@Roku @hbomax just bought a brand new Onn Roku TV. Brand. New. Started it up. Logged in. Downloaded HBO Max. Opened HBO Max. Someone is already logged in. I don't know who these people are. Apparently I'm not the only one with this issue. Can you say security breach gone wild?

@HBOMaxHelp @lindsayfickas Yes, but I had to unplug the TV. There doesn’t seem to be another way to get the app to work or restart when it’s hanging.

@hbomax WIshed you would get this problem fixed while watching a movie when people are talking sounds like they are down in a barrel but if you turn sound up too loud sound effects rattle the entire house

@GraceRandolph I feel like @hbomax should reboot Swamp Thing. I finally got around to checking it out, and it was really good. Way beyond the typical CW stuff. I love all the practical work. Probably helped that Wan's production company was attached

Heard of the carrot & stick experiment? @HBOMaxES does! Starts giving a promo of 50% off lifetime, the ad displays on all my devices, my phone, tablet, laptop, washing machine, microwave, AC... but guess what? It won't work! And nobody bothers replying @HBOMaxHelp ! HORRIBLE!!!
