Turned on Old by M Night Shyamalan & the color is so muted & bad I can’t even watch. It’s seriously lacking contrast & everything looks weirdly beige. Idk if it’s the movie or @hbomax that’s the problem, but I couldn’t get through 10 min because it bothered my eyes so much. 😫

@UnionizeTheBig Thank you. We are currently paid less than 15 dollar an hour and we have 30 minutes unpaid lunch break. We get penalized if we stay on the calls for too long even if we are supposed to help our customers. We currently take calls from alot of companies, but a big one is @hbomax

@HBOMaxHelp Yeah, sure thing! You call "it a feature, though I thick I'd call it basic usability 101." Heck, even Netflix does this, and they're a mess. I guess they've got some bigger issues to deal with for the moment Seems like @HBOMax is still the king of quality content, as a whole.

With a strong WiFi connection and tethered,it still crashes…error 4185.659843.09573264825.4799401749755388.90900..HuluMega+ must be installed for $49.99 with a casket deposit and Celine Dion singing.

@HBOMaxHelp it will play just a little bit of a show and then keeps giving an error message all the while still playing the audio as if the screen hasn’t gone black. It’s been doing this for two days and I can’t watch anything on your app. It’s annoying.

@HBOMaxHelp I’ve deleted your app, signed out, signed back in, restarted my Apple TV, disconnected and reconnected my internet and the app still gives me an error message saying something is wrong with my internet even though it’s the only app that has issues.

@HBOMaxHelp I'm in southern California and using an amazon fire tv box (not stick) this is a recent issue just started about a week ago or so. it just keeps turning on I'll turn it off when the show starts then will turn right back on again after opening credits.
