@imillhiser @hbomax I got a HBO Max included with AT&T cell package. App is on my iPad but it quit working. I called AT&T and it took over 2 hours & 4 reps to figure it out and fix it. At least it’s fixed now. So I bought an adapter – lightning charger to HDMI and now I stream to my TV.

@imillhiser @blueridgegurl @hbomax Didnt HBO have an app years ago that was accessible on televisions and other devices such as the Amazon Fire Stick devices. Why would they start over with something that doesnt work? Doesnt make business sense.

@imillhiser @hbomax I sympathize, but I have to say, a lot of the problems here seem to be an issue of your tech, not HBOMax. I had a problem with it because my older Samsung TV apparently didn’t have the horsepower to run the app; I could watch HBOMax on my phone and tablet, but not my TV.

@too2fun4u @hbomax Wasn't my internet, was able to use literally any other app except hbo. It happens time to time, and I've found threads of people with the same issue. Pretty sure it's something to do with the app that's on android tvs

The entire reason I paid for that six month @hbomax deal back in December was because Godzilla vs Kong would be released in that timeframe, and I have never been able to stream it without errors, buffering issues, and skips. Nothing else on the platform does that. Disappointed!

Watching Kenshin on @hbomax on Roku, and there's some language issues. Keep having to exit out of the episode and go back in so it stays english. I don't even change the language setting. It defaults right, but doesn't play right.

@imillhiser @hbomax It took me at least 4 different calls to a customer service representative even to get HBO max to work through my AT&T phone plan when I upgraded to the plan tier that includes HBO Max. I eventually just had to wait about a month before it worked.

Does anyone know how to fix @hbomax on a @SonyTV ? It will play everything BUT won't stream like JL, Godzilla V Kong or Mortal Kombat. Those will stream on other types of tvs in other rooms but wanted to watch with the Kid on our Living Room TV. Really bummed.

@HBOMaxHelp @KillaRoy22 I am having the issue as of one hour ago, my TV is the Samsung QN65Q80TAFXZA. I am using the built in HBO app on the Samsung TV. The aspect ratio is all stretched (tall skinny people). Please fix.
