How has this now been been an unresolved issue since OCTOBER. @Foxtel Go still does not scale full screen video correctly on iPhone XS or XS Max. Your competitors worked this out promptly, you just don’t seem to care @FOXTEL_Help

@FOXTEL_Help In apartment building, cable to satellite I believe. Most channels seem to be working ok but the sports channels are no good. Tried a hard reboot and same issue.

@Foxtel It must be known that #FOXTEL is a #terrible company. I ended my account in late 2020 with my account in credit. 5 days ago I contacted @FOXTEL for a refund. I was told by the consultant that she had to escalate my request. She then said that she would call me back
