@hbomax I waited months for you to come to Roku. Now, Lovecraft Country will not play. I made it to episode 6, and each time I hit play, I am thrown out of the app and back yo the Roku main page. Can you fix this?

@HBOMaxHelp I tried, but these do not help. I live in Ohio. I called a friend in AL, who is obviously using a diff Roku Player and TV. She is having the same problemw/ episode 6 of Lovecraft County. This has been happening since last night.

@Roku @hbomax I had subscribed to HBOMax before Roku picked it up. On Roku it’s not giving me a Sign In option only Subscribe Now. I’ve deleted and reinstalled app. I’ve restarted Roku. What next?

@HBOMaxHelp Same. It launches, asks who is watching, goes to Home Page, doesn’t accept any navigation, jumps back to Roku screen. No issues on other devices.

Why doesn’t @hbomax have back logs of @LastWeekTonight ?! If I want to show my boyfriend the mcconnell attack ad from S1, I have to find a low quality one on youtube. We deserve to see that gross penis in HD!

@hbomax So to setup my account I have to go to my email to get a one time use code, and when you go get the code the app backs you out and says you have to go get a one time code again. Do you see the issue?
