@HBOMaxHelp Hi, this isn't a "me" problem. It's a "you" problem. I noticed it on Roku, then reproduced it on the web and the HBO Max app. I'm done watching the movie, so you can either choose to fix it or not. Good luck!

@HBOMaxHelp All resolved now but the app always sucks. Hardly ever loads on first try, I get numerous errors saying it “can’t load” - depending on the day sometimes I have to quit the application multiple times before it works. I watch via Apple TV but have similar issues w firestick too

@HBOMaxHelp @mackenerd I know there's a real human behind this account and it's not your fault, but people have had the same 4 or 5 issues forever. Can you all just do some in house QA on different platforms and browsers yourselves instead of pretending that individual twitterers need to open DMs?
