@HBOMaxHelp There’s absolutely nothing “wrong” on my end. Im a software engineer I know how to diagnose network issues and keep my computer up to date 🙄. If theres something I, extremely tech savvy, can’t figure out to make your product work properly, it’s poorly designed. Your app is trash

@hbomax has the absolute worst interface and navigability of any of the major streaming services. And don’t get me started on the forced “extras” between episodes of some shows. Ugh.

@hbomax I haven't been able to use HBOMax in 3 days on my tv, I get the same error every time. I have followed every troubleshooting step on your website and nothing has worked!

@yeryer62 @hbomax Yes, i am having the same issue, HBO still works on the Cable Box. Weirdly, HBO Max doesn't work on my desktop or my Fire TV but does work on the iPad. What a mess.
