@hbomax why are there so many problems with your app ? Would really like to watch Succession and Curb Your Enthusiasm, but once again nothing will play. Yours is the only streaming app of the 5 I have that is consistently problematic.

@hbomax So. I know that I have been a LONG WAY from the only one to complain about there being no damned way to turn off autoplay when watching shows on your site. I am probably just the only one who's DONE WITH IT. You have until New Year's to fix this crap, or I'm out.

Pro tip to @hbomax app users trying to watch a downloaded show on an airplane if you’re using the in-flight Wi-Fi: turn off the Wi-Fi otherwise the app will try to load tons of graphics over the slow connection. Pro tip to @hbomax: fix this.
