@HBOMaxHelp there is nothing to “sort out”. the issue is your app. google it, there are many many posts about how bad it is on certain devices. on apple tv, it is absolutely unusable. no amount of troubleshooting that you do with me is going to make it better.

@HBOMaxHelp also, i work in IT, i have already taken all the steps to try to fix. nothing has worked, and the fact that every other app is working beautifully speaks to the fact that the issue is your app, which as previously stated, is hot garbage.
