@hbomax why is only your app constantly having buffering issues? None of my other streaming apps have this problem. For the price, your service has been quite unreliable compared to Hulu or Netflix.

@hbomax Learn how to subtitle properly. My Mom cannot hear well do we turn on captions. While watching Valley of Tears when. Arabic is subtitled the captions go over the translation and say speaking Arabic or Moroccan and you can’t see what they say. Fix it.

I really hate @hbomax's terrible interface. At least in HBO Now you were able to get to other episodes of a series from one episode. I can't seem to figure out how to do that on Max.

Gotta think not everyone can probably afford Netflix or keep it up to continue to watch the show. Whereas CW is part of basic cable everyone has a chance of tuning into that. So I feel like if you pitched it to @TheCW or even like @hulu or @hbomax it’ll pick backup no problem

Another incredibly stupid issue with the @hbomax ps4 app: There seems to be no way to access my full watch list. There's no dedicated page for it like Amazon has. So if you add too many things there's no way to get to all of them without trying the laggy, clunky search function.

@realmurphybrown TPTB were able to resolve the music rights issue for "WKRP" which I thought they'd NEVER do, considering how much music was in that show (loved that show!) @hbomax should be able to do the same thing, dontcha think?

@hbomax How does one sign in on a Roku TV using your email address and password? I'm always told my sign in info is wrong but it sure works great on your app. I try to enter the code but it ASKS FOR A PROVIDER? I want a refund, it's your doing.

@HBOMaxHelp I ended up getting it to work on my sheid/android tv. Thankfully I had another device to use. After further research hbo max has an issue on tcl roku tvs.

@HBOMaxHelp I used the logout of all devices feature, and now the @Xfinity version of the app is stuck in a broken state on all my TVs. Won’t load even after restart both app and cable box. Ideas?

@WhatsOnHBOMax If you live on a US military base @hbomax lets you sign up for an account through your firestick but, gives you an error that it’s not offered in your region when you try and click on it to watch. Glad I paid $70 for 6 months of service that I can’t access, no refund either

@HBOMaxHelp #WW84 is too choppy to watch on a brand new 4K Roku TV. Audio plays fine; internet is fine. Other content plays properly. Get your DolbyVision/4K act together. FIX IT NOW! Just joined HBOmax and will leave as quickly. #HBOMax #pathetic

@manionpaul @HBOMaxHelp 100% having issues with HBO max. Ours through Comcast. Doesn’t keep its place mid show when you go back to the app and we keep having an issue where the title and stop/play graphic stays on the screen and can’t get it off as we watch. The Flight Attendant is pretty great tho

@gclaw4444 @hbomax One of the only problems with their service- they leave movies alone as they should, there should at least be a setting to do the same for shows. The "Skip Intro" button should not appear onscreen either.

@HBOMaxHelp The audio is synced but the video is choppy. Like it's skipping 2 out of every 3 frames. This is the same issue that there are dozens of Twitter and Reddit threads about, all people with Roku TVs experiencing the same symptoms. Don't act you're unaware of this issue. Fix coming?

@hbomax I literally just joined and tried watching WW1984 and it stutters like crazy. I don't have this problem with any other streaming service. How do I get a refund. I've had your service less than 15 mins and I'd like my money back pls.
