@hbomax It’s a pass for me because of the way they treated J. K. Rowling, to whom the cast owes their wealth and careers to. Without her wonderful stories none of this would have happened. I’m tired of work people canceling people who have beliefs different than theirs.

@SpookyEvilOne @hbomax honestly I think hbomax just generally sucks at subtitles. A lot of content I've watched has had dialogue issues and subtitle speed issues, you know when your subtitles are 4 sentences ahead of the audio mmph.

The log in with tv provider option isn’t working for @hbomax on mobile (the tv sign in function). I finally gave in and used a laptop, but lots of people only have mobile options.

@HBOMaxHelp I canceled my service no reason for excuses. If I had customer review that was bad my boss cut my check 400 a week for a month. Moto without fail no exceptions sorry you can't help me any further nor explain any situation it's either 110% or failure this was failure

please fix both your phone app and browser client @hbomax. Sucks when subtitles doesn't work with browser... Noticed this in many shows. Can't even choose sun language, only option is off. But same shows have all the options in the phone app!
