@hbomax your app is god-awful. Kicks me out repeatedly, says there's no wifi when I'm sitting next to my router and 2 other devices work perfectly, slow to load screens, clunky UX...just bad all the way around

@hbomax just wanted to let you know that you are the worst. Trying for half an hour to give you money to watch a Sopranos movie. You can take the money, you can’t show the movie. Can’t cancel this fast enough. Hope the rest of your night sucks.

finishing the Gwen Shamblin documentary on @hbomax and once again, it goes to show, Karma is real. Even if good intentions turn sinister, be prepared for what shall come… this isn’t the worst of it though. However, “whiteness” in its performative centered-ness, hurts many.

Man @hbomax has both my favorite content and my LEAST favorite app/website. I don’t know if it’s the servers or the code or what, but it’s inexcusably slow and gets hung up all the time across devices and connection types. It’s bad.

@HBOMaxHelp the subtitles are broken. They are consistently appearing 15 seconds before each line of dialog is spoken. This is making HBO Max completely unusable to me. Please fix this.

Practically every movie I watch on @hbomax on my Roku TV freezes halfway through, then crashes the whole TV system. I understand it to be a known issue that has not been fixed for many months.

It should be a rule if your going to have part II of a movie available to stream, that you, at the very least, have all previous movies available also. Seems wrong having Neverending Story II and not Neverending Story. I believe this to be a glitch. Can you amend? 🍿 @HBOMaxHelp

@HBOMaxHelp me and my friend have both been having an issue with our hbo max. we open the app on roku tv and all the titles come up but when we try and ply something it asks us to chose a plan or restore purchases, when you click restore purchases it also says unable to restore.

@hbomax what is the point of downloading a movie if I’m getting an error message when I try to watch it offline. Isn’t that what downloading is supposed to do??? Why am I getting an error message “we’re having trouble playing this video”
