@googlenesthelp @googlenest 2 weeks already and even the Senior Tech not able help. Initially I was angry, but now I pity them. Poor support people having tough time supporting crappy @googlenest wifi mesh.

@googlenest This morning I received a Twitter invite from you to Direct Message me. Thinking it was a response to my above support issue, I allowed the Direct Message. It turned out to just be a web link to a Google sales page. So, you are now blocked for Direct Messages.

@googlenest The Philips Hue hub is right next to the router. There are bulbs in the same room as the hub and the router, all the google homes in the house have the same issue.

@googlenesthelp are your nest camera servers down? I haven’t have a camera feed for 20 min now, rebooted my modem and re connected my nest cam to my wifi network.

@googlenest I got the I don’t know how to help with that. What’s interesting is that I just tried flipping the command (at 5 turn off the light...) it u set stood that, but not to turn the light on

Anyone have a @googlenest thermostat and migrate to Google Home Account? I did the migration of my account this weekend and now google home keeps switching my thermostat to “Away” when I’m actually at home. #help
