@HBOMaxHelp Experiencing issues on Hisense (Android tv) playing any video. The app will load, but nothing will play and then it crashes. Any other reports on Android tv experiencing similar? Have tried uninstalling, restarting, clearing cache, etc

@hbomax has the best shows but literally the worst app I’ve ever used. For a premium price you can get lost trying to turn on subtitles. Or the app just crashes. Doesn’t use the integrated keyboard either. It’s like they barley tried because we were gonna buy it anyway.

@hbomax what's up with you're app? It's Easter Monday and my kid's are home and @hbomax is definitely glitching & down 'AGAIN' I've got 8 streaming service's without commercials and @hbomax is by far the most expensive. This app has been problematic at best. Please fix it!

@hbomax so I am an @optimum subscriber and get HBO through them but I don’t get HBOMax on any of my other devices is that correct @OptimumHelp because I’m pretty sure I was able to a few days ago but now I can’t log in and everything I’ve done to reset a password won’t work
