Katrina Schreiber (@katschre) reported@HBOMaxHelp I responded + went thru multiple contacts but 2 buffer issues resolved and it created an issue where I can’t log in anymore at all. I buffer on the Home Screen on the TV App. You can see my support chat. I have spent my day troubleshooting every issue. I am tired homie.

Dylan Heuer (@dylan_heuer) reportedHey @hbomax - tried watching Rush Hour 2 with English Subtitles on. While it’s working just fine, but the scenes where they’re speaking Cantonese aren’t subtitled all. I vividly remember these scenes being subtitled on my old DVDs. Please fix this. Thanks.

I use it a lot and it updated for me and it had some good updates but it’s been lagging, often requesting a restart, and my episodes of Friends are always in Spanish for the first five seconds 😭

Tim (@DarthTJ) reported@HBOMaxHelp Many movies won't start, you press play and it either crashes app or screen reloads. Some times play button is replaced by "SIGN IN". New Conjuring has this happen every time, other movies some times. I can play from website.
