Why do I never have any problems with my other streaming services, but for the past month @hbomax will just continually buffer every time I use it, no matter which tv it’s on ?!🙃😩 we pay too much for this app to be so bad

@hbomax Love the service, it's fantastic! Just want to let you know that the @Samsung smart TV app has some rather serious bugs. I need to reboot the TV frequently when running it and it has trouble exiting cleanly. Thanks!

@mgonto @hbomax strategic advantage. So they reason, it’s slow today, but they will fix it and eventually it will scale or make it easier to build new products or whatever. Maybe it will, most likely it won’t. But they have to play the game and “align” with other teams.

Hey @hbomax ? What happened? There’s always been interface issues but lately nothing works like it used to. Ps4, chrome cast, iPhone etc etc. just frozen screens, buttons that do nothing, crashes, can’t stop/ff/rewind/paise, & the list goes on and on.
