So @hbomax… a few months ago I tried watching Dune, but there were so many glitches and weird rendering errors I had to stop. Trying again tonight. 20 minutes in and I am considering giving up. What’s going on with Dune?

@hbomax @HBO Your website needs work to be honest, compared to most competitive streaming websites your streaming service is lackluster. In terms of content though, HBO is on top of their game. I'm addicted. Please keep pumping out real work and sharing knowledge when possible.

@ourtradingcards @hbomax The worst. Actually ESPN+ is the worst. I fall asleep to an episode and can’t rewind it; I play it and it skips to the next unwatched one. It’s kinda nuts.

@JamesGunn It would be a mistake to drop the HBO part off the companies name @wbd. It should stay as @hbomax. It’s a great marketable name. Calling it just “MAX” doesn’t work. HBO is an iconic brand.

@hbomax Please release HBO Max in Ireland and the rest of Europe. If it gets released, I guarantee you that I'll subscribe. I already tried to set it up using a VPN for about 3-4 hours, but it didn't work.

@HBOMaxHelp I went through all of your troubleshooting and the app still doesn't work on my TV. Every other app on my TV works but yours drops quality will go quiet and show at least one frame a second and then crash. I reinstalled it twice

One of the things I hate most about streaming services (and their apps) is how bad the closed captions are. @TheCwApp is an entire commercial break behind. @HBOMaxHelp’s app started out terrible, then started working, and now is very spotty with captioning.
