@googlenesthelp Rebooted all relevant devices. Camera, router and Google WiFi devices. Distance between camera and Google WiFi is probably 2m. WiFi sits beside other electrical devices, but always had done and issue only came up fairly recently. Device can drop out for seconds, to even hours.

My dad has been on a chat with @googlenesthelp for 90 minutes trying to get his hub max replaced (because the volume button is broken) and THEN they said they had to call him back later because they couldn't read the ridiculously small serial number in the damn machine 🙄

Thought my @GetSpectrum internet kept going out. Sorry about that, guys. Turns out it was just my @NETGEAR R7000 that I bought last October. Not paying $90 to talk to someone for help & I’m not a networking major. Switched to @googlenest wifi. Will never buy Netgear again. 🤮

@googlenest It's been doing that for about a month and we can't reach it, says offline and it also is not turning on or off the ac. We know the ac works because the handheld remote works for it.

@googlenest I have modified routines to stop the problem so it is ok but it is strange that i cannot define two different routines for the two homes. I will reinstall nest mini at home 2 with google account of home 2, it will be easier.

@googlenest i have not been able to open my Google home app since Monday (Google crash). There is always the message that I have no internet connection. This happens on my Android smartphone and in my Chromebook. Household members can control everything normal. What can I do?

Thanks @googlenest for making WiFi easy. No pouring through chats trying to figure out why my router keeps rebooting every 2 min. Yours just works! @NETGEAR should pay attention. My year old R7000 crapped out two months out of warranty. No help from them unless you want to pay.

@googlenest New issue - Earlier even if the light was off I would simply say Bedroom Light 20% & it would SMARTLY switch ON to 20% brightness, but now after the latest change I have to use two commands. First Switch ON command and then the brightness level command. Please fix it.

@googlenest worst customer service ever. Returned my new but broken thermostat 3 weeks ago. Hours and spent on the phone trying to get them to send me the new one they promised. 18 inches of snow coming tomorrow!! Still nothin from them.
