I clearly explained @hbomax that I am unable to log in from safari using credentials that work in chrome, your mobile app, and TV apps. I explained that I have tried from my WiFi connection, from a 5g connection, and a neighbors WiFi.

@HBOMaxHelp Occasionally it just refuses to load. I have to basically reset everything from the app to the fire stick and my router to get it to work. To me, that is not a solution. Disney+ and Prime NEVER give me those issues.

@HBOMaxHelp @MaryIPatterson Those steps are useless. It’s overwhelmingly clear there is some kind of outage going on 36 hours now. It’s incredibly frustrating that you guys just say “clear cookies and reboot your router” - there’s clearly an issue on your end

So now I am shouting into the ether, @hbomax hoping someone will understand my issue: I cannot login with known good credentials on any computer on any internet connection using safari.

@v_santoyo @HBOMaxHelp @TarabethLooney They keep saying to reboot my router and update my app and neither of those things have anything to do with the site rejecting my known good credentials that work on mobile. It's happening on multiple computers and locations but of course my router at home MUST be the issue.ffs
