@HBOMaxHelp So reading through here it's been established as a problem on Apple TV's, Samsung TV's and Rokus and firesticks and my issue is on an Xfinity Flex device and a Samsung TV. So it seems like it isn't working across the board.

@HBOMaxHelp Yes it still happens even if we restart the app and device. This issue has been happening since the start of the app. Also when ur watching on mobile and u try to fast forward or rewind on the time bar it lags so it’s hard to get the time u want.

@hbomax why is your video player so trash. $15 a month should include a half decent UI. Half of the time, the next episode button doesn't work, it doesn't show up at all on the Samsung tv app, load times are horrendous, and the pause button has several seconds of lag.

@msandreatodd @hbomax If a person truly hates a feature on themselves, wants to fix it & still look NATURAL, then fine. When people chase their youth & get so many fillers that they look unnatural, then that’s what I have a problem with. Wrinkles are much more attractive than looking fake.
