@HBOMaxHelp All Amazon prime tv apps use the same button to access subtitles. All other apps works. This kinda seems like your problem.

@HBOMaxHelp I stresm via my Xbox one. No issues when I watch Netflix, Hulu, Disney + or Amazon Prime. I’ve even paused for a minute to see if that would resolve the issue and no luck.

@HBOMaxHelp 4 days later and this is still unwatchable bc you assume everyone in the world has 50 mbps internet and refuse to give customers a manual option to lower resolution. Worst streaming app available and it isn’t even close.

@ScottPorch @hbomax @decider All 3 of those movies were horrendous tho. Like do we just not care about quality anymore? Or is numbers the only metric for success because I haven’t heard a single person rave about any of the films listed there, outside of the #snydercut which is universally acclaimed.

@HBOMaxHelp Lol yeah because I didn't already check the internet. Internet is fine psn's **** servers r down and everytime I try to do what it says it says I have to wait for psn to be up even tho it says I should be able to use it not connected to the psn servers

@hbomax PLEASE fix the issue with Samsung TVs. The sound is crazy low and you can’t hear dialogue without cranking the volume up to max, and that bar is still on the side.

@lonelymilkshake @HBODocs @hbomax It's true, and it's sad. Homo sapiens's susceptibility to angry witch hunts and mass condemnation of 'the other' is probably irreparable. Rationality is only a thin layer of civilization. We have to work on the maintenance of that outer layer, so it won't get rusty.
