The @hbomax app on Xbox is so bad. I’ve tried watching Last Week Tonight idk how many times, but if you skip the pre-show add, it won’t play. Literally let it load/buffer for the length of the show and still didn’t play.

@hbomax why does your app suck? It logs me out and takes about 15 minutes to sign in as it requires a computer, someone reading off a code in another room, signing in to your internet provider, entering your password and then repeating the process at least twice for it to work.

@hbomax I received an email about converting my subscription from Prime. The sign up link in the email is a bad link that goes nowhere. Please fix this. You make being an HBOMax customer painful. My subscription ended 2 days ago & the first email I've received doesn't work!

@HBOMaxHelp @c_schmi_ Hahaha, last time HBOMAX asked me to call on DM, I spent half a day answering their questions and they insinuated my connection was the problem, BUT Netflix and PrimeVideo run perfectly on my TV. Don’t bother calling them on DM, It will be a waist of your time

@hbomax every platform I use has problems with this app. Get the oops something went wrong. PlayStation and xfinity. It’s very frustrating with how much this app costs. And that’s not even dealing with how awkward the app is to use

Idk if @hbomax or @PrimeVideo is the trash party in all of this, but nobody gave warning that they were ending their partnership or if they did I don’t see it. Anyway, I just wasted $8 due to operator error trying to get ish together, then when I signed up with right (1/2)
