    Todays the last day of MAX, CHANNEL V, CMC & SMOOTH... FAREWELL TO 4 GREAT AUSTRALIAN MUSIC CHANNELS SPANNING 25YRS.. Its a decision that foxtel shouldve asked their customers but NOOOO they would rather americanise our music channels.. Youve lost this customer js #DAMNYOUFOXTEL

    I wrote down all the movies I want to watch for Christmas over Foxtel and I found when I counted them all there were 40 movies all in total and I started watching them from this morning already so let’s how many I can watch by Christmas Day.

    @arceniy @scroogecapital Yeah, ultimately 15x or 18x and Foxtel debt all irrelevant unless they are willing to do something to close the gap to NAV. Buying back stock was a good start, but too slow.

    @OMGTheMess It's ironic that they target Murdoch. Go through the financials of Labor representatives you'll find the majority have no problem with the free foxtel subscription.

They actually sabotaged our network to placate one greedy businessman. LNP and Murdoch media must become things of the past.

    @scroogecapital broadly agree on the thesis, don't agree on the multiples and ND treatment (think they only account for NewsCorp debt since Foxtel is non recourse?). Problem with SOTP/NAV discount is that it never works unless really spinned-off/sold

    @arceniy @scroogecapital How would you treat the Foxtel debt? Seems that News Corp HoldCo has $2bn of notes and ~$1.3bn of cash. They treat the Foxtel equity and inter company loan as a News Corp asset. How do you view it?
