@RonniSalt Every time I see him in his bile green suit I'm instantly nauseated. Every time I see him I cannot help but picture him in his bile green suit & I'm instantly nauseated. I resolve this by switching off the TV every time he's on. It's also helpful that I don't have Foxtel.

  • BillieHill64
Ade (@BillieHill64) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@georgieparker @AndyMaherDFA @Foxtel You can cancel online. No waiting for hours, no being referred to an operator who will try and talk you out of it. Cancelling was the one of the best things I ever did.

After 6 weeks of hell dealing with @telstra to swap from #foxtel to #telstra for our internet we were “absolutely promise” the service would commence last night. Rebooted modems this morning, guess what, still no Telstra 😡 - Your OS Callcentres are a joke. #australia

  • ScottAndNadia
Scott and Nadia (@ScottAndNadia) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@Telstra We already had it connected but the cable came down off the house 🏡 and needs to be re attached it’s been down for about 4 weeks all your connections are for new connections etc .. we have everything modem etc just need the cable connected we also need the Foxtel satellite 📡

  • CooperCodes
Cooper Everywhere All At Once 🧑🏼‍💻 (@CooperCodes) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@emma__jayne14 @RhysParton I get a login for the Foxtel app from the parentals that I use. Otherwise I think it’s binge.

  • chrismclay
Chris McLay (@chrismclay) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

The EV lobby here is their own worst enemy. The road tax will cost $100-300 year, a bit more than Netflix, but a lot less than Foxtel. If you can buy a $60k car, you won’t even notice the tax. Claiming it’s a “major disincentive” is just nonsense.

  • davesayys
Dave (@davesayys) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

The Binge app is frustratingly crap why does everything Foxtel touch turn to ****

  • PrinceJayHitch

Why is the @FOXTEL_Help app so crap? Literally freezes every ten minutes 💀

  • alp_ashley

    @NototyrannyNOW Foxtel. Damn auto correct

  • CooperCodes
Cooper & Co Inc 🦄 (@CooperCodes) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@agentm831 It’s owned by Disney now so it’ll probably move. Over here it was locked behind a stupid Foxtel platform. I won’t get started on Foxtel

  • tomnaismith
Thomas Naismith (@tomnaismith) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@AndyMaherDFA @Foxtel Rowan Dean is one of SlyNews worst talking fools. His idea of global warming is local temperature measurement and saying if it’s “going to be cold in Melb., how can the planet be warming”? He’s another example of someone promoted beyond the level of his own competency, he’s nuts!

  • Gerschol
Gerard Scholten (@Gerschol) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@ParamountPlusAU Please fix this and make it available as soon as the broadcast ends - Foxtel was able to do it on their Go app

  • SiCozens
Simon Cozens 💎🚀🦍 (@SiCozens) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@joshgnosis @PRGuy17 CORRECTION: it costs me about $7 per year if we divide $1bn by 14.7m taxpayers. Pretty good value given Foxtel garbage costs at least $468 per year.

@TimothyJ_23 “Apps will crash from time to time” - it’s amazing how low we’ve set the bar for what’s deemed acceptable service nowadays. Personally I find there’s a common thread. Whenever an event moves from Foxtel to Free to Air TV, they mess it up.

Looking for ideas on how to stream tonight’s #AFLCrowsDees final on my iPad as I am currently laid up with sciatica and can’t spend more than an hour or so on the couch rn. I don’t have Foxtel or Kayo. Help please!

  • tigertufftanya
Tanya (@tigertufftanya) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@Richmondman04 @Foxtel A big waste of money is what it is. $124 a month... it stopped working tonight, and they tell us they can't fix it until the 18th of November.

  • vitomattvm
vito m (@vitomattvm) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@Telstra Confusion over Telstra/Foxtel responsibility is an issue. When instructed to call Telstra by Foxtel, the T rep put me on hold “to look into it” & suddenly I found myself transferred to a F rep, more confused than I was. Why is this all so unnecessarily complicated?

  • Aaronsmith333
Aaron Smith (@Aaronsmith333) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@3AWNeilMitchell That is such a disingenuous question, and you know it. In any case, the issue is entirely around concentration. The issue is not that Murdoch owns The Australian or Herald Sun or Telegraph or Foxtel or Courier Mail. It’s that he owns all of them.

  • tigertufftanya
Tanya (@tigertufftanya) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@justin1flynn @Foxtel My husband keeps getting put on hold, and I swear it is so she can yell at her kids to STFU lol. It wouldn't be a big deal if the issue was actually solved.

  • BillieHill64
Ade (@BillieHill64) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@YoAdrian101 @DrBlackVelvet I can’t remember for sure, but because Kayo is a streaming service it seems to have lots more stuff & documentaries than Foxtel ever did. It also has edited versions of stuff if you want to watch just the highlights. Plus split screen is pretty cool. Bathurst coverage was ace.

Surprised Channel 7 didn’t choose to show Foxtel broadcast for an AFL milestone; Pendlebury breaking AFL games record. Not a Collingwood fan/supporter, but there are loyal Collingwood fans/supporters who only have access to Free to Air. Stupid move as usual from Channel 7. 🙄😒

  • Tanswell87
    JT (@Tanswell87) reported

I hate watching on nine but **** foxtel and Kayo. Go hard nine.

  • PedlarFan
    AlexanderV (@PedlarFan) reported

@fa37376 Do you understand how much money Qatar and the UAE have? Saudi Arabia have a minority stake in DAZN who bought Foxtel which plays Sydney games on it. They can’t take it back, but they could have easily renewed the sponsorship, instead they turned down the money.

  • JoeBlowthoughts
    Joe Blow (@JoeBlowthoughts) reported

@a_eugol @DanGinnane is a moron. Why do you even listen to him? Doesn't even know the rules. Sucks up to everyone at Foxtel! Goodbyyyyeeeee

  • FrankieJBroph
    Frank (@FrankieJBroph) reported

@Quartermain10 "Technical difficulties" don't cover the continuous stuff ups where we watching replays instead of live centre bounce contests. Very poor direction from Foxtel, should be 100% better for the subscription cost!

  • CoJustice_48
    C_Of_Justice COJ (@CoJustice_48) reported

How the hell does #KenHinckley GetARoleCommentatingOnTheShowdown ? He would have to go down as the worst coach in history for a side. Why @FoxSportts @Foxtel making us listen to the worst coach in AFL history ? He’s rich $ stop paying irrelevant conversation !! #AFL #crows port

  • kts350

@FOXTEL_Help having constant issues trying to get foxtel to work on my browser, using chrome settings are up to date I reset my cache still live only plays stuff from 30 mins ago then stops tried restarting still doesnt fix it

  • bardostate1965
    Titus Livius (@bardostate1965) reported

Just went to Foxtel to watch Collingwood game and they’re playing some team with an Aboriginal name. AFL is so woke. I’ll never watch another game again. I’m ******* sick of the pandering. #aflnorthsuns

  • Wikus_de_mere

    Same here! WTF! @Foxtel

  • b_dog_78
    Brett Cox (@b_dog_78) reported

@NicNegrepontis Foxtel is borderline unwatchable. Signal dropping in and out. There is no rain and not a breath of wind outside, so the “poor weather” excuse is not valid. Just a poor service all round.
