@hbomax my HBO max app doesn’t stream audio to my stereo over Bluetooth on my Chromecast with google tv. Both app and chromecast are updated. This is the only app that doesn’t work in this manner. Please help.

@hbomax your app has become sentient. And its starting to not give ****. I tried to press pause to grab a snack it wouldn't work. So I was like nvm let me go quick and come back, when I came back it fast forward to the near ending.. it spoiled the movie for me

@HBOMaxHelp @blueskkoos of course that won’t fix it since the problem is your app. Doesn’t happen with Netflix, doesn’t happen with Prime, doesn’t happen with Hulu. Even Tubi works better. Stop wasting ppl’s time by pretending it’s some issue with everyone’s devices.

Dude, ******* @hbomax support sucks. I've called 3 times over the past 3 weeks and they haven't help at all. And I had just paid for a year subscription. @hulu and @netflix support were able to help me right away whenever I had problems.

@MollyBOfficial @hbomax It's the lack of captions on content for me. My 8 year old has hearing loss and can't enjoy a movie without captions 😔 and she can't wear her hearing aids with a mask and glasses behind her little ears! I hope companies get on top of these issues.

@HBOMaxHelp @CashAppRecords If anyone is using an Android TV box it has an issue with 5G WIFI and you will then have to switch over to WIFI 2.4G then HBOmax app will run properly.

@verge Does this mean @hbomax will remove the Crunchyroll hub soon? Lame.. FUNimation and Crunchyroll both have terrible apps, so this can only be a bad thing.

@HBOMaxHelp @chris_notcapn The FF, stop,, and Rew buttons on the PS4 remotes don't always work. I wind up fast forwarding far too long and it's a bit of a mess. No other streaming app has this issue.

Hey @HBOMaxHelp! I have a Roku TV and a Roku stick and both won’t play HBO Max. I contacted Roku but they said it’s not on their end. I’m able to play it fine on my computer and phone but neither of my TVs work

@HBOMaxHelp Samsung Smart TV - HBO Maxx consistently crashes when rewinding or pausing is attempted. Restart (after slow reboot) starts several minutes earlier in show than crash happened. Great content; truly, shockingly bad interface experience. But you guys already know that.
