@HBOMaxHelp @mackenerd I know there's a real human behind this account and it's not your fault, but people have had the same 4 or 5 issues forever. Can you all just do some in house QA on different platforms and browsers yourselves instead of pretending that individual twitterers need to open DMs?

@HBOMaxHelp Update. I did all the steps suggested on your troubleshoot page. I am unable to watch anything on @hbomax on my Roku. I am able to see everything on another TV that has a 4K Roku. Any idea what could be the problem?

@hbomax Last night your app demanded an update on my 2017-18 Samsung Smart TV, but pressing the download button does nothing, just goes around in a circle and shows the same download screen. A search says many other subscribers having same problem. How to fix? No bypass option.
