@HBOMaxHelp I am done w/ trouble shooting. I'll hang on for SUCCESSION, then quit. HBO deteriorated when it became HBOMAX. It was worth the monthly charge but no longer. It is technically poor and you are offloading the work to the buyers/renters. It's HBO's job to put out a good product

@HBO @hbomax Please consider adding more specific content/trigger warnings. "Adult situations" is incredibly vague & unhelpful. R*pe, su*c*de, etc. can be triggering to your viewers & it really is an awful (& potentially harmful) experience to be watching & be unprepared for it

I did a speed test for my internet. It's not the internet. It's them & it appears to be a regular complaint that they have yet to fix. I don't encounter similar issues from apps like Netflix, discovery+, Disney+, Amazon Prime etcetera. Maintenance needs to occur @hbomax

@DCTitans @hbomax Are they really? Jason becomes RedHood like 5 minutes after dying. What made it work in the comics was the fact that it was years later. Like 15 years later. It's also pretty silly how the Joker dropped him so easy but as RedHood he's nearly unstoppable.

@HBOMaxHelp @TGreg72 It’s frustrating to unplug the tv every time to play something. Search HBO max three dots on Twitter and you can see everybody having the same problem. No other site has this problem. We shouldn’t adjust our tv’s you should fix your problem.

@HBOMaxHelp Nothing I can do on my end. My Roku is running the most recent firmware & I'm running the most recent version of the app. It took 5 attempts to get a video to play properly. This is a regular problem for me. Videos freeze, play audio without video, & the app crashes altogether.
