James Bing (@BingIsBackBaby) reported@MrTobyCook @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help The only traction was to say I wish to cancel...they transferred me to their Australian loyalty and retention team who replaced their set top box and gave them a $480 credit over 12 months... I recommend others doing it. They have no technicians or on short support now sadly.

Mei-Ling Day (@Meilingday) reported@JFalleiro Jeepers. I try to cancel my foxtel and I have the retention department sending me emails, and them giving me deals I don’t want over the phone! I can’t escape them! I feel sad hearing all this. I genuinely do.
