@HBOMaxHelp @MJLinderman The iPad app is extremely sensitive to internet connectivity & will hang indefinitely w/o it. It recently deleted all of my downloaded content mid transatlantic flight b/c it can’t deal w/ flight mode correctly Your developers have to know it blows. This is a mgmt issue @hbomax

@hbomax why email people saying there is a deal for 99 cent a month for 4 months for @discoveryplus that doesn't work? When you click 'redeem' in the email there is no code. Irritating. Don't say there is an offer if there is not. Not a great way to treat customers

@HBOMaxHelp General instability, every time I watch something I have to download it to be sure it won't stop... but when I finish watching the app just logs out of my account for no reason. Oh and It keeps showing me an error that I'm not connected to Internet no matter what 🤡
