@LaikaL2 @hbomax They look absolutely nothing like them. That's the problem. Ellie isn't meant to look like an ugly little boy, and Joel isn't meant to be hispanic. I'll write it off because it's clear that they chose actors that appeal to the masses rather than fans of the actual game.

@HBOMaxHelp Yes. Did it all. Made sure I’m current on all software updates. Bandwidth is good, enough that your competitors’ app run with no issues. This is a chronic problem with your app. Try testing it on an iPhone 6s, using 4GLTE with 4 bars.

@LouisV1099 @hbomax be the most important thing in this show, is them nailing their relationship in the game. If they can do just that who gives two flying shits if they don't look like carbon copies of character who aren't real? if that's your main problem you really need to get your priorities-

@VAWeisman @HBOMaxHelp I have had this issue before with firestick, it ended up being the firestick was to old and could not handle the higher bitrate HBOmax moved to.

@hbomax you simply have to fix the streaming on your app. There’s no reason it can’t load like Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+, Apple+… see where I’m going with this?
