@HBOMaxHelp Dear Interm, No stress. I had 2 issues. One switched off a production server for one of the bigvest ISPs in our country due to a routing issue. 2. wanted to clear logs older than 30 days on a db server and ran rm - rf without the .log extension amd removed a whole db

@hbomax another week (3rd in a row) unable to watch @LastWeekTonight on my @Chromecast. The HBO rep I spoke with on Monday said somebody would email me with a solution. I'm still waiting for that. I'm not the only person with this issue either.

@HBOMaxHelp I fixed it going back and forth between the menu, and the episode I was trying to watch. it's just stupid I have to do that to begin with. The app is laggy, its annoying. Hulu and netflix don't have those issues......

@HBOMaxHelp Didn’t work. Other HBO shows work just fine. Just not John Oliver. It also works fine on mobile. Please look into this.

@hbomax I am getting Error Code H-9bf91454-0a21-4710-d251-a00d3fd2ac5a when i attempt to sign in. Is there something I need to do on my end to get HBOMax to work again. We had a storm last week and hasn't worked since then.

@HBOMaxHelp I consistently have trouble watching anything on hbomax. Friends of mine say they "power through" the constant hiccups when viewing, yet still agree hbomax has issues. I'm not experiencing these frequent troubles with other streaming services. Very unfortunate.

@hbomax interface will most definitely be their downfall. Stop spending money on buying rights for films and series and start spending money on more servers and tech! Why i gotta delete the app and redownloaded to download an episode… I’ve been trying for 10 minutes lol lord

To the @hbomax intern: I once panicked in a GIANT client meeting early in my career. Instead of powering on, I logged off and had an anxiety attack at my desk. One problem - I was the meeting host and kicked off the other 50+ people on the call. Don't let one oops ruin you.

@stevewoody82 @dmorelli9 @HBOMaxHelp Yeah - it's bad. Data is lost (although I don't remember if that was a big deal in my case) and the backup itself rarely takes correctly in a distributed system in 2004. It's just a huge mess and a TON of work that nobody wants to do.

Hey @HBOMaxHelp when are you going to fix the subtitles on Gomorrah season 4? "English closed captioning" and "English subtitles" are completely different things. It's near impossible to watch as it stands now. Text takes up most of the screen, is unevenly placed, and lags behind

@BittnerAmy @HBOMaxHelp I was having trouble w/this show too on xfinity flex. Finally got it to work for one episode but not loading again trying to watch another. I restarted the app when the error screen came up but it's still having problems. I miss having it on cable cuz I never had issues then

@hbomax well it would be nice to use hbo max but it's not working on the playstation and when it does i get a crappy blurry picture throughout. the worst being that it freezes completely so i have to be using my laptop since my smart tv doesn't have your app .....

If only @hbomax had a better UI and good recommendations from its vast library, it could be the biggest streaming service. But all they do is nonsense!! They add the good stuff but you can’t find nothing!! Terrible!!
