@HBOMaxHelp Every time I click to watch Gossip Girl, nothing happens. My remote makes a sound that I clicked the S1E1 and the screen refreshes but then goes back to the series screen, and the episode never plays. Is this a known error/bug?

Wow, so my @hbomax stopped continuously playing episodes of a series and just now plays only one episode at a time. There is no setting or functionality I can find to change it so the episodes can go back to playing continuously. Help! @HBOMaxHelp

@HBOMaxHelp @_tongueTYed I’m on ps4 and will constantly have “an unexpected error occurred” pop up and have to restart the app to continue the show or movie. It happens 3-5 times in the course of every movie I watch.

@HBOMaxHelp @_tongueTYed @HBOMaxHelp I stream on a Roku, but also have a fire stick in the home. The app is just slow, glitches, it takes about 10 minutes for the app to even work, fast forward? Rewind? Forget it. Wanna search a show? Gonna take you 30min. It’s slow and sometimes it just doesn’t work.

@HBOMaxHelp Why does the app CONSTANTLY crash on my Roku? I've uninstalled/reinstalled, I restart every time I'm about to launch HBO Max, and it still crashes. This doesn't happen with any other apps or on my other Roku. Why does the app hate this particular device?!
