@WickedYetKind @HBOMaxHelp robyn, i think you have the right idea. nothing is more frustrating than paying for something that won't work. sadly, this product looks like it doesn't work. i am cancelling this weekend. i'll miss some of the shows. but what's the choice? it doesn't work anyway.

@hbomax Nice line up this month.. Too bad that HBOMAX platform keeps throwing us out. Not sure what the problem is. None of the other streaming channels are doing this...but it isn't worth the money if you can't watch it.

For some reason the @roku @hbomax app is showing a "sign in" button instead of a play button, despite it having recognized my profile, and when I click that it's telling me to contact my nonexistent TV provider.

@hbomax The HBO Max app through Xfinity has been broken for days. It allows us to sign in (most of the time) and select a program (Hacks or In The Heights, etc.), but it just loops back to the selection page or reports "unexpected error." Get your acts together, pls.

is @hbomax always so laggy? wow paying $15 a month to have lag after lag after lag......its not my computer, netflix, peackock, hulu all work fine. but not HBO Max.....are you not able to play it while working in other windows either?

@TiffanyInSTL @HBOMaxHelp I would like to know if this is an issue with the Firestick. I try to rewind or FF, and then the remote just doesn't acknowledge the stop/play button anymore. If I don't exit out of your app completely, the movie will rewind all the way to the end.

Dear @hbomax your Roku tv app is absolute trash. It closes out after starting shows or movies to the point we don’t understand why your app costs that much when it doesn’t work more than once a week. And, it’s not our internet because every other streaming app is just fine.
