@googlenesthelp I have a nest aware plus subscription. Video shows blurred screen with note no event detected, then camera was offline ( but none of my other cameras dropped). Again I scrolled through this 5 min of missing footage 10 mins earlier and when I went to save a clip footage was gone
@googlenesthelp I am setting up the thermostat for the first time and has had this error from the start. It will also not connect Bluetooth to my phone during the setup stages. I have reset my router and turned off all Bluetooth connections and cycled the Bluetooth on and off on my phone.
@googlenesthelp I have a Nest Thermostat E with a bad wifi chip. This is a known and common issue but Google will not replace it as my warranty has expired. A supervisor was supposed to call me yesterday to discuss but no call. Poor customer service and product backing.
@googlenesthelp my nest E thermostat will not locate my internet connection nor any networks. I have verified that my internet works on my other devices. How can I fix this?
@googlenesthelp I have an IPhone. I think it’s an outage on your part. This is what happened with the last outage.
@googlenesthelp Hi, is it possible to set the network to restart automatically. Say, 02.00 as I notice some of my mesh drops out over time and restarting fixes the problem. I just have a lot of WiFi that runs through the network daily, so need to keep the network top-top.
@kfury @googlenest I couldn’t help but wonder, though, how much having an email address signed up to a Google Suite service (or via Google Domain) is an edge case. You’d think logically it’s *easier* to treat it like a third party email. They must be doing some checks in the database.
@googlenesthelp Yes, nest thermostat in the US. I never get an error message. It just constantly searches for network and never finds one. During setup through the app it's the white rings in a circle that spin for hours. Or if go through the device it's the blue circle "searching for network"
@tom_weaver @googlenest I came across that problem as well. Unfortunately it feels like the team was given a requirement to move to Google Accounts and the edge cases proved difficult so they ended up doing so in as minimal a way as possible and now there’s no requirement to fix it.
I have contacted over the period @googlenesthelp and they have every time attempted to blame the H71 error on me or my environment I live in. So far they have included these reasons. I own mirrors in my home. I have to many windows in my house. I have not enough WI-FI AP.
Nearly two years of owning my @googlenesthelp thermostat and still once a week or so, I get the H71 error. (Means disconnected from the heat link, no heating) I have to go to my garage and hold the heat link for 30+ seconds to reboot, then come back and reconnect my thermostat.
@googlenesthelp I've not been able to get my nest to connect to wifi the past two days. Wifi is working, I've reset everything multiple times. Who in support should I contact for a warranty replacement due to the wifi problem with nest 3.0?
@googlenesthelp @madebygoogle Nest Protect keeps saying they are disconnected from the internet. We troubleshooted and it still isn't working. Is there an outage?
@WackoMedia @googlenest I'm always up to date. Some devices can be, others cannot. A simple fix would be to let users overwrite this setting across ALL devices.
@googlenest worst company ever don’t respect there own warranty do not get near or buy of there products NVER BUYING NEST AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! They are very rude and don’t care of any of there clients STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!
