Anyone else having issues with the @hbomax app? I can only watch a few minutes, at most, of a movie and it says there was an unexpected error and I’m forced to close out the app. It’s a 3 day weekend, I’d like to enjoy some movies but it’s difficult when it’s not working. #HBOMax

@HBOMaxHelp Oh there's nothing you're going to be able to do, I've already done tier 1-3 troubleshooting. You've got to make HBOmax a better service and put better digital versions of content on it...and until you do, everyone will keep having the same problems.

@HBOMaxHelp I’m using the app via my fire stick tv. Trying to watch The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It or We Baby Bears and neither plays. I’ve reset my fire stick to see if that was the issue, but no luck.

@hbomax I'm so frustrated with this streaming service. Newest issue is being unable to log in. I click on my profile and it does nothing. I have no choice but to wait til it eventually resets itself. Back surgery doesn't allow me to move furniture to unplug everything.
