@googlenesthelp Yes eventually I could sign in. The yellow circle thing was just for a minute and there’s no status info in the app - but the light has long returned to normal thanks.

@googlenesthelp In the Northeast US. Only item plugged in to modem and this started the day I installed the router. Never an issue with OnHub.

Beggining to regret getting rid of the OnHub, even though support is ending next year, and going with the @googlenesthelp mesh router. Constant drops and lagging since install. Never an issue with OnHub.

@googlenesthelp Yes I’ve tried that but no dice. I left the batteries out for a minute or so before putting them back in and trying again and I still get the same error.

Really disappointed in @googlenesthelp for having a nest doorbell that doesn’t work in my existing nest app where I already have cameras and pay a subscription to for video storage. WTF is the point? Returning this **** to the store today. Will have to look into switching to Ring

@googlenesthelp I restarted it, not factory reset. I did a factory reset over the weekend and that didn’t help either.
