My first complaint about the #FriendsReunion is that the captions are way ahead of the audio. Like at least a full minute. I'm less than 3 minutes in and I turned them off because it's so annoying. Must be a huge bummer for anyone who truly needs the captions. @hbomax fix it pls

Okay so... In order to sign into the @hbomax app, you have to uninstall it, reinstall it, then uninstall it & wait fifteen minutes before reinstalling it & then it should work fine. You guys did great. #MareOfEasttown

@HBOMaxHelp your translations aren’t working on the app for any movie or show. Closed captioning is on but for example, Rush Hour 2 has Cantonese to English translations that should be in the movie with or without closed captioning on. Not the only person with this problem

@HBOMaxHelp Thanks HBO. Appreciate the response. I assume the playback issues are due to high volume? High class problem! Please do fix the ability to get back to the show page too. Frustrating navigation bug. But, obviously, it hasn't stopped me from watching your great programming:)

Why is the frame rate on The Larry Sanders Show suddenly messed up on @hbomax? It was fine a week ago. (Other content doesn’t have this problem, and the streaming frame rate is 1/2 to 2/3 of the DVDs — same problem trying to stream the show across multiple devices) Anyone else?
