  • MadDon78 Mark Pinto (@MadDon78) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

  • marc_cscott 𝗗𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰 𝗖-𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘁𝘁 (PhD) 📺🎬🖥 (@marc_cscott) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@GlennHampson They’d make more money to sell it into different regions separately, like Australia sell to Foxtel, India to HotStar etc. If they sold to a service like Netflix, it’s a single sell for international rights, which then competes with their own platform.

  • deathbycodex Timothy Tillack (@deathbycodex) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@FOXTEL_Help Thanks for contacting me. Issue resolved itself after a while.

  • garyjatkinson1 Gary Atkinson (@garyjatkinson1) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@EddyJokovich @icred1 Probably find the Coalition's friend Murdoch the biggest culprit, do you think not sure about(memory)but before election Slow-Mo's cohort's in spin gave $30,000,000 for foxtel sports, did they ask ABC 2 do for $ or just cut ABC's budget, mates doing mates favours as per this Gvt

@mark34945235 @simonahac @TurnbullMalcolm @russellcrowe @Foxtel @SkyNewsAust You would know - you're the expert on bullshit. You should seek psychological help.

  • Karina_Melbs PolarK (@Karina_Melbs) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@andrewlarmour @Foxtel Ch7 didn't show it. I turned tv on at 12.30 and there was some stupid lifestyle show on right up to 1pm.

  • cjnetAU CORY (@cjnetAU) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

@jindivik @Martin_Sanna @LeGrandeWee @Waveline2shore Let’s face it. Money is not really a problem for #NewsCorpse. Dark Lord Murdoch just gives Scott Morrison a call and voila! A cash top up at Australia’s expense. That’s how it happens for Foxtel

  • CollardYRC Yehudi Collard (@CollardYRC) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@PatrickDelany you could do your @foxtel call centre's a favour and allow people to change/downgrade their packages or cancel their service online. Over 1 hour and still waiting is a joke. Your email communications aren't helping at all either.

  • bowlsy26 Chris Bowley (@bowlsy26) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

After 8 years (at this address) I finally cancelled @Foxtel Lots of reasons why but paying increasing amounts of money for crap like Hillsong and Sky News definitely large contributors.

  • gusk Gus (@gusk) reported

@DavidPZone1 Except cancelling a Telstra service but only topped by canceling a Foxtel service.

  • scrumblebum1 Mark (@scrumblebum1) reported

@FOXTEL_Help Never works. If it goes again I'm leaving my subscription.

  • chrisede_au C:\hris (@chrisede_au) reported

With all of these streaming services (Discovery is launching theirs tomorrow) maybe Foxtel / cable wasn't a bad deal after all. Or pirating. Just do pirating.

  • JoshuaGannon17 Joshua Gannon (@JoshuaGannon17) reported

@couch_specimen @MrKRudd The issue here is that the government could have given the ABC money to get the rights directly. Instead taxpayer money went to Foxtel to produce the content and then the ABC used taxpayer to buy the broadcast from Foxtel. Taxpayers paid twice. That is the double dip.

@dagenmcdowell last year, oh, no, hang on in 2019, we had @FoxBusiness on Foxtel here, I fell in love with it, and we lost it, just wondering can you please ask the powers to be, if there is any chance of us getting it back?" As I loved watching MWM.

  • jonthegpi The red masque (@jonthegpi) reported

@mrtonymartin The only thing keeping foxtel afloat is federal funding, the only thing keeping the smirking idiot in office is News Ltd acting as as his PR firm

  • Tommiejones19 Tommie jones (@Tommiejones19) reported

Is anyone else watching channel 7 and putting up with adds during the big bash Renegades v Strikers because you would rather listen to Flemo hodgie and JB instead of listening to Simonds talk crap on Foxtel 🙉

  • alfombro Alfombro (@alfombro) reported

@sarahinthesen8 Plus what they get directly from Subscribers!!! I haven’t had any foxtel service for a couple of years now and surviving ok so far ;)
