    @googlenesthelp I’m having issues with my Nest thermostat connecting to Wi-Fi. It never finds any network to connect to. Other devices connect fine. Rebooted the router with no luck. Reset the thermostat with no luck either. The network is a 2.4Ghz network Any help would be great

    @googlenest It works fine on its own app. I got the device to show up before on my Google home app but it never really connected so that’s what I was trying to fix but I guess I broke it more lol

    @googlenest I will try but I don't think it's the connection as I had the same issue when I rented the movie a month ago. Also, is the watch trailer button not working a known bug?

    @googlenest I tried returning to factory settings. Adjusting the audio settings and using a different hdmi. Restarting doesn't fix it, I have to take it out of the hdmi port and plug it back in.

    @googlenest Also, WiFi connectivity is wildly inconsistent. It’s right next to the wireless access point, and is the only device in the house that has trouble. Ethernet seems ok though.

    @googlenest hi my 3rd gen thermostat started heating my house permanently 5C above the temp set on the thermostat and the schedule. The house is too hot and it won’t turn off the heating. Told ‘try later’ with chat and can’t get through on the phone - please help. Thanks.

    @googlenest Yeah... for some reason apps seem to be stuck in a download pending status. Also the time isn’t correct. I’ve verified network is connected bia Ethernet. It seems a lot of folks are having this problem.

    @googlenest Thanks guys. You decided to combine accounts to help me. The account I don’t need has all of the information available and the one I do want is no longer available. I’m ready to completely rip Nest out of this house and replace it. Contacting you for help..impossible

    Disappointed with @googlenesthelp. Snow on the ground outside and the best they can do about our 1 year old broken down Heat(!) Link is send us a new one - in 5-7 working days. So that's no heating for us for another - what - fortnight, potentially 🥶
