Glen Appleby (@realglenappleby) reported@SnoogThe Like all these events that “just happen”, if you’re at the ground listening to sports ear of the ref it’s normal after repeated warnings from the ref. Atkins lets things go for a couple times and then says something like “you’re on your last warning”, and then you get these “weird” decisions. I don’t like it - but it doesn’t shock me like it once did. If the NRL were serious about transparency, everyone should be able to receive a ref mic commentary on Kayo instead of the garbage we normally are subjected to recently. Foxtel had this in the mid 2000’s with just crowd mic sounds and the ref. It was great because it felt like you were at the ground.

bamberee/Bree (@bamberee) reportedFoxtel asking me if I’m sure I want to delete the two recordings of the game.. never been surer of anything. Would’ve deleted it even if we managed to scrape the win in at the end. #AFLTigersEagles

Mick (@Av_Gas2) reported@jake_w0405 @gilby_gillard @kayosports Yep. Use some remote bullshit to cancel a $40/ month subscription with kayo. Only other way to get your sport is via a “sports package” tacked on to a higher monthly subscription with Foxtel.💅🏻 Pricks.

mark macca 🐅🐅🏆 (@mcdonellaussie) reported@simmoh666 @FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel Everytime Kayo plays up I find Foxtel is no good too. I just presume they using the same platform to stream with. Paramount were crap for two year just with sports the rest was good. They obviously took notice and worked to improve their technology & fixed it! Or viewers dropped

Jason W. (@The_real_J_Web) reported@ReadingThePlay My stream looks like your picture. Terrible stream tonight. Any movement is jittery and awful. @Foxtel need to do better.

John Davidson (@johnnyddavidson) reportedReported in The Courier-Mail today: The NRL’s plan to save Super League could be on the brink of collapse in what would be a devastating blow for the English game. The ARLC has been investigating a Super League rescue package for the past year, but it’s understood UK broadcaster Sky Sports is reluctant to come to the party with a palatable deal to satisfy the NRL’s investment strategy. There are suggestions DAZN, which now owns Foxtel, could support a Super League rescue package after former NRL CEO Andrew Abdo travelled to the UK in April for Super League buyout talks. The Super League could be in trouble. Picture: Alex Livesey/Getty Images But V’landys says the Super League deal could hit a deadend. That would be a potentially fatal blow for an ailing English game which is drowning in debt. Super League giants St Helens lost $6.5m alone last year. “Look, we’re trying to make the figures work at the moment, but unless the figures work, we won’t do it,” he said. “We’re having trouble making the figures work, that’s the truth of it. “I don’t know what will happen. I find it very tough (to proceed with a purchase). “We need to talk further with Super League. We haven’t put a proposal into them yet. “We understand the importance of the international game, so we’re not giving up.”

mark macca 🐅🐅🏆 (@mcdonellaussie) reportedFoxtel will keep increasing the price until they can force all their satellite subscribers over to Kayo so they can close down their superior but more cost expensive satellite services. They want to close all the none sport services & eventually Incorporate gambling options

George W. Grundy (@georgewgrundy) reportedAbsolutely outrageous - you can buy a UFC fighting subscription from @Foxtel with one click, but in order to cancel you have to phone a call centre and take over 30 minutes to get it cancelled over the phone. Absolute ripoff, what ********.
