@Don_Erebus I was on the slow line to weening off Foxtel anyway. Got rid of Foxtel in November 2020 as there were a few gremlins with the system. It was due to be shutdown January 2021. Have kayo since as fox lite. Have said whomever got aleague, that is what I would get.

Such a shame Foxtel won’t have the A-League rights for the new 4-5 yrs. Foxtel took a punt back in 2005 with a new League and have provided an exceptional broadcast coverage, inc pre, during and post match, plus weekly shows past and present. Let’s hope Ch 10 doesn’t **** it up!

@DanielGarb No improvement for fans really. Still only 1 gsme on free to air with all other games on (yet another) streaming service. Only extra is a new pregame show but Foxtel had one for years.

@anthony_geurts Exists in the US already. Looking for content to launch within Australia. So yes, another streaming service. If we add up all the streaming services we have, reckon we're easily back to paying that Foxtel premium everyone was complaining about back in the day.

@vesh88 I think this was always the problem, many people wanted Optus or Stan cause it was already convenient. Altho it’s a cheaper deal than getting Foxtel and personally I never used anything for Foxtel but the A-League so I’m glad to finally get rid of it.

@gleebo41 @sincerestseth Or people will cancel the current subscription service which is higher cost per month with Foxtel and change over?

@caz54552483 @poornhonest Never had Foxtel. Never will. I imagine it’s like drug addiction & they don’t make it easy to ‘get clean’. I dumped The Advertiser & Australian years ago-#MurdochGutterMedia blatantly promoting RWBS to gullible readers who don’t realise they’re being manipulated. Very frustrating

Sucks how @kayosports doesn’t support more devices such as #fetchtv, XBOX or PlayStation. Asked this same question years ago and still not available. Even the app on AppleTV is pretty average. After all this time #foxtel is still the worst by trying to monopolize content #kayo
