Help me out here, Twitter. Is it the @HBOMax app showing out or is it that the app and @Samsung TVs refuse to play nice with each other? Seriously. Having to reload this 🤬🤬🤬 app every. single. time is NOT IT.

@HBOMaxHelp I am using the app on a TCL Roku TV. The screen goes black and then I have to go back to the main Roku app screen and reload the HBO Max app. It's the only app I use that has this problem on this TV.

@hbomax WHY DOES HBO APP MAKE NAVIGATION SOUNDS WHEN I TURNED THEM OFF ON MY FIRE TV? Also why is there no way to turn it off in the app setting? Kudos for the extreme subtitle options but seriously FIX YOUR APP

@hbomax Max is an absolute joke. Constantly unable to use the service through my internet/cable provider and not able to correct the problem despite their lengthy instructions. Thank god I am not paying for this crap.
