@Telstra Confusion over Telstra/Foxtel responsibility is an issue. When instructed to call Telstra by Foxtel, the T rep put me on hold “to look into it” & suddenly I found myself transferred to a F rep, more confused than I was. Why is this all so unnecessarily complicated?

@joshgnosis @PRGuy17 CORRECTION: it costs me about $7 per year if we divide $1bn by 14.7m taxpayers. Pretty good value given Foxtel garbage costs at least $468 per year.

@Foxtel changed to Murdoch’s Foxtel last week because it was supposed to be easier and cheaper than going through @Telstra , what a massive mistake, they never answer phones they’re the most inept bunch of corporate lackeys this side of @amazon

@FOXTEL_Help I'm in tech so I've tried 3 computers, 2 browsers per computer, 2 phones, on both wifi and data, even remoted into a family members computer on the other side of the state all the same issue. Even different email adresses.. live chat basically told me "bad luck, its self service"
