@hbomax need to fix your computer platform, back and forward doesn’t work with keyboard arrows, volume doesn’t work either with keyboard and pointer doesn’t disappear, have to drag it to the side.

@HBOMaxHelp Did everything recommended, didn't work. Almost every time I try to stream an episode, it doesn't work, the app crashes, and it does this several times before it actually works. Again, it's not the device, because all of the other services work fine.
