    @IGClientHelp How do I know the margin factor of a particular market? Is there a link? I'm using oanda right now and they allow changing the leverage, which is something IG doesn't support.

    @IGcom if you should treat your customers better than this! Lost out on iag rights issue due to being £2 short in my account, ig you must communicate with your customers better especially the high value ones! EToro gives you an account manager for any balance over £10k!

    @IGClientHelp It tends to be intermittent, but generally after the US open. Happened today about 14:38 ish for about 3 minutes. Occurs once or twice a fortnight.

    @IGSquawk @IGClientHelp I have dm’d you, I still haven’t had a call from someone on your dealing desk. Please make sure this right issue is fully exercised! If not, Natasha confirmed on the phone I have the grounds to lodge a formal complaint but let’s try and avoid that route if we can......

    @IGClientHelp @IGSquawk My IAG rights issue hasn’t been executed appropriately. Sean instructed me it was all OK and now I’m told my rights have lapsed which can’t be correct. Natasha said I’d receive a call by your dealing team by 11am, can somebody update me and resolve????????

    @IGcom I'm still waiting for my account activation. Customer care said it takes from 2 to 5 days to be approved. It seems all my documents are approved a few days ago. Why it doesn't allow me to add funds? If it'll a lot of time in all activities I'll make it's not good
