    @FOXTEL_Help Well it’s buffering all the time and I can stream other services like Netflix without an issue using my Apple TV but as soon as I go back to your Foxtel Now box I can’t stream your service without it buffering all the time. I have the top speed NBN service.

    @FOXTEL_Help Well it looks like I won’t be watching your Foxtel Now service. Works for a couple of minutes and then starts buffering. Going to be one of those night :(

    @FOXTEL_Help No not really. I was talking to a friend that was saying what I’m watching is not the same as what’s on the satellite service. So I was just checking if this was the case. Also if I decided to move to satellite would I then miss the shows I watch now on TVHITS.

    @FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel FOX8 playing up on your Foxtel Now service using your Foxtel Hub device. Can’t play FOX8 but all other channels are working fine.

    @LesStonehouse The wait for the cancellation humans at Foxtel yesterday was in excess of an hour. They need more staff to cope. Movies do not substitute for AFL/NRL, the only reason I subscribe! I cancel at the end of every season.

    @steveoby @FOXTEL_Help Simply phone your bank tell them u lost your credit card they issue u a new one with a new CVC it will stop the Fxtl auto payments .We did it after trying to get thru on phone for hours ,fxtl actually rang us asking for new CVC we just said sorry u cant have it we are cancelling

When they are rolling they want to treat you like a customer but when they are struggling they want to be sporting clubs & want fans/supporters money. They decided to become businesses now they have to pay the price

    @bcubzz At times when ppl are sieving through their budget to try and cut out expenses like foxtel or insurance just so they can feed their family and he serves up a performance / answer akin to the evil bankers from Mary Poppins
