@hbomax This evening I tried to start up HBO Max through Roku and got the message "Close HBO Max. An unknown problem occurred. Please contact your TV provider." I sent this msg to Roku Support. This has never happened before & my subscription is paid into October. PLEASE HELP!

So Amazon Prime gets rid of @hbomax which is fine, but when I go to re-subscribe to HBO Max, it says I already have an account under my email address. Except I don’t anymore. Bc Amazon got rid of HBO Max. But I can’t use the same email address to re-subscribe. See the problem?

@hbomax Can't figure out how to listen to your new Batman podcast. There's no option to download it. How do I put it on my iPod if I can't download it? Am I just supposed to sit in front of my TV and listen? I thought this was a podcast. Please stop ignoring me -- help!

@silent_paranoia @hbomax Yeah, it was the same here. Two stand alone ROKU's in the house didn't have nearly as much trouble, but all three of my TCL Roku's were glitchy as hell. Then last night I logged and it was smooth as silk. Amazing they didn't fix it before streaming the major WB releases at home.

@hbomax why does HBO Max on my Roku consistently have issues ? No other Roku app causes problems. Trying to watch a show and it’s stopped steaming or gone to the home page no less than 6 times in 6 min. For weeks now. 15/mo is a lot for this!
