@HBOMaxHelp Like I said, your content is good but the app is truly awful when you peel back the pretty. Pretty much every week it slows down or stops working with no meaningful feedback. Reboot device and log out/in often solves it but golly it's arduous and leaves a bad taste.

@hbomax Your app sucks on TVs. It stops, prompting resets. It freezes, forcing the TV to be unplugged. It skips and stutters on some scenes. It gets stuck on loading screens. Fix your junk.

@Oliver78Jacob @hbomax HBO doesn't make or handle HBOMax, WarnerMedia does. So, it's even worse and it goes like "For a company with net worth upwards of $100 Billion, HBOMax has a terrible UI backed by their own sub-par servers."

@HBOMaxHelp hi I am still having issues with viewing Mare of Easttown. It’s the only think not playing properly on the HBO Max app via AppleTV device. Other titles on HBOMax will play without issues, not Mare of Easttown however. How can this be fixed?

@Jewd_Law @hbomax They only place I could get the rewind to work was on my desktop but only if I didn't cast it to stream it. I googled this and a lot of people are complaining about this so they are aware and haven't done anything to fix it. This is insane. What a hot mess!

@HBOMaxHelp Hi thankyou yes I have restarted the ps4 and make sure the ps4 is up to date and the app as well but still the issue happens. When it happens is when I'm watching any movie/tvshow like 30 min in the error shows up and sometimes when I pause and press play the same error shows up
