@hbomax Your streaming quality, especially 4K, is subpar. WW84 was dark and pixelated on the HBO max app on the nvidia shield pro. Barely 4K. Looking forward to some of these releases, please don’t ruin them so to skimping on streaming bandwidth

@optimum @hbomax Internet has been down for almost entire days and now you’re ignoring my messages/tweets on Twitter. I call every day and nothing gets solved and it is affecting my work. I have had other customers dming me that they were also ignored while others got support. Come on....

Quick question.. what did you watch in 2020? I was a huge fan of Search Party and Flight Attendant. @hbomax is doing it right, I think it might be time to say goodbye to @netflix... you can't raise prices while lowering quality =/

@HBOMaxHelp You folks need to seriously consider switching away from whatever company is currently doing your closed captioning. I have yet to watch anything on HBO Max without at least three errors in the captions, some affecting context. All the DC Animated movies, as example.

@hbomax @wbpictures Can y’all please make the fast forward and rewind feature work better? It takes way too long to skip through if you need to. And can you also make it so that when an episode of a show is finished you can just skip to the next one if you choose to? On a Samsung TV at least?

@Seth91370410 @hbomax It's called a psychological thriller. No gunfights. No explosions. No car crashes. No fist fights. No special effects. No broken glass. No need for suspension of disbelief. Just people using their wits, instinct and emotions. And some moral ambiguity for good measure.
