  I left Hostgator for good. I had a great experience with them overall, but as soon as I wanted to leave, their support was terrible. They kept wasting my time by trying to convince me to stay even though I told them no explicitly and that I was busy.

  @HGSupport Yes, but it is not available for reseller accounts. Confirmed in two different conversations with your support team that they are not able to install it, and that I would have to wait until your official upgrade for those servers, with no estimated time.

  Of course, you need to be careful with howyou present your HostGator offer, as freelancing platforms won't look always look too kindly at your UPSELLS. I've got several hundred referrals over 3 years and never had issues. You just need to be SMART about it.

  @HGSupport Please assist, beyond desperate. Our website has been down for 4 (!!!) days. Our developer has contacted support every 3 hours since Tues and our backup folders still not uploaded. We are losing business plus massive reputational damage. Our ticket number is 39332050.
