When instructed to call Telstra by Foxtel, the T rep put me on hold “to look into it” & suddenly I found myself transferred to a F rep, more confused than I was. If you can buy a $60k car, you won’t even notice the tax. Claiming it’s a “major disincentive” is just nonsense.
