I like @hbomax but OMG, the April update of the Android app for my Fire tablet SUCKS. Doesn't auto-play the next episode, keeps erroring out, all sorts of problems. Ugh.

@abigailStev @hbomax Yes, I kept having to unplug the TV to get it to work again. But then I discovered by accident that on our Samsung TV if you hold the back button it resets the app so when you reopen it the problem goes away for a while.

@HBOMaxHelp Yeah but it took 35 minutes, why do I pay for a service to stream at a specific time as dictated by you since the season isn’t released in advance only for it to not work??? You should be expecting an influx of traffic at that time, for it to go down is unacceptable!

@HBOMaxHelp Every time I restore purchase it says I don’t have HBO. The app was on my tv previously and worked fine. I don’t even know why it’s not there anymore. It’s ridiculous I pay for HBO FOR YEARS and the channel isn’t in my guide and app doesn’t work

@HBOMaxHelp your Roku app is HORRIBLE! Have to sign back in every day but first have to sign out, despite being told I’m signed out. My TV provider is @ bottom with no scroll. Sign out/in is clumsy. Can u actually use ur app like we r expected & so how bad it is & fix it! #Fail
