@HBOMaxHelp It happens when trying to switch programs or episodes. Shows as loading for a long time then goes to home page. Trying to load something else repeats the issue.

@hbomax @SamsungUS The HBOMax app on my Frame TV keeps locking up (won't load) and won't work for hours at a time. Restarting TV doesn't fix it, just have to wait. Happens multiple times a week. Any suggestions for a fix?

Before HBO tries to **** off a #GameofThrones spin off series to us after that ending, have season 7-8 rewritten and just have it animated! Give us a version of the show that is watchable. I am not excited for #houseofthedragon @hbomax fix it before moving on. #animateseason8

This Brittany Murphy documentary on @hbomax is incredibly sad! Lots of people being interviewed talking about how many signs there were around her eating issues, drug use, etc. It makes you wonder how many people on set in 2009 noticed and didn’t know how to help.

@janiedelaney @hbomax This is happening because the app is "missing" data as the cable box turns on. A fast fix: pull the plugs from the outlet for both your TV and cable box, wait 60 seconds and then reinsert. Netflix sometimes won't load, either, until this remedy is applied.

@hbomax canceled my lifetime promotional subscription of R$9.90 purchased at the premiere alleging payment error (which there was not), forcing me to pay the normal amount. This goes against the @HBOMaxBR Consumer Protection Code. Are we going to settle for good or for justice?
