Has anyone had a problem with the @hbomax app on their @AppleTV? I kept getting error messages tonight when I tried to watch #MareofEasttownHBO. On my Apple TV and my iPhone. I had to reinstall the app a few times and also reboot my phone to finally watch the show.

Seems the problem lies with @hbomax itself but I wonder how many hours it will take for @RokuSupport or @Roku to actually respond 🙄 Anyone looking for a solution, I was able to log in to #HBOMax on my computer and cast to my TV.

@Rcvryguy @HBOMaxHelp I called them today and the person I spoke to “hadn’t heard of the issue”. Told her that thousands of people are complaining about the issue all over the various social media platforms and she was baffled.

@MaxBenesi I thought I was going nuts getting error messages over and over on @hbomax and now I see others were having the problem, too. I finally reinstalled the app on my iPhone and Apple TV successfully at 10:30. But I was still getting error messages after the show was done.
