@jansangill @hbomax Problem there is $50 for a 4k streaming that only connects through HDMI and all my ports are being used. And we all know they'll sign a deal eventually. Plus, everything else I'd use a Chromecast for is already being covered elsewhere. So no real value for me.

Honestly, if @hbomax is available everywhere. Most people will be happy to pay the monthly fee to stream every new movie coming out next year. Easier to do that then to deal with viruses, bad links, tethering, low quality, wrong movie, out of sync audio etc. Warners will be fine

@TexasVC @wbpictures @hbomax So excited, I’d much rather watch these at home. Part of me wonders how they’ll compete with privacy though. I mean, we’ll probably see high quality rips within hours of release. Maybe the price is low enough that pirates won’t bother?

@OptionsRule @warnerbros @hbomax We don’t know yet, I’m sure public confidence will slowly rise but I doubt they’d do it for 2022. That’s one year out, a lot can’t change. Worst case scenario would have been that they pushed all movie releases to 2022. But no they are releasing home and In theaters. Its a win

@hbomax needs to upgrade their app first because it buffers too much, and it doesn't matter which streaming device I use. I don't have this issue with D+, Netflix, Hulu, Google Play, or Xfinity Stream.
