Wow it took @hbomax 10 mins to play a 2 min commercial and then the show works just fine, doesn’t buffer at all.

@hbomax please change how parental controls work and require a pin to ACCESS adult profiles There's nothing to stop kids from seeing content if they launch the app themselves; makes PIN to switch useless

@HBOMaxHelp I’m still having issues on the Firestick since the update. Many movies don't load properly - the video gets stuck on the opening HBO logo even though the audio is still playing. The whole app has to be force closed.

@WestworldHBO @hbomax Maybe it's long time to give up on this project. The first season was brilliant. Everything else after it, with the exception of a few episodes from season two, was poorly conceived and executed. The third season was terrible. A shame, too, considering the budget.

@HBOMaxHelp I’m trying to watch Chernobyl The Lost Tapes but can’t find a way to turn off the audio description. I’ve rebooted my TV, uninstalled the app, changed my password and followed the description in the online help but to no avail. Suggestions?
