. Am on verge of shutting all my accounts except spreadbet

    @DonaldPond6 @IGcom Yes, wonder if the decision was made further down the chain. If the CEO was aware that's an absolute shocker. Might be an opportunity for @vladtenev at Robinhood to steal some more UK market share by just offering better customer experiences.
