Jacob (@Jacob12462007) reported@hbomax why is streaming so glitchy? Just watching a show it freezes up after every commercial, I have to fast forward to get it to play again. Playback isn’t smooth, buffers regularly and other streaming services works fine so it isn’t my internet. Help!

That’s awfully close to the time frame wherein your team thought she would be a good asset to this documentary.
