@HBOMaxHelp @hbomax Sorry, I was wrong about the brand but the problem remains. I use a fire stick (Amazon) remote. And when I try to rewind or fast forward it goes all the way back the beginning or all the way back to the end. It won’t move incrementally.

Hi @hbomax... I use your app on my ps4 almost everyday and I'm really sick of the "oops something went wrong" bullshit about every 20-30 minutes of watching a show or movie. I'd really like to know when you're going to fix that because I pay good money to use your app!

I have terrible connectivity with @HBOMaxHelp It usually takes 3-4 times to connect, if it does, and will occasionally just kick me off. All other services work fine; #Netflix , #YouTube etc.

@HBOMaxHelp No error message Usually the program doesn't load, just a black screen, sometimes with little rotating dots. Occasionally it'll start the program but not sync' d, so voice only or it skips. Less frequently I'm streaming and it just stops and it exits to the Roku menu.
