    @googlenesthelp (2) then I did a factory reset to the upstairs thermostat- and deleted it from the nest app and google home app. Then tried to reconnect it to the nest app and made it to connecting to the internet and then I got an m15 error: “Your thermostat couldn’t be added to your account”

    @googlenesthelp Nest sensors not working, even after new batteries. Thermo is Gen 2, disconnecting even after factory reset and clearly displaying wrong temp (over). No issues with wifi.

    @googlenest so we bought a nest battery operated alert in 2019 and now it is telling us there is a sensor issue and it needs to be replaced? After 2 years?? Really?

    @googlenesthelp my nest thermostat lost WiFi connection today - I have gone through all steps nothing works. Other google devices in my house work fine - the thermostat finds no networks at all. It’s only a few months old. Help!

    @moxacaine @googlenest Having issues now too, never had an issue before, migrated and after the latest update I cannot connect to wifi , tried everything on the troubleshoot guide still nothing. I basically have a brick on the wall right now 😔

    @LuisDeL27565104 @googlenesthelp I’m having the same exact problem. Tried everything, reset the settings, WiFi, everything works on every device in the house but cannot connect to WiFi so having to have to manually adjust thermostat. Looking for a fix as well!

    @google @googlenest Literally the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. When the customer service rep says “I’m not just going to tell you something to make you happy” that’s when you realized it’s not about the customer.

    @googlenesthelp seems I have the same issue with my Nest thermostat. Suddenly lost network connection and will not reconnect. There’s been no change on my network and all other devices connect as they should. Followed your online support by no joy.
