@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help .. Then I was told to check back ‘from time to time’ to see when it is available ... when I asked what that means the woman said ‘just every now and then over the next few days’!! I wish we had a proper TV service delivering @Outlander_STARZ in Australia! ..

@Foxtel Horrendously mismanaged process of onboarding new customers. 11 calls in 4 days to Foxtel customer service with no resolution in sight. Avoid @foxtel for your own sanity. If this is how how treat prospective customers, can’t imagine how treat treat actual customers. #Foxtel
