@DouglasHolgate @ESPNAusNZ There is zero chance I'm buying a Foxtel box even for NHL hockey. Off to find a ****** stream every time I guess. Sucks, as was happy to pay the $150 to stream.

@brycecomplains @DouglasHolgate Don't have Foxtel. So if NHL TV doesn't work on laptop I'm out of options

@gzy_d I guess unbundling themselves makes some sense. I was never going to subscribe to Foxtel but I'm really happy with Kayo. But this also seems like the kind of thing you do in a market much, much larger than ours

@camtyeson Yep. Kayo only has what they show live on ESPN1+2, and the rest of it is only through the ESPN app, which needs a Foxtel login. I'm furious.

@Richmondman04 @Foxtel A big waste of money is what it is. $124 a month... it stopped working tonight, and they tell us they can't fix it until the 18th of November.

Yes we all know @rupertmurdoch put the heavies on @HonTonyAbbott and @TurnbullMalcolm so we had a network that was cheaper and would not compete with Foxtel. We live in a digital world and NBN wants to charge us to upgrade to FTTP which would operate in blackouts

@Foxtel One of the stupidest and pointless shows made just like that love island **** and bachelor show.

@RayRockyDog @Gizmobud @Foxtel Yep, the only way you can speak to someone here is to be quite rude and demand it. Or threaten to disconnect!

@RealMagpieGreg @JoJomills13 @independentaus Their vile empire is crumbling tho, foxtel losing millions of dollars, so many cancelled it, and the papers r losing same, his rags r way down in sales, Melb *** has dropped from 600 00 daily to under 200 000 as, the old readers and bogans die off, his influence is waning fast.

Pls don't suggest I use the ESPN app. Where I live this requires Foxtel for $80 monthly + installation. AND if you sort the ESPN app reviews by "latest version" and "most recent" it's just a list of international NHL fans in tears b/c it doesn't work even after they spent $$$.
