@HBOMaxHelp still having issues “seeing” the dragons on my Amazon fire stick 4k. I’ve done everything from turning tv off, clearing data and cache, uninstalling and re-installing and still. The images don’t show. I can view everything else but the dragons. Please help

@hbomax anytime I try to use your platform in doesn’t work. I select a show, it starts show and within 30 seconds it is rerouting to my tv’s home page repeat times 30. Along with all the content you’ve deleted lately I should be at least be able to view what is available.

@Aertho1 @ventsurlonde @hbomax Having technical difficulties is not the same as paying for something and not receiving it. The whole app works except it was having problems playing one show probably the high demand since it’s a new show. You see it all the time with streaming services

@hbomax the app is running poorly on both ps4 and Xbox series x. Frame rate lags, skips, and gets hung up constantly, across all shows/movies. Please update the app to fix these issues or I will unsubscribe.

@HBOMaxHelp No, none of those things are the issue. I have done the troubleshooting. Your app is running poorly on multiple platforms, even more than just PlayStation and Xbox. Something is wrong with the app and it’s functionality. I can get better quality by pirating.

@HappyAccident31 @ventsurlonde @hbomax Imagine that the cable company tells you that they'll be out to fix it in a month, but charges you for the whole month. We do see it all the time with streaming services, but that's due to not putting the infrastructure in place to deliver the product they've already sold.

@HBOMaxHelp Well now that that useless comment from “HBOMaxHelp” is out of the way… I’m just curious if anyone actually knows why the show is missing that last few minutes in that one particular episode #CloseEnough. Music rights? Controversy? The issue is on every platform I’ve checked.

@hbomax I am a big Guillermo del Toro fan. Haven't seen Mimic since 97, it says you have the Director's Cut, which is right below the Theatrical Version, under the Extras Tab,yet it's the same as the Theatrical Version, hopefully you fix this as I hear the latter is far superior
