@HBOMaxHelp @GrimmSaboc It the same issue with the Mecool DM2 box and after 3/4 of an hour HBOmax app looks up. Only way around that issue is to force the app to shut down and clear the app's cache.

Hey @hbomax - why can't you fix your constant logging out issue? Every WEEK I have to log back in to my account that's linked to my YouTubeTV sub. This is getting insanely frustrating!

@HBOMaxHelp Fortunately while my Roku TV gets less responsive after watching HBOmax for a bit, it mostly functions & playback issues resolve for a while by cutting power & restarting, but I'm wondering why the CC display doubles up on a regular basis lately? Very distracting & no known fix.

Here's my endorsement for @hbomax - The content is good enough that I'm willing to continue using it despite the application/site being almost unusably bad on every single platform. Like, as a developer, I can't even imagine what their issue tracker looks like.

@RexOverdrive @hbomax This is why you can't beat physical media along with the quality and reliability of a hard copy. Availability and buffering issues/stream quality are always going to be a problem.

@hbomax Please fix your app on FireTV. When I try to rewind or fast forward, it keeps going after I hit play to stop it. So annoying.

@hbomax It doesn’t matter as long as you keep using your horrible app. It looks blurry and glitchy . Fix it. It’s been years and we are still having issues . Ask Netflix how to fix image quality on apps.

@hbomax I love your service, but your player is so buggy. I keep getting errors that redirect me to the homepage. More than once, I've had to hit the pause/play button just to watch the last few minutes of a show. Please fix! 🥺🙏

@HBOMaxHelp The app isn't working for me. I can't open it on my phone or tablet. It just says "Oops! Something went wrong. Please restart the HBO Max App" I did that and it still doesn't work. I uninstalled then reinstalled the app, nope. I even restarted my tablet. Still no. It won't work
