@telstra why is your service so bad? No one ever answers the phone, so you try the text/chat function - spend the best part of a day messaging just to amend the foxtel package, finally agree the deal only to be told it’s not possible and we need to start the whole process again!

@liltelfeee @RayJCapo79 @frankandringo Hilarious cos the Foxtel dude was talking down kayo. "It can be unreliable and service availability issues". I'm like "mate, you realise you and kayo are the same company right?" 🤦🏻🤦🏻

Why is it that I just can't cancel my subscription to @Foxtel once and for all. Their pressure tactics over the phone to retain - today is the day, I finally cancel it as we have so many subscriptions.

@ChrisRGun Isn't it still an upgrade? In Australia it was 100 bucks for foxtel which still had ads and rented movies. Or 10 to 15 bucks for a "channel" without ads and essentially every show pre-recorded. Main issue now is that it's changed the landscape/expectations for film and shows.

@FOXTEL_Help It never showed up during Batwoman episodes or the first episode of Superman & Lois & that's all I watch on Fox 8. All I get is ads for HBO series for the most part & car ads.

This is why we have a public service. Public servants help Foxtel meet deadline for millions in taxpayer-funded sports grants.Ref'. Business reporter Daniel Ziffer No wonder they leak sensitive documents (alleged).

Foxtel Help 📺 🆘
(@FOXTEL_Help) reported
@jackieboj Hey Jackie, it could be a connection issue, but usually an error code would pop up if that was the case. Drop us a DM with your account details + what channels it happens on (i.e. is it just FTA channels or are Foxtel channels affected as well), and we'll help out :) -Wilson
