    @HBOMaxHelp Dear intern, I used to to tech support at a call center for an internet company. Someone called in because they were having internet trouble and when I asked him to reboot his modem, he said he couldn't because he was on a plane.

    @HBOMaxHelp Can you tell the intern to fix the autoplay issue? After each episode it stops the show and displays an error. I can't sleep without something playing.

    @HBOMaxHelp Dear intern, during my first job as a graphic designer, i edited all the originally shot product images for a project. Problem was, i saved over those original shots, leaving only my poorly edited ones. My boss and colleagues laughed 🤦🏻

    @HBOMaxHelp Dear Intern, While working for @Uber, I ran a manual audit and revoked access to a good portion of our most senior engineers, some 700 people in total. I think I even managed a C-Suite in there. The fault is in the system that allows errors, not in making them. Keep learning!

    @simAlity @jessicahalem @HBOMaxHelp Oh I have been there. Being a kid with no one doing the training is the worst. When I was a fledgling office worker, I once decided to use a staircase adjacent to the marketing and sales department. Someone up there called my boss and complained about it.

    @HBOMaxHelp One time I broke the adding of credit cards to a major e-commerce platform we all know. It was broken for months and all due to the fact someone had coded the form to have dynamic fields and actions.

    @lovefromhelen @HBOMaxHelp At least it was most likely all women. My worst, I sent an email to org at Nike with the subject line "Netflix and Chill".....I (and the 4 other people the proofed the email) didn't know that meant what it means. There was a lot of embarrassment and LOTS of laughs.

    @HBOMaxHelp Half the time our HBO Max doesn't stream. I'd choose the intern to work on it over a regular or any Comcast employee, intern or contractor.

    @HBOMaxHelp Hey intern, w my years in MA, this would be the least scary part. During my first year of learning I’ve accidentally sent an email to every1 in our database…even unsubs. I had to fill out a lot of incident reports and have compliance fix everything. This is a valuable lesson.

    @HBOMaxHelp Dear intern, My first week on the job, I thought I would be helpful & start the dishwasher in the work kitchen. Except I put in the wrong kind of soap. Fast forward 20 minutes & my boss is running past my work space w/a mop & the entire kitchen is covered in suds about 6" deep

    @Caissie @Carrieoakie @HBOMaxHelp I generally only eat once a day, at dinner time. Sometimes the time goes by quickly and I guess you could call it forgetting. But often it's something else and it's physically difficult to eat. Revulsion, kind of. I've broken my appetite. It's not an advantage.

    I once was a 23 year old consultant. I constantly worried about not showing my inexperience. Took me years to shake that and be able to say "I don't get this" at work. I now embrace it. It made me happier and better at my job. Kudos to @hbomax for being kind to the intern :)

    @YouTubeTV @hbomax I get that this is a FREE weekend, but for we subscribed to #HBOMax thru #YoutubeTV why are we denied access to the HBO Max App? My subscription on all my devices now says inactive. I'd renew, but then I assume I'll be double charged once the glitch is fixed.

    @HBOMaxHelp One time while running the @SInow Twitter account, I tweeted that someone won the US Open by 3 “points.” Apparently not the correct term! Awful Announcing and B*rstool wrote articles about it. Ur doing amazing sweetie

    @HBOMaxHelp Dear intern: I'm 49, and haven't done a lot of web-based work, but in 1996, I knocked a dot-matrix printer off of a desk and broke it. By bumping into it. With my ***. Yep, I was walking past the desk and had insufficient *** clearance. We all have such a story.

    @daenney @HBOMaxHelp This is familiar. Dear intern, 11 years ago, I DOS'd my employer's global platform twice in the same day, along with the office network. Without realizing it. My mgr's first question during debriefing: "why don't we have rate-limiting to prevent that?" I still work there.
