10 years we’ve been with @Foxtel but will they give us the same monthly deal that they will give to new customers .... of course not. Not great customer service ... Disappointing, especially when this year has been so financially hard on everyone. @FOXTEL_Help

@NBN_Australia Yes have spoken more than 5 times. Coming to the house they say it’s fine, but appears to be 1 of the 2 wifi signals the router provides only gives very low speeds. The other is fine, but small distance. I’ll look at a different provider than @foxtel. Appalling customer support.

His idea of global warming is local temperature measurement and saying if it’s “going to be cold in Melb., how can the planet be warming”? He’s another example of someone promoted beyond the level of his own competency, he’s nuts!

@3AWNeilMitchell That is such a disingenuous question, and you know it. In any case, the issue is entirely around concentration. The issue is not that Murdoch owns The Australian or Herald Sun or Telegraph or Foxtel or Courier Mail. It’s that he owns all of them.

I can compare this to Foxtel, Kayo & Optus who have consistently provided good service (2018 WC an exception). Why do you have to wait 24+hrs to watch a reply of a game. @FOXTEL_Help I called 131999 got a voice recording. After a few minutes, it said "I'm sorry, I have encountered a problem. Good-bye." Happened twice WTF is that crap? I am having problems with my box and is this the service you give me? No way to contact you at all? Bulls**t
