I was not 'appreciated' for 1 second of that time, and you ALWAYS gave a better offer to new customers than I ever got... And btw, nobody wants rewards and goodies, they want to pay less for Foxtel....

Why should NZR subsidise RA due to their inability to properly negotiate? By all means have a discussion with the NZR, but do it in private you moron.
