@lozb07 @Foxtel Hi Lauren - had to do a full reset of IQ box & therefore lost everything after trying all other channel scanning options It's a known software issue apparently

@Foxtel Thank you to Trana from @Foxtel tech services for spending 20 mins with me trying to fix this issue It's apparently had 'quite a number of reports' made about it Lost all of my library but now have a channel list - there's a silver lining
