@hbomax there is a widespread outage reported on your site. How long till you resolve this issue!m? Your app is inaccessible and won’t allow uses to log in and use the app. I sent you a dm earlier and was told it’s a cable company issue. It’s not. @hbo @HBOMaxHelp #hbomax

@HBOMaxHelp I stream through Prime. I have other streaming services. Max: Logon is slow, menus are slow, FF and reverse hardly work, often don't. If I was into cartoons and comic books come to life, I wouldn't be upset, but I grew up. Content is lacking. Will not renew.

@HBOMaxHelp Can't access on any of my devices. Get the Purple Screen of Death for a few minutes, and then an error message. Can't sign in or out, so I can't try changing the password. Deleting and reinstalling doesn't help. FRUSTRATED! Help.

Hey, @HBOMaxHelp, your app has problems. I’m using it on my LG 4K smart tv and it’s ALWAYS out of sync. (Latest version) I can handle the terrible categorization, repetitive suggestions and overall difficulty to navigate content, but the audio sync problem is a DEAL BREAKER.
