@hbomax Stream Netflix, no problem. Stream Hulu, no problem. Stream Amazon Prime, no problem. Stream YouTube, no problem. Stream HBO Max... buffering, freezing, picture quality sucks, nothing happens when you press play, delay time between remote and app is many seconds. WTF

I love the way my @hbomax App doesn’t work on my Roku tv despite it having no updates needed… I’ll click on a title to play it’ll like act as if it’s loading then go back to the title screen like r u kidding

@hbomax the entire internet is saying your audio normalization sucks and some files are near unwatchable as a result. I'm in an empty silent room and my laptop cooling fans are louder than the dialog in this movie at 100%. Please fix it!

@lambiam @hbomax @ATT Same issue here. We Googled it and it’s one of those “known problems” that the customer service people don’t know about until you force them into finding out. It’s something to do with a server migration. Engineers are working on it, but who knows when it will resolve.

@HBOMaxHelp Sony Android TV. No error messages, but the screen either shows up a green glitchy mess or just blank. If I FF, I can see the movie but it won't play. It's just stuck. Does it on 8 Bit Christmas too. Tried playing some other movies (San Andreas, Constantine) and those work.

@TheMatrixMovie @hbomax My issue wasn’t with the casting… the movie was fine up until the end… “Bye!”… really?! Very anti-climatic. Seeing spoilers of Jada’s return as Niobe didn’t help… Red Table already majorly hinted who Chopra was playing. 😶

@HBOMaxHelp Hi! I was streaming on a Roku TLC 32-in TV and I was receiving no error code but anytime I would try to watch an episode of anything it would act like it was loading in and then The loading symbol would flash then it would take me back to the episode selection screen.
