    I think the wind blew our internet connection & Foxtel service away been terrible all day, Foxtel has improved the other is like being back in the days of a dial tone & buffering (not the horse) 😖

    You all have such bad customer service and my family has been a customer of @Telstra and @Foxtel for more than 10 years. I’ve gotten techs out to check out internet @NBN_Australia then you cancel at the last minute when I’ve already taken the day off work to be home. 2/

    @Telstra your customer service is actually appalling. I’ve had @NBN_Australia techs tell me the wiring for our internet and @Foxtel has been done incorrectly and now Telstra is telling me it’s NBNs fault. All of you are making things so difficult, and wasting my money. 1/

    P&O have replaced the ‘body politik’ on the front and back page of the ‘Fail’. 40 pages of ads, croc stories, recipes, tv news, form guide, Gleeson ****, real estate, Tim Blair and Foxtel Sport all for $2.50.

    @ThatUmbrella It’s a shame the audio from Australia incident - the 5 hours that nobody knew was recorded wasn’t played in court. It was played in the UK which was pretty evident by listening to this that it was as JD testified. The doco is currently shown on Foxtel in Australia on ID channel
