    @HBOMaxHelp I appreciate that, but now it's back to being even worse. Now that it's back to native player the subtitles are broken, fast forward/rewind lags so it's practically impossible to do. Pausing lags and takes a few seconds from when I press the button. Your own API was better.

    @HBOMaxHelp Err, your own API was even better than the native player. Now all the old issues that you fixed with your own API are back. Sad to see you succumb to public pressure when you own engineers will know best and were on a better track. Now you've taken two steps back.

    @hbomax I love your service but rewinding and fast forwarding anything you stream is absolutely horrific. Please fix this part of your service.

    @HBOMaxHelp We are currently experiencing errors when logging into HBOMax on iOS and the web. Apple is the service provider. Is this a known issue?

    @HBOMaxHelp I just read about the Apple app problems - well this week on my @amazonfiretv after an episode or two of a show, I get an error message saying to restart the app. I also have FF/RW/Pause/Play issues - any estimated time for these fixes?

    @HBOMaxHelp I'm glad the rollback was implemented this fast, thank yo!!! I understand this mistake was made because the decision makers are not Apple TV users and thought that making the app work similarly on different platforms is beneficial for customers.

    @hbomax Why is The Big Bang theory not working correctly. 4 out of 5 days I have not been able to watch it. The only reason for me even subscribing to your service is for that show 😞 any solutions?

    @HBOMaxHelp I updated the app on my Apple TV and I’m still having issues with video playback. I checked and the app version is 50.30.2.261
