@FOXTEL_Help Thanks Georgia, we tried that yesterday and there’s no information For residents and subscribers. That’s why we contacted Foxtel. Can you explain what has caused the outage and why it’s been our for more than 24hours please.

Gina leaving is foxtel's fault. They perpetuated the lie that Gina was a bully who targeted the newbie every season. They never had to comment on it, & they did. They threw her under the bus as to why they hadn't started filming. Sally is 1 person. They hired 3. It's their fault

  • ImaMalaca Ima Malaca (@ImaMalaca) reported

@Foxtel AD infected pay TV. Robs precious life and time from viewers with thousands and thousands of ADs. Wonder how many wish they never waisted their precious, time limited life, paying to watch ducking Ads? It’s cost more than money to watch Foxtel!

  • Nibzeee Bruce Nibbs (@Nibzeee) reported

I had previously said that @Dell was the worst company to deal with, but @Foxtel has almost caught up to them. Their concept of customer service is nonexistent. If I ran a business like them, I’d be out of business in days.

@RHOMelbourne @JackieGilliesTV **** off with this ****! FOXTEL must have really opened its pockets to pull her back to replace Gina! 🥺🙄

  • TinkerTigerBell 💖🦄Stacey🦄💖 (@TinkerTigerBell) reported

This is a new one from Foxtel. I’m getting the “no signal” message and they are blaming it in the Foxtel box despite it working all morning. I now have to wait between 2 to 7 days for a new box🙄

@taramichelly @TheBravoB1tch Foxtel are properly stupid. They have zero clue. They allowed the two stars to be bullied off the show

  • RossFloate Ross Floate (@RossFloate) reported

Apart from sport, how does Foxtel charge $70 per month for its set-top box service and $14 a month for Binge when they deliver absolutely identical content? It's beyond me.
