@HBOMaxHelp I have reported it to your team multiple times. I have 2 roku3's and 1 roku ultra. I will browse movies on my iPhone and then launch HBO on the roku and search for what I want to watch, instead of scrolling through movies, because it is so darn slow and will eventually crash.

@HBOMaxHelp please tell me there's a Christmas update coming to fix this horrid app. Its the only app on my Samsung 8000 series smart TV that consistently crashes while watching, rewinding, or navigating menus. We reinstall the app min. 2x per show no matter what we're watching.

@HBOMaxHelp It's on @Roku. We have EVERY channel (Showtime, Netflix, Amazon, Peacock, Paramount, & more. The ONLY problem we hv is with @hbomax. Terrible app w/Roku. And my husband is a well-known software developer for an international platform, and if HE can't get it to work, IT'S CRAP!

@HBOMaxHelp This is on a Roku ultra. Only the HBOMax app is having issues with captions. Some programs (Justice League) have the captions appearing 45 seconds before the audio track. Some programs (Doctor Who) have no captions at all, and other programs (Game Of Thrones) have no issue.
