Hey @Foxtel I understand call centre staff are working from home , but when they are speaking to a customer on the phone , it’s probably a good idea for the rooster and the dogs to stop squawking during the call , so I can actually understand what your staff member is saying.

At what stage does the #ALeague cancel its season? Shifting teams interstate costs money, playing in near empty stadiums especially for the Victorian teams, cost money. I'd hope the new one year #foxtel contract is watertight and the season can be called off.

You can't contact Telstra maybe now they'll realise that having call centers overseas is STUPID. I need to change my entire package for home ph. @MickLynch_Age Mick, I’ve had this issue for 4 days trying to watch “Blood” on SBS On Demand with same notation on the screen. I have no idea. Foxtel and Netflix works fine

You’d hope the plans are being developed for public discussion as soon as Foxtel De-commits.

But you do have to wonder, when in a time the streaming services are so busy they've reduced the quality of feeds to not flood our networks, why a service like Foxtel isn't doing better, not worse. And the owners...

@jessicalalor @Aussie_BB Small thinking Jess. But the real reason was because it was it was a threat to NewsCorp and Telstra. Lots written on the battle over the Foxtel Telstra cable network effectively having to be written off due to NBN.

@Foxtel upped my plan without notifying me now when I call in, happy to cancel or offer me the same plan at 20 bucks more per month. Appalling service, the worst being the jump without notice. Will be reporting this further.

Currently on hold with the clowns at foxtel who want me to pay for an "upgrade" to be able to stream shows on demand (a service I have always had) after having paid their rather extravagant costs for well over a decade. Not exactly peak customer service.
