@HBOMaxHelp the worst player. It keeps crashing my amazon fire tablet. If its not the main tab on my pc(kickass pc at that) it constantly buffers. Junk player.

@HBOMaxHelp I hate to add to an increasing list of people having an issue with your app, but I am definitely one of them. We like to watch certain shows as we fall asleep, but every time we start, two episodes in it errors and crashes. Are you ever going to get this fixed? I use Amazon.

@HBOMaxHelp I got an email that my account info has been changed. I have HBO through Hulu. When I log into the HBO Max website, the account info is NOT ME but my Hulu login still works. What do I need to do to get my account back?

@HBOMaxHelp Hey...ya been a loyal pre-subscriber since the very beginning. Lately I've noticed the app for PS5 constantly crashes every 15 minutes or so and has to be closed for no reason. Also, the scrolling is atrocious and moves on it own! Wtf FIX IT!! Bout to cancel!

Also @hbomax @HBOMaxHelp seriously put in some health checks on your load balancers to never show this default ES docker page to people. Instead show a simple friendly service outage message. Otherwise you're going to confuse and scare the hell out of non-tech people :P.

@hbomax "If you did not reset your password, please click here." I did not reset my password. I'm now locked out. And the "click here" sends me on an endless loop with no actual person to help. Very unhappy my information is stolen and #HBOMax is absent.
