Dear @HostGator You cancellation process is absolutely shocking! I have tried to send emails, and logged in and attempted to chat to someone who took 4 hours not to reply. Please cancel my account and refund me as per my multiple requests.

@shaunoconnor1 @HGSupport A timeout would either mean the db is overloaded (pretty sure it'll say something about max connects) or unreachable which is just down.

@A3_Arosemena I’ve used each of those. HostGator has been fine for years. Blueh*t has some of the worst support in the industry. That is a company I would be very careful about relying on. Just a totally strange response re: the ceo stuff. Hopefully there’s some closure soon.

@HGSupport I am filing a report with the FTC, better business bureau, trust pilot And anyone else that will listen this is ridiculous. My domains expire today, I have automatic payment. Instead of taking charging my automatic payment, they shut my site down the day it says payment due

@HGSupport We had migrated to your VPS server from a shared one as per your advice last friday. During this period we are in regular touch with your customer support team for resolution of no. of issues but I am sorry to say that the team is of no use at all.
