@hbomax what is the deal with constant buffering on LG TVs? This isn’t a Wi-Fi issue and every other service works fine. Every 1-2 min the 3 buffering dots appear. So incredibly frustrating!

.@HBO, a brand once associated only with quality, really needs to get its act together. Of all the streaming apps and services, the only one that offers a *consistently* terrible experience across all devices is @hbomax. Seriously. If I wasn't getting it free I'd cancel.

@ThePigeonFish @hbomax They are cutting so many shows that they own... So they don't exist anywhere else. A few movies and just saw a list of animated shows. I haven't even had a chance to watch them. The creators of the show have no say and now they are losing access to their catalog of work.

@HBOMaxHelp Ask anyone who uses your apps. The UX is TERRIBLE. App crashes CONSTANTLY on Roku and Android when selecting content AND watching. It is so bad that selecting from the featured things to watch 5 seconds before it switches lands me on f-boy island, which NO ONE wants to watch.

Getting very close to ending my subscription @hbomax pulling entire original shows off the catalog is awful. The cancellations are awful. No one cares about reality TV garbage from Discovery, HBO. They want original scripted content. Animation, Dramas, Sci-fi, Fantasy.
