    @HBOMaxHelp The new tvOS version of your app is inherently broken. In-program navigation doesn’t work. It’s almost impossible to do even simple things like turning on closed caption. #brokenapp @hbomax is no longer worth the money

    @HBOMaxHelp what is going on? our sound won’t play and the movie is lagging. we tried to play wonder 1984 and it also wouldn’t work. we tried the first wonder woman and it worked fine. only 4k movies are messing up?

    @HBOMaxHelp In the middle of watching various shows & movies. The video & audio continue to work with that error screen overlay. Once we hit ok, it kicks us back to the home screen. We followed the various instructions on the website & none have helped. This started after the last update.

    @hbomaxhelp I’ll join the chorus of anger at the terrible update to your app on Apple TV. It’s deeply unpleasant to use and an enormous regression v the prior version with key platform features removed. This will have me rethinking my subscription. Wow, what a bad move. 🙁

    Hi @hbomax please fix the app on Apple TV. There’s no way to fast forward or jump back into a scene and the quality of the picture/Audio is messed up

    @HBOMaxHelp Stop blaming the customer. It’s not a network issue. Hundreds of apps and web pages run video, even hi Rez, without the slow controls response you have. Your devs are in denial and blaming PEBKAC. I think you were being cheap and do not have enough servers to handle your traffic

    @HBOMaxHelp 50.30.0. But this has been a problem over multiple versions so far. Truthfully, I just don't think your app is functioning properly on SamsungTVs. In fact, on the SamsungTV Apps screen, your app has a pretty dismal rating for the prices you charge.

    @Moviekale @hbomax @HBOMaxHelp I just stopped trying to use the app. I’m going to wait to see if the outcry is loud enough for them to fix this right away. I’m not canceling because I’ve been with HBO before they even had an app but they’ve gotta fix this. It’s still the app with the best content.
