It is mind blowing how truly awful the @hbomax app is. Just constantly crashing while all other streaming apps work fine. All the money in the world and they can’t get this damn thing to work.

@hbomax Had @hbomax for over a year and the app is the worst streaming app available. I love the content, just wish the app worked consistently. For $15/mo, I would expect at least as good as other streaming apps.

@Tigerblueblood @hbomax I just got high speed Xfinity internet! Still 50/50 shot on if it’ll work. I just watched one movie no problem. Come back to watch another and after 4 tries, we gave up.

@hbomax @jasonkilar after the Apple TV removal I switched to the @iTunes promotion and literally cannot watch anything on iOS or even find out what my account email is. 24hrs later with no help from support. What same this user experience is😥
