@HBOMaxHelp HBOMax desperately needs a two factor authentication for account changes. My account was hijacked for the second time today and the only way to fix it is to call customer support and pray that it’s not too late. HBO can and should do better than this.

@HBOMaxHelp hi, someone hacked our hbomax account and changed the password and the associated email address. I can’t find any information on the website on how to change it back, and there’s no way to contact a human for help.

@hbomax if you want more people using and subscribing to your service, just a bit of advice. FIX YOUR DAMN APP! You rewind, it crashes. You fast forward, it crashes. You pause too long, it crashes. On EVERY medium. Console, Tivo, PC, and even Amazon Fire.

@spacejammovie @hbomax Shame Grannies voice actor died years ago. She had such a distinctive voice. She even did the voice for Ma Beagle in Ducktales. Also, this movie looks terrible.
