@hbomax Please fix the closed captioning in your app! It disappears and then is next to impossible to get back even after repeated rounds of turning off/on, exiting the app, etc. I just joined, but it seems like this has been an issue for quite a while. This should not be hard!

Hey @hbomax. Now a third different person is emailing me. They said they completed my request for a refund. WHICH IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. Can someone actually take care of this? Now back on hold to see if someone over there actually wants to help. Great way to spend my day.

Hey @HBOMaxHelp and @netflix , one thing @AmazonStudios gets RIGHT is the ability for viewers to CHOOSE subtitle sizes and styles. I am hearing impaired but don’t want HUGE subtitles cluttering up the screen. Please FIX! #Subtitles #HearingImpaired #OptionsAREgood

@HBOMaxHelp $15 a month and your playstation app is probably the most horrible running app I've ever experienced. can't even load 30 minutes of a movie without having to stop to buffer. The captions are hideous. wtf am I paying for?
