@HBOMaxHelp Nope this doesn’t help. You have a ****** app. To be specific, it’s tough to pause or scroll the show that I’m watching. The same problem appears on PS4 and IPhone. I have great internet that’s not the problem. Fix it or I’m canceling.

If you use @hbomax for offline downloading, be sure to double check your downloads work before boarding a flight. I downloaded stuff last night and just as I’m on the runaway, I noticed it doesn’t show them in my folder. SMH.

@hbomax The trial period I purchased of hbomax was filled with problems as far as getting the channel to play, I had to keep retrying multiple times before show would finally play, and after all that the show would stop playing and I'd have to start all over again.
