@hbomax @wbpictures Can y’all please make the fast forward and rewind feature work better? It takes way too long to skip through if you need to. And can you also make it so that when an episode of a show is finished you can just skip to the next one if you choose to? On a Samsung TV at least?

@HBOMaxHelp I have tried resetting my password 5 times now but it won’t work. I have gone through the email link and everytime I try to log in after it says wrong password. This has been going on since yesterday. There is absolutely zero help on your website

@Dolby @hbomax @DolbyCinema Don't believe the hype. This is a complete snooze fest. It's a total waste of great talent. Nothing happens and at a snail's pace. The only redeeming quality of this film is that the cast and crew got paid to work during Covid.

@HBOMaxHelp Tried on a Amazon Fire Cube and then tried on my MacBook where it did the same. I tested watching ballers and it didn't buffer. Also since I gave up on the little things I started watching Netflix and its fine.

@hbomax Season 3 was some of the worst television I've ever seen. Did they run out of ideas? Six of the episodes should have been put into one episode. It was tough to watch. I kept hoping for a breakthrough. Just awful, and I loved this series! What a disaster.

.@hbomax @HBOMaxHelp Why is #possessions so badly dubbed? If you choose Spanish, you get English subtitles with bad dubbing over the French. Choosing English gets you nothing. Please fix so we can watch with original audio and subtitles.

@Seth91370410 @hbomax It's called a psychological thriller. No gunfights. No explosions. No car crashes. No fist fights. No special effects. No broken glass. No need for suspension of disbelief. Just people using their wits, instinct and emotions. And some moral ambiguity for good measure.

@hbomax HBO Max is the worst idea of att, it doesn’t work. Meanwhile AT&T always is looking the way to still money of the customers inventing International phones never done, just with the intention ti get some profit. AT&T is a nasty company create to still.

@HBOMaxHelp You folks need to seriously consider switching away from whatever company is currently doing your closed captioning. I have yet to watch anything on HBO Max without at least three errors in the captions, some affecting context. All the DC Animated movies, as example.
