    @IGcom Disgusting. I'm an existing cleint and I pay for the service of buying extremely volatile stocks. If you can afford to buy out tastytrade, you can afford to sort your servers out. Please do better.

    @IGClientHelp having issues with multiple logins this morning. Login on my PC but as soon as I login on Ap on tablet or phone - boots me out of PC, login on PC boots me out of aps. Had this happen on another occasion awhile back

    @IGcom This doesn't make sense. System was down during key hours on Friday so could not trade, now buying is totally not allowed. What's a professional platform! What's a professional decision!

    @IGClientHelp hi guys. There appears to be another technical issue this morning. Charts are not loading properly on mobile devices. Chart settings are being deleted or returned to default each time I log out/in.

    @IGClientHelp Due to the recent extreme volatility, and in order to prioritise the service we give our existing clients, we are not allowing any new positions to be opened on the US stocks GameStop and AMC Entertainment. WTF is going on here😡 This needs to be investigated

    @IGcom Meaning: Due to extreme volatility, and to prioritise the service we give our existing clients: HEDGE FUNDS, we are not allowing any new oppositions to be opened on $GME 🚀 and $AMC 🚀 because if retail traders keep buying $GME and $AMC our clients: the HEDGE FUNDS

    @IGClientHelp How can one of the biggest UK trading platforms logically block new trades on AMC and GME for existing customers? Surely you should block new registrations? I feel completely let down and will be looking to move.

    @jasoncartwright @IGcom I have also been on the bad end of the stick with other trades related to the recent outages, but this isn't the first time IG have had difficulties with their servers. God help us if there's a crash.

    @IGcom no longer offering GME or AMC In order to prioritise the service we give our existing clients, IG is not currently allowing any new positions to be opened on the US stocks GameStop and AMC Entertainment. Clients are still able to close existing positions.
