@carlosthedwarf_ @Foxtel They're scrapping over every dollar now. Sinking ship. Once Australia's broadband network is robust enough, they won't be able to afford the rights to exclusive sports anymore. Netflix were in the race last time. Money wasn't an issue, pulled out cos of lack of bandwidth.

@Foxtel and typical of @Foxtel crap programme scheduling as they did not show the HSBC Rugby Sevens London event live. Even worse only aired a few pool games the day after. This is the second time Foxtel have done this. Deeply disappointed.

@julanimtic Yes! It's on in the middle of the day so even though you had Foxtel if you want to watch on your commute you had to download (streaming doesn't work on most NSW train lines) - Foxtel doesn't have download options like their competitors (Stan, Netflix ect.)

@FOXTEL_Help hi, need some help re foxtelnow tv app. Pretty much unwatchable. Content stops every 2-3min, for 3-10sec, then starts playing again. It's a buffer issue. Ive set the playback to low def & still getting the same problem. Internet speed 5-12MPS. No issues w NetFlix.

Dear @Optus please check your direct msgs. I’ve spoken and wasted 40 mins on live chat. I have a technician coming at 12pm today problem report 2112 0756 for @foxtel swap of IQ standard box but they are saying they can’t fix my internet cable. Downloads 5mbps upload 1mbps

I heard back from @Optus technical support and they’ve booked a technician to swap the @Foxtel IQ standard set top box around. The appointment is at 12pm tomorrow until it’s cut off by NBN

Just reading up on @Foxtel and their mounting debt problems. Very worrying if your an @NRL or @AFL fan. Considering how much of these sports rely on the success of Tv viewers and subscriptions if the current trend continues we may not have much left in a few years. #nrl

@FOXTEL_Help Yes. But please change training for call centre staff - there should be different scripts depending on the reason for a cancellation. It’s ridiculous asking a 90 year old with dementia if they want to continue with the service. Happy to take a call and discuss.

@Erasec @StuartHickson_ @BilBildel @ScottMorrisonMP His Foxtel business which this such terrible decision was relied on is failing hard. Ppl are dropping their subscriptions in droves. The decision was that it would stifle Netflix etc. What it showed was you can't help crap what ever you do.

@optus you’ve charged me $529 dollars for @Foxtel since being a customer of Optus Vision since 1996 Standalone Foxtel installation fee $329 Foxtel STB Replacement Gee $100 and IQ2 $100 this is disgusting when 3 times the fee was waived and your discontinuing Foxtel

@SteveMolk Not saying it's not bad, just don't agree it's worse, as eg. we see with AFL's agreement sees Wa and Sa have a select number of games delayed there each season (so Foxtel get some chocolates). The Ch 7 delayed audiences are usually still always strong, mid-high '00s at worst.
