@Telstra i moved house in december and am still having several problems with my foxtel with telstra. Twice on to complaints dept but more issues started. Dodgy app/website and massive waits on the phone.😡 it started before covid. Disgraceful service.

Never been a big commentator whinger, but Jesus... I’ve had to change over from Channel 9 to Foxtel tonight: the panel sounds half asleep & repeats the same thing constantly. The game becomes instantly more watchable with Vossy.

Hey @FOXTEL_Help I’ve got 2 ancient IQ boxes an IQ1 and a 2. I got rid of my fixed phone line years ago and cannot watch any movies on demand nor can I watch anything in 4K definition. As a long-standing customer, what are my options to modernise my Foxtel installation?

@karmabusdriver @StanAustralia @StanSportAU Unfortunately they all do that, having to pay for a basic subscription than adding the extra, Foxtel is the same. Basic $30 + $30 for Sport, might cancel and get beinsport for less than half of that, I want what I like not quantity, I don’t watch anything else.

@Foxtel after being on the phone for 44 minutes to sign up as new customer, having the price confirmed and then to be told that their backend business rule will not allow the offer to go through. Upon questioning the process the agent ended the call. Very disappointing…
