    @hbomaxhelp i want a refund. i bought the aew ppv from your app and almost a hour and a half in it is still not working. I had to go to youtube and pay for it for a second time to be able to watch the ppv.

    @aaronrift @hbomax I requested a refund from Apple and ordered on my traditional PPV. HBO Max has so many issues every PPV it feels like. I’ve never had a perfect experience

    @hbomax @DCOfficial We realy hope you fix this mess! We dont want the DCU hal jordan to be a brown old cop instead of a cool green lantern suits up some costume like the new 52... What ever is the idea, do it right! Not like this old ugly stuff !

    @hbomaxhelp I been trying to watch the @AEW Revolution PPV on HBO MAX and between the audio issue and now the streaming issues. This is one of the worst purchases I ever got for a pay-per-view

    @marykayfabe @hbomax @AEW It’s annoying because we have a Vizio TV that has the app, but for whatever reason, yo can’t watch the PPVs on Vizio. Never had an issue watching with the Xbox before. Very odd

    @TonyKhan this deal you’ve made with HBO has made it impossible to watch your PPVs. @hbomax has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Literally no help or assistance whatsoever to give me access to the PPV or to get my money back after waiting hours. This is bs.

    @hbomax Why are we paying more for scho taxes?? For a privilege a streaming privilege i mean i understand that it helps people that dont want to work and choose not to work sending they kids to school but I pay enough in city taxes for school **** and dont even have a kid so yeah

    @hbomaxhelp The audio for #AEWRevolution has never synced up with the video. The problem seems to have been there since the main show started after the Zero Hour pre-show. I’ve tried exiting the app and restarting the show a few times, fast-forwarding, pausing, etc.

    The HBO Max feed of AEW Revolution continues to have audio syncing issues nearly 45 minutes in, after Zero Hour was completely inaccessible. Meanwhile, Tony Khan has muted the replies to his live tweets... #AEWRevolution @hbomaxhelp

    @hbomaxhelp I'm not doing a chat bot when it's your audio engineers not doing their jobs. Announce team to 90ish percent to overmod, the crowd should be 70ish % of that and the ring mic should be 40ish % of the crowd. Problem solved.
