    @googlenesthelp our google nest wifi stopped being connected and with google nest support we can't even pair it to the heat link, and still not able to connect it to the wife. I think the nest is faulty. Please help we have limited control over our heating in the house!

    @googlenest nice again is the WORST in home thermostat available! In the middle of an article blast it’s gonna tell no heat till 4am, like they bills in my crib!!! House is 65 degrees and dropping 🥶

    @dt_joyce @googlenest @Sonos Totally agree. I hope Google can work out how to fix this issue for millions of their customers. Sonos made my smart home slightly dumber in 2022.

    @googlenesthelp Lots of problems with Assistant on Nest Audio lately. Many commands that used to work no longer work. Specifically integration with @Logitech Harmony remote controls are completely broken. Please fix ASAP.

    @googlenesthelp Hi, I have my Nest Hub stucked in the grey screen with the white G after a power outage :( . I've already tried unplugging it for a while and factory resetting it but it's still the same. Is there anything I can do to unbrick it?

    @googlenesthelp hi, I have had a google doorbell, and when i talk to someone the volume is really low. It's up to full on the settings. The auto response options are loud and clear. Tried this with 2 different phones and it's the same. Can u help?

    Hey @googlenest, 1 of my Nest Hubs has been mysteriously disconnecting from Nest Wifi recently for no apparent reason. My other 4 Hubs are fine. The problem unit is closest to the Wifi and there's nothing between them. Whenever it disconnects, I have to reboot it. Any tips?

    @googlenesthelp still waiting on an update. I was told 24 to 48 hrs. It's been 3 days since that and 6 days since I reported the issue to you. Why don't you just say - we have your money couldn't care less. At least I'd then know.

    @balloob Just a word of warning to everyone using a nest doorbell in a colder climate. There is a well known issue with charging the nest doorbell when it's hardwired and outside temperatures as are anywhere near 0C or below (roughly). @googlenest seems to ignore the issue.

    My new thermostat came today! My @googlenest @madebygoogle is such garbage. Between inching my temps up and up and up, and the "Whoops gotta report home to Google. Please wait while we do that before we turn your fan on." -- I'm excited to be done with it forever. #smarthome

    @googlenesthelp It's -22 at the moment and the #nest camera is still offline due to "extreme" weather. We leave in CANADA, not Florida FFS. This is ridiculous. @ONconsumer

    @googlenesthelp We’ve tried every setting and the heat will not come on until it wants to randomly…and when it is on it doesn’t heat the house to the desired temp, it cuts off prematurely…we even turned the smart/eco function…plz help lol

    Seriously @Google ? I have @googlenest cams and for two years and my @Apple iPhone gets all the notifications before my pixel5 does. The range varies from 1-10 mins. But a google product to a google phone should never be delayed. Wtf? (This has been a problem in my mind 4 years)

    @alsutton @googlenest I found that the TCP over stateful NAT is often less reliable than the same TCP tunneled over stateless SIT protocol. NAT can effectively kill silent connections. It's probably not IPv4 problem but IPv4+NAT problem.

    @googlenesthelp So nobody has contacted me so far to fix the nest thermostat. We were freezing whole last night. This is the level of customer service we receive from this company. That means let customer freezes whole night and we do not care!!!

    I've been using a Google Nest Thermostat since end of September 2021. Last week it suddenly went offline, gave a w5 network error and no matter what I do it cannot see any wireless networks (tried resetting everything) :-( @googlenesthelp

    @googlenest if one router on a mesh Wi-Fi goes down the system should find the next closest. Unfortunately that’s not what happens the system just searches for it’s preferred router and I can’t reset it remotely. Please add remote reset function

    And now @googlenest I am getting camera offline alerts constantly. You need to fix this it’s unnecessary if I had a remote reset feature. It would just reconnect to the same Wi-Fi but a differently placed router
