When instructed to call Telstra by Foxtel, the T rep put me on hold “to look into it” & suddenly I found myself transferred to a F rep, more confused than I was. The price has gone up $20 on the last few years and the service hasn’t improved. I pay $107 a month to have Foxtel I can afford it, many cannot.
