@HBOMaxHelp you need to stop replying to people telling them to troubleshoot when you’re clearly having an outage and multiple users are affected. You need to get your app/software designers and admins working the problem not gaslighting your customers. -an IT professional

@hbomax wtf? Watching something in one room. Switched to another room & now nothing will play. I keep getting a content not found error code. Loads of great content but what’s the point if your app doesn’t work? Before you ask i’m using an apple tv with the latest update.
