    @IGcom I’m using your device from Japan btw. There’s something wrong with your server probably. Sometimes it does not load at critical timings. I’ve seen other complaints on Twitter. If I or others lose money, YOU SHOULD COMPENSATE US. Please resolve the issue or you WILL lose clients

    @IGcom @IGcom I want to liquidate my position now but the transaction screen doesn’t load on any browser or app. This happens to others/me before. I’m worried I will lose money not being able to sell or take profit at critical points due to poor service. Please get a better server 😡

    @IGClientHelp I raised a case with custome support regarding pathetic IG mobile app. The app was not working on 26th August and I could not close some of my trades. I have sent many email and asked questions regarding the price levels etc but it has gone cold.

    @IGClientHelp Hi - Do you have details of the complaint dept - not the helpdesk. Client for 20yrs+, trying to resolve the trading issue on Tues. 3 calls and 2 emails later and radio silence. I think 48hrs is long enough. It's obvious this is not a priority. Need to escalate. Thx.
