    @HBOMaxHelp Switching my device to just HD and the same movies that are 4k didn't overheat. This makes brand new 4k movies unplayable. No other app has this issue.

    @hbomax The HBOmax app on my PS4 is basically broke my Friend payed on his HBO max recently but when I try clicking play on a show or movie it kicks me back to the menu. Plus it won't let me add any show or movie now you guys gonna fix that or explain why it's happening.?

    @HBOMaxHelp None of these work. Your app has an issue overhear Roku devices on 4k hdr/Dolby Atmos new release movies. Reddit and Roku boards have complained about this for awhile. Someone needs to figure it out. Doesn't happen on just hd movies.

    @HBOMaxHelp In the "forgot password" process in Safari/Mac, I should "Enter the code that appears on your TV." Did not expect that. Exactly where should I see that code? I presume using the Apple TV app somehow. Or was that an error?

    @HBOMaxHelp How do I make the Apple TV app default to NO SUBTITLES? I have to turn them off every time I watch something! Especially annoying when I turn them off in the pre-roll ad and then have to turn them off again when the main show starts! Help!
