@googlenesthelp my nest has worked fine for years but has been offline since midnight. Im unable to reconnect. Your outage page shows everything is normal which apparently its not. Please fix, thank you.

@googlenesthelp Nest app freezes when viewing history. Have to force close and re-open for it to work. Also, when opening app to view live or history it will go to a blue screen and say service is unavailable. That’s been going in for years!! How is this hard to fix? You’re a tech company!

@ShivT1971 @googlenest Funny that this appeared in my feed today, I've been having a similar issue since I got the P6 Pro. Nest support was worthless and couldn't understand why you need both Home and Nest apps and even described my thermostat as "a legacy product."
