@heidimur Does that mean Guy would cut the budget to support regional Victoria? It's Visit Victoria that's paying for Netball Australia not the Department of Health. Also don't remember Guy being so vocal about sports funding when feds gave $40m to Foxtel.

Foxtel is granted $10 million by Coalition federal govt to broadcast women's sports and "niche" competitions on Fox Sports in 2020. On top of $30 million in 2017. Yet Steve Price @theprojecttv attacks Victoria’s $15m support of a netball team as an improper use of taxpayer funds?

Took an 8 minute 50 second phone call to cancel Foxtel, & I was going hard on them. Pity the poor folks who stuggle to be assertive.

@Law_Girl_ Not a Labor #RustedOn in any sense - investing in womens sport can never be a bad thing. Do you take issue with Federal Coalition gifting Foxtel $40m for womens sport? Tasmanian LP govt sponsorship of Hawthorn AFL team? Federal Coalition govt gifting $15m for Sydney Swans AFLW?
