Hi @Foxtel I need to cancel my subscription. My wife’s lost her job. I’m about to be stood down with no pay. The only way to cancel is by calling. Yet you can’t get through. You need to set up another way to cancel. I’m going to have to cancel my credit card so I’m not charged.

  • marc_cscott 𝗗𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰 𝗖-𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘁𝘁 (PhD) 📺🎬🖥 (@marc_cscott) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@GlennHampson They’d make more money to sell it into different regions separately, like Australia sell to Foxtel, India to HotStar etc. If they sold to a service like Netflix, it’s a single sell for international rights, which then competes with their own platform.

  • Karina_Melbs PolarK (@Karina_Melbs) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@andrewlarmour @Foxtel Ch7 didn't show it. I turned tv on at 12.30 and there was some stupid lifestyle show on right up to 1pm.

FOXTEL Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Puggles99 Swiftie over seventy (@Puggles99) reported

@Foxtel The last day or so I have had difficulty series-recording Sky News channel shows. All other channels series-recordings are working normally. Is this a known problem? If so, please advise how I can rectify the problem.

  • GhettoPanda24 Jerry Jerome (@GhettoPanda24) reported

@FOXNRL @Foxtel @kayosports If he consistently gets selected to play origin and win or even win a premiership, than yes he would be a million dollar player… he just needs accolades to help raise his price.. he is a 700k player at best

  • SigaNab siga (@SigaNab) reported

Interest rate gone up, I’m gonna start fare evading, drinking wine from a bag, and cancel my Foxtel subscription. So nothing changed for me coz I don’t have a mortgage.

  • every1saysyes thecommonman (@every1saysyes) reported

@FOXNRL @Foxtel @kayosports The problem for most clubs is they are prepared to pay whatever it takes to get “their man” and then when they’ve got him it doesn’t take too long for them to realise they paid way over what he is actually worth. Then there is a problem with Salary Cap. Happens over and over.

  • jason_isaia Jason I (@jason_isaia) reported

@ChristianM29 @aleaguemen @spfl If you want to know what the problem is, its having 1 free game a week on a side channel thats never the team you support and removing it from foxtel. AFL will have the same issue and lose a large viewing base when they chase the extra $$ from paramount

  • martinis_etal Kirribilligirl (@martinis_etal) reported

@MThistlethwaite @SSFCRABBITOHS It was a fun and desperate the last year Tugger coached the bunnies. I loved his determination as Rupert Murdoch attempted to take our team away. To this day I never read a Murdoch paper nor subscribe to Foxtel. I maintain the rage!

  • GrahamKing16 Graham King (@GrahamKing16) reported

@WMFB69 @MikeCarlton01 @JasonClareMP Labor wanted fibre to the home, Telstra lobbied furiously too save the copper network to save Foxtel and we ended up with a system most third world countries would reject

  • jagra1525 Jagra (@jagra1525) reported

@banshee_19 Be wary of Stan, I put it on for Better Call Saul and it's fine during the day but buffers to unwatchable after 6.30pm. I have very fast internet 250mbs and it still buffers and comes up with an error code. Netflix, Paramount plus, Prime and Foxtel on demand no problem whatsoever

  • anthocat89 anthony catalano (@anthocat89) reported

@Boycey1105 No do one for Foxtel thanks. Also how good is it that we never have to listen to the worst sports comments of all time ever again so good listening to real football commentators and not ones who go on about themselves and think they are it and a bit

  • BobBobb70447781 Bob Bobberson (@BobBobb70447781) reported

@Foxtel , @FOXNRL . If you continue to support and employee James Hooper and Paul Kent I will take my $126 per month elsewhere. I am absolutely sure no-one else feels the same way about these galoots.
