    @googlenest Please help very bad experience. I returned a defective product of yours on December 8th. I called you to confirm and I was charged $300 for the product today. Been on the phone with your team for 40 minutes now. Not getting anywhere.

    @googlenesthelp my #nestprotect has a "hardware issue" according to their own support, so I should "buy a new one". Wow. I'll buy a new one alright, it won't be a @Google brand though.

    @googlenesthelp I’m having a wifi connection issue. I’ve only had this thing a few months and it will no longer detect my wifi, and the unit doesn’t wake when I walk by. It said it’s not charging, but my wires are all tested and working properly. I charged it with a usb for 4 hours and nothing..

    @googlenest anyway to repair these cables or check the fault? Been outside a few years, looks like birds may sat on the wire (placed upside down due to to stupid wiring convention tbf) Cabling was cracked and brittle, doesn’t actually look damaged - but will not work. #google

    I ordered a @googlenest doorbell camera because I’m sick of the @ring f’ing up. They “tried” delivering it Saturday said no one was home spoiler alert, @ups never knock. It’s supposed to be re-delivered today. Got an an email from google that it was back in the warehouse. WTF

    @googlenesthelp I think it's just the cold weather. It seemed to suddenly go down to 5% battery. I'm charging it now.

    @googlenesthelp I have 3 nest minis and an original chromecast. They all show offline in the home app but they are all connected to the internet and can be used as designed.

    @googlenest please help! After migrating my account, nothing works. I can't add new devices or delete home structures. I've spent several unfruitful hours on the phone with customer service. I've replaced my nest doorbell with blink and I might have to replace my thermostat too.

    .@googlenesthelp I went through customer service because half of my nest products show offline but function appropriately. It's been doing this for 6 months they tell me engineering is aware and trying to resolve it. How much longer? It's obnoxious.

    @googlenesthelp Your instructions also say I need to remove our house hold from the Google home app which I don't have, have never had or needed to make this thing work. I wasted the time to download it and it doesn't help either.
