@TedNesi @googlenest Charged up the @googlenesthelp thermostat that had gone offline. Was back working but now it’s offline again. Might have to go back to the other thermostats.

@googlenesthelp our nest thermostat won't connect to wifi although all the other devices are able to connect. Reset and poweroff did not help either. Could you please help us ?

@TedNesi @googlenest We disconnected the A/C wire and that did the trick. Temporary fix until we get a different power source. Apparently the a/c shuts down as a precaution in suoer low temps.

@TedNesi @SenArchambault @googlenest If you're in the market for a smart thermostats that use a common wire for power let me first help you pick out a shotgun so you can blow it off the wall in frustration. What a pain in the *** for older systems, i.e. running new wires.

@googlenesthelp is something down? As of yesterday I can’t login to the iOS nest app with my google sign in that had been working for over a year. Tried reinstalling app and signing out and in with google.

@googlenesthelp Learning, either Gen 2 or 3. House is stuck at 55. Thermostat has been set to 65-68 all day but not warming. Furnance is running. Getting some heat, but thermostat 1 has gone offline 2x today.

@madebygoogle @googlenest @googlenestsupport wanted to replace our 4 thermostats w Google Nest Thermostats. Compatibility tool told us it wld work, then installation guide said we needed Power Connectors. Hired pros to help, but still incompatible.
