@hbomax yo your streaming service rarely works: constantly buffering and giving me “this title not available” in the middle of a show. I never have this problem with other streaming services. What gives?

Seriously, hands down the @hbomax app for Apple TV has to be one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It’s unfortunate because I love the content on HBO Max, however their shoddy application on the Apple TV makes is so hard to enjoy what you’re watching.

@VIZIO @hbomax Hey check it out, I was using my HBOMAX app and used fast forward, app wouldn’t work, and AGAIN I HAD TO RESET MY VIZIO TV & SOUND BAR TO FACTORY SPECS JUST TO GET THE TV TO WORK AGAIN. AGAIN I SAY TO YOU BUY ANY ORHER BRAND THAN A VIZIO TV & SOUND BAR.

hi @hbomax pls fix the bug that makes closed captioning turn on for everything I watch despite turning them off every time. It is very annoying and has been a known issue for many months! (Embarrassing 4 u!) :]

@hbomax @YouTubeTV why do I regularly have to sign out & back in for my HBOMax subscription (purchased through YouTubeTV) to work despite the fact I’ve had a continuous subscription? Also worth noting: sign out/in doesn’t even work every time, sometimes takes multiple attempts.

@hbomax Why are subtitles suddenly on by default? It’s obnoxious, and instead of helping me fix it, your cust service tried to convince me it’s always been that way. It’s not isolated, people having this issue are posting all over the HBO Max subreddit. Let’s get an actual fix!

@HBOMaxHelp I did all of those things many times over, before giving up and canceling my subscription. The problem is Max. No problem with Now or even early Max, even with 10 mbps internet. Upped to 25 mbps and Max still doesn't work. Why not offer replay speed options like everyone else?
