@HBOMaxHelp On my Sony TV. When click on the app I get the error. I’ve logged out and back in, force stopped and etc. Other apps (Disney+, Netflix, Prime) all work fine.

@chop_on_top @HBOMaxHelp I get the exact same issue. Using PS4 app. Can stream anything I want on PC, but same account through PS4 Max App, only older content plays. Anything new, like the new Matrix, just pops me back the menu after you hit play.

@chop_on_top @HBOMaxHelp I figured out a work around. Its a bug in having your Max tied to the device through another another service (like Youtubetv). I created a password for my account through the HBO max website. Log out and back in with this new password on device, instead through linked service.

@Frizztop @JolyonWhats @hbomax You are correct, but I will add that some really good actors have acted poorly because of horrible directors and terrible scripts. Sorry, but the writers and directors make them look better than they really are, or in this case magnify their talent.

@onceuponayankee @HBOMaxHelp It was pretty crazy. After their update it only signed me out of all the account and resigned in using a different email. First check you can sign in through ATT like on your desktop and laptop. I had to chat with hbomax to get the rest working

@HBOMaxHelp No error messages. After I get the shortcut screen I click on it and it act like it is trying to go the the screen where you order HBO Max but it just goes back to shortcut screen. I can not order HBO Max
