  @hbomaxhelp I'm not doing a chat bot when it's your audio engineers not doing their jobs. Announce team to 90ish percent to overmod, the crowd should be 70ish % of that and the ring mic should be 40ish % of the crowd. Problem solved.

  @hbomaxhelp The audio for #AEWRevolution has never synced up with the video. The problem seems to have been there since the main show started after the Zero Hour pre-show. I’ve tried exiting the app and restarting the show a few times, fast-forwarding, pausing, etc.

  @hbomaxhelp Been in an email loop with support doing the same troubleshooting steps repeatedly. Issue: Friends degrades in picture quality after ~15-20 min, every time, only that show. App updated, reinstalled, TV restarted — multiple times. Need actual escalation.

  @JayBeasta @hbomaxhelp I had to go and order it on Prime because we're 40 mins in and no fix. HBO assist has been useless and said they'll "email me" with a specialist, when asking for a refund.

  @andyjd747 @hbomax It’s effectively a downgrade. We had UHD and Ad Skip on our Stream package but now shows we previously could watch are only on HBO Max in awful quality with ads.

  @hbomax @DCOfficial I am huge DC fan since childhood i grew up watching DC And Green Lantern is one of the core parts of DC and Justice League. After watching Trailer i do not have much hope for this project at all. It might be good. Idk what problem does James Gunn have with special effects why he uses physical suits. Especially in Green Lantern. Zack Snyder made better looking Green lantern in his backyard with his iPhone . Green lanterns are space corps why the hell they gave us grounded story.

  @addievervale @hbomax maybe a stupid question but are you logged in? it still says sign in/sign up in the corner. some websites are weird and after you sign up it doesn't automatically bring you into your account, you have to sign in separately. it makes no sense 😭 i can see all the eps on my acct!
