It’s nice that @Google bought @googlenest only to let it stagnate and be plagued with stability issues, as well as refusing to make any improvements like syncing multiple thermostats to optimize their usage between home levels. Two days now of servers being down for hours. 😪

@PassportAndPix @googlenesthelp Random, but does the radio alarm work in Canadian English? We have a google speaker, and i don't like the UK voice, so i changed it to US and she gave me Fahrenheit. Changed to Canadian and it's in Celsius. Not the best fix but could work maybe?

@googlenesthelp I’m using a nest learning thermostat, a couple of weeks ago it dropped off from the internet I tried to reconnect but it couldn’t find my internet signal. I’ve restarted but still nothing. It was giving a W5 error. It is now stuck in a restart loop as it says 1/2

@googlenesthelp Nest guard offline did 2 restarts and update wifi when it looks to.check for an update blue ring spins and then says unable to update try again later. Some of my doors are also showing offline as well.

@RobFromInternet @googlenest There appears to be a problem with that power source that I, with my limited HVAC experience, cannot troubleshoot. I did, by the way, replace the Nest batter, since I thought that was the issue. I was wrong.

Ok the time has come to DUMP the @googlenest #NestWiFi as it keeps throttling my speeds to a max of 90Mbps. Not the cables I’m using as tested the same ones hard wired to the port and it’s full gigabit speed. What are the best alternatives? I’m pissed as it's $400 down the drain!

@googlenesthelp my nest thermo e don’t connect to wifi anymore. What we already did, reboot our modems (all devices can connect), reset the nest, reset and restart the nest again and again. So we did our part like six times. Can you help us?

@googlenesthelp Few days ago, my Nest constantly reported "unable to find network" issue. I attempted several times resetting my WiFi router and Nest but the issue still exists. There were many other WiFi devices in the vicinity & they all can connect to WiFi n/w. Please help!

@googlenesthelp Unfortunately your recommendation of uninstalling and reinstalling is not the problem or case….you might wanna actually know about technology before giving advice as such as that…..as for Brinks calling was a “PANIC ALARM” signal, not a signal that it’s offline!

Hey @googlenesthelp, is there an outage on the Hello? My other cameras work but my Hello has been in and out for the last 15-20 minutes. Already cycled the power and confirmed I can ping it successfully on my local network, but the Nest interface keeps showing "offline".

@googlenesthelp Nest guard went offline at 7:10 PM. I'm seeing lots of other people saying the same thing. Cellular backup not working and basic functions like door chimes and the connected devices all went offline when I rebooted it. Reset wifi successfully - still offline.
