@IGcom Best UK Brokerage by FAR! As a team IG should solve their Server problem. Platform is Too slow and prevents me from logining cause servers are down. This, if there is, WILL BE THE DOWNFALL OF IG GROUP TRADING.. ITS THE NEGLECTION OF THE PLATFORM! TOO MANY LITTLE PROBLEMS!

Got your email @IGcom. Why not Just scale your servers then? don’t block trades. If it were just an infrastructure issue you would just put a nickel in the AWS meter and elastically scale your services!

@IGcom Tried that, a girl asked for a screenshot of the chart, which I forwarded, she replied that ‘prices go up and down’...what?? 49p for Rio Tinto. I don’t think so. Useless HelpDesk, I could have called the speaking clock for better advice.

@pete_zouboulis @IGcom @financialombuds Thanks for posting - I received the most ridiculously arrogant email from their service team in Australia here yesterday when I asked for a compensation form. Basically said bad luck and no such thing . Definitely Financial services Ombudsman
