Amoanster (@Amoanster) reported@IGcom please remove restriction around #AMC. Its hardly a volatile stock anymore - flatlined for days. Other brokers have done this, why not @IGcom? Cannot average down on my entry and likely to lose money over this.

allwired (@allwiredtv) reported@IGClientHelp after 2 months trying to transfer my accounts, 1 account sorted after 6 weeks. 2nd account still in limbo with missing shares. On hold daily for 1 hour+ and get busied out. How do customers contact you?? Even a complaint letter 3 weeks ago with no result.

It’s really hard to day trade with volume. I reporting it to IG 8 weeks ago, by email, provided screenshots, followed up, but still no fix 🤨
