Hey Foxtel. Why won’t you send a technician out to install a new IQ4 for my parents in-law? They have been customers for >30 years, they are elderly & have very poor vision & the box was only 2 months old

I figure the NRL are in on it as nothing ever happens to change it , supposedly the No 1 ref in the game is responsible for that call of penalty. Butler is far to slow to be a first grade ref.

boxes with iQ5 set top boxes, I have informed all agents I’ve dealt with both online & over the phone that I do not have internet reliable enough to support an internet only service and I don’t have an external TV aerial/TV aerial wall plate installed as such rely on the Foxtel
