    @googlenesthelp I am struggling with nest support for my 3rd gen thermostat giving e74 error. Tried everything suggested...they are just saying get an HVAC tech...but the old thermostat works just fine....this is second unit I that hasn't lasted over 2-3 years. What is exp life ?

    Hey @AqaraSmarthouse! I’ve been a @googlenesthelp Nest user for close to 15 years. My most recent Nest Thermostat has been disconnecting from my wifi. It’s 3 years old. Nest don’t seem to care. I have a bunch of Aqara cams, hub and lock. How’s your thermostat? Can you help?

    @googlenesthelp My Nest Mini 2 seems to have broken completely. When ask it to play a playlist from my @Spotify Premium it plays some other random playlist. It's made playing songs on it almost impossible. Ive already unplugged it, factory reset it & deleted & reinstalled it
