    @H_the_Strange @FOXTEL_Help I'm going to go through what we've got and cut it back to the basic. Maybe even get rid of it for the summer and come back as a new customer in March. They offer new customers cheap packages. But don't give that offer to existing ones. As you say, they don't care.

    @NicNegrepontis Foxtel is borderline unwatchable. Signal dropping in and out. There is no rain and not a breath of wind outside, so the “poor weather” excuse is not valid. Just a poor service all round.
