    @telstra your customer service is BS! I want to cancel my foxtel and when Ive called 1) you cut me off after 25mins on hold 2) just cut me off again 3) wont have anyone call me from your online support team

    Went to return the Foxtel box at p.o. due to $300 threat. Come home to see Optusnet and Foxtel down. I’d rather not contact as it would be a waste of time. Try Foxtel on the phone. Painful. Optus I wouldn’t bother.
