    @ldcp_ Newscorp are in serious trouble. Writing down value of Foxtel (Sky), selling off most regional papers etc. When this legislation was introduced it was only applicable to NC/Nine. ABC/SBS (public broadcasters) weren't included. That itself tells you all you need to know.

    @anne_twain @MrDenmore @MikeCarlton01 True. Foxtel is our Murdoch guilty pleasure. We blocked the Sky ‘news’ channel and wrote a complaint letter explaining why. Would really like to cancel the subscription as part of a mass movement though. It would make more impact.

    @joshgnosis Why did you fail to qualify this with the actual fact that over 64% of metropolitan circulation is Murdoch? Because dead trees don't matter any more? (though, nice to pretend that)... how about how our NBN was crippled to appease Foxtel? Just going to stenographer this ****? K.

    Let me get this straight Foxtel/Newscorp pay no tax in Australia and are going broke because basically Australians are sick of their ****. Our Prime Minister is giving Murdoch money and supports any proposals Murdoch makes to further enrich himself and the LNP #LNPCrimeFamily
