I enjoy @hbomax as an app, but the website is trash. It is always disconnecting in the process of watching and this is often caused by the "skip intro" button or going to the next episode instead of watching the credits. It's terrible Ux!

@hbomax @HBOMaxHelp, the fast forward/rewind function on your Amazon Fire Stick app is atrocious & unusable. It jumps drastically behind or ahead & doesn't stop when you hit play. It pauses for a moment, then continues to rewind/fast forward by itself. I honestly loathe using your app.

@HBOMaxHelp Last night at approx 10:30 PM ET we were unable to view HBO Max (ruining "Heights" watch party). Kept looping through (1) tv says to type code at URL (2) website asks for login (3) tv asks what user (4) back to (1). This is Comcast Xfinity service @XfinitySupport

The reason I had **** access was because read replica was down for a couple of weeks and I need to fix a bug. Back in the days portable envs weren't that popular and certainly I did not know about them.

@HBOMaxHelp I hate to add to an increasing list of people having an issue with your app, but I am definitely one of them. We like to watch certain shows as we fall asleep, but every time we start, two episodes in it errors and crashes. Are you ever going to get this fixed? I use Amazon.

@ATTHelp Nothing really to start, just letting you know the transcoding seems glitchy. It eventually went out of sync again. Maybe it's y'all's issue, maybe it's on @hbomax's end. Good luck.

@hbomax I am in Bangladesh for a few months for work and my subscription is set to renew Friday. I don’t want to renew because I can’t access from here. I can’t cancel because the site is blocked. Help!
