@K3TripleR @HostGator @HGSupport HostGator is owned by the same guys that acquired Bluehost in 2022. Bluehost sucks. They regularly crashed my website on Thursdays at 1:40 am. I moved to Ion Blade.

@HGSupport how do I get into contact with support from the US by phone that can resolve your ongoing issue immediately? Level I has been subpar, and so far we can only communicate with Level III via email.

The winner of worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with is @HostGator. They missed every follow up deadline they set for themselves. They promised me calls that never came. They never shared notes so I had to explain everything over and over.

@foerster_bryan Apologies; these tweets slipped through the cracks. It looks like your site uses @WordPress with @Hostgator. You might try to narrow down which plugin/theme is causing maintenance mode to trigger; maybe update one at a time? Get backups first, too.

@imArshit @HostGator To be honest, I've been getting 500 internal server errors. One rep said it was rare, but I've been getting it pretty consistently and it's not just me. On top of that I purchase an entire year of service to replace my old package & a phone rep charged me 13.99 after the call.

There’s ways around that but again I self host on my work fiber connection gig symmetrical. Got lucky they let me do it. I share my service with them and they save money. I’ve been there 20…

@HostGator so I switched to HG about a year ago and have had nothing but problems. I switched so i would have less to have to fix by myself and yet every time there's a problem i spend more timer arguing with your incompetent support than if i had admin access to fix it myself..
