@DJobling Hey David. Sorry to hear of your experience. Unfortunately a Foxtel Now service can only be paid by credit or debit card - we recommend speaking with Telstra directly to sort out this billing issue. Best of luck -Mac

  • DJobling David Jobling 💉💉💉 (@DJobling) reported

All of my afternoon up through to 8:30 tonight completely wasted with incompetent poor english communicators trying to pay a invoice that @Telstra neglected to pay and @FOXTEL_Help will only accept via credit card. The crappiest service ever! 💯Percent🐂💩

  • ItsBenParks Ben Parks (@ItsBenParks) reported

@Foxtel promised callback hasn’t occurred. Customer service & escalation management is a joke to them.

  • amyepeden Dr Amy Peden (@amyepeden) reported

@FOXTEL_Help hi there can I DM a case number for an update? Onto 3rd day without internet and tearing through mobile data at my own cost trying to work from home. V frustrated - please help

  • quaddietime QuaddiesRLyfe (@quaddietime) reported

@FOXTEL_Help in the last week “No internet connection” has started to appear. Internet is working fine (no issues with Netflix, Stan, SBS, IView etc) Re-installed the app 3 times, which has done nothing. Any ideas?

  • GovindaLange Govinda Lange (@GovindaLange) reported

@mirandamohajrn It seems Homeland is now only on Binge (owned by Foxtel/Murdoch) in Australia. If you can’t stomach financing them, you might be able to watch it using Amazon Prime Video UK using a vpn or smart dns service.

Has anything be tried to discuss your account online with @foxtel. Worst service ever. 1 hour and still confirming details. Been a customer for over 25 years #shocked

  • Khadeer79280274 Khadeer (@Khadeer79280274) reported

@FoxCricket Mark Waugh did question this on Foxtel and as expected Shane Warne doesn’t think this to be a problem.

@FoxCricket @Foxtel @kayosports And no offence he is been an idiot. Even though he is the captain. Why would you even do or think that. Freaking hit the ball and run.

@SamNeill #auspol Are you so desperate for money you would do promotional adverts for the RWNJs at foxtel where skynewsaust is helping damage this country? Or are you just another RWNJ? So disappointing.
