@HBOMaxHelp trying to watch wonder woman 1984 on my PC and the movie simply refuses to load. tried a thousand times and nothing. I heard it wasn't working at all on micrsoft edge. if so, are you gonna fix that or am I just screwed?

@HBOMaxHelp Hate to be that person, but keep getting stalled video and error messages and have to restart in the middle of shows. This happens on laptop and TV stream, but I have no issues with HBO on Prime or Netflix, just the HBOMax app.

@HBOMaxHelp The suggested steps did not work. No matter what I do, my profile retains my progress. Erase, clear data / cache, restarts, etc — movie always starts where I left off — frozen on pause.

@Schlaeps Not a big fan of DC films. I haven't been able to watch WW84 so far, due to some problem with the stream on @hbomax. I over heard a few people saying it wasn't very good. Not worth the hype. Will have to see if true, at least I don't have to pay the theater price :-)

@robertquast Some entertainment value, but not a great “film” per se. My biggest issue with it though is the @hbomax app on my AppleTV 4K refused to flip it to 4K even when AppleTV+ content works fine and my bandwidth was over 500Mbps...

Hey @hbomax - what’s the point of letting us download offline content before we go on vacation, if the minute we get outside the US you lock us out of the app? Is there a work-around? We just want to watch the shows we already downloaded for this purpose.....help?

Hey @hbomax I’ve been trying to watch Wonder Woman 84 all afternoon and it keeps crashing 15 secs in. I’ve deleted and re-added hbomax to my smart tv multiple times and it’s still not working. Why????? #HBOMax #WonderWoman

Is there a @HBOMaxHelp? Why is the streaming quality so incredibly low in my browser? Advertisements are streaming at 1080p but everything else is streaming at variable rate ~720p. I assume I'd get 4K if I put it on my TV...

@HBOMaxHelp the app is terribly (unbearably) slow on PS4 and the new Roku app doesn't even work. It just crashes over and over. Is this a known issue being resolved?
