Hi @Foxtel I need to cancel my subscription. My wife’s lost her job. I’m about to be stood down with no pay. The only way to cancel is by calling. Yet you can’t get through. You need to set up another way to cancel. I’m going to have to cancel my credit card so I’m not charged.

@GlennHampson They’d make more money to sell it into different regions separately, like Australia sell to Foxtel, India to HotStar etc. If they sold to a service like Netflix, it’s a single sell for international rights, which then competes with their own platform.

@Foxtel I had premium foxtel for 15 years. When I decided to get rid of it, I was on the phone for an hour as your employee tried to entice me to stay. Not only did he offer me upgraded IQ boxes, but also reduced my monthly payments from $110 down to $43! Too little, too late.
