@jessmcguire @Foxtel It should look like this..... Credit will be applied to the account automatically as the system calculates it. The customer should be able to talk directly to someone in customer support, to arrange a refund. Putting it into credit isn't the problem, it's fefusing to refund it.

@QandAinPublic @Foxtel Can you please please go and **** yourself? Imagine being such a tedious being on Twitter that despite reading “elderly pensioner”, “pancreatic cancer” etc, you feel COMPELLED to reply some horseshit like this? Take a good look at yourself. Pathetic. You should be embarrassed

@amck10 @hasumpstuffedup Rewound the Foxtel IQ to check a second time (before I tweeted). I thought the ball came loose after the tackle was broken (both times I watched it). What I would also say though: it might have looked different 20m on the other side to the camera…

@jessmcguire @carly_solstice @Foxtel Consumer Affairs may be able to help. Or financial hardship provisions of some kind. Do what you can to escalate it.

Hey @F1 so @Foxtel forgot to broadcast a huge chunk of P2 in 4K at Silverstone today. They have other major ongoing broadcast issues with their 4K F1 channel, yet continue to charge customers, refusing to let them leave contracts. Please reconsider the deal you have with them.

@PRGuy17 Phew, about time. I stopped doing Murdoch a while ago. I'm pleased my children aren't influenced by that network - they don't read newspapers nor watch Foxtel.

@FOXTEL_Help do you know if there is an outage in Manly due to weather? Getting F0100 error and no on demand working either. Tried the troubleshooting but no joy. Thanks.

@ChrisLXXXVI @Danimaldoodoos True! I used to get preview/evaluation copies to work out how many to order. That was always fun. Movie posters too! It is sad that shops are gone & it’s so damn hard to download movies now ”copy rights”..🙄 But they are cheap enough through Netflix, Stan, Foxtel, Apple etc.

So ET enthusiasts have to suffer because Foxtel are contractually obliged to broadcast this **** show on 503 whilst it also broadcasts on the footy channel.
