@FOXTEL_Help Well it’s buffering all the time and I can stream other services like Netflix without an issue using my Apple TV but as soon as I go back to your Foxtel Now box I can’t stream your service without it buffering all the time. I have the top speed NBN service.

  • VK2PNH Paul Hadlow (@VK2PNH) reported from Balranald, State of New South Wales

Looks like @FOXTEL_Help is having issues with the Universal channel on their Foxtel Now service is playing up this afternoon 😕😕

  • VK2PNH Paul Hadlow (@VK2PNH) reported from Balranald, State of New South Wales

@FOXTEL_Help Well it looks like I won’t be watching your Foxtel Now service. Works for a couple of minutes and then starts buffering. Going to be one of those night :(

  • VK2PNH Paul Hadlow (@VK2PNH) reported from Balranald, State of New South Wales

@FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel FOX8 playing up on your Foxtel Now service using your Foxtel Hub device. Can’t play FOX8 but all other channels are working fine.

  • VK2PNH Paul Hadlow (@VK2PNH) reported from Balranald, State of New South Wales

@FOXTEL_Help You have ads on your service saying The channel E is available to all customers, well it’s still locked on my Foxtel Now service.

  • VK2PNH Paul Hadlow (@VK2PNH) reported from Balranald, State of New South Wales

@FOXTEL_Help No not really. I was talking to a friend that was saying what I’m watching is not the same as what’s on the satellite service. So I was just checking if this was the case. Also if I decided to move to satellite would I then miss the shows I watch now on TVHITS.

  • VK2PNH Paul Hadlow (@VK2PNH) reported from Balranald, State of New South Wales

@slipworld2 @FOXTEL_Help Oh good so it’s not just me. Now to get Foxtel to admit they have a problem.

FOXTEL Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JamesCridland James Cridland @james@bne.social (@JamesCridland) reported

@TheDanBarrett As a customer - disappointingly, Foxtel has lured away the big guns (National Geographic, CNN) with exclusive deals. It leaves few decent channels available for Fetch - the BBC channels being the saving grace. The new UI has slowed the box down to a crawl, too.

  • Veritas_KW Veritas on KW (@Veritas_KW) reported

The big question right now. If (theoretically), UFC followed WWE into a standalone channel on Foxtel (if the UFC/WWE merger rumors are true), instead of charging AUD$60 per PPV, what would be the future for Foxtel-owned PPV service Main Event?

  • Jordan_Patu Jordan Patu (@Jordan_Patu) reported

WWE should be aiming to hold PPV's in at least 2 different Australian states with Rhea Ripley as their world champion. With the Foxtel partnership and the full power of the WWE marketing machine they could turn her into a massive star down here.

  • jessemagallan12 jesse magallanes (@jessemagallan12) reported

@Foxtel go **** yourselves putting adds in a paid subscription *****

  • gingernut07 M (@gingernut07) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Foxtel I’ve never experienced a more collective group of incompetent clueless idiots over the phone 📞 in my life.

@Sonia3044 @FOXTEL_Help Did you get this fixed? We are having the same issue.

  • gnockiminag gnocki monag (@gnockiminag) reported

When was the last **** was half fine when I was living at Albion cooked on box wine that’s a low self standard but I was having fun in a way learning experience from that is I prefer space to people and novelty’s like foxtel and having your own mattress even if it’s on the floor

  • randallgill Randall (@randallgill) reported

@mandyrojas23 @FOXTEL_Help I’m having the same problem. Have restarted the app, logged out then in again and it still won’t play.

  • CraiG_Mc Craig McGill 🟥⬛️ (@CraiG_Mc) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@DonCaldwelll @Jrod_Dons @FionaRoseT That’s what Foxtel want. The make kayo crap In the hope that people like you will switch and pay more for Foxtel. It’s a bait n switch tactic.

  • fmcbill Fred McBill (@fmcbill) reported

@Post_Market @spudheadcapital I went to cancel my Kayo and Foxtel subs I had kind of forgotten about. System offered me half price (on average) to stay on for 12 months.
