    @BillWiIdin I was on the phone to a foxtel employee who put me on hold 3 times to go and check her son who had broken her leg. At least she was honest about it but yeah a 15min phone call ended up taking 45mins. Not productive at all.

    Never thought i’d have a phone call with anyone as absolutely useless as @Foxtel All I wanted was a replacement box, it took 1 hour to reach that conclusion. They were supposed to call me back 3 days ago and never did, this was me calling them a second time. 1/2

    @NicNegrepontis Foxtel is borderline unwatchable. Signal dropping in and out. There is no rain and not a breath of wind outside, so the “poor weather” excuse is not valid. Just a poor service all round.

    @matt__nicholls Pretty sure @Foxtel rely on many subscribers just being to lazy or not being bothered to go through process and of cancelling What other reason wouod there be for a Foxtel customer not being able to simply cancel on line ?
