@googlenesthelp Restarting the router didn't do anything. Restarted the thermostat and nothing happens. I did another reset to factory on the thermostat, it was able to see the network and connect. About an hour later it showed offline in Google home. Checked the thermostat -no networks

@googlenesthelp No help codes or messages. The last power outage was a few weeks ago. No HVAC work. I did charge the thermostat over USB and will see what happens from there (never had to do that before).
@googlenest i have a serious issue with my G home mini. It’s Bluetooth keeps disconnecting from my iPhone in middle. Which is very annoying while playing some video or song. Do we have any solutions? Or time to switch?
@googlenesthelp I've got a Google WiFi (pre-nest) system that I love, but it's started to randomly glitch lately. Every several days devices lose connection and the main point needs to be power cycled to fix. App says all is fine and lights are normal. Can you help?
@googlenesthelp There seems to be a huge issue with Google Wifi/Nest pucks resulting in thousands of users experiencing daily severe slow downs until they restart their primary puck. The issue appears on forums for the last 7 months or so. Is there a fix coming for this?
@googlenesthelp This keeps happening a lot, I’m always closer to the Google home when connecting bluetooth, but I want to know what causes the issue why it keeps disconnecting my device. it wasn’t like this in the past years
@googlenesthelp It happens about a week or 2 ago. I got it back online but like I said it keeps going offline and then sees no networks untill a full reset. No code other than no WiFi connection/offline in Google Home

@googlenesthelp It’s just a Google home, I paired Bluetooth from my iPhone, but for some reason it lags and disconnects automatically that I have to keep connecting this again. I also sent feedback about the issue

@googlenesthelp I know how to turn then off so It goes bad, the main way I do it is to click on the camera icon from home and hit the 3 dots on the top right and hit tuen off all cameras, but there are one or two that don't turn off, they switch to live feed.
@googlenesthelp No message or help code. I just woke up one day and it say the device was offline. Hadn't ever had any issues or changed anything. Now it won't find ANY network. The device is about 5 feet away from my router.

@googlenesthelp Hi, my nest thermostat recently stopped being able to connect to or find any Wi-Fi networks just after its warranty ended. I have followed all troubleshooting steps. Are you able to help get me a replacement?
