@Foxtel Can you guys tell me why I can't update my debit card on the app, when its a monthly struggle to pay the foxtel bill purely because nothing works properly its maybe time to just cancel it. Especially when netflix, stan and binge work better and are cheaper.

My dad gets free Netflix through Foxtel. Looks like that solves my not wanting to spend $17 a month on a subscription problem.

@skypokey @Foxtel Dump Foxtel. Or ring them to cancel, they may upgrade you free of charge for a few months or so & at the same time update your billing info. Whatever the outcome it’s a win win.

@Foxtel thanks for screwing my Xmas by not sorting out my internet connection issues died last night and the silence re fixing the issue is deafening - perhaps if your call centre was in Australia and you paid overtime to your techie team we may get customer service #auspol

@wests_glory @FOXFOOTBALL Does my head in. Foxtel only care about ratings. They don’t care that owners are losing money. That fans can’t go and enjoy games in comfort or even go at all. Why the hell @ALeague chose to except Foxtel’s scraps is another reason why the game continues to fail in this county
