@FOXTEL_Help Have had Foxtel with top package for 20 years. Feeling time to cancel now. The last 6 months you have made IQ2 irrelevant removing on demand content, said you would give me a new box then didn’t, won’t let me chromecast & failed 3 times to contact me back? Any help?

@Sue0606 @MayneReport I had Foxtel til about 4 years ago. Never subscribed to the papers. Foxtel was difficult to wean the family off but once they realised it could be replaced with other sources it wasn’t so bad. Occasionally miss a (rare) good original production.

@FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel My boxes (2) no longer support on demand. This service (which I pay for and apparently had up until Jan 21) is not 'supported' by my boxes. Now I'm being asked to pay for new boxes to get the service I already pay for. Ridiculous.

Anyone else's #FoxtelFirst not working? Mine hasn't since they updated it to where you have to say remember my decision for the day. Now I'm gonna miss out on tickets I wanted to get!!! @Foxtel AND yes I've been through their support, and I emailed them back a week ago :(
