Hey @googlenest I don't need to know every 10 minutes that your doorbell can't take the heat and shuts down

  • TeamClermont Team Clermont (@TeamClermont) reported

For 10+ years, I had the most basic Honeywell thermostat. Never once had an issue with it. Last year, I decide to "upgrade" to @googlenest. Nothing but problems. It's the hottest day of the year. My HVAC works wonderfully. But Google Nest keeps turning it off. Thanks, Google!

  • raspy_rae Rae (@raspy_rae) reported

I really LOATH the @googlenest thermostat. It STAYS changing itself no matter what I do. I set it to my preferred temperature and it changes itself IMMEDIATELY. Trash.

  • ryanstrug Ryan Strug 🇺🇸 (@ryanstrug) reported

Idk when @googlenest thermostats started preventing you from changing your temperature for 2 hours, but **** you @Google.

  • mananpatel41 Guru Ghantaal (@mananpatel41) reported

@Sadie_NC Just yesterday, I felt little warm and wondered why my AC wasn’t kicking on - even after setting particular schedule on my @googlenest ? Turns out it changed the settings with a message: “only keeping it a couple of degrees higher helps the planet” kinda BS. WTF?

@googlenesthelp I’m getting the W5 Wi-Fi error code after a few months of using a new Google Nest Learning Thermostat. Have tried the Reset process and everything else suggested. Contact me at (404) 202-5135. Gary Sowell. Thanks

Dear @googlenest @googlenesthelp My outdoor Nest Cams intermittently go "offline" in the Google Home app while my access point tells me they are still connected, and they continue to send alert events. This looks like a server-side failure to me. UDP is probably still flowing, but the TCP session to the server crashed and isn't recovering automatically. The worst part of it is: the "offline" status doesn't clear until I reset the camera, which requires pulling it off the mount and losing the aim, requiring reestablishing the event zones. Please fix your server.

My Google Home and Nest products have been down for nearly 30minutes and is unpleasant. Another reason why Google should be allowing products to connect locally instead of depending on their infrastructure. @madebygoogle @googlenesthelp

@Google Why are you shutting down the app for @googlenest Nest thermostats? What’s your end game?

  • Becky_Fouts15 Becky Fouts (@Becky_Fouts15) reported

@googlenesthelp Sorry. Busy week. I reset the modem and reset the thermostat. Still offline. This thermostat is closer to the router than the downstairs one that works fine.
