@HBOMaxHelp Why do y’all just keep sharing the same troubleshooting when thousands of people are telling you it doesn’t work and the app simply is not good? Netflix, YouTube, and Prime run beautifully. HBOMax is currently trash.

@HBOMaxHelp I’m using a fire stick & I was watching NYC Epicenters. The bottom line is your streaming service is just not that great and for as much as you charge you need to upgrade it. I should be able to rewind without your help🙄
