When instructed to call Telstra by Foxtel, the T rep put me on hold “to look into it” & suddenly I found myself transferred to a F rep, more confused than I was. Coming to the house they say it’s fine, but appears to be 1 of the 2 wifi signals the router provides only gives very low speeds. The other is fine, but small distance. I’ll look at a different provider than @foxtel. Appalling customer support.

I will clarify that I don't believe P+ product is better than Foxtel but more ⚽ viewers are watching as the cost of P+ is astronomically cheaper than Foxtel. I NEVER paid FT a cent instead I went to games and now I watch a LOT of AL games.

We have contacted NBN who told us to contact Telstra. The person there said the problem is our modem which it is not. We need a solution please Telstra.

So Foxtel for the AFL will more than likely be down due to competing Free to air and doubling up multiple games and sometimes 3 game like the Sunday just past. Looks rosie but the numbers you don’t see will be poor.
