@ossienet @byzbateson @Foxtel customer service told me I was stupid after going back and forth with them for 40min when wanted to cancel with them. Never again, we use Kayo and Netflix/Disney+/Stan and still works out cheaper and better service

@CeagleChris @VodafoneAU Foxtel is the worst to deal with, unless you get the call center in Australia...and ironically the team here is the disconnections section. Optus I find hit n miss. My ISP since going over to NBN is shiphouse customer service. I’d rather watch reruns of Mind Your Language.

@FOXTEL_Help Please help! I’ve spoken twice to your helpline and no help! I was upgraded to iQ5 box but my terrestrial channels won’t work. The aerial has been connected in exact same way as my iQ3 box was connected and despite calling the person in your help centre cannot help!

@iiNet @FOXTEL_Help Trying to connect my foxtel IQ4 to new modem. Not showing in network so I tried entering SSID information. (Worked for my iPhone) but nothing for foxtel. Please help.
