I thought everyone was kidding about how bad the @hbomax app is, but it’s terrible. Press rewind or fast forward, they work. The stop button, however, is like the fake “close doors” button in an elevator.

@InsideHBOMax @LGUS @hbomax Do not buy a LG TV 2021 with the “Magic Remote”, after setting up I discovered the “Magic” isn’t Universal as described. Was told by their tech support Will not work if not LG product, soooo wont operate your cable. Stuck with two remotes or buy a “real” Universal remote.

@HBOMaxHelp Well I watch one episode of a show and have to exit to play another. The whole app shuts down. Maybe it’s @Xfinity problem maybe it’s yours but it’s not a good look.

@HBOMaxHelp It's a Hisense (70H6570G), and I stream directly through the TV (downloaded the app through the app store on the TV). I am not the only person with issues watching "The Conjuring The Devil Made Me Do It" in DV, I've seen others online. Seems to be a common issue with that movie.

Hey @hbomax, why is the app not working? On my Roku it's telling me I'm using a VPN or am not in the US. I live on the WV/Ohio border and definitely just use regular internet 🤔🤔 nothing is fixing it.

@HBOMaxHelp Every TV that is using the HBO Max. The app is crap, it freezes CONSTANTLY, it buffers CONSTANTLY. The Netflix app doesn't have the problem, nor does the Disney app, Peacock, Apple. No other is unstable.

Hey @hbomax do yourself a favor and steal everyone from Hulu who is trying to leave since the Disney takeover. The terrible UI of your app makes the UX awful and folks need new jobs. 🥺😩

@HBOMaxHelp These issues only happen with the HBO MAX app. She. Trying to play a title the show has a hard time loading and if it does load it stops and stutters then kicks me out of the app

@HBOMaxHelp @janeheller1 Would love to say that, yes this worked...for a day. Then all the apps disappeared, and now have Zero space even though only default apps are installed. At this point I can't install anything. @SamsungTV this seems like a big problem.
