    @googlenesthelp @Google really hard to believe that 15 days since promising to validate the order management system, the issue of incorrect debit on my card is not yet resolved despite sharing tracking numbers. Are you really a tech leader with such a primitive order management system?#pathetic

    @googlenesthelp "Live video unavailable.The camera may be unreachable or saving battery" Lots w/similar problems but nothing from you indicating that you are doing anything about this or what the issue is. I just bought this indoor/outdoor battery cam yesterday and it’s a brick!

    @googlenesthelp It's quite poor that you don't sell replacement adapters. Accidents happen, children trip, adapters get snapped. Now I have a device which is perfectly fine but can't be used because of a broken charger. What a waste!

    @googlenesthelp I have broken my power adapter for a home hub. Where can I get another one? Your own specification page gives the wrong information as a 15w DC adapter doesn't work.

    @googlenesthelp There is no choice of router band in setup mode within Google Home app. It searched and connected automatically. I double checked the router and it is connected to the 2.4 wifi. I still still have the same issue.

    @googlenest I love the Nest Renew program! Are there any plans to help people install their own solar panels? I can't afford them outright and the sales pressure from the companies that offer financing are horrible. It could be a way to increase the impact the program has.

    @googlenesthelp I have a 3rd generation Nest. Its Heat Link failed and I tried all options on your support forum. I found a post saying that Google has an official replacement program with Boxt in the UK. Could you please help me with this as it’s cold.

    @googlenesthelp After 7 days you are still trying to provide help, with one of the essential item for any household. There is only, one help you guys could provide me at this point, sent me back my even defective device so that I can start my thermostat and move on to a different device.

    @googlenesthelp Was able to get live view here and there, but nothing consistent Seems to record activity while this is happening (cannot confirm 100%) Checked up/download speeds at location (up 36 and down 375) Turned camera on/off. No change Removed device from app and setup

    @googlenesthelp Original Home Mini. This past week - can't specify a date. Also today when I ask it to pause it was lowering the volume to near nothing then continuing to play. I've rebooted a couple of times this week but realise it's more likely an issue on Google's side.

    @googlenesthelp Nothing resolved the issue Not using mesh as others stated I have an old Nest Hello wired and it works like a champ but am very disappointed in this device. There are so many with the same issue and I am surprised that you have not resolved the issue/s

    @googlenesthelp Two days ago and out of the blue. Restarted the thermostat. It still cannot see ANY networks and my phone can see all of them. Restarted router anyway. Didn’t help. Thought about doing a full reset but did not.

    @googlenesthelp Ok so that's my problem. I need to download stuff that's not an event which the new nest can't do. Looks like I'll have to look for an alternative brand of camera.
