  • marc_cscott 𝗗𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰 𝗖-𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘁𝘁 (PhD) 📺🎬🖥 (@marc_cscott) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@GlennHampson They’d make more money to sell it into different regions separately, like Australia sell to Foxtel, India to HotStar etc. If they sold to a service like Netflix, it’s a single sell for international rights, which then competes with their own platform.

  • LScigna LaScigna (@LScigna) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@mark34945235 @simonahac @TurnbullMalcolm @russellcrowe @Foxtel @SkyNewsAust You would know - you're the expert on bullshit. You should seek psychological help.

@andrewlarmour @Foxtel Ch7 didn't show it. I turned tv on at 12.30 and there was some stupid lifestyle show on right up to 1pm.

  • dafoshowsc shauncampbell (@dafoshowsc) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@peasley_mark Cancel Foxtel. For those like myself if you can’t live without the sport switch to their Kayo product is around a 3rd of the price. Unsubscribing from their print requires a phone call but it’s relatively straightforward

  • mralexdawson Alex Dawson (@mralexdawson) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Oh dear @FOXTEL_Help, You keep telling me my new apartment in the same building can’t be serviced. All I need is an engineer to connect a wire but forced to follow your internal email process. I mean it’s 2020. No issues with @Optus switch today. Worst customer service ever!

  • The_jdAllan jdAllan (@The_jdAllan) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Hi @Foxtel I need to cancel my subscription. My wife’s lost her job. I’m about to be stood down with no pay. The only way to cancel is by calling. Yet you can’t get through. You need to set up another way to cancel. I’m going to have to cancel my credit card so I’m not charged.

@jindivik @Martin_Sanna @LeGrandeWee @Waveline2shore Let’s face it. Money is not really a problem for #NewsCorpse. Dark Lord Murdoch just gives Scott Morrison a call and voila! A cash top up at Australia’s expense. That’s how it happens for Foxtel

  • Greyspell Jo (@Greyspell) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@FOXTEL_Help Hi, I’d like to talk to someone about the fact that I’m paying you twice each month for single service.

Foxtel use to have customer service, back in the day when they cared about their customers. Now you get abused by their Loyalty Team from the Aussie call centers on the Goldy ans/or Melbourne. Cant even follow thru with that manager calling back. Useless @FOXTEL_Help

  • HuxleyMossMedia Huxley Moss (@HuxleyMossMedia) reported

@CTMelb Anyone know if Netball Australia denounced Morrison giving $40m to Foxtel to cover women’s sport but never spent it on women’s sport? Anyone? Anyone? Are critics of the sponsorship deal typical right-wing whining whinging cry babies or just anti-women dickwads? Or both? #RWWW

  • marie_sarjeant Marie sarjeant (@marie_sarjeant) reported

@3AW693 Never forget.Morrison government gifted $39 BILLION Of of tax money to business where turnover did not fall below the thresholdholds. "The Parliamentary Budget Office found $1.3 billion went to companies where turnover TRIPLED during the quarter !! Coalition gave $10m to Foxtel

  • SteveOscarbravo Steve Oscar (@SteveOscarbravo) reported

netball Foxtel received $40m overall for its flagging subscription TV service, supposedly to broadcast women’s sport. Foxtel is Murdoch-owned which relentlessly promotes the Coalition.

  • AinscoughLouisa Louisa Ainscough 🌻 (@AinscoughLouisa) reported

@theheraldsun How much did successful businesses rort the taxpayer of during the pandemic ? How much did the federal government give Foxtel to pathetically support women’s sport?

  • VicConservative Red the Collie 🇦🇺 (@VicConservative) reported

@MacDSmith3 @3AW693 Nobody watches it. You need a Foxtel subscription to do so if you wanted to. It’s a massive Virtue Signal with our money and a joke.

  • brodiemisa brodiemisa (@brodiemisa) reported

@SkyNewsAust What's the problem? Precedent, federal government giving 30 mill to Foxtel for women sports coverage. Bet U had no problem with that

  • marchicks091 Marc Hicks (@marchicks091) reported

@macsween_prue @DanielAndrewsMP @NetballAust Never heard you whining this loud when the Federal Coalition handed over $40m to Foxtel with SFA to show for it.

  • Flashas12 Paul Aylward (@Flashas12) reported

@macsween_prue @DanielAndrewsMP @NetballAust What a heinous and awful person you are, is it beneath you to find a positive in this and acknowledge that this might be a massive shot in the arm for women’s sport. Where were you during the sports rorts or the foxtel handout by Morrison ?
