    On hold with @GoDaddy for 45 minutes have their repa speak rudely to me all because they are having known issues. This exact thing is why I got ofd of @HostGator ...and frankly, it’s why I have paused my decision to opt into @godaddy Private, managed servers

    If you want a website, for the love of god don't use GoDaddy. Or Hostgator. Just the very worst. I'm still in tech support hell. He's had me disable all the plugins & insists the site is back up & fine when I'm getting Error 503 even via proxy. But gosh he sure is polite! 😒

    @HGSupport This started working about 10 minutes after I tweeted, by all appearances, hostgator dropped the ip at 11:00 then re-added to the server about 10 minutes after this tweet. Its NOT an A record issue, its an IP issue on your server.

This trend goes back years. They have other significant problems, but dishonesty in marketing is all you need.

They're liars, they have bragged for years about 100% uptime in their advertisements, but they have never delivered anything even close to that. Their real uptime is well below 99%. Whats worse, they frequently have long outages during business hours.
