I just updated the @hbomax app and it's giving me many problems. It's not keeping track of what episode I just watched. Then I have to fast forward into the next episode to find my place. Fix your app HBO this is ridiculous. #FAIL

@hbomax @hbomax should be looking to assemble a better user experience. Work on navigation and ui plz.... really disappointing especially when u have a clear examples of what it should be like

@hbomax so Xfinity can’t figure it out either. We tried both my current log in and my Xfinity log in. They verified that I have HBOmax. Can’t determine how it’s not allowing me to sign in and actually use it.

@DemolisherTg @hbomax I will tell you why, because when the justice league 2017 was made zack left the team because of some family issues, so when he came back they didn't had enough time to make the 4 hours long movie so they trimmed the story to 2 hours long thus rewriting the entire script

Anyone else having issues with the @hbomax app on Firestick? For the past 3 days if either won’t open or when it does the show constantly freezes every 2-5 seconds. I’ve restarted everything. Can’t seem to figure out the issue.

Idk what @hbomax has been doing but they have the *worst* UI I've ever used. It's been this way for years...don't you have the money to hire some UX designers? Or if you're going to be cheap and cut corners at least use some ?common sense?

@HBOMaxHelp Hi. I subscribe to HBO Max via my cable provider (@YouTubeTV), and watch HBO content via both the Youtube TV app and HBO Max app. Why does HBO Max keep signing me out and making me re-link my accounts? It's happened multiple times in the ~5 months I've had it. Help?
