John Polizzi (@ThePolizz) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@WhateleySEN @storm @NRL It just mind boggles me the Nine and Foxtel agreed to this!? For the rabbitohs game you'll have the same audience whether it's friday or saturday night But for the Melbourne game you will have such a bigger audience on the friday, as Victorians would tune in to support storm

Ade (@BillieHill64) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@YoAdrian101 @DrBlackVelvet I can’t remember for sure, but because Kayo is a streaming service it seems to have lots more stuff & documentaries than Foxtel ever did. It also has edited versions of stuff if you want to watch just the highlights. Plus split screen is pretty cool. Bathurst coverage was ace.

😱😤🤬🐀🐀🐀💧🔥⛴😷💲60Bn more🍩s lachiemc (@lachiemc64) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@RonniSalt Every time I see him in his bile green suit I'm instantly nauseated. Every time I see him I cannot help but picture him in his bile green suit & I'm instantly nauseated. I resolve this by switching off the TV every time he's on. It's also helpful that I don't have Foxtel.

PicPuck Photography 📸 (@picpuckphoto) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@TimothyJ_23 “Apps will crash from time to time” - it’s amazing how low we’ve set the bar for what’s deemed acceptable service nowadays. Personally I find there’s a common thread. Whenever an event moves from Foxtel to Free to Air TV, they mess it up.
-
The Foss 🇦🇺 (@Brettg04) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@HarryFroling Oh nice straight to insults when I was *************** as it's obvious its on kayo and foxtel every month...Good work ya hero. No wonder you got ya skull broken at 2am ya 🤡 Couldn't even respond to a tweet without being a flog

Aaron Magro (@AaronMagro) reported from Melbourne, VictoriaHow is #Foxtel eligible for taxpayer funded support, but Australian universities are not? #auspol
-
K u t i e l (@Kutiel_) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@WestCoastEagles Sounds like a good game, however, supporters on the east coast can’t watch as both Foxtel and Kayo livestreams are down… 🙄

-
Mark K (@mark_melb) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@SiCozens @joshgnosis @PRGuy17 People pay for Foxtel?! Can't you just go down to the nearest RSL or TAB?
-
Tanya (@tigertufftanya) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@justin1flynn @Foxtel My husband keeps getting put on hold, and I swear it is so she can yell at her kids to STFU lol. It wouldn't be a big deal if the issue was actually solved.
-
Rehan (@Chaserholic) reported from Melbourne, VictoriaI need to cancel my @Foxtel . Whats the quickest way @FOXTEL_Help ?
-
Konrad Marshall (@KonradMarshall) reported from Melbourne, VictoriaWatching a little Foxtel recap about the #AFLSaintsTigers game tonight, and I hear someone say “And then The King comes out and goes whack whack”, and a moment later I realise that ‘The King’ in this sentence is Richmond, and geez, I’ll never take this era for granted #GoTiges
-
MícheálMacCumascaigh (@demicker) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@FOXTEL_Help my Foxtel GP won’t Chromecast, and your support network stopped responding to my query online. Thanks! For the abysmal service after the years of money I’ve given Foxtel. Crap service & see you at the ombudsman
-
Briley Myerscough (@BrileyM) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@ESPNAusNZ @Foxtel why does the sound intermittently cut out quite a bit during the @FIBAWWC telecast?! Been happening all tournament, drops for 3-4 seconds … maybe 2-3 times a quarter 🏀
-
Erin Jameson (@JamesonCoPR) reported from Melbourne, VictoriaSeriously, @Foxtel programming … why interrupt an important show like @CuomoPrimeTime every Thursday in Australia for a rerun of Stanley Tucci’s Italy series? Makes no sense!
-
Royalmatty (@MattyBSmith) reported from Melbourne, VictoriaAny one having issues with their @Foxtel satellite signal in Melbourne?
-
Aaron Smith (@Aaronsmith333) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@3AWNeilMitchell That is such a disingenuous question, and you know it. In any case, the issue is entirely around concentration. The issue is not that Murdoch owns The Australian or Herald Sun or Telegraph or Foxtel or Courier Mail. It’s that he owns all of them.
-
CoryCobain (@CoryCobain) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@AnarchistDicky @kayosports And a far better service than @Foxtel

Scott (Human) - 𐌃𐌏ᖇ𐌉乙乙𐌃𐌕 (@Dorizzdt) reported**** this, I'm going out today to spend $3k on a media setup. I'm going back to just pirating TV/Movies. It's not because I am not willing to pay, its I am tired of paying subscription services and having everything so fragmented and being Nickel and Dimed by the services. When we worked on HD Streaming in the 2000's we set the foundation up for the industry to make video possible more easier. Even back then convincing Hollywood / TV Networks to abandon physical media for streaming was a huge undertaking in itself. They just were ******* in contracts with the creators of content and couldn't find a way to make online work. Fast forward 20 years later and this is the **** we end up with. It literally is just easier to pirate than its to keep doing this. atm I pay for: HBO Max Stan FoxTel Primewire Paramount Netflix Disney+ BritTv (i forgot to cancel the trial fml) AppleTV+ Its about $160 a month AUD I can't find half the **** i want to watch and the stuff that I want to watch is full of ads, or you have to then pay extra ontop. I'm out. stfu ... I'ma use AI to setup a complete end to end media experience.
-
jkb (@Perthkiwi3) reportedWtf, what's going on you overpriced pricks @Foxtel #NRLRaidersPanthers
-
Carl Raymond 🌞🌞🔋 (@CarlSparre) reported@ruicharadrius Wifi here is like wifi anywhere, afaik. Perhaps you mean bandwidth. For that problem blame the government that thought fibre to premises was overkill. Turnbull, under the thumb of Murdoch who was protecting Foxtel. We don’t hate Murdoch enough.
-
TJ (@fantasyallsport) reported@Sharkydave44 Nine has the money from the Domain sale. Yes, Dazn would be incredibly stupid to lose the rights after forking out for Foxtel. Dazn has shown some form in trying to lowball sport bodies I don’t believe the numbers have been agreed on, I do think the NRL would prefer not to move
-
Here4CarltonMeltdowns⚫️⚪️⚫️🇦🇺✊🏾🌊🏄♂️ (@camo2572) reported@theheraldsun Hang on They gave you a job after a long hiatus, when you lost your job at Foxtel and no one would touch you Entitled much Tom 🤦🤡
-
Mike Oxbig (@Manbearpigzebra) reportedLate to starting Dynamite because I had to install a new cable box (**** @Foxtel btw). But starting now so hopefully it’s a good show #AEWDynamite
-
Dr G (@DrG2020V) reported@GregDavis006 Imagine the poor ***** who don't have Foxtel and have to watch channel 9 for all their footie all year! I'd just stop.
