    @FOXTEL_Help hey team. My mum is having issues with the app on her Samsung TV. Live tv works great but it freezes for any show on demand. Help please!

    @GordyPls @voltagex Another test you could do is check with neighbours or people you know who love close by with the same foxtel box setup, if they have the same issue. This may confirm if it’s a foxtel box issue

    @simonahac Wonder if this is to do with Foxtel's new news streaming service which is meant to be on the way - similar to Binge/Kayo but for news (doesnt seem like a big hit to me but who knows)
