Proof that @Foxtel are ruthless and have no idea. Refused refund for unpaid portion of my mum’s account when she closed it, whilst @MySkyMesh and @CommBank refunded no worries. Must be bad when a bank beats you for #CustomerService

@FOXTEL_Help why does Foxtel continue to offer better deals to new customers than it does to customers who have been loyal for 20 years. This is clearly a flawed business model. Just got told I needed to cancel my sub and wait 30 days before rejoining to get a better deal. Crazy!

Good news for Australia, at least; they currently stream HBO stuff on Foxtel...which has been criticized...but, there are rumors that their new "Project Ares" is actually a plan to develop some sort of localized HBO Max service for Australia. We'll see how that goes.
