    In contrast, ages ago when I had an issue with one of our Garmins, it was two minutes on the phone with a customer service agent to get resolution on the issue. Never buying a non-@GarminFitness watch again.

    @dret @Garmin @GarminFitness Sounds like my vivoactive 3 experience. Replacing battery did not help me, but there are ways to downgrade the firmware if you take an old binary and hex edit the version to be above the latest one (also did not help lol)

    @GarminFitness @Bigtomstud I'm having the same issue. Somehow my Gmail address was used to send me this email. Even tho I log and use my account daily. How did you find this "Google account" and delete it.

    @killianbyrne @GarminFitness Did you get the 955 in the end Killian? I got the solar version a couple of weeks ago, very impressive except the watch face freezes randomly, a simple button press readjusts the time lag but still annoying. Seems to be a ‘known issue’ judging by some forums.

    So I'm guessing the link between @GarminFitness and @Strava is down? Activity hasn't synced to Strava hours later, but did sync to another platform.

    Trying again @Garmin and @GarminFitness. I love the FR 955 but it's 2022 and we shouldn't have to buy into a specific (and limited) streaming service. Please tell me there is a fix coming soon so myself and others don't have to keep carrying our phones for @youtubemusic. Please?

    @GarminFitness Hi. My Garmin connect app is not showing any of the graphs or charts for the last three activities. I have deleted and re downloaded the app. How do I fix this glitch? My Garmin is an Epix 2. It is a bit annoying to be honest

    @Garmin @GarminFitness @letsencrypt To add insult to injury: With Wireshark, I see an "Unknown CA" TLS alert from the watch. Their API for HTTP requests does have a -1001 error code for "secure connection required" (which at least seems to be *somewhat* of a match), but what does it return? A HTTP 404 error. 🤬

    @GarminFitness Hi, The problem is not resolved yet.The kind of response I am getting from Garmin is pathetic.the watch is submitted at the reatil store Universal watch house,hazratganj,Lucknow.the representative of Garmin do not even care to collect it and check it at service center.

    @GarminFitness can you help with my issue? It has been another 5 days…body battery only goes up if the watch charges overnight. If I had this low of a “body battery” for two weeks, I should be exhausted. Again, it’s a brand new Lily.

    @GarminFitness I have DM'd a few times in the past. It's the same problem as always: the cable doesn't make a good connection to the watch. I've had 7 cables over the lifespan of this watch -- 4 Garmin, 3 third-party. They all flake out eventually.

    @GarminFitness Hey @GarminFitness @Garmin when will you fix at least the most obvious bugs on the #epix2 ? I lost count how many times I lost workout or sleep data because of very obvious bugs. these scenarios are easily reproduced. Since it’s not a v1 product, that’s unacceptable.

    When I use @GarminFitness new auto-set feature in their strength training sub app, it is obvious as to why their @Apple Health integration is such a train wreck because @garmin apparently never tests anything. #Apple should block #garmin until they get it right #garbage

    @arkiema @GarminFitness Went for the 955 yes but didn't splash the extra €100 for solar! I think it's a great watch, have had one issue where it was like the time just stopped but put it down to being on the ferry! I like a lot of the new features. Are you out running again?

    @GarminFitness I just found an factory sealed foot pod that is at least 10 years old (probably more). Changed the battery, tried to pair it, it failed. tried multiple times. I put it down, disappointed. About 30 mins, later it paired!!! it works!!!!!!

    .@GarminFitness the #vivoactive4 is janky as hell. I constantly get errors about storage, the watch shuts down, and never syncs. Trash. Mines likes 2 months old...and I want my money back.

    @GarminFitness when a calendar event notification shows on my Pixel 6a (Running Android 13), my Forerunner 55 only shows "Calendar" with no notification information. I suspect this is an Android 13 issue. Please forward this to your Android team. I'm happy to test a fix for them!

    .@GarminFitness I just downloaded the EU topo map for my Forerunner 945. My device is empty (no activities, music, audiobooks, etc.), yet shows it's 3/4 full with no room for the map. Help!

    @killianbyrne @GarminFitness Running in between injuries and ailments but mostly cycling. That’s the issue I’ve had a few times, time stops randomly but can’t seem to pinpoint any particular reason. I’m probably not getting the most out of the watch yet.
