I am so sick of watching Channels 2,7,9 & 10 all the journos have become sensationalistic interviewing only people who have bad/sad stories thank god for foxtel this am who managed to find some intelligent stories people like the Mayor of Fairfield and Puncbowl restaurant owner

@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help last 3 days any call or live chat says - you have “major resourcing issues and unable to help with enquiry “ - well I’m not trying again to relocate the service to new house .. I will disconnect it and u lose a customer .. fix your support lines

@FOXTEL_Help how is it your call centers don’t answer, ‘’due to a local issue” when peeps want to cancel but you don’t offer an online way to cancel
