  @TonyKhan this deal you’ve made with HBO has made it impossible to watch your PPVs. @hbomax has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Literally no help or assistance whatsoever to give me access to the PPV or to get my money back after waiting hours. This is bs.

  @hbomaxhelp I can barely stream anything and watch it. Keep having to stop and start because the audio is not in sync with the video. Please fix this issue.

  On March 15th I ordered @AEW REVOLUTION from @hbomax. The stream did NOT work that night. There are still posts on here confirming that. I paid 42.19. I had to purchase the stream from Amazon so I was out another 50 dollars. I asked for a refund that night. Because I purchased

  @CutSchumacher @hbomax I like your optimism. But as I recall a lot of work was done on A3 assembly. There’s even some muffled dialogue. The BF work print I saw was great and feels like a finished film, but it has that disruptive time code over the picture and borrowed music from popular movies

  @JayBeasta @hbomaxhelp I had to go and order it on Prime because we're 40 mins in and no fix. HBO assist has been useless and said they'll "email me" with a specialist, when asking for a refund.

  @aaronrift @nodqdotcom @hbomax It’s been terrible. What are you watching it on? Found a fix for Apple TV 4K for anyone on there. Turn off hdr in your settings. Go to settings, video audio, click format, then switch from 4k hdr to 4k sdr

  @hbomaxhelp Streaming issues with your coverage of NCAA men's tournament. Live stream breaks to a commercial then the pictures freezes after the commercial ends. Sat there for a couple minutes the first time this happened, then backed out and restarted. 4 times today!!

  @hbomaxhelp Been in an email loop with support doing the same troubleshooting steps repeatedly. Issue: Friends degrades in picture quality after ~15-20 min, every time, only that show. App updated, reinstalled, TV restarted — multiple times. Need actual escalation.
