I don't understand why businesses don't want customers. For example why doesn't the @hbomax app work on @Roku devices. It just crashes over and over. Ridiculous really. What's up @hbomax? Two more episodes of #Hacks and then I'm done.

@hbomax yo I don’t know what kind of amateur software/app developers y’all have but for the amount of money paid every month just for your app to crash and glitch off something as little as a pause or skip, is ridiculous. And you guys get a lot of complaints, just fix it.

@WorkWombatman Thanks for supporting Dolby vision. I would like you to reach out to @HBOMaxHelp it's been 6 months since there app worked in HDR. Netflix, Disney plus work fine in HDR why can't we get this fixed? If gotta watch dune in standard definition I'm gonna be pissed.

Love @hbomax content, but the app is literally the worst performing app out there for such a monster company. I repeat the @hbomax app is really bad! That said, it’s a shame they never made another season of #Vinyl #RichieFinestra 🙌🏼

Dear @HBOMaxHelp, your new "upgraded" app is way too big-- I don't understand how you can have a 50+ MB app when most popular apps are around 2MB or less. It's so big it won't fit on my Smart TV & I know others are having the same issue. Please fix this!

@luchalibrarian @hbomax I has some issues at the start but figured they had it worked out. Now I have one or two but no more then other streaming services. Have you tried uninstalling and downloading again?

@Sungsam12 @hbomax I have it on PS4 and iPhone. On the iPhone it’s not as glitchy, but on PS4 at home on the big screen is just awful. It’s clunky, not responsive & the navigation is crap! You have to literally back way out of the menu to get to the main page of a series to select different eps.

@HBOMaxHelp Toshiba 32LF221U21 32-inch Smart HD 720p TV - Fire TV, Released 2020. FF often just sits and goes nowhere. Pushing RW will rewind a few seconds and stall. Hitting FF again while stalled, at times will work or will appear to do so, then hit play and you're back where I started.

@HBOMaxHelp your content that says it has @Dolby Vision is NOT playing with any Dolby Vision on @Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K...but other services/apps are playing Dolby Vision just fine. Do you have a fix for that on the way?!

@hbomax When I try and select (play) a show on this app on my @Roku, it just refreshes the screen. It does not start playing the select title. What should I do? I’ve already called support and they just tell me to restart every time. But the problem keeps resurfacing.
