Crowdiegal (@crowdiegal) reportedRealistically Nine are the only FTA TV network that maybe could afford the World Cup rights. Ten would have to partner with Foxtel. Seven...no way could they do it not with AFL, cricket and maybe NRL on their network...they would be paying a lot for all three sports just there.
-
Ric S. AU (@RicS37759479) reported@Pivotonian1838 @SkyNewsAust @Foxtel ADS...bad ads for retards, ultratards who might want to light up the ole fishn hole.
-

-
Jason robert (@JasonR69737) reported@SoundingBoardEp @DrinkWiseAus Would the AFL be secretly hoping that Foxtel retain the broadcast rights to the NRL given that it's foreign ownership would have to consider the network's future if it lost the NRL?
-
Raymond McKeown (@RaymondKeown3) reported@Kate3015 Just like Foxtel, AGL, & others do, the broken English is so difficult to deal with most times

Nigeyboy (@Nigeyboyl7do) reported@codenrl **** I hope so . I hate channel 9 coverage. Foxtel is the greatest footy network. The people are decent down to earth and care about fans. Channel may have the greatest players ever but itโs a lame boring telecast.

Scott (Human) - ๐๐แ๐ไนไน๐๐ (@Dorizzdt) reported**** this, I'm going out today to spend $3k on a media setup. I'm going back to just pirating TV/Movies. It's not because I am not willing to pay, its I am tired of paying subscription services and having everything so fragmented and being Nickel and Dimed by the services. When we worked on HD Streaming in the 2000's we set the foundation up for the industry to make video possible more easier. Even back then convincing Hollywood / TV Networks to abandon physical media for streaming was a huge undertaking in itself. They just were ******* in contracts with the creators of content and couldn't find a way to make online work. Fast forward 20 years later and this is the **** we end up with. It literally is just easier to pirate than its to keep doing this. atm I pay for: HBO Max Stan FoxTel Primewire Paramount Netflix Disney+ BritTv (i forgot to cancel the trial fml) AppleTV+ Its about $160 a month AUD I can't find half the **** i want to watch and the stuff that I want to watch is full of ads, or you have to then pay extra ontop. I'm out. stfu ... I'ma use AI to setup a complete end to end media experience.
