    @HGSupport @hostgatorindia @HostGator All the sites onto the server is down from last night. Tried to connect over chat support they told me within 4hours issue will be resolved but it’s being more than 10 hours. Raised the ticket but no response.

    Watch out for @HostGator - I had cancelled my hosting on behalf of my client back in April of 2017 but continued to be billed. Bad on me for just realizing it! @HGSupport no help. SO we filed a complaint with the @bbb_us.

    @webbish6 @DreamHostCare @typesofhosting @HGSupport Indeed nightmare! An other option, ... would be Weebly direct. Buy the smallest plan, but I think they charge yearly. They have definitely all you need, included blog function. Don`t use the free one, as its with big ads. Using it myself, but via HG..., and there is the problem.

    @savingjoyfully @champgains If it lists the hosting company, say Hostgator, you then go to Hostgator’s site. They’ll have a link somewhere that says DMCA. Fill out the form and they’ll usually have it down in a couple days. No charge. They usually rush it bc they don’t want to be held liable.

    Yay, finally cancelled my @HostGator account. I have to do business with multiple hosts but #Hostgator in my experience has to be the worst of them all. As a company, they were level ******* bad #CustomerService with @KPShare.

They figure that the person who designed the site has intimate knowledge of that website and would be best person to talk to for support instead of guy at GoDaddy who isn't familiar with a website

    @LeePottsPoet @webbish6 @HGSupport @HostGator Personally I'm a big supporter of @GoDaddy, they have always treated me well and they allow me to be my clients technical support, they don't want to call GoDaddy when they have a problem, they just call me and I take care of it for them.

    We've had a support ticket open with @Hostgator for 15 hours now for a simple HG reseller email account deletion. Our business email has been down for 24 hours now. This is the longest support ticket I've ever had open by anyone without an initial response. @HGSupport

    @HGSupport @HostGator WORST SUPPORT EVER. Finding a solution since last week and already talked to 4 different agents of your's and each one offers a different solution every time. On top of that, they ask me to wait for 24-48 hours and guess what the issue still persists. WORSTT

    @shane_barker @HGSupport CPU issues can usually be resolved without upgrading hosting. The only time upgrading is required when organic traffic increases to the site. Most CPU usage suspensions we've worked on did not require upgrading, just fixing the issues that caused high usage.

    It is crazy that it is a company policy to take down my site due to CPU usage w/out sending one single email to warn me. Now I bought a dedicated server for $250 a month instead of $10 & I’m still waiting for my site to be backup. Terrible! @HGSupport #NotHappy #BadBusiness

    @HostGator are certainly NOT a global provider. They can't even bring up a small ecommerce site competently. EIG appear to have demolished this company which had had great reviews - So over 100 emails 2000USD down innumerable calls with people - design services are separate

    @Hostgator has new security systems in place that will shut down your site if they deem it uses too much cpu; you'll be down for days. A new brute force detector that will block your ip if your email program has the wrong password.

    @jl_aarne WordPress itself, no. Some of the hosts got weird for a while, like GoDaddy, but they all had a change of heart. I had no problems with HostGator until recently, but that was not over content. If you get a host make sure they don't belong to the EIG group of companies.
