@HBOMaxHelp the HBO max app seems to not be working for me. I downloaded a bunch of episodes and as soon as I turned on airplane mode the app just won’t work. I even connected to wifi and the app keeps saying to try again and that it just can’t connect. Any idea what I can do?

@hbomax can’t stream the joker over air play but every other title on your app works wtf is that **** I can stream rucking Kong vs Godzilla which is brand new but a movie that been on your service for a long time doesn’t work.... why?....

The day @hbomax adds a restart episode/movie button to the platform will be a day of rejoicing. The ability to rewind to start on the platform is terrible. For sake of ease, I have to do it on the website rather than directly on whatever app I might be using to watch it on.

@hbomax downloaded Kong for my flight and I’m not allowed to watch it unless I’m connected to WiFi. Even going through settings doesn’t help. Why would I download something that I need WiFi to view after? I’d just stream it at that point. SMH
