@JaneCaro @happyvalleybbc Haven't seen it. Must try and find it. If its foxtel, can't watch because I wan't support Murdoch

@agentK @stevebiddle @Subwaynzz I think the big issue with Sky, was having to buy a base pack with barely a anything you want, even if you just wanted movies or sport. Streaming is a different problem - fragmentation of content. We have Binge here, which is owned by Foxtel as is under $20 month but has most 1/2

  • doogie73 💧 Dougie (@doogie73) reported

Latest @Foxtel advert is the worst false advertising I've seen!! They say "Everything in 1 place" while showing Disney, Prime & other services! You still need separate subscription for any of those services! This advert has the tiniest writing at the bottom saying that!

  • rev_aus Reviews AU (@rev_aus) reported

Foxtel is pretty much a streaming service now (even with set top boxes), but it still uses a trad TV model. Scheduled programming and ads. Binge however gives you a lot of the same content on-demand. Its cheaper, but Foxtel doesn't neccessarily release everything on Binge either

  • JonoLooseCannon Jonathan Gadir (@JonoLooseCannon) reported

@_ClaireConnelly Binge is so bad on so many levels. It has a switch off autoplay button which does NOT work. So it’s impossible to watch the end credits of any show. And it’s so buggy and crap. Classic FOXTEL contempt for the consumer

  • JasonSman21 Jason Sman21 (@JasonSman21) reported

@AdamCurley0799 @kayosports Foxtel $35 per month for basic Foxtel and sports package If you can’t get that deal on signup, when you try to cancel service they will offer you this deal to make you stay with them.

  • TheOnlyBossBaby Dylan Brown (@TheOnlyBossBaby) reported

@AlexSheen0 @homeofdcu @wbdplus No, wb in 2020 made a 6 year content deal with different international broadcasters… in uk Sky, in Aus Foxtel… wb probably can never release a streaming service of there own in these countries unfortunately.

@nthqldcowboys @tabcomau Great now I have to put up with betting ads from my own club, bad enough on Foxtel which I pay to have.
