@RozChia @sewviolets They’re offering it as an alternative to Foxtel, catching people leaving one Murdoch service with another.

@FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel Sent that DM over an hour ago. Still had no response... customer service anyone?

  • jimsmancave Jims Man Cave (@jimsmancave) reported

Footy is back when #NRL360 is on. Oh and Gus Gould still sucks, his commentary is why I have to spend $60 a month for Foxtel.

  • HGdaryan Heinzy Gdaryan (@HGdaryan) reported

@Foxtel Never been easier to just turn off the Television because its all garbage and always has been...

Got a email this morning that my @Foxtel package has changed from $39 per month & is now $68 per month. Called up asking what the go is & got told yeah it’s the new rates & there’s nothing we can do about it. Pretty awful service @FOXTEL_Help

  • Foxsilie sandypineapple (@Foxsilie) reported

@IndigenousX Also Newscorp owning 67% of the Broncos means they’re using Indigenous girls as a cover to (once again) funnel $$$ to Rupe. Not unlike the $$$ to Foxtel to support ‘women’s sport’.

@voodoorock Hi Mark. Are you having issues viewing ABC through your Foxtel box?

  • kmurphylibrary Kellie Murphy (@kmurphylibrary) reported

@FOXTEL_Help I’m back watching The Guardian. It keeps jumping episodes. Series 2 started after 2 episodes in it definitely jumps to episode 7 and 8 on series link. And I checked and searched the program guide and seems there was nothing in between. Help!

  • QuantumFish777 Marc (@QuantumFish777) reported

@FOXTEL_Help its cute you keep sending me emails about how footy is back when I’m no longer a customer thanks to your money grubbing lack of customer retention service. @Foxtel

  • big_al_ed Allan Edwards (@big_al_ed) reported

@FOXTEL_Help why does Foxtel continue to offer better deals to new customers than it does to customers who have been loyal for 20 years. This is clearly a flawed business model. Just got told I needed to cancel my sub and wait 30 days before rejoining to get a better deal. Crazy!
