@hbomax DON'T USE ROBINHOOD FINANCIAL. They offer no customer service phone number. If your account gets hacked they will not even respond for 2 weeks. Then they lock your account and refuse to help you any further. USE A BROKERAGE THAT HAS CUSTOMER SUPPORT. .....PLEASE RETWEET......

@julieklausner I’ll throw this out there-you can buy a DVD-R of it on Amazon for $20 and apparently it takes like 3 weeks to arrive. But I haven’t purchased one of these before, and they’re said not to work in all DVD players, so buy at your own risk. Or wait for @hbomax to get its act together

@HBOMaxHelp I've done that. HBO Max still doesn't fully load and sends me back to the Roku home page. Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, AMC+ all work properly. Why not HBO Max?

There seems to be a severe lack of marketing to really get out the word that this version is completely different from the 2017 version. Admittedly we don't know what's going on, but that's part of the problem, HBOMax is silent
