@HBOMaxHelp I mostly use it on my PS5. But my parents use it on their smart TV and my friends use it on other devices. Everyone has the same problem. For $15 a month I should be able to watch The Wire without getting error message intermissions.

@hbomax the Spanish version of while at war is out of sync. Is there something that can be done about it? And yes I checked and it is the only title with that problem.

So, the @hulu app announced a price hike, did an update, and now I can't pause or fast forward during episode playback. I don't think streaming apps should be competing to be EVEN MORE unusable than the @hbomax app. @hulu_support, can you fix this??

@HBOMaxHelp For the last 24 hours, I have been unable to view and alter my subscription in my settings on: iPad, macOS and if need be, Win10. Yet I have had to explain that this is a server-side issue. Not my browser(s), not my devices.

Does @HBOMaxHelp just not work on any TV? I have exhausted all support recommendations. If I try to watch on my TV it freezes and my entire TV restarts or kicks me back to TV main menu.

Hey @hbomax - I really like the selection, and will tolerate the UI/UX for another few months... But the audio mastering *really* needs to get fixed. Over the weekend, "Snakes on a Plane" was a muffled even cranked, and "Once Upon a time in Mexico" has good levels. Please fix!

@HBOMaxHelp Played HARRY POTTER 1 as test. 1 minute to load. Made it through about 1 minute of footage before audio cut out intermittently. Then video cut back to main roku menu- no prompting from me. App + roku fully up to date. All other streaming service apps work. Hbomax works on laptop.
