    @Smudgedann @IGcom Not a happy ship. New mgmt seem to be doing their best to destroy what was a great brand. Trouble is they are printing cash with all this vol so mgmt will believe their own hype. Clients will vote with their feet imo.

    @IGcom Step up with customer support... I have tried to reach your support for several days now. With email and with whatsapp but have got zero replys. Trying to open account... Not a very good first impression, though, as there is no customer service at all.

    @chippycapital I actually like IG generally, am probably one of their longest-standing customers (last century!), but damn @IGClientHelp they'll just ignore you when you try and suggest tiny UX changes that would improve their systems. Am on verge of shutting all my accounts except spreadbet

    @CasinoCapital @IGClientHelp @Trading212 I looked into this recently. According to CoPilot, you can trade options in an IBKR SIPP if you go through a SIPP admin such as Westerby Trustee Services or atsipp. Assuming CoPilot is correct, I might go down this route

    @IGClientHelp Your AI Bot chat is worthless, and consistently gives incorrect information. Some of your API documentation is out-of-date, and it seems impossible to speak to an actual human on a phone call. How are we supposed to get any support?

    @CasinoCapital @IGClientHelp @Trading212 Only issue I have is some tiny float stocks in the UK are really difficult to execute on T212 compared to IG - i.e. I have put a limit buy for the same price on both platforms, IG executed a lot quicker than T212. Maybe the lesson is to avoid illiquid garbage stock

    @kev123703 @IGcom It’s not the borrow that’s the problem, 10 minutes after Harper requests him to get borrow, he says they are short 100m of stock! Even with borrow, then it would be highly unethical to slot 5 different banks in £20m each just before a -8% announcement! You’d get cut off from all!
