    @googlenesthelp Resetting the device, clearing the cache, reintegrating my Google account, removing it from my "Home" in the app....This seems to be a widespread issue, that's impacting more than me (based on a quick Twitter search). So I'm guessing this is an issue on Google's end.

    @deflatermouse When we did ours 3 yrs ago I briefly toyed with the idea of the @googlenest version. But price and likely obsolescence within a decade made that a bad choice. Some things are better left simple.

    @jordanfd @googlenesthelp Jordan it’s like calling Comcast. You’re dealing with a level 1 tech who is reading through a script and unable to deviate from it despite knowing their is a larger problem at hand. I reported the same 2 days ago. My app hasn’t reported usage in 4 days

    @googlenest @googlenesthelp @madebygoogle been having trouble with 8 nest protects continually going off, saying expired, and will not connect to WiFi despite router/device resets 4 wired, 4 battery. Same issue with all. UK customer. Help!!!!!

    @googlenesthelp my 3rd gen Nest thermostat hasn’t connected to wifi for months - TD004 (3.65) error code anytime I try to connect. Defeats the whole purpose having Nest. Could you help?

    @googlenest WTF is with your crappy service????? You try to sign in and it asks you to sign in with Google. You sign in with Google and it asks you migrate. You try to migrate and it goes back to trying to sign in with nest and then Google again. What a **** show.

    That's it started. Mrs comes in "I'm freezing." That's an exaggeration. "yes, but it's not as warm as it was". @googlenest I badly need a password protect system to get heating over 18 degrees, help!

    As a huge fan of @Google I have to say, the @googlenest wifi is the biggest piece of garbage. And, I HATE LEVEL 1 tech support. They have no idea what they are doing.
