Is it just me or is @hbomax the worst UI/UX of all the streaming platforms. Via web or Roku it's slow, clunky and super buggy, at least in my experience.

@HBOMaxHelp We switched to the ad version and now HBO Max won’t work on our firestick. It opens, shows that it is on an ad, but won’t play. Tried uninstalling, signing out of the device, etc.

I spent the $20 I didn't know my sister sent to me yesterday on @HBOMax today to watch Space Jam 2. Unfortunately, my web player doesn't work & I cannot download the updated app on my constantly firewall-bypassed iPad that ain't got a virus protector on its shattered body.

@AlyssaM_InfoSec @hbomax On Fire TV, the rewind/fast forward functions barely work at all, and you should never use them, lest you end up back 45 minutes from where you were with no way to get back

@HBOMaxHelp Dear Intern, When I was an intern in my previous job I took the role of jr. web developer. Day 2 of me being there, they requested I take down a website TEMPORARILY, (try to) fix some issues and get it back up. I accidentally deleted the whole website without back-up. Cheers!

@hbomax your app for consoles need a serious upgrade for consoles. I'm using the ps5 and the picture quality is not even 1080p. Upgrade the app so we can watch in 4k and actually get our money's worth
