@HBOMaxHelp I’m still having issues on the Firestick since the update. Many movies don't load properly - the video gets stuck on the opening HBO logo even though the audio is still playing. The whole app has to be force closed.

@HBOMaxHelp I’m trying to watch Chernobyl The Lost Tapes but can’t find a way to turn off the audio description. I’ve rebooted my TV, uninstalled the app, changed my password and followed the description in the online help but to no avail. Suggestions?

@HBOMaxHelp I understand that you need to adjust the library of shows, but it would be nice if you could give your subscribers a warning before a show is removed. It would help avoid this type of disappointment. Thank you.

@hbomax someone keeps hacking into my account. When I get an email that a profile was added or code sent, the "click here if you didn't request" option goes to a generic help page with zero resolution. I keep having to change my password. Why so easy to hack HBO Max?

@hbomax please change how parental controls work and require a pin to ACCESS adult profiles There's nothing to stop kids from seeing content if they launch the app themselves; makes PIN to switch useless
