    What’s wrong with @Foxtel!!! I live in a new 61 apartment block in a Capital city. It has a dead Foxtel network. I’ve spent most of last week trying to contact the organisation. Finally got a inept operator with whom I left a detailed brief. So far crickets.

    @Foxtel how can you get away with charging my elderly parents, $0.98 cents a month for NOT HIRING MOVIES? What business is allowed to charge customers for NOT using a service? How is that allowed? Is Mr Murdoch that hard up for a crust he needs to take from pensioners that bad?
