Got your email @IGcom. Why not Just scale your servers then? don’t block trades. If it were just an infrastructure issue you would just put a nickel in the AWS meter and elastically scale your services!

@IGcom @SmoothskinJim "prioritise the service", "not allowing"... there are a problem, the only service clients want is execution orders, thats all... Thts sound weird... (unless "our existing clients" means hedge funds/corpos and short sellers, like this I understand the message)

@IGcom I made the call at 11:52 and did hold on for 47 mins and then gave up, so what you are saying is that I should have hold on for 2-3 hours??? I have actually lost money and I have emailed the help desk already, I hope they make it right!!!

@IGClientHelp what is going on, today I lost all set up of my charts in the App and if I log onto the browser it kicks me out of the App and Visa Versa. This a terrible experience.

@pete_zouboulis @IGcom @financialombuds Thanks for posting - I received the most ridiculously arrogant email from their service team in Australia here yesterday when I asked for a compensation form. Basically said bad luck and no such thing . Definitely Financial services Ombudsman
