@hbomax wow... what a way to end 2020 by not supporting 4K playback on the @Xbox. Makes all the hype around @WonderWomanFilm fall flat because the film looks awful streaming in what looks like 720p

@HBOMaxHelp Thanks for the help, however, after trying all of the troubleshooting suggestions, I am still unable to watch @DCWonderWoman, which sucks but is also confusing as this problem does not persist when trying to view any other program via the app. Any additional suggestions?

@HBOMaxHelp The issue was with Xfinity. I was able to access HBOMax through the app on my Samsung TV and watched the movie no problem.

@ZackDavisson @andrewfarago @hbomax I watched Shazam last night and it took me forever just to find it. Then it timed out the first time I tried to watch it. And my roku TV is connected to the cable modem via Ethernet, there should be ZERO issues!

@hbomax I subscribed to HBOMAX through @hulu . I'm using the hbomax app in hulu. WW84 is nowhere to be found. If I install the app separately on my @Roku device, it asks for payment, and doesn't ask for a service provider, so it wants more money, a double payment. Please fix.
