@Foxtel why is your cancellation process so drawn out. It took 3 transfers and 3 verification checks for my elderly parents to cancel a service. You kept them on hold multiple times and still tried to offer them a cheaper package after they told you they did not want to continue.

@zanerednwhite @Foxtel I was so livid last year and told them. They own Kayo so at the minimum, Foxtel need to make it available on FoxtelGo. Please tell me @Foxtel are going to stream it this year? I'll double down and complain again if not.

@fictillius It’s incredible how poor the NBN is. In the year and a half back we’ve had a dozen outages. And now that Foxtel is internet based we lose everything in an outage.

@matcoch I would if Foxtel knew anything about it @foxtel customer service is hopeless. I've been waiting since last year, now the week of testing it hasn't arrived and they have no knowledge or timeline.
