@swearyanthony @NewtonMark @franksting We’ve got both a Foxtel dish and NBN fixed wireless receiver on the roof and are regularly visited by two, sometimes north of a dozen, jerkbirds of an evening. Neither have ever had issues.

@FootballFocusAU The 'revised' deal Foxtel did with a-league was about $35m from memory (down from $57m) -- but the money is a sideshow. It's about the promotional opportunities, really.

After 23 years I have closed my @Foxtel - I have put up with the ridiculous price and terrible customer service for too long and am now adopting the many streaming services available. What a shame they did not feel customer loyalty was worth looking after.
