    @googlenest Yes, it works, but response times are terrible, can take up to 10 seconds for the device to react, where before the outage it used to be much faster. It varies a lot.

    @googlenest It is about 3 metres away from the router with a good signal shown when connecting the device to WiFi. No network changes recently. Tried rebooting router and also tried setting up from my phone hotspot with the same cloud error.

    @googlenest The beet resolution would be to get a Nest Pro out to fix it, which you've said you won't pay for. So I'm going to have to set up oil radiators on timers for my kids this weekend because they're waking up at 5am. I just wish you'd give me a refund.

    @googlenesthelp could your devs push an update to the Nestcam that makes its LED pulse orange or red if it cant connect to wifi? (the way the old dropcam does) I've got a camera thats 5 days old now that keeps going offline, and its impossible to tell if its a bad with no visual

    @googlenest Since the issues this week my Hub Max has been in a constant boot loop. Reset many times and always get ‘Problem Connecting to the Cloud’ during the Google Assistant, Music, Video setup sections.

    @googlenest Hello, I bought the cast in April and like since the beginning i had problems with it. The cast wont connect to phones mostly sometimes it works (1 time a month) and keeps saying wifi problems even tho i tried 3 wifi networks still same problem.. Resetting dont work either .

    @jedweeks @googlenesthelp @MICKYIMP Did that happen last Tuesday? Last week everything went offline. Nest secure, Yale locks. I called support and they made me connect the nest connect to a hot spot,factory reset the locks and the secure and once connected change the wifi on the connect back to my home network.

    @googlenesthelp Correct. I've tried the obvious thing to reboot the camera but the fact that the settings in the web interface don't stick makes me think a problem on your end.

    @googlenest they may have the best Thermostat but when they stop working, their customer support is the worst. Been 34 days and still no resolution. Advisor asked when to call, I told him when, but no call received. Been 2 days now. You should be ashamed of this lack of care.

    By far the worst smart product i have purchased is the nest protect smoke and carbon monoxide dector by @googlenest I bought it to help save energy but instead its killing the environment and my budget because it consumes crazy amount of battery. I'm gonna sledgehammer it soon.

    @jedweeks @michaelv50211 @googlenesthelp I was told today that by a senior advisor that they were disconnecting and other people were having the same issue. They should be testing updates properly before being released now. Seems like widespread issue.

    @googlenest when you try and watch recorded video on the app, it does not play. You just see a still. The app is so bad.

    @googlenest Both Google homes have been reset recently due to a different problem & my router has been rebooted due to unrelated connection issues. I have problems with the assistant on my phone when I'm out in my car using mobile data. It's not an issue with my set up, ur assistant is broke

    @googlenesthelp @MICKYIMP Having same issue also. Threads all over reddit and twitter about it. Google sending replacements out (mine on the way) but others saying replacements they got are having same issue. Seems like software bug.

    @googlenest I got the new nest thermostat. It worked fine before. Now its not working via google assistant at all. Google assistant keeps sending me tabs on how to setup the thermostat. Its very irritating at this point. There are no updates to install either.

    @googlenesthelp yes its since installation on the indoor model, every time it goes offline and I get notified via the app, it has no status light on it. power cycling it fixes it immediately or waiting 15-20 minutes seems to restore it too

    Hi @googlenesthelp my google nest wifi is constantly disconnecting no matter what I'm doing (working on my laptop, surfing, video calls, etc.) It's become completely unreliable and disruptive. I know many others are having the same issue. When will this be resolved? Thanks!
