@FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel @FoxtelOnDemand have experienced quite possibly the worse service of any industry from the Broadband dept. complete refusal to understand, empathize or listen to my issue. Is it the end of the world? no. Just poor service to a 20yr+ customer.

Hello Foxtel Help. We are currently finding that a number of the programs that we schedule to record are showing up with “Unknown Error F26.” Is this something you can help with? When we find another instance of that program at another time, it also fails.

@FOXTEL_Help having issues watching show through the ps4 app. Watch like 5mins and then it starts thinking about life and freezes. I have done reboots and closed the app on multiple times.

@Aunty_Sis Yes....the movie was amazing!...and foxtel is really bad for firstly charging an exorbitant monthly fee and then has the hide to the charge extra rental fees for movies..even old movies.
