Paul Edwards (@4beertaps) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@Brisbane_Roar @IanSyson Maybe. Problem here with sport in general is it is too easy to be an armchair fan as all games end up on tv even on Foxtel etc. In UK no football is allowed to be televised at 3pm Saturday and only a handful of games get on tv. You have to go to games to see your team.

  • pezza555
Alex ⛳️⛳️ (@pezza555) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@Alllmondeville @Foxtel @MainEventTV Hahah not for me. Obviously don’t have a need for them up here but never been one to wear uggs/slippers

  • Eden_Richards
Eden Richards (@Eden_Richards) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@FOXTEL_Help I’m receiving no signal on a number of channels. The website says there’s no outages in my area but basically every channel is blank except for Fox 8 and UKTV. I can’t even get free to air channels.

  • iambenslater
BEN SLATER 👾 (@iambenslater) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@kayosports Cool. The issue I am finding is that the Apple TV app makes it very hard to find/watch what is live. A simple fix would be to show what is playing in the channel listing. I had to download the Foxtel app to be able to find which channel the Hamilton Sevens Finals were on.

  • NigelBell19
💧Nigel Bell (@NigelBell19) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@ClaireLouse2403 @cheryl_kernot @bugwannostra yep. in the same way that: - the start of the initial NSW 'lockdown' was pushed back to allow Hillsong event attendees to leave the state & country; - the NBN FTTH backflip aligns nicely with Foxtel now offering a BINGE service that, to be successful, requires more bandwidth. 😐

  • MattJDrumm
Matthew Drummey (@MattJDrumm) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

Just read that @NetflixANZ is going to be available on @Foxtel I can only assume @netflix we’re drunk when they signed that deal because it can’t possibly benefit them as a service or us as NF subscribers.

  • laythefavourite
James Weir (@laythefavourite) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@Miguel224512091 @AussieDiamonds have many sponsors and now they have another one Hancock Prospecting has NEVER been one of their sponsors Were RWNJs wetting themselves over #theliarfromtheshire’s borrowing $30M to donate it to Foxtel so they would broadcast more netball amongst other sports?

  • JanetGoss
JG (@JanetGoss) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@up_and_away149 @Foxtel I watch Netflix . Only watch sport on Fox. They're crap, as you said.

  • queercoco
Pele 🤍 (@queercoco) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

Binge is such good streaming platform (and cheaper than Foxtel by like $30) but their autoplay needs some work. I only watch gay **** and real housewives, so tell me how they’re gonna play Jackass 3 after? A’e

  • MarkGottliebFOX
Mark Gottlieb (@MarkGottliebFOX) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@JarrodPotter @alistairjhogg At best I could maybe see Foxtel coming up with a PPV type deal for pubs and clubs like they do with combat sports but with just two episodes left and the small number of establishments that would run something like this it’s never going to happen.

  • nicko_316
Nick Ng (@nicko_316) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

Anyone else in Qld/Brisbane having issues with @Foxtel satellite signals? 2nd day straight not working.

  • RobMcTaggart1
Spudda028 (@RobMcTaggart1) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@SkyRacingAU @Foxtel @racing_qld Dead set mess Qld t’bred replays the last 48 hrs. Wed EF you only show first 5 races. IQ Kilroy from Thurs get the last 4 from EF Wed & then last weeks Kilroy meeting & not the two races from y’day. It’s a bloody subscription service do better!

  • troy_79
Troy (@troy_79) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@AndoDanny @Channel9 7 and 10 have made enquirers apparently. Maybe get a network who actually gives a **** and covers the game well like Foxtel

  • WhiplashUnited
Mickey Dee (@WhiplashUnited) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@DeadlineDavis I’d love to see Jason Dunstall’s segment on Foxtel where he bags players for **** kicks at goal (usual dribbles), he’d deserve a mention there because it was tosh choice for a shot.

  • buddhaunhinged
JOBBER 🃏 (@buddhaunhinged) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@FOXTEL_Help can’t be bothered to get back to you! If you have @Foxtel don’t expect anyone to help you with issues or a answer why they have technical issues there answer on the phone was turn off now turn it on that didn’t work sorry can’t help u expect a email in 1or2 days

  • Mcali4
🔥liz (Not today) franklin (@Mcali4) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@MajorStuffup I don't like it myself. Test matches are my thing and I used to be ok with ODI until the lousy @CricketAus put it behind a foxtel paywall. Never paying for that. So bugger them.

  • PaulaBattaglene
Paula Battaglene (@PaulaBattaglene) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

@JoanOPPENHEIME1 I watched it through a service here called foxtel it has movies and TV shows , and u pay for it.

  • bird2603
Stephen Marton (@bird2603) reported from Brisbane, Queensland

Everyone talking about the poor Crowds at the Gabba during the Test series between #AUSvPAK. Maybe @Foxtel and @Channel7 should stop telecasting the whole day live into Brisbane. Maybe a few more would of turned up. @CricketAus

  • judithbourke
    Judy Bourke (@judithbourke) reported

@TraceyLee_07 Try Foxtel all it is repeats Really we are paying for a service not repeats

  • JamesyJones
    James Jones (@JamesyJones) reported

@OMGTheMess Hahaha. Yeah televise women’s sport. That was proven to be bs. That’s what they ‘claimed’ it was for. And estimates proved not a single additional women’s sport was televised. Also Foxtel never even asked for the money or reported what they did with it. $40m given away.

  • Possum2412
    Fred 🇦🇺 (@Possum2412) reported

@JonesPam7777 @OMGTheMess Kinda sorta bloody oath. I got my pay rise, I'll be paying $22k in tax plus all the other taxes and council rates and water rates and electricity. Then I pay for Foxtel and internet and mobile phone. And then have to eat. And I don't live in a city. Poor people who do.

  • GusLefty
Gus Lefty Aussie Patriot (@GusLefty) reported

@NadiaWa35758056 Remembering at the time Murdoch Foxtel was a satellite 'service'. Murdoch did not want a good high speed internet as it would 'damage' his Foxtel

  • scrumblebum1
    Scrumblebum (@scrumblebum1) reported

@Foxtel and @Telstra will yiu get rid of your not answering chats in your page. I’m a human and want to speak with a human . ***** sake where is customer service these days

  • boogiecat11
    the cat (@boogiecat11) reported

@LeagueScenePod Paying fans that get kayo or Foxtel shouldn’t be forced to watch grand finals and origin games on a **** free to air with commercials.

  • MattMcDermott74
    Matt McDermott (@MattMcDermott74) reported

@vanOnselenP I wasn't poking fun at you just using a factual example . If this game was on Foxtel / ABC its a non issue .

  • bennyshelts
    Ben (@bennyshelts) reported

@andrew_whelan The problem is, it still just uses the same linear channel feeds from Foxtel.
