@hbomax Download movies do not offer audio description for the blind. If you are streaming the movie, it will play audio description track no problem. I downloaded something to watch on the airplane and description would not play. Let’s please fix this bug.

Hey @hbomax @HBOMaxHelp would be great if u could update the app on all platforms to perform better, smoother, & faster. Cause your app becomes unusable at times w/ these constant bugs: freezing, button lag/button input lag, buffering/stuttering/loss of audio tracks, slow loading

Anyone know if @hbomax will work on Linux? Also, do they stupidly block *NON-EXIT* Tor relay IPs like Hulu? I want to know if it's worth risking $15 to watch Dune... But I don't want to pay for a service that will take my money and then not let me actually watch anything.

If you could fix all these bugs/smooth out these constant bugs that constantly happen that would be great. Push an update out for these bugs please. The TV app version of the app would benefit greatly from these fixes too. I use the samsung tv app. Thanks @hbomax @HBOMaxHelp

@HBOMaxHelp so r u guys ever gonna fix ur app on roku tv. It wont load. Ur app is the only 1 that won't work on my TCL roku tv. Been this way for months. And yes I have tried reinstalling the app and unplugged the tv.

@DCTitans @hbomax Why these writers thought that a Batman centric Titans show will work is beyond me. Batman and the Bat family works well in any team up show but the Batman villains only work if they are up against only Batman or the Bat family.

@briandesite @ryanarey @hbomax It's awful. Especially whenever you have to pause and it takes 5 seconds for the audio to catch up after you unpause, which means you have to rewind 10 seconds instead.

@DCTitans @hbomax Using a Batman villain as the big bad against the Titans is like sending a chihuahua to fight a T-rex. So for them to seem menacing, we need to nerf the Titans and that is the main problem with your show. Its been 3 seasons, and yet the only one who seems like improved is Raven.

@hulu I bought @hbomax through Hulu but I can’t sign into hbomax with my Hulu signin and a large portion of hbo’s programing is NOT available on Hulu. Like Dune (one of the whole reasons I signed up for @hbomax) how do we remedy this? Should I cancel it through Hulu?

@HBOMaxHelp Tried watching it on both PS5 and XSX. The quality of the stream is bad. It is not a crisp 4k. There's tons of artifacts and crushed blacks. My internet connection is hardwired and 1gb down. Also, there are absolutely no controls to change the styles of the subtitles.
