anyone else have an issue with @HBOMaxHelp where you can watch things just fine but certain movies will just show a black screen upon playing? only happens on fire TV & i can resolve it by playing the program on my phone first and then selecting "continue watching" upon restart.

@HBOMaxHelp Why is this app so bad? It doesn’t work on Samsung TVs because the size is too big (it is giant compared to other streaming apps) and it doesn’t work on my phone bc it doesn’t recognize the wifi connection (wifi is working just fine). Get it together!

@hbomax can’t get my Roku app to work. Get a network error but it’s not my Wi-Fi as all my other apps on the Roku and my phone work. HBO Max works on my phone too. I have removed and added back and updated as well as restated my Roku

@HBOMaxHelp Thanks for all your help. Sorry for not responding. I've been able to get it to work on other devices I use, so, perhaps it's the devices themselves. I'll keep working on them but for now I can watch the app on other devices.

@HBOMaxHelp I only could on a MacBook from 2010. All other stat/mobile devices/browsers the purple button cannot be accessed after typing in credit card details. But hey, it’s not as if you didn’t already make a terrible impression of not having your **** together in your systems last weeks.

@HBOMaxHelp The problem is you can’t download multiple shows at once & I often get booted out of the app completely. Both on my iPhone and ipad. Pls don’t tell me it’s my equipment bec when I download from Netflix, it works perfectly. I would like a credit as paying $15 p/month is silly.

@lackingsaint @hbomax My HBOmax app on PS4 has been doing it for months, I just stopped trying. It was a neverending loop. I've done everything outside of factory resetting my PlayStation to try and fix it.

If I sub to @hbomax, can I watch @tcm live broadcasts via the TCM app? Or I only get access to the TCM library (or whatever they call it)? I'm trying to figure out how to get TCM back now that AT&T ditched it (without buying a $60/month streaming package). Help! #TCMparty
