    @RedfernMichelle @Telstra @andy_penn I had the same problem. Ended up churning to Optus & Foxtel direct. Sadly after a few years Optus gives similar poor service*. Next stop probably TPG. * Upside is I had some great fodder for a paper I just submitted at/to Oxford!

    @FetchStep @davidbewart @MichaelWestBiz Ummh it's actually the other way around. Telstra sold down its interest in Foxtel to 35%. News Corp now own 65% of the business. What's telling is that Telstra has a huge bucket of money & they're not stumping up any for Foxtel. TI #Redink

    @PatGerace @Telstra Why has customer service in Australia fallen to new depths of inadequacy? I had a similar issue with @foxtel

    @CelluloidWhisky I believe they only have the 720p downscales, so any 1080 stream would be an upscale, not native 1080. I may be mistaken, but I read up on this when Foxtel launched the service.

    @Foxtel Why are we not getting the new episodes of All Rise and why are we behind by one episode on His Dark Material? You guys used to be very up to date with these things. What changed? I might have to cancel my Binge and Foxtel.

    @Foxtel “To get your new Foxtel IQ4 box delivered, just call 131999.” <-These simple words need to be in big letters at the top of your website. They aren’t. And I have just spent an *angry* hour finding it out. If you want our money, make it easy for the customer to buy!
