@NBN_Australia Yes have spoken more than 5 times. Coming to the house they say it’s fine, but appears to be 1 of the 2 wifi signals the router provides only gives very low speeds. The other is fine, but small distance. I’ll look at a different provider than @foxtel. Appalling customer support.

  • CoryCobain
CoryCobain (@CoryCobain) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@Foxtel long term customer, couldn’t get a discount, so have left for better services. Get stuffed.

@petemarr @Foxtel I small change in fortune could fix that Pete.

@Telstra Confusion over Telstra/Foxtel responsibility is an issue. When instructed to call Telstra by Foxtel, the T rep put me on hold “to look into it” & suddenly I found myself transferred to a F rep, more confused than I was. Why is this all so unnecessarily complicated?

  • Gerschol
Gerard Scholten (@Gerschol) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@ParamountPlusAU Please fix this and make it available as soon as the broadcast ends - Foxtel was able to do it on their Go app

  • CoryCobain
CoryCobain (@CoryCobain) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

    @AnarchistDicky @kayosports And a far better service than @Foxtel

@TimothyJ_23 “Apps will crash from time to time” - it’s amazing how low we’ve set the bar for what’s deemed acceptable service nowadays. Personally I find there’s a common thread. Whenever an event moves from Foxtel to Free to Air TV, they mess it up.

  • BillyFosterPics
BILLY FOSTER PHOTOGRAPHY (@BillyFosterPics) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

After 6 weeks of hell dealing with @telstra to swap from #foxtel to #telstra for our internet we were “absolutely promise” the service would commence last night. Rebooted modems this morning, guess what, still no Telstra 😡 - Your OS Callcentres are a joke. #australia

@tonytone2017 Chrome + Foxtel app = problem fixed (despite the 30 seconds delay)is the go!!! Speaking from my vast experience here!!!

  • CoryCobain
CoryCobain (@CoryCobain) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

Hey @Foxtel - left your ****** service after spending so much with you and getting just pathetic tv and service. Thank you @kayosports for a far better option. Get stuffed @foxtel scum. Evil Big Company jerks. 🖕🏼

$1.2 billion to compensate robodebt victims, $20,000 on Cartier watches and millions on his dud COVIDSafe app?” A surly Morrison delivered a one-word answer – “No” What’s good is the normally protective msm is giving these issues screen time, Foxtel’s Covid Channel especially

  • gingernut07

@Foxtel I’ve never experienced a more collective group of incompetent clueless idiots over the phone 📞 in my life.

  • demon_dave
Dave Dawson (@demon_dave) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@Foxtel changed to Murdoch’s Foxtel last week because it was supposed to be easier and cheaper than going through @Telstra , what a massive mistake, they never answer phones they’re the most inept bunch of corporate lackeys this side of @amazon

  • Adam_Goldman
Adam (@Adam_Goldman) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@kateemac9 @kayosports Buffering. Only fix is switch to Foxtel

  • chardylover69

@negative_niko Yeah there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason as to what is shared: I’ve got my bfs dads Foxtel now login so cancelled binge (more law & order on Foxtel lol)

  • GlennHampson
Glenn Hampson (@GlennHampson) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@thetipsguru I thought 7 only had Test rights. They never showed any of the mens T20 or ODIs last year they were exclusively Foxtel/Kayo

  • tigertufftanya

@justin1flynn @Foxtel My husband keeps getting put on hold, and I swear it is so she can yell at her kids to STFU lol. It wouldn't be a big deal if the issue was actually solved.

  • chrismclay
Chris McLay (@chrismclay) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

The EV lobby here is their own worst enemy. The road tax will cost $100-300 year, a bit more than Netflix, but a lot less than Foxtel. If you can buy a $60k car, you won’t even notice the tax. Claiming it’s a “major disincentive” is just nonsense.

  • jonthomas13_
jon. (@jonthomas13_) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@JacobPetkovic If it’s through Hayu, chances are it might not be a Foxtel/matchbox produced show and may be for Peacock. Similar to Below Deck Down Under 🤞🏼

  • PaulLenkic
Paul Lenkic (@PaulLenkic) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

My iQ5 has gone crazy. All of a sudden, it’s not detecting the Hard Drive and it’s not responding to the remote control. Super annoying when the person on live help chat closes the conversation before resolving anything. @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help

@tresantes I had Foxtel growing up (it was pretty crap ngl), and even we didn’t get it because the channel package with HBO was insanely expensive

  • RationalMan74
    RationalMan74 (@RationalMan74) reported

@onepercentas Why does it even exist? Why do Foxtel not simply offer a sports only package? Why does it seem to run off different tech to the Foxtel app which has zero issues?

  • Pom_Bazooka
    InnerQuasar35  (@Pom_Bazooka) reported

@intothecrevasse I never watched it but saw the ads regularly back when I had TheComedyChannel as part of my Foxtel package.

  • matthewdeckerxx
    Matthew Decker (@matthewdeckerxx) reported

@ScottBornAgain I was never asked to sign a release even digitally to do tmz and that’s illegal, anyone want to help me here or am I just gonna sit here forever I have proof they used it for money making advertising ventures as I was able to screen record it off the app mind you it’s a foxtel company.

  • lovronolastname

@tresantes omg this reminds me of how for like 2 years my dad would pay for foxtel specifically when game of thrones was airing and then cancel it until eventually he gave up and started pirating it 😭

  • edwarner57

@DanielGarb So not the week to cancel my Foxtel account

  • glenn_mercieca

@malcolmconn @kayosports @AFL or just get Foxtel, people prefer to pay less and keep eating ****

  • Clubby_R8
Christine McDonald (@Clubby_R8) reported from Gold Coast, Queensland

@Foxtel Sounds like a great offer. Shame that you are charging your long time customers $156 after you have just increased our service. How about giving your long time customers a discount instead of increasing the price 😡😡

@ShayneALong @marcijo09 @MAGACult2 I never said Murdoch has zero influence. I said claiming Sky News has huge national impact when it’s mostly on Foxtel is a stretch. Foxtel sits in ~1.27M households (~12% of Australia). FTA reaches nearly everyone. Those arent the same thing. Thats not what a monopoly looks like
