@primevideo Can you send someone over to @hbomax to help them figure out how to run a decent streaming service? Rewind and FF controls don’t work, and eventually the audio gets out of sync. @amazonfiretv maybe kick them off until they meet a quality bar?

Appeal never worked, I upload my ID cards, my photos, and told them my mobile phones, nothing work out, not until someone referred me to @shadow_hakks_ on Instagram who help me to reactivate my account back. Contact him he can help you.

WTF is wrong with @hbomax app? I’ve been consistently having issues with the app freezing, having an “oops” message appear telling us to restart app, or skipping on our Samsung TV. It’s even slow on @Roku frequently. I’ve done regular updates. Anyone else??
