@hbomaxmovies @hbomax Hope I get a chance to watch it. Every evening all weekend HBO Max has been down when I've tried to access via ps4. Fine in the morning. Down in eve. Downdetector shows I'm not alone. You're charging high monthly fees--need to solve these problems or prorate for loss of service.

@HBOMaxHelp i keep trying to load the app on a roku premiere but get an error that says "Close HBO Max. Sorry, but something caused the app to close. Please open the app and try again." I've rebooted the Roku, I've checked for app updates, and other apps work.

@HBOMaxHelp @no1important701 No HBOMax... your video scrubbing is horrible. Fix it! Everyone complains about it and it literally has nothing to do with what version, OS, etc. When trying to scrub a video to skip ahead, it freezes, locks up, etc. Whatever you're watching holds you hostage!

@HBOMaxHelp @MikeJonesMadden There are so many problems with the service, all it would take is a few HBO interns using the app and communicating the challenges. Everyone is pretty much experiencing the same thing so troubleshooting can take place in house. It's really bad. I'm getting rid of it.
