@MMA_CULT @hbomax They have a lot of good content but the app malfunctions every time I use it. Just stops playing shows and gives an error code. Have to restart the app to fix it. And I’m not the only one.

@hbomax I always have trouble with the app.I thought it was me, my phone and streaming to chromecast .It never happens when using other streaming services though @hbomax and you are way more expensive!!....The series was a great one!

@HBOMaxHelp To all the whiners: grow up. It’s ridiculous that this outage draws more outcry than other global headlines. This is a young service with a lot of room to improve. Be prepared to NOT get a reimbursement or free month. Accept that or stop using the service.

Does anyone else have problems with the sound on @hbomax ?? Like it clips all the time. My internet is strong and I never have problems on other apps but it’s sooooo annoying.

@engineering_bae I'm trying to rewatch The West Wing and @hbomax hits significant lag once per episode on my Apple TV. Back in the Go days it was the most resilient streamer, now it's among the worst.

@HBOMaxHelp When are you going to fix the English subtitle issue for Gomorrah, Season 4, Episode 7? I have tried on every device and cannot get English subtitles on any of them and that episode actually crashes the app on Apple TV.

@HBOMaxHelp No. It does not help. I have a very fast connection on my wi-fi. The problem is your app design. No other streaming service has the problems you have and you know it. Slow response or no response to controls. Freezing and crashing when fast forwarding or reverse forex.
