@googlenesthelp The thermostat keeps shutting itself down because it can’t hold a charge. It charges a little bit when left alone but once I start using it it shuts down and goes black

Not impressed with our @googlenest ! Just as energy is its most expensive, it decides, despite my 2 attempts at reducing our hearing hours, to put our heating on all night last night! At least @home_assistant was there to keep an eye on it, so I could tell and try (again) to fix.

Chk ur bnk statmnts if you buy from @googlenest . There might be multiple chrgs. Been trying for 4 weeks to get duplicate charge refunded. And they still don’t know why it happened or how to fix it . #googlenestduplicatecharges

It’s been 6 weeks since @googlenest pushed an update that caused home/away asst to go nuts. They’re only suggestion - turn Homeaway assist off. Fix the update.

@googlenesthelp Said it couldn’t find the wifi. Speakers said same thing. Unplugged and replugged so it could re-establish the connection. And have had to do that to the speakers 2-3 times in the last week. Never happened before. And the Nest Hub is dead. G-screen error for the last few hours.

@googlenesthelp have there been a fix for loss of wifi issues on Gen 3 thermostats? I have tried all the troubleshooting steps and the wifi works for all my other Google devices.

@googlenesthelp looks like google support is very busy ALL the time. Home away assist not working again. Good job google! Way to take a good product and drive it in to the ground. How about a fix instead of telling everyone to DM you!!

@googlenesthelp What would that have to do with anything? These same devices have been connected to my WiFi for over 18 months with no issue. Now after an OTA update they stopped working, or needed a reboot to reconnect. Just admit the firmware update is bricking some devices.

@googlenesthelp Yes I charged it by plugging on the usb cable but it only holds the charge for a few minutes then shuts down again. I am in USA

@googlenesthelp Hi! Thanks for checking in. That’s some good CS. I had to add the device that wasn’t connecting to a new home, and move all of my existing devices to the new home I created. It worked but this glitch can be quite a problem if I buy new Nest devices and run into the same problem.

@googlenesthelp The shopping list function on our Home is broken. It won't add things, it just searches for the phrase. It's also suddenly forgotten my voice and won't let me set it up again, because it claims my phone doesn't have Wi-Fi (which it does)

@googlenesthelp Your latest software update has created an N72 error for many users (Nest community forum). No heat in 1 zone for over a month. Support said I needed a new base plate. Wasted $50 and still no heat. Any way to roll back the software so I can have heat again?

@googlenesthelp @googlenesthelp The app on iPhone and iPad is frequently very slow to load the main page with cameras and 2 thermostats. Sometimes they will fail to load and kick me out to the login screen. Sometimes I need to force quit and end up at login again.
