@MrKRudd I think it's time for Australians to cancel their Foxtel subscriptions. Streaming services are better value anyway.

@mjrowland68 Gee it's almost like the Federal Communications Minister axed the requirement for all Free To Air stations to broadcast a percentage of local & children's content It's almost like they did that at the behest of the network owners & Foxtel

@ansonsfish @MorpheusBeing @SkyNewsAust Why is it a "good idea"? Takes a special level of stupid to think taking cash out of the poorest electorates in the nation & handing it to multinat retailers is a "good idea" Why is allowing welfare recipients to get a foxtel subscription but not go to St Vinnies a "good idea"?

  • SiobhanO2043 SiobhanO (@SiobhanO2043) reported

@Murdoch_RC Why waste your money on Foxtel’s rubbish news service! Get a better deal on FETCH TV!

  • damegus Damegus (@damegus) reported

@MeckeringBoy Also coincidental that Newscorp change their tune about ALP fiber and LNP fiber to node once they got a streaming service up and running. They hammered the crap out of the original plan in every outlet, mainly because it would of affected Foxtel's bottom line.
