Coming to the house they say itโs fine, but appears to be 1 of the 2 wifi signals the router provides only gives very low speeds. The other is fine, but small distance. Iโll look at a different provider than @foxtel. Appalling customer support.

But they still want those who canโt afford Foxtel to spend their money on the idea of a cheaper kayo. They think if kayo is bad enough people may go stuff it letโs just get Foxtel.

When instructed to call Telstra by Foxtel, the T rep put me on hold โto look into itโ & suddenly I found myself transferred to a F rep, more confused than I was. Why is this all so unnecessarily complicated?
