@GarminFitness I’m struggling with my Garmin forerunner 645 music. I keep getting an error code 502 when I press for music?

@Garmin @GarminFitness I love my watch, I truly do. But how the hell did I reach my stair goal for the day while going 35mph down the road in my drivers seat? I paid too much for this watch to have so many inconsistencies.

It is amazing to me how wonderful the customer service is at @Garmin @GarminFitness ! Within minutes of having an issue with my watch, they've resolved the problem. Refreshing when companies care about their customers! #bestcustomerservice

@EsteveAguilera @GarminFitness Oh I now remember why I have left a 1 star review 5 years ago for MyFitnessPal.. they make you go through the account setup a the way, have no Google login.. and then at the very end force you into a subscription.. very dodgy business practice:( I think I want to pay for this :(

@GarminFitness The Fenix 5 did not have this problem, and it makes me want to switch to a new brand. Turning off "smart notifications" doesn't fix it, and the instructions you gave above are not followable, as there is no option "physiological metrics" when I hold down Menu.

T. Eugene Day (@EugeneDayDSc) reported
@GarminFitness Having a disruptive notification that cannot be disabled is a shocking bad design choice.

@GarminFitness my FR45 gesture-activated backlighting is hypersensitive and jamming on 100% of the time I'm running, which is killing my battery life. Only an issue since updating to v5.10, I think. Is this a known issue?

It’s pretty obvious that nobody at @GarminFitness knows how to integrate with Apple Health. It isn’t even a good attempt. Why did you even bother? That’s how bad it is! Thank god you dont so do anything with payments!l #uberFail #Failure @Garmin

You never notice the smallest things until they're gone. See: the tiny band keeper on your watch. This is the second time mine has broken on my FR945 in ~2.5 yrs, but props to @GarminFitness, I called their phone # and they're shipping out a new one for free next business day.

@GarminFitness I also downloaded Garmin Express and updated the watch's version, since I can't do that through the app due to the connectivity issue. That did not resolve it, either.

@GarminFitness Well, the Google Play Store must not have it, because it doesn't give me the option to update the app any further. How about what version are you talking about? Being more specific might help.

@GarminFitness Bad news. The face of little buddy’s watch fell out again 😩 99% sure it’s in the yard, but it’s a big yard. Any way to try to track it or anything?

@GarminFitness I had a bad experience with my new Tactix 7 Pro, just bought 5 days ago. It keeps randomly restarting & even after hard reset. The local reseller said I have to send it to repair/service - which is a horrible idea for a new and expensive watch. Please help.

It's funny how I was having a hard time deciding between buying a @GarminFitness watch and a @fitbit. Then I remembered that @Google had bought Fitbit. So now it's going to be either a Garmin sports watch or a garbage bag wrapped around my wrist.

@Garmin @GarminFitness I keep getting emails telling me to sign in to my account or it will be deleted. I have signed in. Several times. Are these emails legit? And if so, what magical way must I sign in so that my account is not deleted?

Nice one @GarminUK @GarminFitness @Garmin kept fobbing me off with empty promises of a fix that never came and you’ve now wasted all my warranty and the store won’t take that heap of rubbish #fenix6S back. 👏👏👏

So.. if you have a product.. with a known issue, and you don't notify customers... then tell them they have to pay for a new device because it's out of warranty, but still affected .. started by an update YOU set out... seems shady... I'm looking at you @GarminFitness
