@Pacman_I95 @googlenesthelp @Pacman - what is firmware version on your nest? Google pushed a rogue version (6.2.22) that has caused this problem to many Neat owners. This version they don’t acknowledge or support. Secondly, there is a reported chip problem in the Nest.

@googlenesthelp I want to scroll back to see when my kid woke up from her nap, and how long she napped. The recent activity doesn’t really help with that. It shows me clips of the history which doesn’t give me those parts of the history I need. We have nest aware as well.

@googlenesthelp So the recent activity doesn’t really help for what I’m looking for as far as history. I want to be able to scroll backwards like in the nest app for each camera. Our new camera says “history” when I click it in the google home app but none of the others do.

Do NOT buy a Nest thermostat from @googlenest. Ours broke, the replacement is broken, (clearer a 'rehabbed' one that isn't actually rehabbed), we have no goddamn heat, and I can hear them dicking my husband around on the phone. Anyone have an alternative that works remotely?

@googlenesthelp Nest Thermostat E no longer connects to wifi. I've spent tons of hours for over a week doing all the steps in Nest help guides with no luck. This is the only device unable to connect and my Nest Doorbell has no issues. I think the device is faulty. Help, in USA.

@googlenesthelp I have a Google WiFi Router setup as a WiFi point but it won’t connect via a hard wire setup. The app says it’s connected via mesh and the signal@is excruciatingly slow as it is a fair distance from the last point in the network that works. 1/2

@Pacman_I95 @googlenesthelp After going thru scripted troubleshooting they will tell you that your not is out of warranty. In reality, either they caused the problem by making you a Guinea pig for that firmware or bad chip set. No ownership. It’s a shame.

@googlenesthelp I don’t remember my last successful login, as I’ve always used the app and normally just opens the camera every time. I am in the US.
