    @FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel FOX8 playing up on your Foxtel Now service using your Foxtel Hub device. Can’t play FOX8 but all other channels are working fine.

    Looks like @FOXTEL_Help is having issues with the Universal channel on their Foxtel Now service is playing up this afternoon 😕😕

    @FOXTEL_Help No not really. I was talking to a friend that was saying what I’m watching is not the same as what’s on the satellite service. So I was just checking if this was the case. Also if I decided to move to satellite would I then miss the shows I watch now on TVHITS.

    @Clubby_R8 @Foxtel Give them a call and say you want to cancel completely. They tend to do some deals in that scenario to try keep you.

    @FOXTEL_Help is there a problem with IQ4 at the moment? We have 2 IQ4 and both are not working, while our IQ3 is working fine??

    @MadHat74 @Foxtel Totally agree with you, but to see such an obvious set restart call not given, then see others given that leave you scratching your head leads to one conclusion - it’s not working and we need to go back to just calling penalties.

    @FOXTEL_Help I've been thru all the troubleshooting steps, there is at least 1 other person in my area with the same issue. I've booked a technician but I think there is some sort of outage in effect
