@hbomax so eve. Are you going to fix all these issues, language defaults to Spanish every single time it loads, that's if it loads which can take up to ten minutes to reach the menu and then it freezes at least 2 or 3 times through a show? #hbostealingmymoney

@hbomax Your Apple TV app ******* SUCKS. The UX is terrible, impossible to navigate, if I want to find anything beyond the first screen, I have to use the search function because of how broken the other functions of the app are

@HBOMaxHelp Making the video and audio desync, like it cuts into the episode whereas the audio is behind because the audio follows the proper cut, if you want I can list an episode where this problem occurs, I can also record this with my phone, like film my TV.

Omg @hbomax I’ve been trying to watch something for reference for the past 3 days and the App is NOT WORKING. All my other streaming works! I emptied the cache, deleted and reinstalled. Ahhhhh!

@HBOMaxHelp I have great internet and NONE of the other apps I use causes this buffering problem at all,Netflix Amazon Prime Hulu Paramount+ Disney+ Tubi Tv all work fantastic,but yet HBOMAX app is working like the equivalent of 💩💩 yet I'm paying a premium price,no thanks!
