Their IT infrastructure is 3rd world & needs upgrading, but they spend 000's millions on new acquisitions to the detriment of the platform.

Brook on the other hand is vice-captain, he needs to take on a bigger role in the team, it might actually help his game giving him more responsibility.

By law, I believe ii have 15 working days to process it if it’s a cash-only transfer, otherwise they have up to 30 calendar days.
