-
Lenny (@fat_lenny) reported from Newcastle, New South Wales@gjblue @samidowd @Foxtel Cancelled mine over 12 months ago. Customer of 15 years, all they cared about was getting their 15 year old box back. Glad to be gone
-
Brogan - Firewire Digital (@firewiredigital) reported from Newcastle, New South WalesLook I know we all liked to watch the @aleaguemen on mute when it was on Foxtel but come on @ParamountPlusAU wtf is going on? #WSWvNEW
-
B L E S S I N G (@_Blessing) reported from Newcastle, New South Wales@sydney263 @Foxtel Not bad. Should be better but I am not complaining too much.
-
Nick Williams (@nickintheworld) reported from Newcastle, New South Wales@FOXTEL_Help IQ3 box has a fault, booked for next week. Cannot stream Foxtel via chrome cast because the icon isn’t appearing in the app. Was told my account would be able to use multiroom by 11am... still no success. Contacted tech support hour ago, they said they’d call back at 130... Nada
-
Sevan Costanza (@Canceratops) reported from Newcastle, New South Wales@VitoCDoria @vhatelse @beINSPORTS_AUS @SerieA_EN @Foxtel I hope these disputes mean that Serie A rights are bought by @OptusSport. To just do a blackout by @beINSPORTS_AUS is ridiculous
-
Ivan Hecimovic (@hecivan70) reported from Newcastle, New South Wales@BrettGriffo I'm actually still with Foxtel (only just, on a basic + sports plan) but people have been saying for years they don't want to be paying for crap they don't watch. Worked when they had a monopoly on PayTv but the landscape has changed in recent years and they are paying the price.
-
Leoni Freeman (@AuntyLF) reported from Newcastle, New South WalesCredit where it’s due. Thanks to @foxtel technician, Chris, who finally installed #Foxtel where I wanted it notwithstanding previous guy, Olly, not being bothered to chase cable down through wall. Shame I had to pay additional installation but happy to have it where I want it.
-
Alan Hill (@ajhill_alan) reported from Newcastle, New South Wales@perthovalman @kevinperry @TheWorldGame @SBS @ALeague @premierleague @Craig_Foster @LucyZelic A cash-strapped FTA network does its best but has no hope of competing with Foxtel (itself scaling back football coverage in the face of its own financial woes) and Optus. I'd blame the government before pointing a finger at SBS.
-
Greg Blue (@gjblue) reported from Newcastle, New South Wales@sandylanceley @abcnews Agree streaming will be OK but foxtel has given up on customer service, I stopped ours last week and they couldn't have given a hoot, not concerned at all to loose an 18 year customer
-
josund (@josundq) reported from Newcastle, New South Wales@WandererAnnie @RBReich @IrritatedAuntie ****, they’ve only gone and gifted Foxtel a lazy 10 million today
-
Michael With Two Y’s (@MichaelJohnsen6) reported from Newcastle, New South WalesSick that @Foxtel are still charging full price even though a whole section of their service (sports package) isn’t playing what we all bought the package for. I don’t really expect much else from a company that puts ads on pay tv
-
Nick Williams (@nickintheworld) reported from Newcastle, New South Wales@Foxtel No I wasn’t. After two hours on the phone to account services & tech support I should be able to watch it if I can get the chrome cast on my tv to work, which it currently isn’t.
-
Ivan Hecimovic (@hecivan70) reported from Newcastle, New South Wales@Elia_Santoro I'm gobsmacked that people cannot draw the distinction between the fact that withdrawing support from a major partner (Foxtel) of the A-League in massive numbers was not going to have significant ramifications for the A-League🙄 Had this argument with some people 12 months ago.
-
Greg Blue (@gjblue) reported from Newcastle, New South Wales@samidowd @Foxtel Did the same myself last week, amazing response from their customer service team
-
Anthony Wardley (@anthonywardley) reported from Newcastle, New South Wales@Old_Mate756 @Foxtel Did you fix this @old_mate756. I’ve got the same issue

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
The Steps (@mcnamara_team) reported@clarke3110 @bondiroosters Yep, Kayo is just the revamped Foxtel rip off. The AFL and NRL have let down the supporters, won’t be long until the attendance to games drops because the general lack of interest is.
-
Joc (@cookivirus) reported@C1_1RIS As an international fan, I find it ridiculous that the entire season isnt broadcasted by the same company But it also isn't my problem cuz foxtel broadcasts the whole season
-
wb1234 (@wallybechara) reported@WSWanderingEels My idea down the track is Saturday 930 nrl game (good for Perth) feeding directly into an earlier super league game. That would get them decent coin. Like when they go to 11 or 12 games. They can afford Foxtel so much more value down the track, afl can’t.
-
Stewart Noble (@Stewy_Noble) reportedYo Foxtel, every bloody time android updates you're way behind. Why am I paying a bill for a service I'm not receiving? I'm even on your beta test and you're still slow. I'm relying on your app on holiday ATM and nothing! #freebills @FOXTEL_Help
-
Deb (@cDebIn2050) reported@DrG2020V @GregDavis006 From what I have seen on Foxtel, it’s pretty bad
-
joan Reynolds (@joanReynolds52) reported@RBJRON @strangerous10 I’m with you. Haven’t bought a Murdoch rag since 1997. Never subscribed to Foxtel and, for my own sanity, never tuned into Sky. Don’t walk into a Harvey Norman shop and avoid anyone else who advertises with the Murdochracy
-
Alice Stewart 🦂 (@Theretributor) reported@Ryandally08 Tony Abbott was made leader by his old mate Rupert Murdoch in order to put a very slow third rate internet system into Australia so it would not render his Foxtel by satellite service as being useless. Rupert has since sold Foxtel.
-
Milram 361 aka Nigerian Prince (@Milram361) reported@PieNorthern I know I pay overs for Foxtel but we have very few, aka zero problems watching sport. FWIIW
-
Jan (@bimmyjartel) reported@Pivotonian1838 @10 @FOXFOOTY Ditto. Foxtel is becoming quite dear. We'll hang onto it because of the footy but they don't reward you for being loyal.
-
Andrew (@Andrew664621) reported@Jousting_Sticks Of course it is, but consider the majority of your footy watchers are 10 cans or pots deep on the couch or at the pub, it’s hardly something they’re going to cancel their kayo or Foxtel membership over.
