    Never thought i’d have a phone call with anyone as absolutely useless as @Foxtel All I wanted was a replacement box, it took 1 hour to reach that conclusion. They were supposed to call me back 3 days ago and never did, this was me calling them a second time. 1/2

    Can either @Foxtel or @SkyRacingAU fix the program banner and program guide for channel 528 so it reflects what is on and when please. Hard watching replays when you don’t know when they’re on.

    @Foxtel I sent an email to Foxtel and tried to make a follow up phone call. But the live chat cut out. My wife passed away on Friday and I have no interest in television so I want to cancel my account.
