Credit where it’s due. Thanks to @foxtel technician, Chris, who finally installed #Foxtel where I wanted it notwithstanding previous guy, Olly, not being bothered to chase cable down through wall. Shame I had to pay additional installation but happy to have it where I want it.

DISGRACE @Foxtel. You sent a techo to my 85 yo parents house who disconnected their phone & internet & then left. Now you’re giving us a hard time about when you’re coming back to fix it. Mum is in a wheelchair & Dad has the flu. THEY NEED THEIR PHONE & INTERNET. #abc730 #Telstra

@Foxtel And the email has just form through saying the appointment is the 7th June. This is too long - please make the appointment earlier or I may as well just cancel my service. It is an issue relating to your firmware update.
