    @FOXTEL_Help Well it’s buffering all the time and I can stream other services like Netflix without an issue using my Apple TV but as soon as I go back to your Foxtel Now box I can’t stream your service without it buffering all the time. I have the top speed NBN service.

    @FOXTEL_Help Well it looks like I won’t be watching your Foxtel Now service. Works for a couple of minutes and then starts buffering. Going to be one of those night :(

    @FOXTEL_Help You have ads on your service saying The channel E is available to all customers, well it’s still locked on my Foxtel Now service.

    @FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel FOX8 playing up on your Foxtel Now service using your Foxtel Hub device. Can’t play FOX8 but all other channels are working fine.

    @FOXTEL_Help No not really. I was talking to a friend that was saying what I’m watching is not the same as what’s on the satellite service. So I was just checking if this was the case. Also if I decided to move to satellite would I then miss the shows I watch now on TVHITS.

    @FOXTEL_Help system is currently randomly changing channels every second. Hasn't been working normally for several days. Either we have a poltergeist or there is something wrong with equipment/service. No help currently available, close to hurling set top box off cliff.

    @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help - your voice activated phone system is ****. 10 mins and even when i said “for ***** sake” and it suggested customer service, it STILL didn’t transfer me through! I just want to confirm 1 thing that the website doesn’t tell me.

    @MikeCarlton01 @MatthewBevan I have been going between the two this test. At least with Foxtel you don’t get Big Bash rammed down your throat. Both pretty ordinary.
