-
Paul Lenkic (@PaulLenkic) reported from Melbourne, VictoriaMy iQ5 has gone crazy. All of a sudden, it’s not detecting the Hard Drive and it’s not responding to the remote control. Super annoying when the person on live help chat closes the conversation before resolving anything. @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help
-
Cooper & Co Inc 🦄 (@CooperCodes) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@agentm831 It’s owned by Disney now so it’ll probably move. Over here it was locked behind a stupid Foxtel platform. I won’t get started on Foxtel
-
Rexy (@rexy69) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@FOXTEL_Help l liased with Foxtel weeks ago and requested to cancel sport and movies of my ola . Still hasn’t been .
-
Salomae Haselgrove (@Salomae_H) reported from Melbourne, VictoriaAaaand the @Foxtel stream has cut out - yikes on bikes
-
Dave Dawson (@demon_dave) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@Foxtel changed to Murdoch’s Foxtel last week because it was supposed to be easier and cheaper than going through @Telstra , what a massive mistake, they never answer phones they’re the most inept bunch of corporate lackeys this side of @amazon
-
Lous (@lousanti) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@Telstra looks like you are at it again. Want to cancel Foxtel, almost impossible. Telling me my service number is incorrect. Would like to speak to someone but guess what, Telstra don’t employ humans! Utterly pathetic!
-
Tanya (@tigertufftanya) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@RayRockyDog @Gizmobud @Foxtel Yep, the only way you can speak to someone here is to be quite rude and demand it. Or threaten to disconnect!
-
Anthony Leach (@ahleach) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@__Rounders__ @mattrfrancis Done that as well. When the Foxtel/NBN bloke came last time he told me I never needed to worry about the aerial socket again. And the aerial cable they provided isn't compatible with the Foxtel box.
-
Scott and Nadia (@ScottAndNadia) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@Telstra We already had it connected but the cable came down off the house 🏡 and needs to be re attached it’s been down for about 4 weeks all your connections are for new connections etc .. we have everything modem etc just need the cable connected we also need the Foxtel satellite 📡
-
Peter O 'Brien (@pjrobrien) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@FOXTEL_Help Hey Foxtel I have lost my CC and sent you an email informing you that I’m awaiting a replacement CC but you have deactivated my account anyway surely No way to treat long time customer
-
Chris McLay (@chrismclay) reported from Melbourne, VictoriaThe EV lobby here is their own worst enemy. The road tax will cost $100-300 year, a bit more than Netflix, but a lot less than Foxtel. If you can buy a $60k car, you won’t even notice the tax. Claiming it’s a “major disincentive” is just nonsense.
-
MícheálMacCumascaigh (@demicker) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@FOXTEL_Help I did live chat and the bot stopped responding! Provide a service! Not an automaton
-
Thomas Naismith (@tomnaismith) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@AndyMaherDFA @Foxtel Rowan Dean is one of SlyNews worst talking fools. His idea of global warming is local temperature measurement and saying if it’s “going to be cold in Melb., how can the planet be warming”? He’s another example of someone promoted beyond the level of his own competency, he’s nuts!
-
thatbro (@thatbro83) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@Foxtel - your 4K content is average. No Bathurst in 4K. I want to cancel
FOXTEL Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Mike Oxbig (@Manbearpigzebra) reportedI wish. The watered down version of World Movies has just as many English speaking films as it does foreign films. The should give it back to Foxtel and allow R rated movies again.
-
Morsey (@WCE92940618) reportedLet’s be honest @7afl coverage is so much better than @FOXFOOTY this year All they need now is a couple Saturday games and i would cancel @Foxtel
-
Angry E𝕏ile 🇺🇦 (@AngryExile) reported@Xenosmilus4 @MisanthropeGirl Presumably you can stream to a Sky box as well as get satellite, but can you get it to use only as a streaming set top box? The equivalent here, Foxtel, just has an app for people who don’t want the satellite service, which means using a Firestick, Apple TV or the like.
-
Biscuitman (@biscuitman007) reported@Hugh_96 @balumbah I agree, as there's no accountability in RA. You can fail and fail again, and no transparency. My view is that 3 years after the RWC, when the money runs out, Foxtel will buy rugby for peanuts. Only then will it get fixed.
-
RJHtweets (@RJHampson01) reportedToday’s customer service cvnts winner is Telstra. 2.5 hours on the chat line to just cancel an internet Foxtel connection which they stuffed up and then gave me the Indian Call Centre shuffle. OH we undertaken your frustration bullshit. We deserve better service from Australians.
-
Judy Bourke (@judithbourke) reported@benonwine I agree it’s bloody awful got Foxtel and your paying for repeats Sports channel maybe different
-
Catta (@Catta_SCT) reported@AFL @SuperCoachAFL @Foxtel Ffs Foxtel, we customers pay big $$$$ for your service - your efforts for the massive Anzac Day match between the Pies & Bombers was absolutely PUTRID Lift your fk’n game you 🥔‘s
-
Mark Fawcett (@mfawcett1977) reported@Tuxy81 These streaming companies will never learn. Prices here in Australia are more than the Foxtel everybody replaced them with. Streaming was meant to be cheaper than cable, but here we are.
-
Frank (@FrankieJBroph) reported@Quartermain10 "Technical difficulties" don't cover the continuous stuff ups where we watching replays instead of live centre bounce contests. Very poor direction from Foxtel, should be 100% better for the subscription cost!
-
side quest king (@babydoll25pc) reported@hudsonwphotos Nooo, not Foxtel - wtf! brb checking out how much im going to have to pay
