@FOXTEL_Help Wow talked to the rudest person on chat who ended the chat while I still talking to them because all i wanted was tech support, All they wanted to do was try & sell me a new box & internet guess I will look at cancelling my whole subscription instead.

@FOXTEL_Help season 1 episode 1 of covert affairs is all distorted. Seems a issue with it skipped to 2nd episode and its working flawlessly.

@Colvick Cricket Australia would be mindful that not many people have paramount as a streaming service- a lot would already have Foxtel and or Kayo! There are a lot of people that watch cricket if it’s easy to get- if you make it hard they won’t watch at all!!

Nice to know it’s the last day of 2022 tomorrow and I’ve spent my last week off since Christmas fling **** all on the couch, sleeping, eating pasta, watching big bang theory play non stop on Foxtel and scroll on TikTok

@regularsteven Not a good practice as just damages brand. Have had same with New York Times - have to call internationally and wait on hold to cancel. Many companies send you to the “retention team” - was surprised how easy to quit Foxtel.
