@writerlane @hbomax Yes this what I have been saying! Everything about @hbomax sucks with or without ads and it’s one of the most expensive OTT platforms out there! With the terrible UI and zero customer satisfaction!

So HBO Max (@hbomax) has the most expensive & arguably the the worst streaming app out there. Whoever is in charge of running the app isn’t really different from one of the characters in Succession if they are comfortable with the performance of the app as is. cc:@aforssell

@TheMatrixMovie @hbomax I grew up with the 3 original movies. Loved them, and watch them to this day. This new movie is awful and should have never been made.

@hbomax Hey ding dongs: we just tried to get on HBO max to watch something only to learn it had signed us off and wouldn't let us back on. We got to spend time on the phone with our provider to fix it. On Xmas night. Do better. Much better.

i shouldn’t be complaining bc i’m on vacation, but this is my first christmas away from my family and all i wanted to do was watch one of the movies i downloaded before i left the states, and @hbomax full on not working without wifi or data for something i downloaded really sucks

@hbomax you have great shows but the app is by far the worst app I have! It's constantly restarting or telling me it can't play a title. I'm sick of it. I pay for this and it should work. It's annoying!

@VINCEisGRAPHIC @TheMatrixMovie @hbomax They literally just remade all three movies and put them in to one movie. There is no perspective. You don't get emotionally attached to a single person in the movie. The directing/production was terrible.

@HBOMaxHelp I have been having trouble streaming HBO Max through my xbox one since Wednesday. I've got google fiber and checked the connection everything is optimal on my end. Everytime I play a video it freezes, shows the dots, then the dots disappear and the video remqins froze
