    @HGSupport The issue is case 12910405, since yesterday. FTP logs in but will not list files: 425 Could not open data connection to port 60412: Connection refused. Various high ports. HG enabled jailshell on accts but still doesn't work. All my reseller accts at HG. Other ISPs work.

    @HGSupport I got an email but what was said didn't work. I tried chat and the guy closed it on me but said it is still being worked. PLEASE help. This is ftp not working on ALL my reseller sites, not just the 3 referenced in the email about jailshell access.

    Site update - I may be down for up to a day. You might see it come up shortly, then look like a new site, then hopefully it will be restored. Since HostGator can't get their act together I'm moving it, but can't actually do that till some tech things happen in the background.

    @HGSupport I'm pointing out that you're running upgrades to wordpress on all site installations without updating PHP to the right version before you run those upgrades. I'm potentially saving you THOUSANDS of DOLLARS for screwing up sites. You might say THANK YOU and fix it.

    People, stay away from @HostGator... the only thing you will have is no business. There is no concern on issues impacting your business. Outage in your server, why do @HGSupport care. You have paid your bill. Move out whilst you business still runs...!!!!

    The sheer amount of difference in quality of Hostgator USA and India gave me a brain freeze. Zero issues with USA and site goes offline in just 10 days in India. Support says "please use lan, cpanel won't work on WiFi". WTF. #facepalm @HostGator

    @Cloudmark Epic fail blocking my domain from sending email. Had to resolve through @HostGator I've never used my domain for mass email or spam. Your software needs a lot of help. Really horrible to block my email the way you did.

    @regal_kyle @HostGator Noted. After this issue I'm definitely looking for recos. This started as a 502 error and then when they "fixed it" suddenly all my content was 404ing or 500ing. This was across 3 independent sites so the whole thing is suspicious.

    @Rev_Scarecrow @HostGator Goodness that's rough. I couldn't stand dealing with web hosting sites like this, I can't imagine they've gotten much better. If you ever need help with web stuff outside of the direct customer support you can always hmu, my offer to help ya out is still in the air!
