    Sunday, tried to access @hbomax provided through @ATT on @Xbox. However, it is asking me to renew my subscription? I checked the HBO Max website and tried logging in through AT&T on there and it said unexpected error. 😰

    On a related note, I’m a huge Stephen Soderbergh fan but Let Them All Talk on @hbomax is unwatchable. Suspect this movie only gets made where talented people are dying to work. #QuarantineOnABoat

    @HBOMaxHelp @utahviejo You’ve been aware of this issue for over a month. Is there a timeline to fix or is your recommendation that all Samsung users just buy new TVs to fix your developer’s mistakes?

    @hbomax has the absolute worst streaming app. Appallingly unreliable. Consistently terrible. I have troubleshot through and through, yet my shows blur and stop. Amazing.

    Has anyone else noticed that the new @hbomax app barely works? Terrible UI, and frequently plays things that you did not ask it to... click episode 14, plays episode 4. Already saw that one... how did they let such bad software through QC?

    @hbomax There are at least two Jacobs who really hate the white line on the right side of my Samsung Tv. When will this be addressed? Is there a work around? Roku?

    @HBOMaxHelp So typical when this happens I back out of what I’m watching and restart it. It usually happens maybe once every hour. It could be device I am streaming on. I don’t have problems on my laptop. I also know others who have the issue.

    @hbomax You must be aware that your Apple TV app is having serious issues?! Pressing play on a show’s page just.. not playing, or crashimg the entire app, or the app crashing after starting to play. It happens over and over, so is easily reproducible, so FIX YOUR ****.

    @willishl @hbomax If Hoeclin wasn't gonna be Superman in this series, based on the premise, I've always felt Routh would be a good pick. In some ways, I think he'd be better than Tyler, but they've made Tyler work pretty well.

    @hbomax HBO Max is by far the worst streaming service in terms of reliability. Every episode I watch I get "can't play title" issues. It's not my network. Seems to be a very common issue.

    Why has @HBOMaxHelp not fixed the vertical bar issue appearing on Samsung TVs? As a consumer who happens to work in the tech industry I am generally curious why this hasn’t been resolved in what seems like a month. Shouldn’t UX be a high priority?
