@FOXTEL_Help You have ads on your service saying The channel E is available to all customers, well it’s still locked on my Foxtel Now service.

@FOXTEL_Help No not really. I was talking to a friend that was saying what I’m watching is not the same as what’s on the satellite service. So I was just checking if this was the case. Also if I decided to move to satellite would I then miss the shows I watch now on TVHITS.

@FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel FOX8 playing up on your Foxtel Now service using your Foxtel Hub device. Can’t play FOX8 but all other channels are working fine.

@FOXTEL_Help Well it’s buffering all the time and I can stream other services like Netflix without an issue using my Apple TV but as soon as I go back to your Foxtel Now box I can’t stream your service without it buffering all the time. I have the top speed NBN service.

@FOXTEL_Help Well it looks like I won’t be watching your Foxtel Now service. Works for a couple of minutes and then starts buffering. Going to be one of those night :(

Hey @FOXTEL_Help I’ve got 2 ancient IQ boxes an IQ1 and a 2. I got rid of my fixed phone line years ago and cannot watch any movies on demand nor can I watch anything in 4K definition. As a long-standing customer, what are my options to modernise my Foxtel installation?

forever pissed at the fact australia doesn’t air hollyoaks so i have to watch via dailymotion who do i have to beg to put it on their streaming service bc i’ve asked foxtel so many times

@FOXTEL_Help hi my foxtel now box is causing me all sorts of grief and I’m receiving an error code AS4043. Please help. I also used to be able to watch Netflix and YouTube etc without an active foxtel now account which I can’t now.

@jeff_kennett Really don't include AFL most avid supporters have given up on football. I have been a footy fan since I was 4. Not interested now most of it is on Foxtel and not free to air. Doesn't help when we can't go in Melbourne due to lockdowns.
