@googlenesthelp Yeah, tried that already. It's still beeping and low volume. I got help with the online chat and I was told I need to provide proof of purchase even though I bought them 3 months ago, recently moved and probably don't have the receipt anymore.

@googlenesthelp this is a warning to anyone hoping to get a simple issue rectified with Google for my nest doorbell don’t bother they are useless I have had issues since October and no one will sort out the problem I strongly advise you to think about a different doorbell

@googlenesthelp - Nest Thermostat lost connection to Wi-Fi and now can’t find any networks. Gone through all options around rebooting and reconnecting as suggested but it just not picking any of the networks. This is frustrating and spending too much time. Please HELP!

All of my @googlenest Protects went offline on Saturday night. I had NO CLUE until I saw one of them blinking orange at night tonight. Opened the app to see all my Protects offline for 48+ hours! No app notification, even the device itself didn’t indicate anything until later!

@googlenest Why am I all of a sudden being asked to sign in everytime I want to change my temp. Get rid of this or I’ll rip the Nest thermostat right off my wall. I went years without having to log on. Dave Singletary.

@googlenesthelp two reps on the phone hung up the phone on me after I told them that I would be recording the conversation because they are admitting that there is a known issue with the Wi-Fi chip in the nest thermostat but because my units are out of warranty they won't help me

@googlenesthelp I’ve reinstalled the app twice and the problem continues. It’s very frustrating especially when we’re paying a lot of money for a service we’re not getting. Plus I can’t keep an eye on security for my home.

@googlenest Ever since the 22Q2 update last fall our 3yr old Google mesh points have had intermittent loss of signal. Never once happened before. Has to be related to the update. When will @googlenest correct this problem?

@googlenesthelp We just did upgrade internet services but it wasn’t working before that either! I was hoping a new service and equipment would fix the issue but still remains unable to connect to WiFi.

@googlenest And don't even get me started on the "by the way" BS. No, I don't want tips for other things I already know I can do. Yes, I already disabled that in the Home app, and it keeps doing it anyway. The worst part is, this is still less annoying that competing smart speakers.

Bit disappointed @googlenesthelp I fitted a Nest 3rd gen 22 months ago for one of my customers and developed a Wi-Fi issue, after ringing nest and going through all the troubleshooting,you emailed customer to say it needs replacement, he emailed back and was told needs to buy one
