@HBOMaxHelp So I just resubscribed today through the Google Play app. I'm all signed in appropriately on the app and on my phone with the same login and it says I still need a subscription. what gives? I've tried everything. Signed in and out! Uninstalled and reinstalled the app

@HBOMaxHelp Again, having to do extra steps just to watch your shows is super lame and is making a lot of people upset. Why is it so hard to fix this issue on your end? You’re platform has been out for awhile now, it shouldn’t be having as many issues as it is.

@hbomax @HBO @HBOPR why oh why can’t y’all get your app fixed? If it’s not constant ERROR messages, it’s constant episodes pausing, skipping, muting, fast forwarding, etc.. how does a mega conglomerate have such an undependable product? A product I pay for.

Just finished "Closer" on @hbomax. Channels director Mike Nichols (The Graduate, Wolf, The Birdcage) earliest film "Who's Afraid Of Virginia Woolf?". This is 🔥, acidic dark 'romance' film with Jude Law, Natalie Portman, Julia Roberts, and Clive Owen playing terrible people.

@kimsdharma @hbomax Disney+ is the WORST because they actively CHOOSE not to be backwards compatible with older smart TVs. This is the first issue I've had with HBOMax and it was repairable.

@TheLeftTea @hbomax @Samsung Especially since it's one of the pricier streaming options . I actually love the app and prefer it over netflix . I think worst case scenario I have to delete and install the app I want to use that moment which will be annoying after a while. Thanks for helping me vent lol.

Had to go through more than one rep to get it fixed, but I got it fixed. I really hope @hbomax takes steps to add login notifications and 2-step verification options.
