@hbomax Why do I have to CONSTANTLY resign in my roku device ? I have a subscription through YouTubeTV, and almost weekly I have to sign out and sign back in everyone of the ruko devices to HBOMax, I'm ready to cancel my subscription until you fix this

@hbomax Your parental controls are ****. If I give my daughter the username/password to login to HBOMax, she can choose my account and NEVER need to login with her account... It's mind boggling that you didn't set this up like Netflix. WTF???

Hey @cuppycup wait until you change TV providers and then go login into the @hbomax app. Huge surprise, YOU CAN'T TRANSFER YOUR WATCH HISTORY. They can't even do it on the backend. And oh my family had 5 individual profiles.

@HBOMaxHelp No, just a black screen. Oddly enough episode 3 and 5 play fine. It's just episode 4 (so far). It does work on my wife's smart phone.

@hbomax When in good God‘s name is HBO max going to fix their app? It is disgraceful. You have fantastic content but app crashes. Halfway through each episode of Gomorrah I attempt to watch the subtitles disappear. What is wrong with this company?

@anniezaleski @hbomax I think it was ******* in music rights issues for awhile. After long being a cable staple for years, it disappeared for quite awhile. Maaaaaaaybe it was around in the early days of streaming, but I don't think so. It's never been available to buy on iTunes, etc.

@HBOMaxHelp Device does not matter (Samsung, LG, Panasonic) happens both direct connect and to a lesser degree over firestick (non smart). ISP: 500MB/40MB/30ms L, QoS = off. The only thing that makes it better is using AWS (firestick) vs. Akamai CDN. NFLX, Prime no problems.
