@jbogard Also there is no way to watch @hbomax on LG TVs, thanks to WebOS (Unless there is a work around that I’m unaware of, other than AirPlay & screen casting ).

@HBOMaxHelp OK, I used chrome and it worked in the browser! Why are you browser sniffing? That's so 2010. I can't remember the last time a site rejected Opera. Anyway, I'm in on the browser. What about the Roku app? Can you help with that too?

@HBOMaxHelp @hbomax So here's the problem. I have paid them $14.99 for the first month of the subscription, assuming I would be able to watch it on my iPad. I can't. I've been an HBO subscriber for *decades*. They decided to cut off Roku, leaving users like me to figure it out on our own.

@hbomax stream quality is terrible. Stuttering frames every 10-15 seconds makes movies and shows unwatchable. Do you seriously expect people to pay for this? #streaming #poorquality

@HBOMaxHelp Samsung HD I have HBO with my package Had trouble downloading the MAX app in OCT. called customer service talked to 4 different techs ( 3hrs) finally got the app to work but 2 days ago it wouldn't let me watch any programs keep getting a message to update my app where do you go

@HBOMaxHelp Ticket No. ?????? , we can do this all day but bottom line is this HBO MAX isn't working is it because it's free since I have HBO or because the problem is on your end, all my other other Streaming Apps work perfect Netflix's, Hulu & Disney.

@hbomax Why is your service so laggy? I'm 12 minutes into a movie that I've been watching for 20 minutes...pauses to buffer for several seconds every few seconds or so. I can stream any other service without any issue, but HBO Max won't play smoothly. This needs fixed ASAP!!

@hbomax I liked mostly the first episode. The thing that’s holding me back from watching more is - and this sounds superficial, I know - the awful music. It grates on my brain. If there was a way to block it out and just hear the dialogue, I’d do it.
