@HBOMaxHelp Unfortunately, after completing all of the suggested steps (hbo ax update, lg tv reset, uninstall and reinstall, lg firmware update), the issue persists. The app is pretty much unusable. Any suggestions?

.@hbomax Our LG tv cannot stream a movie for more than 10min without the app timing out. The only solution is to reset the app every 10min. Have any suggestions on how to fix this?

@HBOMaxHelp @baz00per it is not depend of the device, I use different laptops and cellphones, and the issue is that some times the app say "we cannot reproduce this title now" and frequently when you start to watch, the image get frozen
