Wow, @HBOMax.... Normally the video quality on shows is good, but someone really needs to reencode The Larry Sanders Show on your platform. It's pretty bad. Lots of dropped frames. When Mill Creek Entertainment's DVDs look better than your encoding, you know it's bad. :)

@Ali610 @HBOMaxHelp @XfinitySupport I thought it was just me! This is crazy - i put in code four times, reset xfinity box then got in only to loop to home screen as play doesn’t work! I pick any show hit play and go back to home screen.

A heads up. Our @HBOMax account was hacked and login was changed. HBO CS is useless. I cancelled the account and re-upped through another provider. If you are 1 of the lucky few who hasn't been hacked, go in and change your password NOW. 1/2

@HBOMaxHelp @dasilvalining It would be nice if you just fixed the app overall or told us what to do because seems all Roku users are having this issue. I just wanted to download the app on my Roku and the screen won’t even load when I try to get into the app. Don’t even have an account yet

I swear @hbomax is the literal WORST streaming app. Constantly freezing, kicking me out, playing sound without video, nearly impossible to rewind without it taking forever to load, etc. So glad I leach on someone else’s account and don’t actually pay for this garbage.

@joyhuilin @hbomax @hulu I guess sometime between Wonder Woman 84 and now, they changed the interface so you just have to use your Hulu login on the HBO Max site for the films released simultaneously in theaters and HBO Max. But there wasn’t, like, an information pop up or anything on Hulu :/

@HBOMaxHelp I have Samsung (5 Series) smart TV, and I subscribed about two days ago. Since then, I have been having a terrible time watching movies and shows. It keeps buffering and slightly glitches at times. Why is this happening and how long would this be an issue?
