    You know what sucks. Why don’t Insurance, Telecommunication, TV, Power, & Banking companies give discounts to loyal customers instead offering savings for new customers. Time to change. @NRMA @Foxtel @aglenergy just to name a few. Too late I changed

    @FOXTEL_Help I have a Foxtel now box but get the message “connected no internet” I know from my other devices internet is fine. Do you have a remedy as this has been going on for a while. Went through your trouble shooting page and didn’t resolve the issue.

    @Foxtel Xmas vacation is overrated. Has very poor reviews and is certainly the worst of the Lampoon movies... smh it’s on this list and above jingle

    @foxtel_help why is national geographic channel going from your service in January? Even more channels being removed, less channels, but same or more price increase :(

    @chrismurphys @Telstra We had the same problem. One by one, everything stopped working, including Foxtel. Fought a 6-month battle and after 6 months got it all back working. They paid compo, but it was inadequate. After having to fork out $$$ there hasn't been a problem since. Aussie Broadband maybe?

    @FOXTEL_Help still having issues with the 4K channel. Black screen and if I change to it it caused the other channels to also go black. All the menus still work though. Used to work fine.
