@Foxtel if you lowered your streaming service prices and bundled tv shows and movies like every other streaming service, you'd find your revenue would stop falling. You are not price competitive enough.

I finally decided to cancel Foxtel and get Kayo. I only really had Foxtel for sports anyway.

@FOXTEL_Help My account has been suspended due to lack of payment. I have since made the payment & tried to reactivate my account and now it won't accept my card despite taking money from it earlier this week. How do I rectify this problem?... thanks in advance

Anyone else in VIC having difficulty accessing free-to-air channels via their Foxtel? Not just 10shake, which we've never had, but now it won't show 10, ABC, SBS, 7... I've had to access them via the TV itself. (Except the SBS channels don't work via the TV.) Really annoying.

@CGMakin @Foxtel Cancel. And when their call centre operator throws more and more free stuff, still cancel. They will do whatever they can to keep you on board, but you can do it. Get rid of Foxtel.

@FOXTEL_Help Just letting you know I cannot pay Foxtel till the 23rd had to do car registration pay Go MasterCard **** all money left so sorry about that will come right next time round ..

@NBLpocketpod If it's not recorded bad luck. When you have Foxtel. And free to air access, you should have an option to rewatch any game you wish. They make this almost impossible.

@FOXTEL_Help we have been more than patient. We ordered a new box over a month ago. On demand doesn’t work on our box - u turned that off to force people to the new boxes - which are not available! The box has stopped working AGAIN. We are paying a lot of money for no service.
