@googlenesthelp Hi.All of a sudden the WiFi died in my nest thermostat. I have restarted & reset it, & now it can't be added to the app or even used manually! I have rebooted my WiFi, & it is working fine for everything else, including my other Nest thermostat. Please help quick!

@CoxHelp I got a new router now my @googlenesthelp will go offline 1x a day! This is ridiculous. I forgot the device and reset it up as a new one figuring that would fix the issue. But no! What is the problem I’m beyond frustrated. It worked fine with previous router.

@googlenesthelp It's a Learning Thermostat, 3rd gen, purchased November 29, 2019 and installed within a month or so after that. I'm in the USA. I can't even get it added to the app. I got an M15 error at one point. But now nothing really.

@towndrinker @googlenest It's always this galaxy-brain "TRUST US WE KNOW BETTER BECAUSE DATA" ****, and it's beyond ridiculous. I've considered "smart appliances" before, but now I'm looking for the least complicated replacements for so many things.

@googlenest I’m also having the same issue on multiple apple devices iOS with most current Nest app. App shows thermostat offline but the device itself is online. Additionally Nest cams are working fine.

@googlenest doorbell is ******* useless. Keeps going off line. What's the point in it alerting that somebody was at my door if then I try to see, but says its offline. 😡♿

@googlenesthelp @googlenesthelp All of my Nest products (thermostat, cameras and smoke detectors) have unlinked themselves. When I open the app or go online, it asks me to setup my account again. Then an error message saying trouble connecting to Nest Services, try again later?

@towndrinker @googlenest that's the problem -- this was pre-google (barely) Nest. Google came in, decided they wanted to hoover up more data, and changed the settings irrevocably. Close to monopolistic practice, removing a feature to require a hardware upgrade.

@googlenesthelp my Nest thermostat dropped it WiFi connection a couple of weeks ago. When I try to reconnect, the thermostat cannot find any networks at all. I know my network is up and I have reset the thermostat several times. Please help.

Ahhh @Google @googlenest. You never fail to disappoint me. Just bought a Nest Protect only to find there is ZERO integration with my Google home hubs. Seriously? How hard would it be to have the hubs announce that the Nest Protect has detected smoke? So poor @googlenesthelp

@googlenesthelp Hey there, so I upgraded my modem/router directly from Cox. Prior it never dropped offline, it does now every day since. I have the basic Nest purchased via power company. It’s literally the only thing that has changed is the type of router. The name info and all that is the same

@googlenesthelp I'm pretty upset I reached out to Support for the W5 error on my #nest thermostat only for them to tell me that it's out of warranty for a known issue with these devices. I didn't appreciate that they ended the chat by sending me a link to buy another one

@superpixels @googlenest my pre-Google Nests are as far as I’ve ever cared to go with smart home ****. it’d take some real specific lifestyle circumstances for me to branch out at this point… the cost/benefit just doesn’t add up, and corporate access to my basic personal life is a big part of that

@madebygoogle 3 @googlenest support calls 2 engineer visits paid by me and 4 google emails and you still don’t understand the issue. I have a faulty thermostat heat link that has a stuck relay, confined by the 2nd support agent confirmed this and you are mean to be escalating the issue!
