@googlenesthelp No, literally every time I've DM you in the past you spend a week on an issue and haven't fixed any of them. The last time was realizing I don't pay for the premium nest service and my entire issue was why wasn't my recording 24/7 and you couldn't figure it out and had me rest

@googlenesthelp the worst support ive ever had. Broken thermostat, agent kept me online an 70 mins going through the online manual id already. When i said this they asked ME for a picture to prove I was doing it, as if I lied. No replacement as held 20 mins "getting details" joke

@googlenesthelp Hiya - Its an Iphone xr with the latest ios update. Like i mentioned all notifications were working fine till yiur system crash yesterday & had been for over 12 months. Yeah activity zones set up & all notifications on.

@googlenesthelp I’ve got a Nest Learning Thermostat that I’ve had for about a year and it has been connected to my Wi-Fi and about 10 days ago it lost Wi-Fi connection and I cannot get it to reconnect. I’ve reset everything and even reset the thermostat. Please help!

@goody2sues @googlenesthelp The support team are suppose to be helping out but they're not doing their job honestly it's bad, it was a long wait for me when my Instagram got locked for no reason but all thanks to Nesthacks on instagram they helped me fix and recover my locked account within few minutes

my 1 year @googlenest Journey: 1st - Nest Thermostat: 🍋 - had to get it replaced. 2nd - Nest Thermostat: Decided it had enough and froze ambient temp to 32° - so couldn't turn on my heat. 3rd - Upgraded to Nest Learning Thermostat: Can't find any Networks (known issue) the end
