@HBOMaxHelp @THEmj_naval I keep seeing all of these tweets about the HBO Max app and I have not had a single issue with it on Apple TV, iPad or an Android phone. I will say it’s a little sluggish on Roku but it still works .

@HBOMaxHelp I really appreciate the response. I just spent about 1/2 hour on the phone with customer service. He was very nice but no resolution. For some reason the app is now operating on the tv. For some reason this issue is random on one of 3 devices

@HBOMaxHelp your app hasn’t worked for many days now…. Not reliable app to watch movies or shows if app doesn’t work at all…. iPhone, iPad, fire stick…. All broken. Reset, delete/reboot, tried everything but still not working…. Time to say Good bye HBO Max app soon.

@Nope_No_way_FU I’ll NEVER watch the reboot of SATC bcuz they killed off Big! I subscribed to @hbomax and #canceled. The heart attack scene triggered so much personal pain for me, the WORST! I was a fan since the 90s how could they ruin it after all we invested in Carrie n Big?!!! @SJP

@HBOMaxHelp Update. I did all the steps suggested on your troubleshoot page. I am unable to watch anything on @hbomax on my Roku. I am able to see everything on another TV that has a 4K Roku. Any idea what could be the problem?
