.@hbomax absolutely sucks especially when you consider it's the 2nd most expensive streaming platform. Their 4K quality sucks, Their Dolby Atmos is compressed to hell and sounds like garbage. And apparently, now they can't even handle the traffic that Hard Knocks is generating.

@hbomax the audio on Rush Hour 2 is about a second in a half behind. Fix it. I tried my tv, phone, tablet, computer. I'd tell you this somewhere else, but assistant you don't believe in a support section on your app.

@jcjones1515 @hbomax @HBOMaxHelp Ugh, I can't even get that one to play anything anymore. Reinstalled it too. Always an error when attempting to play content. At least the ps4 will play stuff. Just don't ever attempt to ff, rewind, etc.
