@hbomax Part of the problem was it’s billed as a psychological thriller about a killer. It was actually more of an analysis of a detective. I had a problem with not having a connection to any character enough to understand their point of view. I distrusted all of them until the end. 2/2

@HBOMaxHelp Hello. Saturday I was watching The Little Things and halfway through the movie the picture kept skipping was most of the movie. I restarted it, restarted my tv, did all that I could think of. Tried playing a less recent movie and didnt have that issue.

@HBOMaxHelp 3 Days & 7 HOURS TRYING TO GET MY HBO MAX TO WORK. HAS TO GIVE ALL MY INFO 11 TIMES, OVER & OVER AGAIN. BUT THEN NOBODY RESPONDS WHEN I TELL THEM THE PROBLEM. THEY JUST DISAPPEAR & YOU CAN'T TURN THEM IN OUR COMPLAIN TO ANYONE. I'M GONNA SUE FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT

@HBOMaxHelp I did all the troubleshooting outlined on the site you sent all the way through uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Unfortunately the same buffering issues persist. I don’t have this issue with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, YouTubetv etc. please advise. Thank you.

@hbomax @att was already a customer of HBOmax but now got att fiber 1000 and free HBOmax with it. Do I need to cancel my old account and use the new one ? they have the same username though will that create issues ? Can we move the old account to ATT ? Let me know. Thanks

@hbomax The little things about this movie are how flat the acting was, how disappointing the ending was and, oh wait, those aren’t little things. Those are the only things that matter about a movie and this was awful. Denzel is the only thing I liked.

@hbomax Just in the last 2 days alone, 76 people have responded & told me they've been extremely disrespected or laughed at by HBOMAX Customer Service. It's set up so they don't give names & HBO's employees know there's no way for them to get in trouble over it. That's How They Set It Up

@ZakReckless @DCU_Direct @hbomax If he knows about that he probably also knows about the death threats to Geoff Johns and Toby . which he needs to address to fans on social media. Because if something does ever happen to them he will automatically get the blame and probably get in some serious trouble .

@hbomax AND @DCComics deciding to rotate films in and out is a terrible practice. Why would I sign up for this when Disney+ keeps all of their films on there (as of this tweet)? Also this is why I still purchase films, you can't rely on streaming services.

@hbomax @wbpictures So are you going to address the issue where no one outside of the U.S Can watch HBO Max without a VPN service? how can you possibly think a strictly Central American Streaming Service can operate in an International streaming Market someone should be fired
